本实用新型涉及传感器领域,尤其涉及一种扬声器箱。
背景技术
扬声器箱是电子设备中常用的发声器件,扬声器箱通常包括壳体结构和收容于壳体结构内的发声单体。在相关技术中的扬声器箱包括上盖、与该上盖组配形成一收容空间的下盖、分别收容于该收容空间内的发声单体、金属网罩;所述金属网罩上设有泄漏孔。一般的,金属网罩的泄漏孔部分会被扬声器箱的壳体结构堵塞,同时,磁碗通过胶水固定时,胶水也会下溢堵住部分泄漏孔,从而影响了产品的性能。
技术问题
因此,实有必要提供一种新的扬声器箱解决上述技术问题。

所述壳体1包括第一壳体11及与所述第一壳体11盖合的第二壳体12,所示第一壳体11、第二壳体12、金属盖板4配合形成所述收容空间10,所述第一壳体11上设有贯穿其上的第一通孔13及第二通孔14,所述第二壳体12上设有贯穿其上的第三通孔15。所述第一通孔13环绕所述扬声器单体2设置,所述金属盖板4盖设密封于所述第二通孔14,所述第三通孔15环设于所述扬声器单体2。
所述扬声器单体2呈矩形,其包括盆架21、支撑于所述盆架21的振膜22、磁路***23以及固定于所述盆架21和所述磁路***23的金属罩壳24,所述磁路***23驱动所述振膜22振动发声。所述振膜22与所述壳体1形成后腔101,所述磁路***23包括磁碗231、固定于所述磁碗231的磁钢组件232。
所述金属罩壳24固定于所述盆架21和磁碗231,所述金属罩壳24将所述后腔101分成位于扬声器单体2内部的第一后腔1011以及位于扬声器单体2外部的第二后腔1012,所述第二后腔1012内填充有吸音颗粒,所述金属罩壳24阻止吸音颗粒进入第二后腔1012。所述金属罩壳24包括与所述磁碗231连接的底壁241、自所述底壁241弯折延伸的侧壁242以及自所述底壁214向外延伸的延伸壁243,所述底壁241呈环状结构,所述侧壁242抵接于所述盆架21,所述延伸壁243与所述金属盖板4的位置对应,并与所述金属盖板4、所述壳体1共同围设成所述第二后腔1012。
