Abstract

Producto de confitería congelado que comprende glucono-d-lactona. Además, un método para la producción de un producto de confitería congelado por la incorporación de glucono-d-lactona a una mezcla de ingredientes y luego homogeneizar, pasteurizar, y congelar la mezcla.
