Abstract

Los estabilizadores poliméricos seleccionados con grupos B nitroxido, sales de hidroxilamina o hidroxiamonio, son solubles en agua o dispersables en agua, y tienen una gran afinidad con la pulpa o el papel. Estos estabilizadores previenen la pérdida de brillo y aumentan la resistencia a la formacion de una coloracion amarillenta en la pulpa o en el papel, especialmente en la pulpa o papel que aun contengan lignina. Dichos compuestos son agregados en diversos puntos en el proceso de la fabricacion del papel, especialmente en los extremos humedos, que hacen que sea esencial la necesidad de materiales solubles en agua o dispersables en agua que tienen una gran afinidad para la pulpa o papel. Esta performance es frecuentemente acentuada más aun por la presencia de uno o más coaditivos seleccionados entre el grupo consistente en los absorbedores de rayos UV, los inhibidores poliméricos, las nitronas, los agentes blanqueadores fluorescentes y los agentes quelantes de metales. Las combinaciones de hidroxilaminas o sus sales, los absorbedores de rayos UV benzotriazoles o benzofenonas y un agente quelante de los metales, son particularmente efectivas. Estabilizador polimérico con alta afinidad hacia la pulpa que comprende un polímero P con grupos A pendientes, los cuales están fijados al polímero P mediante grupos enlazantes B, donde s varía entre 1 y 50.000, y el polímero P está seleccionado entre los polímeros u oligomeros 1) a 10): 1) imina de polietileno de la formula (1) donde m +n vale de 10 a 50.000; 2) etilenaminas oligoméricas de la formula (2) donde n varía entre 0 y 10; 3) cooligomeros o copolímeros de dialilamino aleatorios que contienen de 1 a 8.000 unidades de la formula (3) y de 0 a 800 unidades de la formula (4); 4) poliacrilamidas de la formula (5) donde n varía entre 10 y 5.000 y X es NH2, NHCH2N(CH3)2, OCH2CH2N(CH3)2, o OCH2CH2N+(CH3)3; 5) cooligomeros o copolímeros aleatorios formados a partir de la polimerizacion segun formula (6) donde l varía entre 0 y 8.000, m entre 1 y 8.000 y n entre 0 y 8.000; 6) dioles de la formula (7) donde n varía entre 5 y 8.000; 7) formula (8) donde n varía entre 5 y 8.000; 8) formula (9) donde n varía entre 1 y 10 y m varía entre 1 y 500 y R es hidrogeno o alquilo C1-4; 9) copolímeros aleatorios de formula (10) donde n varía entre 5 y 4.000 y m entre 5 y 4.000; 10) copolímeros de dimetilamina y epiclorhidrina de la formula (11) donde n varía entre 1 y 100; los grupos A son de la formula (12) o (13) donde: G es hidrogeno, amino, hidroxilo o ciano, E es oxilo, hidroxilo, alcoxi, alcoxi sustituido con hidroxilo, oxo o carboxi o interrumpido por oxígeno o carboxi; cicloalcoxi, alquenoxi, cicloalqueniloxi, aralquilo, aralcoxi, acilo, R(C=O)O-, RO(C=O)O-, RN(C=O)O- o cloro, siendo R una porcion alifática o aromática; y los grupos enlazantes B son seleccionados entre enlace directo, carbonilo, o una de las formulas (14) a (28), proceso para prevenir la pérdida de brillo y para aumentar la resistencia a la formacion de una coloracion amarillenta de una pulpa o papel.
