所述滤棒一次成型***包括如下部件:成型喇叭嘴C、外成型纸传送带3W、内成型纸传送带3N、外丝束传送带42和内丝束传送带52;所述成型喇叭嘴C包括外成型喇叭嘴11和内型喇叭嘴21,内型喇叭嘴21套在外成型喇叭嘴11内;所述外成型喇叭嘴11为半径逐渐变小的圆筒状;所述内型喇叭嘴21为两层,外层211为从圆形逐渐过渡到正三角形的筒状,内层212为一端面积较大的正三角形另一端为面积较小的正三角形的三棱体状;
三角形间隔填充丝束的滤棒的成型方法包括如下步骤:外成型纸传送带3W将外成型纸W传送到成型喇叭嘴C进口处被外成型纸烘烤装置31烘烤后进入外成型喇叭嘴11的圆筒内成型为圆筒WI状,被外搭口胶装置33施胶后从外成型喇叭嘴11的出口处出来,此时从外丝束传送带42传送来的外丝束S1被送入外成型纸W内;同时,内成型纸传送带3N将内成型纸N传送到成型喇叭嘴C进口处被内成型纸烘烤装置32烘烤后进入内成型喇叭嘴21的外层211和内层212之间,逐渐成型为正三角形N1的筒状后,被内搭口胶装置33施胶后从内成型喇叭嘴21的出口处出来;此时从内丝束传送带52传送来的内丝束S2被送入 内成型纸N内;正三角形N1的筒状与外成型喇叭嘴11的出口处出来的圆筒WI套在一起,外成型纸W和内成型纸N之间填充有外丝束S1,内成型纸N内部填充有内丝束S2;成型后的滤棒被粘结胶装置35施胶后粘将三角形N1的三个顶点粘结在圆筒W1的内壁面上,再次被加热器36加热后、再被冷却器37冷却成型,被切刀38分切后由分棒辊39输出,即得到所述的三角形间隔填充丝束的滤棒。
将制备的三角形间隔填充丝束的滤棒做为基棒A,与其它爆珠滤棒、颗粒滤棒、加香滤棒等不同种类的滤棒B按一定顺序和长度比例一次复合即可制备三角形间隔填充丝束二元复合滤棒;基棒A与滤棒B1、B2按一定顺序和长度比例二次复合即可制三角形间隔填充丝束三元复合滤棒。复合滤棒上卷烟机与烟支接装后,三角形间隔填充丝束的滤棒置于烟支唇端。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明采用单旦不同的丝束、以及定量不同的内外成型纸,制备出了纸基三角形间隔填充丝束的滤棒,从而实现不同的功能;如中间丝束可以采用高单旦,外层空间采用低单旦丝束,可以提高中间丝束低过滤通透性,提高轻松感,外层空间可以提高过滤效率。而现有技术的方法得到的中空滤棒由于热塑成型内部无法填充丝束,既不能利用现用加香技术差异化加工,也不能起到中空滤棒段的过滤作用。
2、本发明自行设计和制备了成型喇叭嘴。成型喇叭嘴包括外成型喇叭嘴和内型喇叭嘴,内型喇叭嘴套在外成型喇叭嘴内;所述外成型喇叭嘴为半径逐渐变小的圆筒状;所述内型喇叭嘴为两层,外层为从圆形逐渐过渡到正三角形的筒状,内层为一端面积较大的正三角形另一端为面积较小的正三角形的三棱体状。本发明的成型喇叭嘴很容易地将内外成型纸一次成型为所需要的形状。
3、本发明间隔填充丝束的技术方案,配合内外成型纸分隔以及粘结形成的特殊区域,可以实现卷烟烟气特殊过滤作用,增强丝束的协调性和匹配性,提高滤棒的功能性价值。相比于单一丝束填充,丝束过滤效果更加协调,也避免出现同轴滤棒、中空滤棒等形式滤棒过滤丝束或过滤结构、功能的单一性。
4、本发明内外层成型纸粘结在一起,内外层成型纸间隔填充不同的丝束,与目前中空滤棒内部中空结构对烟气流通的位置及机理不同,可以更好将烟气收拢,烟气更加柔和细腻,流畅感好成团,吸味圆润收敛感强。
5、本发明利内外成型纸间隔内外层填充不同的丝束,内外层成型纸特殊内接结构,配合成型纸加香、内层丝束加香,可以更好的发挥丝束的加香作用,更利于卷烟香气聚集,提高卷烟香气质、加强香气量,能够有效提高卷烟感官质量。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明通过实施例作进一步说明,但不仅限于本实施例。实施例中未注明具体条件的实验方法,通常按照常规条件以及手册中所述的条件,或按照制造厂商所建议的条件所用的通用设备、材料、试剂等,如无特殊说明,均可从商业途径得到。以下实施例和对比例中所需要的原料均为市售。
如图1所示,本发明的一种三角形间隔填充丝束的滤棒,所述三角形滤棒外观为圆柱状,其组成为外层为外成型纸W卷制成圆筒W1,内层为内成型纸N折叠成的沿圆筒W1的轴向横截面为正三角形N1的筒状;且三角形N1的三个 顶点在圆筒W1的内壁面上;其中,外成型纸W和内成型纸N之间填充有外丝束S1,内成型纸N内部填充有内丝束S2。外成型纸1的定量为30-40g/m 2。内成型纸2的定量为90-110g/m 2。三角形21为两层内成型纸2折叠成。外丝束S1的单旦为3.9d,总旦为31000d。内丝束S2的的单旦为3.0d,总旦为32000d。
本发明的三角形间隔填充丝束的滤棒的制备方法,使用滤棒一次成型***;
如图4所示,所述滤棒一次成型***包括如下部件:成型喇叭嘴C、外成型纸传送带3W、内成型纸传送带3N、外丝束传送带42和内丝束传送带52;如图2所示,所述成型喇叭嘴C包括外成型喇叭嘴11和内型喇叭嘴21,内型喇叭嘴21套在外成型喇叭嘴11内,外成型喇叭嘴11和内型喇叭嘴21通过固定点111固定在一起;如图3所示,所述外成型喇叭嘴11为半径逐渐变小的圆筒状;所述内型喇叭嘴21为两层,外层211为从圆形逐渐过渡到正三角形的筒状,内层212为一端面积较大的正三角形另一端为面积较小的正三角形的三棱体状;
三角形间隔填充丝束的滤棒的成型方法包括如下步骤:使用如图4所示的滤棒一次成型***,外成型纸传送带3W将外成型纸W传送到成型喇叭嘴C进口处被外成型纸烘烤装置31烘烤后进入外成型喇叭嘴11的圆筒内成型为圆筒WI状,被外搭口胶装置33施胶后从外成型喇叭嘴11的出口处出来,此时从外丝束传送带42传送来的外丝束S1被送入外成型纸W内;同时,内成型纸传送带3N将内成型纸N传送到成型喇叭嘴C进口处被内成型纸烘烤装置32烘烤后进入内成型喇叭嘴21的外层211和内层212之间,逐渐成型为正三角形N1的筒状后,被内搭口胶装置33施胶后从内成型喇叭嘴21的出口处出来;此时从内丝束传送带52传送来的内丝束S2被送入内成型纸N内;正三角形N1的筒状与外成型喇叭嘴11的出口处出来的圆筒WI套在一起,外成型纸W和内成型纸N之间填充有外丝束S1,内成型纸N内部填充有内丝束S2;成型后的滤棒被粘结胶装置35施胶后粘将三角形N1的三个顶点粘结在圆筒W1的内壁面上,再次被加热器36加热后、再被冷却器37冷却成型,被切刀38分切后由分棒辊39输出,即得到所述的三角形间隔填充丝束的滤棒。
将制备的三角形间隔填充丝束的滤棒做为基棒A,与其它爆珠滤棒、颗粒滤棒、加香滤棒等不同种类的滤棒B按一定顺序和长度比例一次复合即可制备三角形间隔填充丝束二元复合滤棒;基棒A与滤棒B1、B2按一定顺序和长度比例 二次复合即可制三角形间隔填充丝束三元复合滤棒。复合滤棒上卷烟机与烟支接装后,三角形间隔填充丝束的滤棒置于烟支唇端。
本发明的方法与现有技术的方法运行情况及得到的卷烟烟支的结果比较:

由上述比较可知,发明的方法制备三角形间隔填充丝束的滤棒做为基棒的复合滤棒经接装制备的卷烟,烟气收拢,烟气更加柔和细腻,流畅感好成团,吸味圆润收敛感强,香气质、香气量增加,能够有效提高卷烟感官质量。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种三角形间隔填充丝束的滤棒,其特征在于,所述三角形滤棒外观为圆柱状,其组成为外层为外成型纸(W)卷制成圆筒(W1),内层为内成型纸(N)折叠成的沿圆筒(W1)的轴向横截面为正三角形(N1)的筒状;且三角形(N1)的三个顶点在圆筒(W1)的内壁面上;其中,外成型纸(W)和内成型纸(N)之间填充有外丝束(S1),内成型纸(N)内部填充有内丝束(S2)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的滤棒,其特征在于,外成型纸(1)的定量为30-40g/m 2
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的滤棒,其特征在于,内成型纸(2)的定量为90-110g/m 2
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的滤棒,其特征在于,三角形(21)为两层内成型纸(2)折叠成。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的滤棒,其特征在于,外丝束(S1)的单旦为3.9d,总旦为31000d。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的滤棒,其特征在于,内丝束(S2)的单旦为3.0d,总旦为32000d。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的滤棒,其特征在于,外成型纸(W)或/和内成型纸(N)为加香成型纸。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的滤棒,其特征在于,外丝束(S1)或/和内丝束(S2)为加香丝束。
  9. 一种根据权利要求1-8任一所述的三角形间隔填充丝束的滤棒的制备方法,其特征在于,使用滤棒一次成型***;
    所述滤棒一次成型***包括如下部件:成型喇叭嘴(C)、外成型纸传送带(3W)、内成型纸传送带(3N)、外丝束传送带(42)和内丝束传送带(52);所述成型喇叭嘴(C)包括外成型喇叭嘴(11)和内型喇叭嘴(21),内型喇叭嘴(21)套在外成型喇叭嘴(11)内;所述外成型喇叭嘴(11)为半径逐渐变小的圆筒状;所述内型喇叭嘴(21)为两层,外层(211)为从圆形逐渐过渡到正三角形的筒状,内层(212)为一端面积较大的正三角形另一端为面积较小的正三角形的三棱体状;
    三角形间隔填充丝束的滤棒的成型方法包括如下步骤:外成型纸传送带 (3W)将外成型纸(W)传送到成型喇叭嘴(C)进口处被外成型纸烘烤装置(31)烘烤后进入外成型喇叭嘴(11)的圆筒内成型为圆筒(WI)状,被外搭口胶装置(33)施胶后从外成型喇叭嘴(11)的出口处出来,此时从外丝束传送带(42)传送来的外丝束(S1)被送入外成型纸(W)内;同时,内成型纸传送带(3N)将内成型纸(N)传送到成型喇叭嘴(C)进口处被内成型纸烘烤装置(32)烘烤后进入内成型喇叭嘴(21)的外层(211)和内层(212)之间,逐渐成型为正三角形(N1)的筒状后,被内搭口胶装置(33)施胶后从内成型喇叭嘴(21)的出口处出来;此时从内丝束传送带(52)传送来的内丝束(S2)被送入内成型纸(N)内;正三角形(N1)的筒状与外成型喇叭嘴(11)的出口处出来的圆筒(WI)套在一起,外成型纸(W)和内成型纸(N)之间填充有外丝束(S1),内成型纸(N)内部填充有内丝束(S2);成型后的滤棒被粘结胶装置(35)施胶后粘将三角形(N1)的三个顶点粘结在圆筒(W1)的内壁面上,再次被加热器(36)加热后、再被冷却器(37)冷却成型,被切刀(38)分切后由分棒辊(39)输出,即得到所述的三角形间隔填充丝束的滤棒。
