技术领域
本公开实施例涉及但不限于显示技术领域,尤指一种曲面显示装置。
背景技术
目前,曲面显示装置的曲率朝向越来越大的趋势发展,且曲面显示装置的显示面板的厚度也越来越薄,导致在曲面显示装置的组装过程中显示面板的破片概率增大,使得曲面显示装置的加工效率和成品率均较低。
发明内容
以下是对本文详细描述的主题的概述。本概述并非是为了限制权利要求的保护范围。
本公开实施例的曲面显示装置,包括显示面板、背光模组和后壳,所述显示面板和所述后壳沿第一方向相对设置,所述背光模组设在所述后壳和所述显示面板之间,所述显示面板包括显示区和非显示区,非显示区包括连接部、第一控制部和第二控制部,所述连接部位于所述第一控制部的远离所述显示区的一侧,所述第二控制部位于所述连接部远离所述显示区的一侧,所述连接部可弯折以使所述第二控制部翻折至所述背光模组的背离所述显示面板的一侧以与所述第一控制部沿所述第一方向相对设置,且所述第二控制部与所述背光模组相连,其中,所述后壳包括第一壳体和第二壳体,所述第二壳体和所述第一壳体为分体件,且所述第二壳体与位于所述背光模组的背离所述显示面板的一侧的所述第二控制部的至少部分相对设置。
本公开实施例的曲面显示装置,通过设置第一壳体和第二壳体为分体件,使得第一壳体和第二壳体的组装先后顺序可以根据曲面显示装置的相关需求 例如保护显示面板等进行适应性调整,比如先安装第一壳体、再安装显示面板、最后安装第二壳体,以简化曲面显示装置在安装完显示面板之后的组装工序,有效避免显示面板破裂,提升曲面显示装置的加工效率和成品率。

如图1-图4、图8和图12所示,曲面显示装置100包括显示面板1、背光模组2和后壳3,显示面板1和后壳3沿第一方向(即图中前后方向)相对设置,背光模组2设在后壳3和显示面板1之间,背光模组2可以为显示面板1提供光源,显示面板1包括显示区11和非显示区12,曲面显示装置100可以通过显示区11显示文字、图像等信息,非显示区12包括连接部121、第一控制部122和第二控制部123,连接部121位于第一控制部122的远离显示区11的一侧,第二控制部123位于连接部121远离显示区11的一侧, 连接部121可弯折以使第二控制部123翻折至背光模组2的背离显示面板1的一侧,此时第二控制部123与第一控制部122沿第一方向相对设置,且第二控制部123与背光模组2相连。例如,在图12的示例中,第一控制部122围绕显示区11设置,连接部121位于第一控制部122的径向外侧,连接部121可以为柔性电路板(FPC)。
第二控制部123通过连接部121翻折至背光模组2的背离显示面板1的一侧,可以减小非显示区12所占据的平面空间,提高曲面显示装置100的屏占比,提升显示效果,从而提升用户体验。
如图2、图4、图8和图9所示,后壳3包括第一壳体31和第二壳体32,第二壳体32和第一壳体31为分体件,第二壳体32与位于背光模组2的背离显示面板1的一侧的第二控制部123的至少部分相对设置,即分别单独加工第一壳体31和第二壳体32,再分别依次装配第一壳体31和第二壳体32,即第一壳体31和第二壳体32的组装先后顺序可以根据曲面显示装置100的相关需求例如保护显示面板1等进行适应性调整,以有效避免曲面显示装置100在组装过程中显示面板1破片等。
例如,先组装背光模组2,并在背光模组2上安装相应部件(例如后文所述的支架转接件5、屏蔽件等),而后安装第一壳体31;然后,再安装显示面板1,最后安装第二壳体32。
相对于一些技术中,在将显示面板与背光模组组装完成后,需要将显示面板和背光模组倒扣在治具上进行后续的组装,并最后接线、组装曲面显示装置的后壳,导致在上述后续组装过程中显示面板易裂片;本公开实施例通过设置第一壳体31和第二壳体32为分体件,便于合理设置第一壳体31、第二壳体32和显示面板1的先后组装顺序,例如可以先安装第一壳体31、再安装显示面板1、最后安装第二壳体32,也就是说,在保证显示面板1可靠安装的前提下,在安装完显示面板1之后,本公开实施例曲面显示装置100的组装工序简单,有利于避免显示面板1破裂,提升曲面显示装置100的加工效率和成品率,有效降低曲面显示装置100的返工率。
本公开实施例在安装显示面板1的过程中,将连接部121弯折以使第二控制部123翻折至背光模组2的背离显示面板1的一侧以与第一控制部122 沿第一方向相对,并将第二控制部123与背光模组2相连之后以完成显示面板1的安装。
例如,显示区11具有多个首尾依次相连的边沿,连接部121、第一控制部122和第二控制部123位于显示区11的其中一个边沿处。下面以第一方向为如图1所示前后方向,显示区11为方形,且连接部121、第一控制部122和第二控制部123位于显示区11的下侧为例进行说明,本领域技术人员在阅读了下面的技术方案之后,容易理解其他技术方案。在图1、图8、图9和图12的示例中,背光模组2和后壳3均位于显示面板1的后侧,且后壳3位于背光模组2的后侧,连接部121弯折前,连接部121、第一控制部122和第二控制部123均位于显示区11的下侧,则第一壳体31位于第二壳体32的上侧,连接部121弯折后,第二控制部123翻折至背光模组2的后侧,第一控制部122仍位于背光模组2的前侧,连接部121位于背光模组2的下侧且与背光模组2的下侧边沿对应设置。示例性地,连接部121弯折前,连接部121、第一控制部122和第二控制部123均位于显示区11的左侧,则第二壳体32位于第一壳体31的左侧;但不限于此。示例性地,连接部121弯折前,连接部121、第一控制部122和第二控制部123均位于显示区11的上侧,则第二壳体32位于第一壳体31的上侧;但不限于此。
其中,至于第一壳体31和第二壳体32之间的配合方式、以及连接方式不做限制。
在本公开实施例的曲面显示装置100中,显示面板1为曲面型结构,背光模组2可以为曲面型结构,例如显示面板1和背光模组2均形成为柱面结构,显示面板1和背光模组2均具有一定的曲率,使得曲面显示装置100具有一定曲率。
根据本公开实施例的曲面显示装置100,通过设置第一壳体31和第二壳体32为分体件,使得第一壳体31和第二壳体32的组装先后顺序可以根据曲面显示装置100的相关需求例如保护显示面板1等进行适应性调整,比如先安装第一壳体31、再安装显示面板1、最后安装第二壳体32,以简化曲面显示装置100在安装完显示面板1之后的组装工序,有效避免显示面板1破裂,提升曲面显示装置100的加工效率和成品率。
本公开实施例可以用于解决曲面显示装置100组装过程中显示面板1易破片的问题,尤其对于大曲率的曲面显示装置100,本公开实施例可以提升大曲率的曲面显示装置100的组装效率和成品率。
可选地,显示面板1为液晶显示面板(Open Cell,简称OC),例如液晶显示面板包括第一基板、第二基板以及设在第一基板和第二基板之间的液晶层,第一基板和第二基板沿液晶显示面板的厚度方向相对设置;背光模组2可以为LED背光模组,LED可以为次毫米发光二极管(Mini Light Emitting Diode,简称Mini LED)和微型发光二极管(Micro Light Emitting Diode,简称Micro LED)中的一种。
在本公开实施例的描述中,方向“前侧”可以理解为曲面显示装置100在使用时,曲面显示装置100的朝向用户的一侧,而曲面显示装置100的背离用户的一侧可以理解为“后侧”。例如,在图1和图4的示例中,第一方向可以为前后方向,显示面板1设于后壳3的前侧,背光模组2设在后壳3和显示面板1之间。
在一些实施例中,如图10所示,后壳3限定出容纳空间30,容纳空间30用于容纳背光模组2,则后壳3可以对背光模组2起到一定保护作用。
在本公开的一些实施例中,第二壳体32与第一壳体31可拆卸相连,则在将曲面显示装置100组装完成后,可以将第二壳体32拆卸下来,而由于第二壳体32与位于背光模组2的背离显示面板1的一侧的第二控制部123的至少部分相对,则位于背光模组2的背离显示面板1的一侧的第二控制部123的至少部分暴露出来,以便于对显示面板1进行维修;示例性地,第二控制部123与背光模组2可拆卸相连,以在需要更换显示面板1时,可以将第二控制部123自背光模组2拆离,以便于将整个显示面板1拆卸下来进行更换,当曲面显示装置100在使用过程出现显示面板1损坏,方便了返工,简化了返工工序,进而降低了维护作业成本。
在本公开实施例中,第二壳体32与第二壳体32之间的可拆卸连接方式不做限制,只需保证第二壳体32可以拆离第一壳体31即可;同样,第二控制部123与背光模组2之间的可拆卸连接方式也不做限制,只需保证第二控制部123可以拆离背光模组2即可。
可选地,在图8和图9的示例中,曲面显示装置100还包括连接件,连接件设于第二控制部123的背离背光模组2的一侧,且连接件与背光模组2(例如背光模组2的背板)可拆卸连接,以实现第二控制部123的固定,并且连接件可以对第二控制部123的至少部分进行遮盖,以对第二控制部123起到一定保护作用。例如,连接件可以为印刷电路板盖(PCB cover)。
在本公开的一些实施例中,如图10和图11所示,第二壳体32与第一壳体31止口配合,便于避免第一壳体31和第二壳体32组装时产生错位、断差等,有利于保证第一壳体31和第二壳体32之间的装配精度,减小第一壳体31和第二壳体32的相对变形,并且便于对第一壳体31和第二壳体32之间的间隙以及两者的装配先后顺序进行管控,且便于对第一壳体31和第二壳体32之间的缝隙进行一定修饰,也就是说,第二壳体32与第一壳体31止口配合可以修饰并管控第一壳体31和第二壳体32的间隙(gap)、段差(step)。
可选地,第二壳体32与第一壳体31之间的止口类型可以包括真止口、假止口、半假止口、和双止口等中的至少一种。例如,在图10和图11的示例中,第一壳体31位于第二壳体32的上侧,第一壳体31的下端形成有母止口311,第二壳体32的上端形成有公止口321,公止口321配合于母止口311的内侧,则第一壳体31与第二壳体32之间的止口配合结构简单、便于加工,另外当第二壳体32可拆卸设置时,再将第二壳体32重新组装时便于保证第二壳体32的组装精度。
示例性地,母止口311的长度可以小于或等于第一壳体31的长度,公止口321的长度可以小于或等于第二壳体32的长度。
此外,第二壳体32与第一壳体31之间的止口类型可以根据曲面显示装置100形状等做调整,也就是说,第二壳体32与第一壳体31之间的止口类型可以根据不同ID等做调整。
当然,第一壳体31与第二壳体32之间还可以通过其他方式配合,而不限于止口配合。
在本公开的一些实施例中,如图4、图7-图9所示,曲面显示装置100还包括主板模块4,主板模块4设在背光模组2和后壳3之间,且主板模块4包括控制主板41、电源板42和屏蔽件,控制主板41和电源板42均设在屏 蔽件内,则屏蔽件可以减少外界环境中的电磁波等对控制主板41、电源板42正常工作的干扰,提高曲面显示装置100的显示质量、显示稳定性以及使用寿命,并且屏蔽件可以削弱曲面显示装置100所发射的电磁波,降低曲面显示装置100发射的电磁辐射的强度,降低曲面显示装置100对用户和环境的伤害。
其中,屏蔽件与背光模组2固定相连,以便于实现屏蔽件的可靠安装。例如,背光模组2包括背板,屏蔽件与背板固定相连。
曲面显示装置100在使用时,如果其旁边有较多的电磁辐射源,则这些电磁辐射源会不断发射电磁波干扰曲面显示装置100的正常工作,可能会使曲面显示装置100发生画面抖动甚至产生色斑,严重的会导致画面错乱。
在本公开的一些实施例中,曲面显示装置100还包括理线件,理线件形成有用于容纳曲面显示装置100的线材的整理空间,则理线件可以整理、收纳曲面显示装置100的线材(例如曲面显示装置100的信号线、电源线等),便于提升曲面显示装置100的使用整洁性和便利性。
其中,理线件可以与第二壳体32为一体件,有利于提升曲面显示装置100的整体性,并且减少了加工曲面显示装置100所需模具(例如塑胶模具)的数量,有利于降低成本。可选地,理线件与第二壳体32为一体注塑成型件。
理线件的位置可以根据实际应用设置。
在本公开的一些实施例中,如图4、图7和图11所示,曲面显示装置100还包括支架转接件5,支架转接件5与背光模组2固定相连,支架转接件5和第一壳体31固定相连,则支架转接件5可以对背光模组2和第一壳体31分别施加支撑力,从而可以通过直接或间接固定支架转接件5以便于曲面显示装置100稳定安装,例如曲面显示装置100可以放置于水平面上、或者实现壁挂安装;第一壳体31形成有标准VESA(Video Electronics Standards Association,即视频电子标准协会)孔31a,以便于实现曲面显示装置100的标准VESA安装,例如便于实现曲面显示装置100的壁挂安装,支架转接件5形成有第一连接孔5a,紧固件穿设于标准VESA孔31a和第一连接孔5a以将支架转接件5和第一壳体31固定相连,可见在实现曲面显示装置100安装的同时,即可固定支架转接件5,便于简化曲面显示装置100的安装工 序。
当然,第一壳体31上的标准VESA孔31a,还可以实现曲面显示装置100的水平放置,例如通过设置下文的支撑架6,使得支撑架6通过标准VESA孔31a与第一壳体31固定、通过第一连接孔5a与支架转接件5固定,支撑架6稳定置于水平面上,即可实现曲面显示装置100的水平放置。
其中,标准VESA孔31a的结构以及布置方式已为本领域技术人员所熟知,在此不再赘述。
在一些实施例中,曲面显示装置100还包括主板模块4,主板模块4包括控制主板41、电源板42和屏蔽件,电源板42设在后壳3外,有利于提升电源板42的设置便利性,且便于在后壳3内部为其他部件提供更多的设置空间,或者有利于减小后壳3的体积、节省后壳3占据空间;控制主板41设在屏蔽件内,屏蔽件设在背光模组2和后壳3之间,则屏蔽件可以减少外界环境中的电磁波等对控制主板41上的控制电路等正常工作的干扰,提高曲面显示装置100的显示质量、显示稳定性以及使用寿命,并且屏蔽件可以削弱曲面显示装置100所发射的电磁波,降低曲面显示装置100发射的电磁辐射的强度,降低曲面显示装置100对用户和环境的伤害。
其中,屏蔽件与背光模组2固定相连,以便于实现屏蔽件的可靠安装,而且屏蔽件与支架转接件5为一体件,有效提升了屏蔽件的安装稳定性,同时可以减少加工曲面显示装置100所需模具的数量,有利于降低成本,同时节省了屏蔽件与支架转接件5之间的组装工序,且无需在屏蔽件、支架转接件5上加工连接结构,有利于简化屏蔽件和支架转接件5的结构。
在一些实施例中,如图4所示,曲面显示装置100还包括支撑架6,支撑架6形成有第二连接孔6a,紧固件穿设于第二连接孔6a、标准VESA孔31a和第一连接孔5a,以将支撑架6、第一壳体31和支架转接件5固定相连,则支撑架6、第一壳体31和支架转接件5连接为一体,以便于实现支撑架6对背光模组2和显示面板1等的稳定支撑,实现曲面显示装置100的稳定可靠安装,有利于进一步提升曲面显示装置100的组装效率。
可以理解的是,支撑架6可以放置于水平面上、也可以壁挂于墙体上。
其中,如图4-图6所示,支撑架6与支架转接件5之间设有快拆结构7, 以便于实现支撑架6与支架转接件5的快速拆分,从而提升曲面显示装置100的拆解效率,进而提升了曲面显示装置100的维修便利性。
在本公开实施例中,支撑架6与支架转接件5之间的快拆结构7的结构可以根据实际应用设置,只需保证能实现支撑架6与支架转接件5之间的快速拆分即可。
在一些可选实施例中,如图5、图6和图11所示,快拆结构7包括卡接件71,卡接件71固设于支架转接件5,且卡接件71沿第二方向在锁定位置和解锁位置之间可移动,则卡接件71与支架转接件5沿第二方向滑移配合,第二方向与第一方向垂直;在锁定位置,卡接件71与支撑架6卡接,使得支撑架6与支架转接件5通过卡接件71固定,便于将支架转接件5可靠固定于支撑架6,在解锁位置,卡接件71与支撑架6分离,以便于实现支架转接件5与支撑架6的拆分。
可以理解的是,第二方向可以为任意与第一方向垂直的方向;当第一方向为前后方向时,第二方向可以为上下方向、或左右方向等。例如,在图5、图6和图11的示例中,第一方向为前后方向,第二方向为上下方向,锁定位置可以位于解锁位置的上方,在锁定位置,卡接件71的卡勾711可以勾设于支撑架6的后侧。
如图5、图6和图11所示,快拆结构7还包括解锁件72,解锁件72沿第一方向可移动地设于支架转接件5,按压解锁件72以推动卡接件71朝向解锁位置的方向移动,按压方向与第一方向平行。由此,用户可以通过按压解锁件72来实现快拆结构7的解锁,进一步提升了支撑架6与支架转接件5的拆分便利性。
快拆结构7还包括复位件,复位件用于推动卡接件71朝向锁定位置移动,则复位件向卡接件71施加朝向锁定位置移动的作用力,使得卡接件71具有朝向锁定位置移动的趋势,便于使得卡接件71在移动至解锁位置后复位至锁定位置,同时便于保证卡接件71稳定处于锁定位置,以保证支撑架6与支架转接件5连接稳定。
例如,复位件为弹性件,弹性件向卡接件71施加朝向锁定位置移动的弹性力;当卡接件71处于解锁位置时,弹性件可以处于压缩状态,弹性件向卡 接件71施加弹性力,以使卡接件71朝向锁定位置移动;当然,卡接件71处于解锁位置时,弹性件还可以处于拉伸状态,弹性件同样可以向卡接件71施加使得卡接件71朝向锁定位置移动的弹性力。由此,便于简化复位件的结构,降低成本。
下面以第一方向为前后方向、第二方向为上下方向、且在解锁位置时弹性件处于压缩状态为例进行说明,本领域技术人员在阅读了下面的技术方案之后,容易理解其他技术方案:在图5、图6和图11的示例中,锁定位置可以位于解锁位置的上方,向前按压解锁件72以推动卡接件71克服弹性件的作用力向下移动至解锁位置,实现支撑架6与支架转接件5的拆分,松开解锁件72,卡接件71在弹性件的作用下复位至锁定位置,同样解锁件72在卡接件71的推动下实现复位。
例如,曲面显示装置100的组装过程为:先组装背光模组2,然后进行曲面显示装置100整机部分的组装:即将控制主板41和电源板42均固定在屏蔽件中,并将屏蔽件安装在背光模组2上,再安装支架转接件5以及相应线材、并安装第一壳体31;而后,安装显示面板1、曲面显示装置100的接屏线以及连接件,连接件用于固定第二控制部123;最后,安装第二壳体32、曲面显示装置100的操作按键91和按键线、以及装饰条92。
根据本公开实施例的曲面显示装置100的其他构成以及操作对于本领域普通技术人员而言都是已知的,这里不再详细描述。
在本公开的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本公开实施例和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本公开的限制。此外,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征。在本公开实施例的描述中,除非另有说明,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种曲面显示装置,包括:显示面板、背光模组和后壳,所述显示面板和所述后壳沿第一方向相对设置,所述背光模组设在所述后壳和所述显示面板之间,所述显示面板包括显示区和非显示区,非显示区包括连接部、第一控制部和第二控制部,所述连接部位于所述第一控制部的远离所述显示区的一侧,所述第二控制部位于所述连接部远离所述显示区的一侧,所述连接部可弯折以使所述第二控制部翻折至所述背光模组的背离所述显示面板的一侧以与所述第一控制部沿所述第一方向相对设置,且所述第二控制部与所述背光模组相连,
    其中,所述后壳包括第一壳体和第二壳体,所述第二壳体和所述第一壳体为分体件,且所述第二壳体与位于所述背光模组的背离所述显示面板的一侧的所述第二控制部的至少部分相对设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的曲面显示装置,其中,所述第二壳体与所述第一壳体可拆卸相连。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的曲面显示装置,其中,所述第二控制部与所述背光模组可拆卸相连。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的曲面显示装置,其中,所述第二壳体与所述第一壳体止口配合。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的曲面显示装置,其中,所述第一壳***于所述第二壳体的上侧,所述第一壳体的下端形成有母止口,所述第二壳体的上端形成有公止口,所述公止口配合于所述母止口的内侧。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的曲面显示装置,还包括:
    主板模块,所述主板模块设在所述背光模组和所述后壳之间,且包括控制主板、电源板和屏蔽件,所述控制主板和所述电源板均设在所述屏蔽件内,所述屏蔽件与所述背光模组固定相连。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的曲面显示装置,其中,所述背光模组包括背板,所述屏蔽件与所述背板固定相连。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的曲面显示装置,还包括:
    连接件,所述连接件位于所述第二控制部的背离所述背光模组的一侧,所述连接件与所述背光模组可拆卸相连。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的曲面显示装置,还包括:
    理线件,所述理线件形成有用于容纳所述曲面显示装置的线材的整理空间,且所述理线件与所述第二壳体为一体件。
  10. 根据权利要求1-5、7-9中任一项所述的曲面显示装置,还包括:
    支架转接件,所述支架转接件与所述背光模组固定相连,所述第一壳体形成有标准VESA孔,所述支架转接件形成有第一连接孔,紧固件穿设于所述标准VESA孔和所述第一连接孔以将所述支架转接件和所述第一壳体固定相连。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的曲面显示装置,还包括:
    主板模块,所述主板模块包括控制主板、电源板和屏蔽件,所述电源板设在所述后壳外,所述控制主板设在所述屏蔽件内,所述屏蔽件设在所述背光模组和所述后壳之间,且与所述背光模组固定相连,所述屏蔽件与所述支架转接件为一体件。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的曲面显示装置,还包括:
    支撑架,所述支撑架形成有第二连接孔,所述紧固件穿设于第二连接孔、所述标准VESA孔和所述第一连接孔以将所述支撑架、所述第一壳体和所述支架转接件固定相连,所述支撑架与所述支架转接件之间设有快拆结构。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的曲面显示装置,还包括:快拆结构,所述快拆结构包括:
    卡接件,所述卡接件固设于所述支架转接件,且沿第二方向在锁定位置和解锁位置之间可移动,在所述锁定位置,所述卡接件与所述支撑架卡接,在解锁位置,所述卡接件与所述支撑架分离,所述第二方向与所述第一方向垂直。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的曲面显示装置,所述快拆结构还包括:解锁件,所述解锁件沿所述第一方向可移动地设于所述支架转接件,按压所述解锁件以推动所述卡接件朝向所述解锁位置的方向移动。
  15. 根据权利要求13或14所述的曲面显示装置,所述快拆结构还包括:
    复位件,所述复位件用于推动所述卡接件朝向所述锁定位置移动。
