Abstract

Predmetni pronalazak se odnosi na postupak upravljanja procesom u realnom vremenu u reakcionom sistemu za dobijanje sircetne kiseline putem karbonilacije metanola. Uzroci iz reakcionog sistema se uzimaju iz kolona (30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80) i/ili tokova (120, 130, 140, 150, 160, 170, 180, 184, 186, 188, 190, 192, 194, 196, 197, 198, 199, 200, 210, 220) koji se nalaze nizvodno od suda za reakciju (10), nakon cega se pomocu infracrvenog analizatora (90) vrsi merenje koncentracije jedne ili vise komponenti iz uzorka. Izmerene koncentracije se zatim koriste kako bi se izvrsila podesavanja u koncentracijama komponenti u reakcionom sistemu i to direktno ili indirektno, kao sto je podesavanje profila temperature u pojedinim kolonama (30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80), podesavanje protoka rastvora u ili iz kolona (30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80), podesavanje brzine protoka gasa koji se izbacuje iz suda za reakciju (10) ili iz kolona (30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80), ili dodavanje komponente u rastvor ili ekstrakcija komponente iz rastvora. Za optimalno upravljanje procesom, izmerene vrednosti se salju u kontrolnu jedinicu radi analize u realnom vremenu, a podesavanja se vrse neposredno nakon infracrvene analize.
