Abstract
Procedimiento para la elaboracion de un intercambiador de calor, que consta de los siguientes pasos: a) afinado protector de una chapa de acero por inmersion en un bano de metal fundido para la formacion de una capa protectora contra la corrosion (3) donde la capa protectora contra la corrosion (3) contiene cinc, y entre 0,5% y 60% de aluminio; b) eliminacion de la capa protectora contra la corrosion (3) en una cara de la chapa de acero; c) confeccion de un tubo intercambiador de calor (2) a partir de una chapa de acero, donde la capa protectora contra la corrosion (3) está dispuesta externamente; d) provision de aletas (6) de aluminio, o de una aleacion de aluminio; e) provision de un medio fundente; f) provision de un material de soldadura (8) que contiene aluminio y silicio, en la zona de union entre las aletas (6) y la cara externa del tubo intercambiador de calor (2); union del tubo intercambiador de calor (2) con las aletas (6) en un proceso de soldadura fuerte.
