Abstract

POSTUPAK ZA KAPSULIRANJE NESTEROIDNIH ANTIFLAMATORNIH LEKOVA, za inhibiranje formiranja post-operacione adhezije, naznačen time, što se ibuprofen, suprofen, tolmetin ili njihove farmaceutski prihvatljive soli ili estri i polimer takav kao što je homopolimer ili kopolimer mlečne kiseline, glikolne kiseline, njihovih cikličnih dimera estara ili p-dioksanona rastvaraju u pogodnom organskom rastvaraču, takvom kao što je dihlor metan, što se rastvor dalje disperguje u vodi sa dispergujućim sredstvom kao što je polivinil alkohol, što se organski rastvarač zatim upari blagim zagrevanjem ili uparavanjem pod vakuumom i dobivene mikrokapsule se izdvajaju filtracijom ili centrifugiranjem sa jednim ili više uzastopnih ispiranja.
