Abstract

Sistema conservante de bebidas que comprende un complejo de Pimaricina-Povidona para usar en productos bebibles. La presente solicitud está dirigida, además, a productos bebibles que comprenden los sistemas conservantes de bebidas. El sistema conservante de bebidas evita la descomposicion por parte de los microorganismos en una bebida, dentro de un recipiente sellado, durante un período de, al menos, 16 semanas.
