FIG. 3 is a schematic perspective view showing a repaired elevator system repaired by the repair method of the first embodiment. FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing an enlarged main part of the elevator device shown in FIG. 3. FIG. FIG. 5 is a plan view showing the elevator device of FIG. 4. FIG. 6 is a side view showing the top of the hoistway 1 of FIG. 4.
In the first embodiment, both the elevator device before the renovation and the elevator device after the renovation are machine room-less elevators.
In the elevator system after the renovation, the heights of the first counterweight guide rail 7 and the second counterweight guide rail 8 from the bottom of the hoistway 1 are lower than before the renovation. As a result, the heights of the first counterweight guide rail 7 and the second counterweight guide rail 8 from the bottom of the hoistway 1 are the same as those of the first car guide rail 5 and the second car guide rail from the bottom of the hoistway 1. It is lower than the height of the rail 6.
A machine stand 21 is installed between the upper end of the first counterweight guide rail 7 and the upper end of the second counterweight guide rail 8. A refurbished hoist 22 is installed on the machine stand 21. That is, the hoisting machine 22 is supported by the first counterweight guide rail 7 and the second counterweight guide rail 8 via the machine stand 21.
The hoist 22 has a hoist main body 23 and a drive sheave 24. The hoist main body 23 includes a hoist motor (not shown) and a hoist brake (not shown). The hoist motor rotates the drive sheave 24. The hoist brake keeps the drive sheave 24 stationary. Further, the hoisting machine brake brakes the rotation of the drive sheave 24.
As the hoist 22, a thin hoist is used. A thin winding machine is a winding machine whose axial dimension is smaller than the dimension in the direction perpendicular to the axial direction.
A modified counterweight 25 is arranged between the first counterweight guide rail 7 and the second counterweight guide rail 8. The counterweight 25 moves up and down within the hoistway 1 while being guided by the first counterweight guide rail 7 and the second counterweight guide rail 8. The hoist 22 is arranged above the lifting stroke of the counterweight 25.
A first counterweight suspension wheel 26 and a second counterweight suspension wheel 27 are provided above the counterweight 25. A return wheel 28 is provided on the machine stand 21.
When the hoistway 1 is viewed from directly above, the rotation shaft of the first counterweight suspension wheel 26, the rotation shaft of the second counterweight suspension wheel 27, and the rotation axis of the return wheel 28 are the same as the first and second counterweight suspension wheels, respectively. The counterweights are inclined in the same direction and at the same angle with respect to a straight line connecting the centers of the counterweight guide rails 7 and 8.
The first car guide rail 5 before repair, the second car guide rail 6 before repair, and the car 9 before repair are still used as they are after repair.
A modified suspension body 29 is wrapped around the drive sheave 24. In FIG. 5, only a part of the suspension body 29 is shown. Further, in FIG. 6, the suspension body 29 is omitted. As the suspension body 29, a plurality of ropes or a plurality of belts are used.
The suspension body 29 has a first end and a second end. A first end of the suspension body 29 is connected to a first leash. The machine stand 21 is provided with a second rope stopper (not shown). The second end of the suspension body 29 is connected to a second leash.
Further, the suspension body 29 includes, in order from the first end side, the first car hanging wheel 11, the second car hanging wheel 12, the drive sheave 24, the first counterweight hanging wheel 26, the return wheel 28, and the second car hanging wheel 28. The weights are wound around the weight hanging wheel 27 in this order.
The car 9 is suspended by a suspension body 29 using a 2:1 roping method. The counterweight 25 is suspended by a suspension body 29 using a 4:1 roping method.
The car 9 and the counterweight 25 move up and down in the hoistway 1 as the drive sheave 24 rotates. The moving speed of the counterweight 25 relative to the rotational speed of the drive sheave 24 is lower than the moving speed of the car 9 relative to the rotational speed of the drive sheave 24.
The lifting stroke of the counterweight 25 after the modification is half the lifting stroke of the counterweight 10 before the modification. The mass of the counterweight 25 after the modification is larger than the mass of the counterweight 10 before the modification. The lowest position of the counterweight 25 after the modification when it is raised and lowered is the same as the lowest position when the balance weight 10 is raised and lowered before the modification.
FIG. 7 is a schematic process diagram showing the repair method of the first embodiment. The repair method of the first embodiment includes a lifting step S101, a rail shortening step S102, a hoist installation step S103, a counterweight installation step S104, a hanging step S105, and a hoist removal step S106.
In the lifting step S101, a lifting device (not shown) is installed at the top of the hoistway 1, and the car 9 is lifted by the lifting device. Then, the suspension body 17 before repair, the counterweight 10 before repair, the top beam 14, the first return wheel 15, and the second return wheel 16 are removed. For example, a chain hoist is used as the lifting device.
The rail shortening step S102 is a step in which the heights of the first counterweight guide rail 7 and the second counterweight guide rail 8 from the bottom of the hoistway 1 are made lower than the heights before modification.
Specifically, by removing at least the uppermost rail member 20 from each of the first counterweight guide rail 7 and the second counterweight guide rail 8, the first counterweight guide rail 7 and the second counterweight guide rail 8 are lowered in height.
In the hoisting machine installation step S103, the hoisting machine 22 after the repair is installed by the first counterweight guide rail 7 and the second counterweight guide rail 8 above the lifting stroke of the counterweight 25 after the repair. This is a supporting process.
Specifically, a machine stand 21 is installed between the upper end of the first counterweight guide rail 7 and the upper end of the second counterweight guide rail 8. Then, the hoisting machine 22 after repair is installed on the machine stand 21.
In the counterweight installation step S104, the modified counterweight 25 is installed between the first counterweight guide rail 7 and the second counterweight guide rail 8.
In the hanging step S105, the modified suspension body 29 is rotated so that the moving speed of the counterweight 25 with respect to the rotational speed of the drive sheave 24 is lower than the moving speed of the car 9 with respect to the rotational speed of the driving sheave 24. It is a process.
Specifically, a return wheel 28 is installed on the machine stand 21. Then, the suspension body 29 is wound around the first car suspension wheel 11, the second car suspension wheel 12, the drive sheave 24, the first counterweight suspension wheel 26, the return wheel 28, and the second counterweight suspension wheel 27. It will be done. Further, a first end of the suspension body 29 is connected to a first rope stop, and a second end of the suspension body 29 is connected to a second rope stop.
As a result, the car 9 is suspended by the suspension body 29 in a 2:1 roping method. Further, the counterweight 25 is suspended by a suspension body 29 using a 4:1 roping method.
Work on the first counterweight guide rail 7, second counterweight guide rail 8, machine stand 21, refurbished hoist 22, return wheel 28, etc. is carried out with the car 9 lifted by a lifting device. This is done from the top of car 9.
The hoisting machine removal step S106 is a process of removing the hoisting machine 2 before repair, which is installed at a lower position than the hoisting machine 22 after repair, from the hoistway 1.
In such a refurbished elevator system, the moving speed of the counterweight 25 relative to the rotational speed of the drive sheave 24 is lower than the moving speed of the car 9 relative to the rotational speed of the drive sheave 24. Further, the height of the first counterweight guide rail 7 and the second counterweight guide rail 8 from the bottom of the hoistway 1 is the height of the first car guide rail 5 and the second car guide rail from the bottom of the hoistway 1. lower than the height of 6. Further, the hoisting machine 22 is supported by a first counterweight guide rail 7 and a second counterweight guide rail 8 above the lifting stroke of the counterweight 25.
Therefore, the installation space for the hoist 22 can be easily secured in the hoistway 1 regardless of the space at the top of the hoistway 1.
Furthermore, even if the bottom of the hoistway 1 should be flooded, the hoist 22 can be prevented from getting wet.
When the hoistway 1 is viewed from directly above, the rotation axis of the first counterweight suspension wheel 26 and the rotation axis of the second counterweight suspension wheel 27 are connected to the first and second counterweight guides, respectively. It is inclined in the same direction with respect to the straight line connecting the centers of the rails 7 and 8. Therefore, the first and second counterweight suspension wheels 26 and 27 can be moved to the counterweight 25 without changing the positions of the first and second counterweight guide rails 7 and 8 from before the renovation. The roping method on the counterweight 25 side can be changed.
Furthermore, the lowest position of the counterweight 25 after the modification when it is raised and lowered is the same as the lowest position when the balance weight 10 is raised and lowered before the modification. Therefore, if a counterweight buffer (not shown) is installed at the bottom of the hoistway 1 in the elevator system before the renovation, the counterweight buffer can be used as is even after the renovation.
Furthermore, in the elevator device repair method of the first embodiment, the heights of the first counterweight guide rail 7 and the second counterweight guide rail 8 are made lower than the heights before the repair. Moreover, the hoisting machine 22 after modification is supported by the first counterweight guide rail 7 and the second counterweight guide rail 8 above the lifting stroke of the counterweight 25. Further, the suspension body 29 is hung so that the moving speed of the counterweight 25 relative to the rotational speed of the drive sheave 24 is lower than the moving speed of the car 9 relative to the rotational speed of the drive sheave 24.
Therefore, the installation space for the hoist 22 can be easily secured in the hoistway 1 regardless of the space at the top of the hoistway 1.
Furthermore, in the rail shortening step S102, at least the uppermost rail member 20 is removed from each of the first counterweight guide rail 7 and the second counterweight guide rail 8. For this reason, while reusing the first counterweight guide rail 7 and second counterweight guide rail 8 before modification, the heights of the first counterweight guide rail 7 and second counterweight guide rail 8 can be easily adjusted. can be lowered to This makes it possible to shorten the repair work period.
Furthermore, in the hoisting machine removal step S106, the hoisting machine 2 before repair is removed. Therefore, the space within the hoistway 1 can be used effectively.
Further, the car 9 before the repair, the first car guide rail 5 before the repair, and the second car guide rail 6 before the repair are still used as they are after the repair. Therefore, the repair work period can be shortened. Furthermore, the unrenovated car 9 can be raised and lowered along the unrenovated first car guide rail 5 and the unrenovated second car guide rail 6, and the refurbishment work can be performed from above the car 9.
Further, work on the first counterweight guide rail 7 and the second counterweight guide rail 8 is performed from above the car 9 with the car 9 lifted by the lifting device. Thereby, work on the first counterweight guide rail 7 and the second counterweight guide rail 8 can be easily performed.
In the first embodiment, the roping method on the car 9 side after the modification is a 2:1 roping method, and the roping method on the counterweight 25 side after the modification is a 4:1 roping method. However, as long as the moving speed of the counterweight 25 relative to the rotational speed of the driving sheave 24 is lower than the moving speed of the car 9 relative to the rotational speed of the driving sheave 24, each roping method is not limited to the above example.
That is, when the car 9 is suspended by the m:1 roping method and the counterweight 25 is suspended by the n:1 roping method, m is a positive integer, and n is a positive positive number larger than m. Good to have.
Furthermore, the hoisting machine 22 after modification may be supported by only one of the first counterweight guide rail 7 and the second counterweight guide rail 8.
Moreover, the hoisting machine 22 after repair does not necessarily have to be a new hoisting machine. That is, the hoisting machine 2 before modification may be moved and used as the hoisting machine after modification.
