Abstract
La presente se refiere a un procedimiento para obtener y conservar geles untables alimentarios mediante espesamiento y gelificacion de aceites vegetales, bebidas con o sin alcohol y cualquier mezcla o combinacion de los mismos, caracterizado porque comprende al menos las siguientes etapas: verter al menos uno de los productos citados junto con al menos un componente seleccionado dentro del grupo compuesto por ingredientes alimentarios adicionales, principios activos espesantes, compuestos gelificantes, mezclas y cualquier combinacion de los mismos; mezclar mediante agitacion hasta obtener una emulsion y envasar el producto final obtenido.
