Abstract
Método para solubilizar un material que contiene arabinoxilano (en particular un material que contiene arabinoxilano insoluble), que comprende mezclar un material que contiene xilano con una xilanasa que comprende una secuencia de polipéptidos que en la presente se muestra como la SEQ ID Nº 3, la SEQ ID Nº 2, la SEQ ID Nº 1, la SEQ ID Nº 9, la SEQ ID Nº 10, la SEQ ID Nº 11 o la SEQ ID Nº 15, o una variante, un homólogo, un fragmento o un derivado de la misma que tiene por lo menos un 75% de identidad con la SEQ ID Nº 3 o la SEQ ID Nº 2 o la SEQ ID Nº 1 o la SEQ ID Nº 9 o la SEQ ID Nº 10 o la SEQ ID Nº 11 o la SEQ ID Nº 15; o una secuencia de polipéptidos que comprende la SEQ ID Nº 3, la SEQ ID Nº 2, la SEQ ID Nº 1, la SEQ ID Nº 9, la SEQ ID Nº 10, la SEQ ID Nº 11 o la SEQ ID Nº 15 con una sustitución conservadora en por lo menos uno de los aminoácidos; o una xilanasa que está codificada por una secuencia de nucleótidos que en la presente se muestra como la SEQ ID Nº 6, la SEQ ID Nº 5, la SEQ ID Nº 4, la SEQ ID Nº 12, la SEQ ID Nº 13, la SEQ ID Nº 14, la SEQ ID Nº 16, la SEQ ID Nº 17 o la SEQ ID Nº 18, o una secuencia de nucleótidos que se puede hibridizar con la SEQ ID Nº 6, la SEQ ID Nº 5, la SEQ ID Nº 4, la SEQ ID Nº 12, la SEQ ID Nº 13, la SEQ ID Nº 14, la SEQ ID Nº 16, la SEQ ID Nº 17 o la SEQ ID Nº 18 bajo condiciones de gran severidad, o una secuencia de nucleótidos que tiene por lo menos un 75% de identidad con la SEQ ID Nº 6, la SEQ ID Nº 5, la SEQ ID Nº 4, la SEQ ID Nº 12, la SEQ ID Nº 13, la SEQ ID Nº 14, la SEQ ID Nº 16, la SEQ ID Nº 17 o la SEQ ID Nº 18, o una secuencia de nucleótidos que difiere de la SEQ ID Nº 6 o la SEQ ID Nº 5 o la SEQ ID Nº 4 o la SEQ ID Nº 12 o la SEQ ID Nº 13 o la SEQ ID Nº 14 o la SEQ ID Nº 16 o la SEQ ID Nº 17 o la SEQ ID Nº 18 debido a la degeneración del código genético, o una xilanasa que se puede obtener (o que se obtiene) de Fusarium verticilloides. La presente se relaciona además con métodos relacionados con productos alimenticios, de malteado y de elaboración de cerveza, el procesamiento de materiales basados en granos tal como durante la producción de bioetanol o una sustancia de origen biológico (por ejemplo isopropanol basado en un producto biológico) o procesos de separación de gluten y almidón de trigo y semejantes.
