El uso de polímeros opticamente activos de N-acriloil-S-fenilalanina-d- neomentilamida o de su enantiomero, como tales, en forma reticulada y/o enforma unida a un soporte como fases estacionarias que se destina para la separacion cromatográfica de enantiomeros de lactona de formula general (I),en la que: R representa un resto orgánico y X representa -CH2-CH2- o -CH=CH- y un procedimiento para la separacion cromatográfica de enantiomeros de lactonas.
