Abstract

Se muestra y se describe un montaje de suspensión que comprende una combinación de barra de torsión y barra de balanceo. En una realizaciónrecomendada del invento, el montaje comprende dos brazos que están acoplados en un primer extremomedia nte un pivote en un primer y segundo extremos de unmiembro transversal, estando los segundos extremos de los brazos acoplados a un eje del vehículo. Con la provisión de un montaje de suspensión de este tipo,los brazos funcionan como barras detorsión para amortiguar las tensiones longitudinales que se generan mediante la aceleración y la desaceleración delvehículo. Los brazos también trabajan en combinación con el miembro transversal permitiendo que el montaje transfiera lasfuerzas vertic ales de un lado al otrodel vehículo, mientras que también permite la articulación transversal del eje. De este modo se minimiza el número de los componentes, el peso y el costo demanufactura, mejorándose del tracción del vehículo yminimizándose tamb ién la fatiga del sistema y la posibilidad de avería.
