Abstract

Un procedimiento y planta para fabricar flejes metálicos de 0,14-20 mm de espesor y chapas metálicas de 10-100 mm de espesor a partir de desbastes planos (i) de espesor ente 30 y 300 mm por colada continua del tipo arqueado. El desbaste plano (1) después de colado es alimentado sin solucion de continuidad directamente hacia el paso de laminacion (11) después del calentamiento en un horno de induccion (12) sin productos intermedios. El producto laminado plano es retirado como chapa (20) después de enfriamiento controlado mediante un dispositivo de corte y extraccion de corte (14')o enrollado en un carrete para formar una bobina (15) de un fleje continuo fraccionable por un dispositivo de corte (14') corriente debajo de un sistema de enfriamiento (13). Se pueden proveer dispositivos de enfriamiento superficial (13') entre las cajas de laminacion. La velocidad de alimentacion desde la colada continua hasta el final de la laminacion aumenta paso a paso con relacion a las reducciones de espesor y la calidad del producto final, con regulacion en cascada en la direccion corriente abajo
