Abstract
Reivindicacion 1: Un método para la modificacion de aceite que contenga un glicérido, y que abarque: a) poner el aceite en contacto con una solucion acuosa de lipasa de Thermomyces lanuginosus el tiempo y temperatura suficientes como para hidrolizar al menos una porcion del glicérido, y así generar una composicion que contenga una fraccion de ácido graso saturado y una fraccion de glicérido hidrolizado; y b) separar al menos una porcion de la fraccion de ácido graso saturado de la fraccion de glicérido hidrolizado.
