Abstract

"MONTAGEM DE CORRENTE DE TRANSPORTADOR EM TRILHO FECHADO". A invenção refere-se a montagem de corrente de transportador com trilho fechado (12) e o método de construção inclui uma pluralidade de montagens de elo de guia (18) e montagens de elo de carga (16) conectadas para formar uma montagem de corrente do transportador (12). Cada montagem do elo de carga inclui um par de paredes laterais (26,28) e extremidades dianteira e traseira (22,24) definindo uma abertura (30). Um par de montagens de roda (32) suporta o elo de carga nas superfícies horizontais do trilho. Um elemento do elo de guia (54) é inserido na abertura de elos de carga adjacentes. As extremidades distais (60) dos elos de guia são conectadas através de um prendedor para dessa maneira conectar os elementos do elo de carga adjacentes para formar a corrente do trilho fechado. Cada elemento do elo de guia inclui uma pluralidade de áreas planas nas extremidades distais dos braços (56) para proporcionar uma superfície de conexão.
