Abstract

Opisan je nov reagens za primenu u pripremi mineralnih sirovina, prvenstveno sulfidnih i oksidnih mono- i polimetaličnih ruda obojenih metala, koji jednovremeno služi kao inhibitor korozije opreme i meljućih tela i kao selektivni kolektor željenog metala. Taj novi reagens je smesa vode, soli merkaptobenzotiazola i njegovih derivata u količini od 0-50mas.%, ksantata u količini od 0,1-20mas.%, diamina u količini od 0,5-20mas.%, alkoholnih amina u količini od 0-10mas.%, natrijum metasilikata u količini od 0,1-10 mas.%, amina u količini od 1-5mas.% i ditiofosfata u količini od 0,5-20mas.%. Takodje su opisani postupci primene tog novog reagensa u pripremama koncentrata bakra, cinka i olova iz njihovih sulfidnih i oksidnih ruda, za dalju metaluršku preradu. U tim postupcima novi reagens dodaje se u celosti, ili delimično, u fazu mokrog mlevenja, a delimično, po potrebi, u fazu flotiranja, u količini od 20-355 g tog reagensa po toni rude. Primena ovog novog reagensa eliminiše potrebu za korišćenjem cijanida i drugih otrovnih depresanata metala, kao i drugih kolektora.A new reagent is described for use in the preparation of mineral raw materials, primarily sulphide and oxide mono- and polymetallic ores of non-ferrous metals, which simultaneously serves as an inhibitor of corrosion of equipment and grinding bodies and as a selective collector of the desired metal. This new reagent is a mixture of water, salts of mercaptobenzothiazole and its derivatives in the amount of 0-50 wt.%, xanthates in the amount of 0.1-20 wt.%, diamines in the amount of 0.5-20 wt.%, alcoholic amines in the amount of 0-10 wt.%, sodium metasilicate in the amount of 0.1-10 wt.%, amines in the amount of 1-5 wt.% and dithiophosphate in the amount of 0.5 -20% by mass. The procedures for applying this new reagent in the preparation of copper, zinc and lead concentrates from their sulfide and oxide ores, for further metallurgical processing, are also described. In those procedures, the new reagent is added in whole or in part, in the wet grinding phase, and partially, if necessary, in the flotation phase, in the amount of 20-355 g of that reagent per ton of ore. Application of this new reagent eliminates the need to use cyanide and other toxic metal depressants, as well as other collectors.
