Abstract

Un sistema y método para la preparación automatizada o semi-automatizada de semillas para transformación e ingeniería transgénica. Reivindicación 1: Un método para la preparación automatizada de semillas, en donde el método comprende: capturar una imagen de una superficie que incluye por lo menos una semilla, ubicar la semilla en la superficie en base a una imagen capturada, tomar la semilla con un brazo robótico, orientar la semilla en un bloque de corte para bisección de la semilla, y bisectar la semilla cuando la semilla está orientada sobre el bloque de corte.
