Abstract
Método de potenciación de la actividad de un factor de transcripción en una planta que comprende expresar en dicha planta una proteína quimérica que comprende una fracción molecular GIF que comprende un dominio de GIF o un fragmento del mismo y una fracción molecular dominio de unión a ADN (DBD). Las proteínas quiméricas comprenden una fracción molecular GIF que comprende un dominio de GIF o fragmento del mismo, o un polipéptido con una secuencia de aminoácidos que tiene al menos 85%, preferiblemente al menos 90%, aún más preferiblemente al menos 95% de identidad de secuencia con la secuencia de aminoácidos de un dominio de GIF o fragmento del mismo; y una fracción molecular DBD que comprende DBD o factor de transcripción vegetal cuya potenciación de la actividad se pretende. o una proteína de unión que es capaz de formar un complejo terciario con el DBD o factor de transcripción cuya modificación y/o potenciación de la actividad se pretende. También se refiere a polinucleótidos y polipéptidos útiles en el método de la presente. Reivindicación 6: El método de la reivindicación 5, en donde la fracción molecular GIF comprende o consiste en un polipéptido seleccionado de GlF1D1 (SEQ ID Nº 3), GIF1D2 (SEQ ID Nº 4), GIF1D3 (SEQ ID Nº 5), GIF1D4 (SEQ ID Nº 6), GIF1D5 (SEQ ID Nº 7), GlF1D6 (SEQ ID Nº 8), GIF1D7 (SEQ ID Nº 9), y GIF1D10 (SEQ ID Nº 61).
