Abstract

Un recipiente, preferentemente, a una cápsula para usar en una máquina para preparar alimentos, que comprende: (i) una estructura con un lado inferior, al menos un pilar prácticamente vertical que se prolonga desde el lado inferior; dicho pilar se une a un marco superior circular; dicho marco superior circular tiene una sección transversal prácticamente en forma de “L” con una primera porción circular dispuesta de manera vertical y a la que se une el pilar; dicha parte vertical se une en la parte superior a una segunda porción horizontal circular y forma un límite periférico; dicha primera porción vertical tiene una altura “a” y un espesor “x”, dicha segunda porción horizontal tiene un ancho “b” y un espesor “y”, (ii) una etiqueta unida al lado inferior, al pilar y a la superficie externa de la porción vertical del marco circular superior, lo que forma un sobre que define las paredes laterales de la cápsula. De acuerdo con la solicitud, “x” es superior a “y”, y “xa” es superior a “yb”.
