Abstract

Se revela una bebida acídica que contiene leche y bajas calorías que poseen buen sabor y estabilidad de almacenamiento durante el tiempo de conservacion,que contiene leche, fibras dietéticas de soja, pectina y opcionalmente jugo de frutas y/o vegetal es. La bebida tiene un pH de 3,0 a 4,0 y no es de más de 20kcal/100 ml. Los tamanos de partícula de por lo menos el 90% de las partículas suspendidas contenidas en la bebida son de menos de 0,5 mm.
