Abstract
L'invention concerne un système et un procédé pour le travail d'une pièce (P1) à l'aide d'une machine-outil (M1) comprenant un arbre d'entrainement (400) muni d'un porte-outil (600) auquel est couplable un outil (900), un moteur (2) d'entrainement en rotation d'au moins une partie dudit arbre d'entrainement (400) munie du porte-outil (600);un moteur (3) d'avance pour déplacer axialement ledit arbre d'entrainement (400). Un dispositif mesure une distance représentative de la distance entre la pièce (P1) et le châssis (100) de la machine-outil. Une unité de pilotage (8) est configurée pour exécuter des opérations de travail de la pièce en commandant le moteur d'entrainement et/ou le moteur d'avance; pour déterminer une modification de distance axiale entre le châssis de la machine-outil et la pièce résultant d'un déplacement axial relatif entre la pièce et le châssis. Le deuxième moteur est commandé de manière à déplacer axialement ledit arbre d'entrainement pour compenser ledit déplacement axial relatif entre la pièce et le châssis.
