Abstract
低発熱性及び耐破壊特性に優れた共重合体を提供することを目的とする。 上記目的を解決するべく、本発明は、ウレタン骨格と、ジエン骨格とを有する、ポリウレタン-ポリジエン共重合体であって、少なくとも、(A)両末端に水酸基を有するポリジエンと、(C)イソシアネート基を2つ以上有する化合物と、を共重合してなることを特徴とする。
Description
本発明は、ポリウレタン-ポリジエン共重合体、ゴム組成物及びタイヤに関する。
近年、ゴム産業においては、環境負荷低減が強く求められており、ゴム材料の耐久性を向上させる技術が注目されている。
このような技術として、ジエン系ゴムの末端を変性させることにより、ゴム物性の改善を図る技術が開発されている。例えば特許文献1には、天然ゴム、ポリイソプレンゴム、スチレン-イソプレン-ブタジエン共重合体ゴム、ブタジエン-イソプレン共重合体ゴム、スチレン-ブタジエン共重合体ゴム、ポリブタジエンゴム及びイソブチレンイソプレンゴム等のゴム成分に、スズ、ケイ素、窒素等を含有する官能基を付与することで、ゴム組成物の耐熱性、破壊強度及び損失正接(tanδ)等を高度にバランスさせる技術が開示されている。
このような技術として、ジエン系ゴムの末端を変性させることにより、ゴム物性の改善を図る技術が開発されている。例えば特許文献1には、天然ゴム、ポリイソプレンゴム、スチレン-イソプレン-ブタジエン共重合体ゴム、ブタジエン-イソプレン共重合体ゴム、スチレン-ブタジエン共重合体ゴム、ポリブタジエンゴム及びイソブチレンイソプレンゴム等のゴム成分に、スズ、ケイ素、窒素等を含有する官能基を付与することで、ゴム組成物の耐熱性、破壊強度及び損失正接(tanδ)等を高度にバランスさせる技術が開示されている。
特許文献1のゴム組成物は、タイヤに用いることで、低ロス性(低燃費性)の改善を図ることが可能となる。ただし、特許文献1のゴム組成物については、タイヤに用いる場合、耐亀裂成長性等の耐破壊特性の観点でさらなる改善が望まれていた。
そのため、本発明は、低発熱性及び耐破壊特性に優れた共重合体及びゴム組成物を提供することを目的とする。
また、本発明は、低燃費性及び耐破壊特性に優れたタイヤを提供すること目的とする。

本発明者らは、ウレタン骨格と、ジエン骨格とを有する、ポリウレタン-ポリジエン共重合体について、上記課題を解決するため鋭意検討をした結果、少なくとも特定のポリジエン及びイソシアネート基含有化合物を共重合させることで、低発熱性と耐破壊特性との両立を図ることが可能になることを見出し、本発明を完成させるに至った。
本発明は、このような知見に基づきなされたもので、その要旨は以下の通りである。
本発明のポリウレタン-ポリジエン共重合体は、ウレタン骨格と、ジエン骨格とを有する、ポリウレタン-ポリジエン共重合体であって、少なくとも、
(A)両末端に水酸基を有するポリジエンと、
(C)イソシアネート基を2つ以上有する化合物と、
を共重合してなることを特徴とする。
上記構成によって、低発熱性と耐破壊特性との両立を図ることができる。
本発明のポリウレタン-ポリジエン共重合体は、ウレタン骨格と、ジエン骨格とを有する、ポリウレタン-ポリジエン共重合体であって、少なくとも、
(A)両末端に水酸基を有するポリジエンと、
(C)イソシアネート基を2つ以上有する化合物と、
を共重合してなることを特徴とする。
上記構成によって、低発熱性と耐破壊特性との両立を図ることができる。
本発明のポリウレタン-ポリジエン共重合体では、さらに、(B)1~5個の不飽和結合を有し、両末端に水酸基を有するジオールを、共重合してなることが好ましい。耐破壊性をより向上させることができるためである。
また、本発明のポリウレタン-ポリジエン共重合体では、前記ウレタン骨格の含有量(mol%)と前記ジエン骨格の含有量(mol%)との比率が、ウレタン骨格の含有量:ジエン骨格の含有量=30:70~95:5であることが好ましい。より確実に、低発熱性と耐破壊特性との両立を図ることができるためである。
さらに、本発明のポリウレタン-ポリジエン共重合体では、前記ポリウレタン-ポリジエン共重合体は、下記式で示される構造を有することが好ましい。低発熱性と耐破壊特性との両立を図ることができるためである。
(上記式中、x及びyは、x/y=1/1~1/14の関係を満たす。)
また、本発明のポリウレタン-ポリジエン共重合体では、前記(A)両末端に水酸基を有するポリジエンが、両末端に水酸基を有するポリブタジエンであることがより好ましい。低発熱性と耐破壊特性との両立をより高いレベルで実現できるためである。
さらに、本発明のポリウレタン-ポリジエン共重合体では、前記(B)1~5個の不飽和結合を有し、両末端に水酸基を有するジオールが、下記式で示される構造を有することが好ましい。低発熱性と耐破壊特性との両立をより高いレベルで実現できるためである。
また、本発明のポリウレタン-ポリジエン共重合体では、前記(C)イソシアネート基を2つ以上有する化合物は、2つのイソシアネート基を有することが好ましく、下記式で示される構造を有することがより好ましい。低発熱性と耐破壊特性との両立をより高いレベルで実現できるためである。
さらにまた、本発明のポリウレタン-ポリジエン共重合体では、共重合の際に用いられる、(A)両末端に水酸基を有するポリジエン、(B)1~5個の不飽和結合を有し、両末端に水酸基を有するジオール、及び、(C)イソシアネート基を2つ以上有する化合物、のmol比率が、1:5~15:6~20であることが好ましい。低発熱性と耐破壊特性との両立をより高いレベルで実現できるためである。
本発明のゴム組成物は、ゴム成分と、上述した本発明のポリウレタン-ポリジエン共重合体と、を含むことを特徴とする。
上記構成によって、得られたゴム組成物は、低発熱性と耐破壊特性との両立を図ることができる。

さらに、本発明のゴム組成物では、前記ポリウレタン-ポリジエン共重合体の含有量は、前記ゴム成分100質量部に対して1~50質量部であることが好ましい。低発熱性と耐破壊特性との両立をより高いレベルで実現できるためである。
本発明のタイヤは、上述した本発明のゴム組成物を用いたことを特徴とする。

従来、ウレタン骨格と、ジエン骨格とを有するポリマーを得るためには、ポリウレタンと、ポリジエンとを共重合させることが一般的であった。
しかしながら、ポリウレタンと、ポリジエンとを共重合させて得られるポリマーは、柔軟性のある部分(ソフト相)と強度の高い部分(ハード相)とのバランスが十分でなく、低発熱性及び耐破壊特性とを高いレベルで両立させることは難しかった。
そのため、本発明のポリウレタン-ポリジエン共重合体では、少なくとも、上述したA成分と、C成分と、を共重合させてなることで、ポリウレタンと、ポリジエンとを共重合させる場合に比べて、ソフト相とハード相とのバランスを所望の範囲に調整することが可能となる結果、低発熱性及び耐破壊特性とを高いレベルで両立させることができる。
しかしながら、ポリウレタンと、ポリジエンとを共重合させて得られるポリマーは、柔軟性のある部分(ソフト相)と強度の高い部分(ハード相)とのバランスが十分でなく、低発熱性及び耐破壊特性とを高いレベルで両立させることは難しかった。
そのため、本発明のポリウレタン-ポリジエン共重合体では、少なくとも、上述したA成分と、C成分と、を共重合させてなることで、ポリウレタンと、ポリジエンとを共重合させる場合に比べて、ソフト相とハード相とのバランスを所望の範囲に調整することが可能となる結果、低発熱性及び耐破壊特性とを高いレベルで両立させることができる。
ここで、本発明のポリウレタン-ポリジエン共重合体は、ウレタン骨格と、ジエン骨格とを有するものであるが、低発熱性及び耐破壊特性とを高いレベルで実現できる観点から、下記式で示される構造を有することが好ましい。
上記式中、x及びyは、x/y=1/1~1/14の関係を満たす。
また、上記式中、x=1~13500、y=1~250、z=1~250であることが好ましい。

また、本発明のポリウレタン-ポリジエン共重合体では、低発熱性及び耐破壊特性を高いレベルで実現できる観点から、前記ウレタン骨格の含有量(mol%)と前記ジエン骨格の含有量(mol%)との比率が、ウレタン骨格の含有量:ジエン骨格の含有量=50:50~95:5であることが好ましく88:12~93:7であることがより好ましい。
(A)両末端に水酸基を有するポリジエン
本発明のポリウレタン-ポリジエン共重合体は、共重合の材料として両末端に水酸基を有するポリジエン(A成分)を用いる。
前記A成分は、本発明のポリウレタン-ポリジエン共重合体のジエン骨格及びウレタン骨格を形成するための成分であり、両末端に水酸基を有するポリジエンであること以外は、特に限定はされない。
本発明のポリウレタン-ポリジエン共重合体は、共重合の材料として両末端に水酸基を有するポリジエン(A成分)を用いる。
前記A成分は、本発明のポリウレタン-ポリジエン共重合体のジエン骨格及びウレタン骨格を形成するための成分であり、両末端に水酸基を有するポリジエンであること以外は、特に限定はされない。
前記ポリジエンとしては、例えば、ポリブタジエン、ポリイソプレン、スチレンブタジエン等の合成ゴムが挙げられ、これらの中でも、発熱性の観点から、ポリブタジエンを用いることがより好ましい。
さらに、前記ポリブタジエンは、ポリブタジエン主鎖の1,4結合の割合が40%以上であるポリブタジエンであることが好ましい。ソフトセグメントに優れたゴム弾性を確保できるためである。

(B)1~5個の不飽和結合を有し、両末端に水酸基を有するジオール
また、本発明のポリウレタン-ポリジエン共重合体は、共重合の材料として1~5個の不飽和結合を有し、両末端に水酸基を有するジオール(B成分)を用いることが好ましい。より優れた耐破壊性を実現できるためである。
前記B成分は、本発明のポリウレタン-ポリジエン共重合体のウレタン骨格を形成するための成分である。
また、本発明のポリウレタン-ポリジエン共重合体は、共重合の材料として1~5個の不飽和結合を有し、両末端に水酸基を有するジオール(B成分)を用いることが好ましい。より優れた耐破壊性を実現できるためである。
前記B成分は、本発明のポリウレタン-ポリジエン共重合体のウレタン骨格を形成するための成分である。

(C)イソシアネート基を2つ以上有する化合物
さらに、本発明のポリウレタン-ポリジエン共重合体は、共重合の材料としてイソシアネート基を2つ以上有する化合物(C成分)を用いる。
前記C成分は、本発明のポリウレタン-ポリジエン共重合体のウレタン骨格を形成するための成分である。

(ポリウレタン-ポリジエン共重合体の製造方法)
本発明のポリウレタン-ポリジエン共重合体の製造方法については、前記A成分と、前記B成分と、前記C成分と、を共重合させることができる方法であれば特に限定はされない。
例えば、テトラヒドロフラン(TFH)溶媒中、前記A成分と、任意成分である前記B成分と、ルイス酸触媒と、を混合した溶液に、前記C成分を添加することで、ポリウレタン-ポリジエン共重合体(ブタポリウレタン-ポリジエン共重合体)を得ることができる。
本発明のポリウレタン-ポリジエン共重合体の製造方法については、前記A成分と、前記B成分と、前記C成分と、を共重合させることができる方法であれば特に限定はされない。
例えば、テトラヒドロフラン(TFH)溶媒中、前記A成分と、任意成分である前記B成分と、ルイス酸触媒と、を混合した溶液に、前記C成分を添加することで、ポリウレタン-ポリジエン共重合体(ブタポリウレタン-ポリジエン共重合体)を得ることができる。
なお、共重合の際に用いられる、前記A成分、前記B成分及び前記C成分の量は、mol比率で、A成分:B成分:C成分=、1:5~15:6~20であることが好ましく、1:5~14:6~15であることがより好ましい。より確実に本発明のポリウレタン-ポリジエン共重合体を得ることができるためである。
<ゴム組成物>
本発明のゴム組成物は、ゴム成分と、上述した本発明のポリウレタン-ポリジエン共重合体と、を含むことを特徴とする。
上記構成を具えることで、ゴム組成物の低発熱性及び耐破壊特性を高いレベルで実現できる。
本発明ゴム組成物では、ポリウレタン同士が水素結合で結合しており、この水素結合は、低歪では破断せず、低発熱性を維持することが可能となる。一方で、本発明ゴム組成物では、高歪ではポリウレタン-ポリジエン共重合体が破断し、破断の際にエネルギー散逸が起こるため、耐破壊特性(耐亀裂成長性)についても向上できる。その結果、本発明のゴム組成物は、優れた低発熱性を有しつつ、耐破壊特性の向上も可能となる。
本発明のゴム組成物は、ゴム成分と、上述した本発明のポリウレタン-ポリジエン共重合体と、を含むことを特徴とする。
上記構成を具えることで、ゴム組成物の低発熱性及び耐破壊特性を高いレベルで実現できる。
本発明ゴム組成物では、ポリウレタン同士が水素結合で結合しており、この水素結合は、低歪では破断せず、低発熱性を維持することが可能となる。一方で、本発明ゴム組成物では、高歪ではポリウレタン-ポリジエン共重合体が破断し、破断の際にエネルギー散逸が起こるため、耐破壊特性(耐亀裂成長性)についても向上できる。その結果、本発明のゴム組成物は、優れた低発熱性を有しつつ、耐破壊特性の向上も可能となる。
ここで、本発明のゴム組成物における、前記ポリウレタン-ポリジエン共重合体の含有量は、前記ゴム成分100質量部に対して1~50質量部であることが好ましい。前記ポリウレタン-ポリジエン共重合体の含有量が前記ゴム成分100質量部に対して1質量部であれば、ゴム組成物の十分な耐破壊特性を確保でき、前記ポリウレタン-ポリジエン共重合体の含有量が前記ゴム成分100質量部に対して50質量部以下であれ低発熱性やその他の物性悪化を抑制できる。同様の観点から、前記ポリウレタン-ポリジエン共重合体の含有量は、前記ゴム成分100質量部に対して10~40質量部であることがより好ましく、20~35質量部であることがさらに好ましい。
本発明のゴム組成物の前記ポリウレタン-ポリジエン共重合体以外の成分については、特に限定されず、要求に応じて任意の成分を含むことが可能である。
前記ゴム成分については、要求される性能に応じて適宜選択することができる。例えば、天然ゴム(NR)、ブタジエンゴム(BR)、イソプレンゴム(IR)、スチレンブタジエンゴム(SBR)、スチレンイソプレンブタジエンゴム(SIBR)、クロロプレンゴム(CR)、アクリロニトリルブタジエンゴム(NBR)、エチレン-ブタジエンゴム、スチレン-エチレン-ブタジエンゴム等のジエン系ゴム、エチレンプロピレンジエンゴム(EPDM)、エチレンプロピレンゴム(EPM)、ブチルゴム(IIR)等の非ジエン系ゴムが挙げられる。これらの中でも、前記ポリウレタン-ポリジエン共重合体との相溶性が高く、低発熱性及び耐破壊特性をより向上できる観点から、前記ジエン系ゴムを含む1種又は2種以上を含むことが好ましい。
また、本発明のゴム組成物は、耐カット性、耐摩耗性、耐疲労性等の耐久性をより向上させる観点から、補強性充填剤をさらに含むことが好ましい。
前記補強性充填剤については、ゴム分野で通常用いられる補強性充填剤であればよく、例えば、シリカ、カーボンブラック、タルク、クレイ、水酸化アルミニウム、酸化チタン等が挙げられる。

前記シリカの種類については、特に限定はされない。例えば、湿式シリカ、コロイダルシリカ、ケイ酸カルシウム等が挙げられる。
上述した中でも、前記シリカは、湿式シリカであることが好ましく、沈降シリカであることがより好ましい。これらのシリカは、分散性が高く、ゴム組成物の低ロス性及び耐摩耗性をより向上できるためである。なお、沈降シリカとは、製造初期に、反応溶液を比較的高温、中性~アルカリ性のpH領域で反応を進めてシリカ一次粒子を成長させ、その後酸性側へ制御することで、一次粒子を凝集させる結果得られるシリカのことである。
上述した中でも、前記シリカは、湿式シリカであることが好ましく、沈降シリカであることがより好ましい。これらのシリカは、分散性が高く、ゴム組成物の低ロス性及び耐摩耗性をより向上できるためである。なお、沈降シリカとは、製造初期に、反応溶液を比較的高温、中性~アルカリ性のpH領域で反応を進めてシリカ一次粒子を成長させ、その後酸性側へ制御することで、一次粒子を凝集させる結果得られるシリカのことである。
また、前記シリカの含有量についても、特に限定はされない。例えば、前記ゴム成分100質量部に対して20~120質量部であることが好ましく、30~70質量部であることがより好ましく、35~65質量部であることが特に好ましい。
前記シリカの含有量を、前記ゴム成分100質量部に対して、20質量部以上とすることで、前記ポリウレタン-ポリジエン共重合体との相乗効果によってより優れた耐破壊特性を得ることができ、80質量部以下とすることで、加工性等の物性の悪化をより確実に抑えることができる。

なお、前記カーボンブラックの種類についても、特に限定はされない。例えば、オイルファーネス法により製造された任意のハードカーボン及びソフトカーボンを用いることができる。
また、前記カーボンブラックとしては、特に限定されるものではなく、例えば、GPF、FEF、HAF、ISAF、SAF等のグレードのカーボンブラックが挙げられる。これらカーボンブラックは、1種単独で使用してもよいし、2種以上を併用してもよい。

前記カーボンブラックの含有量を、前記ゴム成分100質量部に対して、1質量部以上とすることで、より優れた耐久性を得ることができ、50質量部以下とすることで、低発熱性の悪化をより確実に抑えることができる。

また、本発明のゴム組成物は、ゴム組成物に通常配合される添加剤(その他の成分)を、発明の効果を損なわない程度に含むことができる。例えば、ゴム工業で通常使用されている、シランカップリング剤、老化防止剤、架橋促進剤、架橋剤、架橋促進助剤、軟化剤、ステアリン酸、オゾン劣化防止剤、界面活性剤等の添加剤を適宜含むことができる。
本発明のゴム組成物が、前記シリカを含む場合には、シランカップリング剤をさらに含むことが好ましい。前記シリカの分散性を高め、より優れた耐久性を得ることができるためである。

<タイヤ>
本発明のタイヤは、上述した本発明のゴム組成物を用いたことを特徴とする。本発明のゴム組成物をタイヤ材料として含むことによって、低燃費性と耐破壊特性とを高いレベルで両立できる。
本発明のタイヤにおいて、本発明のゴム組成物を適用する部位については、特に限定はされないが、トレッド部に用いることが好ましい。本発明のゴム組成物をトレッド部に用いたタイヤは、低燃費性及び耐破壊特性に優れたタイヤとなる。
本発明のタイヤは、上述した本発明のゴム組成物を用いたことを特徴とする。本発明のゴム組成物をタイヤ材料として含むことによって、低燃費性と耐破壊特性とを高いレベルで両立できる。
本発明のタイヤにおいて、本発明のゴム組成物を適用する部位については、特に限定はされないが、トレッド部に用いることが好ましい。本発明のゴム組成物をトレッド部に用いたタイヤは、低燃費性及び耐破壊特性に優れたタイヤとなる。
なお、本発明のタイヤは、上述した本発明のゴム組成物をタイヤ部材のいずれかに用いること以外には、特に制限はなく、常法に従って製造することができる。なお、該タイヤに充填する気体としては、通常のあるいは酸素分圧を調整した空気の他、窒素、アルゴン、ヘリウム等の不活性ガスを用いることができる。

また、上述した本発明のゴム組成物は、タイヤ以外のゴム物品(以下、「その他のゴム物品」という。)へ適用することもできる。
前記その他のゴム物品については、特に限定はされないが、例えば、免震ゴム、クローラ、ホース等が挙げられる。

以下、実施例を挙げて本発明をより詳細に説明するが、本発明はこれらに限定されるものではない。
(ポリウレタン-ポリブタジエン共重合体1~3)
共重合体1~3は、全てを下記に示す方法にて耐圧容器内で重合した。前記A成分であるポリブタジエン(出光製水酸基末端液状ポリブタジエン、「Poly bdTM R-45HT」)と、前記B成分のジオール(TCI製cis-2-Butene-1,4-diol)及び、前記C成分のジイソシアネート(三井化学株式会社製トリレンジイソシアネート、コスモネートT-80)をTHF 500 ml(東京化成工業株式会社製テトラヒドロフラン)に室温にて混合した。その後、ルイス酸触媒DBTDL(東京化成工業株式会社製ジラウリン酸ジブチルすず)のTHF溶液を反応容器に追加した後、80℃に昇温させた。十分に反応が進行した後に温度を降下させ、イソプロピルアルコール(関東化学株式会社製)で反応を停止した後、THFとイソプロピルアルコールを蒸発させることで、ポリウレタン-ポリブタジエン共重合体1~3を得た。
なお、各共重合体の重合におけるモノマーの配合比率は下記に示すとおりである。

評価については、比較例3の正接損失tanδを100としたときの指数値の逆数として表示し、指数値が大きいほど、正接損失tanδが小さく、低発熱性に優れることを示す。
(1)低発熱性
実施例1~3、比較例1~2の各サンプルについて、加硫処理を施した後、粘弾性測定装置(株式会社上島製作所製)を使用し、周波数15Hz、引張ひずみ2%、温度50℃の条件で測定し、正接損失tanδを測定した。
また、比較例3のサンプルについて、加硫処理を施した後、粘弾性測定装置(株式会社上島製作所製)を使用し、周波数15Hz、引張ひずみ2%、温度50℃の条件で測定し、正接損失tanδを測定する。
評価については、比較例3の正接損失tanδを100としたときの指数値の逆数として表示し、指数値が大きいほど、正接損失tanδが小さく、低発熱性に優れることを示す。
(2)耐伸長疲労性
実施例1~3、比較例1~2の各サンプルについて、加硫処理を施した後、引張試験装置(株式会社島津製作所)を使用し、幅6mmのダンベル型の試験片に0.5mm幅の切り込みを入れて5Hzで繰り返し引張する試験を行った。その後、エネルギー解放率の常用対数(Log [T(J/m2)])をとった値が4.0のときの破断回数を測定した。
また、比較例3のサンプルについて、硫処理を施した後、引張試験装置(株式会社島津製作所)を使用し、幅6mmのダンベル型の試験片に0.5mm幅の切り込みを入れて5Hzで繰り返し引張する試験を行う。その後、エネルギー解放率の常用対数(Log [T(J/m2)])をとった値が4.0のときの破断回数を測定する。
評価については、比較例3の破断回数を100としたときの、指数として表示し、表1に示す。なお、表1中の指数値は、大きいほど伸長疲労性に優れることを示す。

(3)耐摩耗性
実施例1~3、比較例1~2の各サンプルについて、加硫処理を施した試験片を作製した後、JIS K 6264-2:2005に準拠し、上島製作所製ランボーン摩耗試験機を使用して、研磨輪にサンドペーパーを貼り付け、室温で、スリップ率5%、7%、10%、12%、15%での摩耗量を測定した。
また、比較例3のサンプルについて、加硫処理を施した試験片を作製した後、JIS K 6264-2:2005に準拠し、上島製作所製ランボーン摩耗試験機を使用して、研磨輪にサンドペーパーを貼り付け、室温で、スリップ率5%、7%、10%、12%、15%での摩耗量を測定する。
評価については、スリップ率ごとに、比較例3の摩耗量の逆数を100として下記式にて指数にし、得られた指数の平均値を算出した。指数値が大きい程、摩耗量が少なく、耐摩耗性が良好であることを示す。
耐摩耗性指数={(比較例1の試験片の摩耗量)/(各試験片の摩耗量)}×100

表1から、実施例のゴム組成物のサンプルは、比較例3のゴム組成物サンプルに比べて、同程度の低発熱性を有し、耐伸長疲労性及び耐摩耗性について特に優れた結果が得られることがわかる。
本発明によれば、低発熱性及び耐破壊特性に優れた共重合体及びゴム組成物を提供することが可能となる。
また、本発明によれば、低燃費性及び耐破壊特性に優れたタイヤを提供することが可能となる。

Claims (13)
- ウレタン骨格と、ジエン骨格とを有する、ポリウレタン-ポリジエン共重合体であって、少なくとも、
(A)両末端に水酸基を有するポリジエンと、
(C)イソシアネート基を2つ以上有する化合物と、
を共重合してなることを特徴とする、ポリウレタン-ポリジエン共重合体。 - さらに、(B)1~5個の不飽和結合を有し、両末端に水酸基を有するジオールを、共重合してなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のポリウレタン-ポリジエン共重合体。
- 前記ポリウレタン-ポリジエン共重合体の前記ウレタン骨格の含有量(mol%)と前記ジエン骨格の含有量(mol%)との比率が、ウレタン骨格の含有量:ジエン骨格の含有量=30:70~95:5であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のポリウレタン-ポリジエン共重合体。
- 前記(A)両末端に水酸基を有するポリジエンが、両末端に水酸基を有するポリブタジエンであることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のポリウレタン-ポリジエン共重合体。
- 前記(C)イソシアネート基を2つ以上有する化合物は、2つのイソシアネート基を有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のポリウレタン-ポリジエン共重合体。
- 共重合の際に用いられる、(A)両末端に水酸基を有するポリジエン、(B)1~5個の不飽和結合を有し、両末端に水酸基を有するジオール、及び、(C)イソシアネート基を2つ以上有する化合物、のmol比率が、1:5~15:6~20であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のポリウレタン-ポリジエン共重合体。
- ゴム成分と、請求項1又は2に記載のポリウレタン-ポリジエン共重合体と、を含むことを特徴とする、ゴム組成物。
- さらに、シリカを含むことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のゴム組成物。
- 前記ポリウレタン-ポリジエン共重合体の含有量は、前記ゴム成分100質量部に対して1~50質量部であることを特徴とする、請求項10又は11に記載のゴム組成物。
- 請求項10又は11のいずれか1項に記載のゴム組成物を用いたことを特徴とする、タイヤ。
