Abstract

La presente se refiere a una instalación de trituración de circuito cerrado (1), para triturar material a moler, la cual comprende al menos una prensa de rodillos de alta presión (2), al menos un dispositivo (3, 3.1) para clasificar material de granulometría fina a partir del material molido (4) que se encuentra en el circuito cerrado, al menos dos dispositivos (5.1, 5.2) para transportar el material molido (4) que se encuentra en el circuito cerrado. Se ha previsto que la al menos una prensa de rodillos de alta presión (2) está dispuesta en forma espacialmente distanciada con respecto al y aproximadamente a la misma altura que el dispositivo (3, 3.1) para clasificar material de granulometría fina a partir del material molido (4) que se encuentra en el circuito cerrado, en donde los al menos dos dispositivos (5.1, 5.2, 5.3) para transportar el material molido (4) que se encuentra en el circuito cerrado, vistos lateralmente, se interceptan aproximadamente en el centro, siendo la separación espacial preferiblemente 5 hasta 20 veces el ancho o la longitud de la prensa de rodillos de alta presión (2). Mediante esta medida es posible lograr en forma ventajosa una construcción sobre fundamentos de menor resistencia o sobre un buque.
