Ovaj pronalazak odnosi se na jedinjenja opšte formule I u kojoj Z označava grupu supstituisani fenil, supstituisani piridil, supstituisani pirimidil ili supstituisani indolil formule a-e R1 označava vodonik, amino, niži alkilamino, niži dialkilamino, niži alkil, halogen ili trifluorometil; R2 označava vodonik ili niži alkil; R3 označava vodonik, amino, niži alkilamino, niži dialkilamino, niži alkil, CF3, niži alkoksi ili halogen; R4 označava amino, niži alkilamino, niži dialkilamino, niži alkil, niži alkoksi ili halogen; R5 označava vodonik, niži alkilamino, di-niži alkilamino, niži alkoksi ili halogen; R6 označava niži alkil, niži alkilamino, di-niži alkilamino, niži alkoksi, halogen ili CF3; R7 označava amino, niži alkilamino, di-niži alkilamino, niži alkoksi, niži alkilsulfanil, merkapto, pirolidin-1-il ili azetidin-1-il; R8 označava amino, niži alkilamino, di-niži alkilamino, benzilamino, niži alkoksi, niži alkilsulfanil, halogen, pirolidin-1-il ili azetidin-1-il; R9 i R10 označavaju, nezavisno jedan od drugog, niži alkoksi ili niži alkilamino; R11 označava vodonik ili halogen; R12 označava vodonik ili niži alkil, i a označava neobaveznu dvogubu vezu, pod uslovom da R7 i R8 ne označavaju istovremeno metoksi, kao i na njihove farmaceutski prihvatljive soli, kao terapeutski aktivne supstance protiv poremećaja centralnog nervnog sistema i za proizvodnju odgovarajućih lekova.
