Abstract

Se refiere, en parte, al descubrimiento de que, durante la fluoración de ciertos reactivos de partida fluoroolefinas, la oligomerización/polimerización de dichos reactivos reduce el proceso de conversión y conduce a un aumento de la desactivación del catalizador. Se ilustra además que vaporizando dichos reactivos de partida en presencia de una o mas coalimentación orgánica reduce dicha oligomerización/polimerización y mejora la estabilidad catalítica. Reivindicación 1: Un proceso para reducir la polimerización de un reactivo de partida que comprende: proporcionar una composición en fase líquida que comprende un compuesto de las fórmulas (1), (2) y/o (3): CX₂=CCI-CH₂X (1) CX₃-CCI=CH₂ (2) CX₃-CHCl-CH₂X (3) y uno o más compuestos de coalimentación diferentes al compuesto de las fórmulas (1), (2) y/o (3), donde X se selecciona independientemente entre F, Cl, Br, e I, siempre que por lo menos una X no sea flúor; y calentar dicha composición de partida para formar una composición en fase vapor. Reivindicación 10: Un proceso para preparar 2-cloro-3,3,3-trifluoropropeno que comprende: proporcionar una fase líquida una composición de partida que comprende por lo menos un compuesto de fórmulas (1), (2) y/o (3): CX₂=CCI-CH₂X (1) CX₃-CCI=CH₂ (2) CX₃-CHCI-CH₂X (3) donde X se selecciona independientemente entre F, Cl, Br, e I, siempre que por lo menos una X no sea flúor; vaporizar dicha composición de partida con una cantidad eficaz de uno o más compuestos orgánicos de coalimentación, que no sea el compuesto de fórmulas (1), (2) y/o (3) para formar una composición en fase vapor; y contactar dicha composición de partida vaporizada con un agente de fluoración para producir una composición final que comprende 2-cloro-3,3,3trifluoropropeno. Reivindicación 30: Un proceso de múltiples etapas para preparar 2,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropeno (1234yf) que comprende: a) proporcionar, en una fase líquida, 1,1,2,3-tetracloropropeno (1230xa), un agente de fluoración, y por lo menos un compuesto orgánico de coalimentación, a un vaporizador; b) vaporizar dicho 1,1,2,3-tetracloropropeno (1230xa), dicho agente de fluoración y dicho por lo menos un compuesto orgánico de coalimentación, para formar una mezcla vaporizada; c) contactar, en un primer reactor en fase vapor, dicha mezcla vaporizada con por lo menos un compuesto de la fórmula (1): CX₂=CCI-CH₂X (1) donde X se selecciona independientemente entre F, Cl, Cr, e I, siempre que por lo menos una X no sea flúor, opcionalmente en presencia de un catalizador en fase vapor, para producir una primera composición intermedia que comprende 2-cloro-3,3,3trifluoropropeno (1233xf) y HCl; b) separar dicho HCl y por lo menos una porción de dicho 2-cloro-3,3,3trifluoropropeno (1233xf) de dicha primera composición intermedia; c) contactar, en un reactor en fase líquida, dicho 2-cloro-3,3,3trifluoropropeno (1233xf) separado con un segundo agente de fluoración para producir una segunda composición intermedia que comprende 2-cloro-1,1,1,2-tetrafluoropropano (244bb); y e) deshidroclorar, en un segundo reactor en fase vapor, por lo menos una porción de dicho 2-cloro-1,1,1,2-tetrafluoropropano (244bb) para producir un producto de reacción que comprende 2,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropeno.
