Abstract

Pronalazak se odnosi na nove, terapeuski aktivne derivate 2-okso-3,8- diazaspiro /4,5/ dekana formule (I): u kojoj: R označuje vodonik, C1-12alkil, C3-6cikloalkil, karbocikličnu C6-10aril ili karbocikličnu C6-10aril-C1-4alkil grupu, pri čemu su dve poslednje opciono supstituisane na njihovom aromatičnom delu sa jednim ili više, istih ili različitih halogena, ili sa jednom ili više C1-4alkil ili C1-4alkoksi grupa; jedan od R1 i R2 pretstavlja hidroksilnu grupu dok drugi označuje metil grupu; R3 i R4, koji su isti ili različiti, pretstavljaju vodonik, jedan ili više halogena, C1-4alkil, C1-4alkoksi, trihalometil grupu ili hidroksilnu grupu koja je opciono esterifikovana sa C1-4alkanovom kiselinom; i n je 1 ili 2, njihove izomere, solvate, hidrate, adicione soli sa kiselinama i kvaternerne amonijum soli. Pronalazak se dalje odnosi na farmaceutske preparate koji sadrže ova jedinjenja i na postupak za njihovo pravljenje. Jedinjenja formule (I) ispoljavaju antihipoksične efekte u centralnom nervnom sistemu i tako su korisna za sprečavanje i tretiranje poremećaja kognitivnih funkcija kao i manje, uznemirenosti, psihomotornog nemira, senilne i multi-infarktne demencije i Alzheimer-ove bolesti.
