上述可能的实施方式中,固定扶手可以设置杯托和充电接口,为乘客放置杯具和电器充电提供便利。
本申请第二方面提供了一种车座调节装置,可以实现上述第一方面或第一方面中任一种可能的实施方式中的方法。该装置包括用于执行上述方法的相应的单元或模块。该装置包括的单元或模块可以通过软件和/或硬件方式实现。该装置例如可以为网络设备,也可以为支持网络设备实现上述方法的芯片、芯片***、或处理器等,还可以为能实现全部或部分网络设备功能的逻辑模块或软件。
本申请第三方面提供了一种计算机设备,包括:处理器,该处理器与存储器耦合,该存储器用于存储指令,当指令被处理器执行时,使得该计算机设备实现上述第一方面或第一方面中任一种可能的实施方式中的方法。该计算机设备例如可以为网络设备,也可以为支持网络设备实现上述方法的芯片或芯片***等。
本申请第四方面提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,该计算机可读存储介质中保存有指令,当该指令被处理器执行时,实现前述第一方面或第一方面任一种可能的实施方式提供的方法。
本申请第五方面提供了一种车辆,该车辆包括前述第二方面中的车座调节装置。

具体实施方式
本申请实施例提供了一种车座调节方法以及装置,用于提高乘客使用体验。
下面结合附图,对本申请的实施例进行描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一 部分的实施例,而不是全部的实施例。本领域普通技术人员可知,随着技术的发展和新场景的出现,本申请实施例提供的技术方案对于类似的技术问题,同样适用。
本申请的说明书和权利要求书及上述附图中的术语“第一”、“第二”等是用于区别类似的对象,而不必用于描述特定的顺序或先后次序。应该理解这样使用的数据在适当情况下可以互换,以便这里描述的实施例能够以除了在这里图示或描述的内容以外的顺序实施。此外,术语“包括”和“具有”以及他们的任何变形,意图在于覆盖不排他的包含,例如,包含了一系列步骤或单元的过程、方法、***、产品或设备不必限于清楚地列出的那些步骤或单元,而是可包括没有清楚地列出的或对于这些过程、方法、产品或设备固有的其它步骤或单元。
下面对本申请实施例中的一些术语进行解释。
零重力躺姿姿态,通过大角度的座椅调节(靠背向后)和可伸缩的腿托,让乘员呈现出一种近乎躺卧的乘坐姿态,同样给予身体良好的支持,让脊椎呈现自然放松的状态。在这种姿势下,人体全身最放松,人体产生的负荷也最小。即使长时间保持这个姿势也不会累。坐在零重力座椅上,可以充分支撑胸部、腰椎和骨盆,减轻肌肉和椎骨的负担。
首先,参见图1,图1为本申请实施例提供的一种座椅调节***的架构示意图。如图1所示,该座椅调节***1包括车载设备11、座椅调节装置12和座椅参数获取装置13。其中,车载设备11与座椅调节装置12和座椅参数获取装置13进行通信,且车载设备11可以接收用户的指令控制座椅调节装置12和座椅参数获取装置13。另外,该车载设备11例如可以是芯片。
座椅调节装置12用于按照车载设备11传输的座椅参数调节座椅。座椅参数获取装置13用于检测到座椅参数变化时反馈变化后的座椅参数。可以理解的,座椅参数获取装置可以为多种传感器。
随着汽车消费的日益普及以及人们对乘坐舒适性要求的越来越高,汽车乘坐的舒适性问题越来越重要,乘坐舒适性可以有效提升乘员的乘坐体验。座椅的形态发展趋势从普通座椅演变到舒适坐姿座椅,女王座椅,到大空间舒适性躺资座椅。大空间舒适性躺姿座椅(如零重力)是后续市场发展趋势。零重力躺姿座椅能完美贴合人体曲线;可以采用一键零重力,也可自选调节,操作更人性化。
其中,零重力躺姿座椅增加扶手可以进一步提高人体舒适性,当前的单扶手的零重力躺姿座椅有过道扶手和靠门扶手,其中,但是有扶手的座椅容易卡腰,影响用户体验。
为解决上述问题,本申请实施例提供了一种车座调节方法,该方法如下所述。
请参阅图2,如图2所示为本申请实施例提供的一种车座调节方法的流程示意图,该方法包括:
步骤201.车载设备接收第一指令,第一指令用于指示调节车座进入第一模式,第一模式为车座的零重力躺姿姿态。
本实施例中,在乘客没有使用或者乘客下发第一指令之前,该车座的状态为普通的坐姿姿态,当乘客需要使用时,可以向车载设备输入第一指令,通过该第一指令指示车辆将该车座调整为零重力躺姿姿态的第一模式,该第一模式实现类似于零重力环境中的人体在 放松且不施加外力的情况下表现出特定的姿势模式。其中,该第一指令由车载设备接收后控制座椅调节装置执行,该第一指令可以是通过在座椅上的按钮进行输入,也可以是通过在驾驶室控制面板输入,此处不作限定。其中,本申请实施例中的车座可以是前排驾驶车座,也可以是后排车座,本申请实施例对此不作限定。
步骤202.车载设备根据第一指令倾斜车座,并调节车座的第一扶手到预设高度,第一扶手在车座处于第二模式时处于收起状态。
本实施例中,车载设备在接收到第一指令后,即可根据第一指令将车座调节为第一模式,即倾斜车座,使得该车座呈现为零重力躺姿姿态,然后将在第二模式下收起状态的第一扶手调节到预设高度,给予乘客进一步的舒适性,第二模式为正常坐姿状态的车座状态。其中,该第一扶手可以是过道扶手或靠门扶手,此处不作限定。该第一扶手为电动扶手,该电动扶手由扶手转动结构,电机及其传动结构组成,并通过座椅调节装置控制。
倾斜的方式可以是调节坐垫倾斜角度到特定角度,靠背角度到特点角度,腿托角度到特定角度,实现类似于零重力环境中的人体在放松且不施加外力的情况下表现出特定的姿势模式。其中,坐垫和靠背之间的角度可以是在110-130度的范围内,以120度为最佳角度,坐垫和腿托之间的角度可以是在113-127度的范围内,同样以120度为最佳角度,当然,具体的角度可以自行设置。
当乘坐第一模式车座的乘客想改成坐姿或者不需要乘坐该车座时,可以向车载设备发送第二指令,通过该第二指令指示车辆将该车座调整为坐姿姿态的第二模式,第二模式下车座的倾斜度小于第一模式下车座的倾斜度,并将第一模式下伸出的第一扶手重新收起。当第一扶手是靠门扶手时,在第二模式下收起的靠门扶手不会占用该车座外侧气囊的爆开位置,可以解决当前靠门扶手无法通过中保研测试的问题。
其中,该第一扶手收起的方式可以是通过与靠背侧边连接处的转轮顺时针转动直至靠在靠背侧边,也可以是通过与靠背侧边连接处的转轮逆时针转动直至靠在靠背侧边,还可以是基于上述任意一种方式之后,通过滑槽移动到靠背的后面,以隐藏该第一扶手,或者还可以是其他收起方式,本申请实施例对此不作限定。座椅调节装置调整车座的方式可以是车载设备控制座椅调节装置,使得座椅调节装置将该车座的靠背、坐垫,以及腿托之间的角度调整为正常坐姿座椅的角度。其中,由于车内空间有限,在倾斜车座之前,还需要将该车座进行平移和后退,以提供倾斜空间,示例性的,可以将该车座平滑90mm,且后退140mm,此处不作限定。
上面只讲述了单扶手的场景,该车座还可以包括第二扶手,为提高乘客的舒适度,在第一模式下,该车座的第一扶手和第二扶手都处于预设高度,该预设高度可以自由设置。当第二扶手也为电动扶手时,在车座处于第二模式时同样处于收起状态,且收起的方式可以参照第一扶手收起的相关描述,此处不作赘述。在第二扶手也为电动扶手的情况下,乘客还可以下发指令对第一扶手和第二扶手的高度进行微调,进一步提高乘客的舒适性。
当第二扶手是过道扶手时,该过道扶手可以是手动扶手,由乘客在第一模式时自行调节到预设高度,该过道扶手还可以是固定扶手,即固定在预设高度的扶手,该固定扶手可以配置杯托和充电接口,该杯托可以是附带在过道扶手上的,还可以是设置在扶手内,通 过一个盖子隐藏起来,即对扶手开口设置杯托和充电接口,然后配置可拆卸盖子封口,乘客使用时可以移动该盖子,再使用扶手中的杯托和充电接口,具体结构本申请对此不作限定。
示例性的,以第一扶手为靠门扶手为例,若第一扶手通过与靠背侧边连接处的转轮顺时针转动直至靠在靠背侧边,第二扶手为固定扶手,则可以参阅图3所示的扶手收起示意图,图3中的车座包括靠背301、坐垫302、扶手303和腿托(图中未示出),图3中左侧为第一模式下的车座,右侧为第二模式下的车座,扶手303收起时处于位于靠背侧边,不影响乘客上下车座。
若扶手需要隐藏该第一扶手,以扶手通过与靠背侧边连接处的转轮逆时针转动直至靠在靠背侧边为例,可以参阅图4所示的扶手隐藏示意图,该车座同样包括靠背301、坐垫302、扶手303和腿托(图中未示出),图4中左侧扶手逆时针转动直至靠在靠背侧边后,则可以控制该扶手移动到靠背背面,形成图4右侧展示的示意图,提高车座的美观度。
具体的,本申请实施例中的该车座的控制逻辑示意图可以参照图5所示,步骤501:该车座的初始状态为第二模式,此时第一扶手为收起状态;步骤502:车载设备接收第一指令;步骤503:车载设备控制座椅调节装置平移和后退该车座;步骤504:车载设备控制座椅调节装置倾斜车座,并调节第一扶手到预设高度;步骤505:车载设备接收第二指令;步骤506:车载设备控制座椅调节装置减小该车座的倾斜度,并收起该第一扶手;步骤507:车载设备控制座椅调节装置将该车座反向平移和前进。其中,如果乘客一开始就不需要使用第一模式时,该车座自始至终都是出于第二模式。
本申请实施例中,车座的第一扶手在第二模式下收起,乘客乘坐在该车座上后,可以下发第一指令,车载设备在接收到指示进入第一模式的第一指令时,将车座调整为躺姿姿态,即倾斜座椅靠背、抬起坐垫和抬起腿托,同时抬起该车座的第一扶手,由于第一扶手在乘客入座之前处于收起状态,可以避免乘客的上下车容易卡腰的问题,提高乘客使用体验。
上面讲述了车座调节方法,下面对执行该方法的装置进行描述。
请参阅图6,如图6所示为本申请实施例提供的一种车座调节装置的结构示意图,该装置60包括:
接收单元601,用于接收第一指令,第一指令用于指示调节车座进入第一模式,第一模式为车座的零重力躺姿姿态;
倾斜单元602,用于根据第一指令倾斜车座,并调节车座的第一扶手到预设高度,第一扶手在车座处于第二模式时处于收起状态。
其中,该接收单元601用于执行图2方法实施例中的步骤201,倾斜单元602用于执行图2方法实施例中的步骤202,此处不再赘述。
可选的,接收单元601还用于:接收第二指令,指令指示调节车座进入第二模式;
倾斜单元602还用于:根据第二指令减小车座的倾斜度,并收起第一扶手,车座在处 于第二模式时的倾斜度低于处于第一模式时的倾斜度。
可选的,装置60还包括移位单元603,该移位单元603具体用于:将车座平移和后退。
可选的,第一扶手在第二模式时位于车座的后面。
可选的,车座还包括第二扶手,在第一模式下,第二扶手处于预设高度。
可选的,第二扶手为电动扶手,第二扶手在车座处于第二模式时处于收起状态。
可选的,第二扶手为过道扶手,过道扶手为固定扶手,固定扶手包括杯托和充电接口。
图7所示,为本申请的实施例提供的计算机设备70的一种可能的逻辑结构示意图。计算机设备70包括:处理器701、通信接口702、存储***703以及总线704。处理器701、通信接口702以及存储***703通过总线704相互连接。在本申请的实施例中,处理器701用于对计算机设备70的动作进行控制管理,例如,处理器701用于执行图2的方法实施例中车载设备所执行的步骤。通信接口702用于支持计算机设备70进行通信。存储***703,用于存储计算机设备70的程序代码和数据。
其中,处理器701可以是中央处理器单元,通用处理器,数字信号处理器,专用集成电路,现场可编程门阵列或者其他可编程逻辑器件、晶体管逻辑器件、硬件部件或者其任意组合。其可以实现或执行结合本申请公开内容所描述的各种示例性的逻辑方框,模块和电路。处理器701也可以是实现计算功能的组合,例如包含一个或多个微处理器组合,数字信号处理器和微处理器的组合等等。总线704可以是外设部件互连标准(Peripheral Component Interconnect,PCI)总线或扩展工业标准结构(Extended Industry Standard Architecture,EISA)总线等。总线可以分为地址总线、数据总线、控制总线等。为便于表示,图4中仅用一条粗线表示,但并不表示仅有一根总线或一种类型的总线。
装置60中的接收单元601相当于计算机设备70中的通信接口702,装置60中的倾斜单元602和移位单元603相当于计算机设备70中的处理器701。
本实施例的计算机设备70可对应于上述图2方法实施例中的车载设备,该计算机设备70中的通信接口702可以实现上述图2方法实施例中的车载设备所具有的功能和/或所实施的各种步骤,为了简洁,在此不再赘述。
请参阅图8,如图8所示为本申请的实施例提供的车辆80的一种可能的结构示意图。该车辆80可以包括图6所示的车座调节装置60。
应理解以上装置中单元的划分仅仅是一种逻辑功能的划分,实际实现时可以全部或部分集成到一个物理实体上,也可以物理上分开。且装置中的单元可以全部以软件通过处理元件调用的形式实现;也可以全部以硬件的形式实现;还可以部分单元以软件通过处理元件调用的形式实现,部分单元以硬件的形式实现。例如,各个单元可以为单独设立的处理元件,也可以集成在装置的某一个芯片中实现,此外,也可以以程序的形式存储于存储器中,由装置的某一个处理元件调用并执行该单元的功能。此外这些单元全部或部分可以集成在一起,也可以独立实现。这里所述的处理元件又可以成为处理器,可以是一种具有信 号的处理能力的集成电路。在实现过程中,上述方法的各步骤或以上各个单元可以通过处理器元件中的硬件的集成逻辑电路实现或者以软件通过处理元件调用的形式实现。
在一个例子中,以上任一装置中的单元可以是被配置成实施以上方法的一个或多个集成电路,例如:一个或多个特定集成电路(application specific integrated circuit,ASIC),或,一个或多个微处理器(digital singnal processor,DSP),或,一个或者多个现场可编程门阵列(field programmable gate array,FPGA),或这些集成电路形式中至少两种的组合。再如,当装置中的单元可以通过处理元件调度程序的形式实现时,该处理元件可以是通用处理器,例如中央处理器(central processing unit,CPU)或其它可以调用程序的处理器。再如,这些单元可以集成在一起,以片上***(system-on-a-chip,SOC)的形式实现。
在本申请的另一个实施例中,还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,计算机可读存储介质中存储有计算机执行指令,当设备的处理器执行该计算机执行指令时,设备执行上述方法实施例中车载设备所执行的方法。
所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到,为描述的方便和简洁,上述描述的***,装置和单元的具体工作过程,可以参考前述方法实施例中的对应过程,在此不再赘述。
在本申请所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的***,装置和方法,可以通过其它的方式实现。例如,以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,例如,所述单元的划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式,例如多个单元或组件可以结合或者可以集成到另一个***,或一些特征可以忽略,或不执行。另一点,所显示或讨论的相互之间的耦合或直接耦合或通信连接可以是通过一些接口,装置或单元的间接耦合或通信连接,可以是电性,机械或其它的形式。
所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部单元来实现本实施例方案的目的。
另外,在本申请各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能单元的形式实现。
所述集成的单元如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本申请的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分或者该技术方案的全部或部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本申请各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(ROM,read-only memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,random access memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种车座调节方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收第一指令,所述第一指令用于指示调节车座进入第一模式,所述第一模式为所述车座的零重力躺姿姿态;
    根据所述第一指令倾斜所述车座,并调节所述车座的第一扶手到预设高度,所述第一扶手在所述车座处于第二模式时处于收起状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述第一指令调节所述车座之后,所述方法还包括:
    接收第二指令,所述指令指示调节所述车座进入所述第二模式;
    根据所述第二指令减小所述车座的倾斜度,并收起所述第一扶手,所述车座在处于所述第二模式时的倾斜度低于处于所述第一模式时的倾斜度。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    将所述车座平移和后退。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一扶手在所述第二模式时位于所述车座的后面。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述车座还包括第二扶手,在所述第一模式下,所述第二扶手处于所述预设高度。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二扶手为电动扶手,所述第二扶手在所述车座处于所述第二模式时处于收起状态。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二扶手为过道扶手,所述过道扶手为固定扶手,所述固定扶手包括杯托和充电接口。
  8. 一种车座调节装置,其特征在于,包括:
    接收单元,用于接收第一指令,所述第一指令用于指示调节车座进入第一模式,所述第一模式为所述车座的零重力躺姿姿态;
    倾斜单元,用于根据所述第一指令倾斜所述车座,并调节所述车座的第一扶手到预设高度,所述第一扶手在所述车座处于第二模式时处于收起状态。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述接收单元还用于:
    接收第二指令,所述指令指示调节所述车座进入所述第二模式;
    所述倾斜单元还用于:
    根据所述第二指令减小所述车座的倾斜度,并收起所述第一扶手,所述车座在处于所述第二模式时的倾斜度低于处于所述第一模式时的倾斜度。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括移位单元,所述移位单元具体用于:
    将所述车座平移和后退。
  11. 根据权利要求8-10任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一扶手在所述第二模式时位于所述车座的后面。
  12. 根据权利要求8-11任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述车座还包括第二扶手, 在所述第一模式下,所述第二扶手处于所述预设高度。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第二扶手为电动扶手,所述第二扶手在所述车座处于所述第二模式时处于收起状态。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第二扶手为过道扶手,所述过道扶手为固定扶手,所述固定扶手包括杯托和充电接口。
  15. 一种计算机设备,其特征在于,包括:处理器,所述处理器与存储器耦合,
    所述处理器用于执行所述存储器中存储的指令,使得所述计算机设备执行如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的方法。
  16. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质中存储有指令,当所述指令被处理器执行时,实现如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的方法。
  17. 一种车辆,其特征在于,所述车辆包括如权利要求8至14中任一项所述的装置。
