Abstract
Una unión roscada tubular compuesta de un vástago 1 y una caja 2 en donde cada uno tiene una superficie de contacto que comprende una porción roscada y una porción metálica de contacto no roscada que incluye una porción de sello y una porción de hombro, un recubrimiento lubricante sólido 10 con una dureza de Knoop relativamente alta, formado en una porción que incluye la porción de hombro de la superficie de contacto (tales como la porción metálica de contacto no roscada que incluye la porción de hombro y la porción de sello) de por lo menos el vástago o la caja, y un recubrimiento lubricante sólido 11 con una dureza de Knoop relativamente baja, formado por lo menos en la porción remanente de la superficie de contacto (tales como la porción roscada). La unión roscada tubular presenta una excelente resistencia al gripado, hermeticidad a los gases, y propiedades de prevención de la corrosión, y debido a que presenta un gran DT, no sufre fácilmente fluencia de las porciones de hombro incluso cuando se ajusta con un alto esfuerzo de torsión, haciendo por ello posible llevar a cabo un ajuste de una manera estable.
