请参照图1,图1为本发明一实施例所提供的学术区块链平台的方块图。本发明一实施例所提供的学术区块链平台100包括用户认证模块110、文章评级模块120及非同质化通证模块130。在一实施例中,用户认证模块110、文章评级模块120及非同质化通证模块130可以通过一个或多个功能电路(例如处理电路、比较电路、存储电路或通信电路)来实现。文章评级模块120电性耦接用户认证模块110。非同质化通证模块130电性耦接文章评级模块120。用户认证模块110用于接受用户发送的至少一用户信息,用户认证模块110经过认证查核后根据至少一用户信息产生个人私钥,此用户通过个人私钥与学术区块链平台100进行签章连动后进一步上传或下载论文,进一步来说,本申请提出的学术区块链平台100主要用于对学术性论文进行评级,用户认证模块110接受用户发送的至少一用户信息可以包括电子邮件信息、手机号码信息、证件审核信息、脸部辨认信息或其组合。在其他实施例中,用户认证模块110接受用户发送的至少一用户信息还可以包括指纹辨认信息、掌纹辨认信息、声音辨认信息等等,本申请不以用户信息的种类为限制。
在一实施例中,文章评级模块120用于提供至少一审查者对论文进行评 级,在通过用户认证模块110对电子邮件信息、手机号码信息、证件审核信息、脸部辨认信息、指纹辨认信息、掌纹辨认信息、声音辨认信息其中至少一进行认证后,即可将学术论文上传至学术区块链平台100,以供至少一审查者对此学术论文进行评级。另外,学术区块链平台100将借由审查者过往经历如任职机构及头衔、过往学术发表评级、专利证明、奖项纪录等等其中的权重比例,对审查者进行审核评级如是否具备主编的资格、有关审查意见的权重因子。值得注意的是,学术区块链平台100将为每一位认证查核的用户提供一组个人私钥,为用户参与学术区块链平台100社群的重要签章如开设加密钱包、参与双盲审查(审查者与上传论文的用户彼此不知道对方的身份),使用户和审查者都可以加入学术区块链平台100进行讨论并都参与此签章连动。换言之,学术区块链平台100将采用双边盲审制度,审查者仅需公布其用户签章及揭露签章的所有审稿纪录,学术区块链平台100不会公布审查者的实体姓名,同时审查者于审查期间也无法取得审查稿件的用户信息及签章。
在一实施例中,非同质化通证模块130用于对上传论文的用户提供第一非同质化代币参数、对审查论文的至少一审查者提供第二非同质化代币参数和对学术区块链平台100提供第三非同质化代币参数。例如,第一非同质化代币参数大于第三非同质化代币参数,且第三非同质化代币参数大于第二非同质化代币参数,对用户上传论文此单一动作视为100%,非同质化通证模块130可以将对上传论文的用户提供第一非同质化代币参数分到如62.5%,非同质化通证模块130可以将为审查者提供第二非同质化代币参数分到如12.5%,非同质化通证模块130可以将上传论文此单一动作对学术区块链平台100提供第三非同质化代币参数分到如25%,上述数值并非用以限制本申请的范围,仅为举例说明,本申请提出的学术区块链平台100分别对用户、审查者和平台提供非同质化代币参数,并提供完善论文审查机制,提高用户体验。学术区块链平台100将借由非同质化通证模块130,提供用户在学术区块链平台100上竞标交易及捐献赞助相关研究成果。非同质化通证为论文 稿件后续版税发放的唯一凭证,增加用户体验。另外,学术区块链平台100在用户、审查者和平台之间提供公平且***性地非同质化代币参数比例分配,用于改善传统学术文章审查费用高昂及审查时间冗长的缺点。另外,本申请的数据通信方式可以采用高级加密标准AES(Advanced Encryption Standard)加密算法进行编码和译码方式随机生成解锁密钥,且接着通过安全信道收发数据。
在一实施例中,请同时参照图1和图2,图2为本发明另一实施例所提供的学术区块链平台的方块图。学术区块链平台200更包括文献比对模块213和论文修稿模块215。文献比对模块213电性耦接用户认证模块110,论文修稿模块215电性耦接文献比对模块213和文章评级模块120。文献比对模块213和论文修稿模块215可以通过一个或多个功能电路(例如处理电路、比较电路、存储电路或通信电路)来实现。文献比对模块213用于根据预先存储的历史文献对论文进行学术抄袭审查或错误引用审查,换言之,文献比对模块213用于对论文进行筛选及查核文献是否有学术抄袭、错误引用等重大学术伦理违反的行为。论文修稿模块215用于对用户上传的论文进行精修论文文法修改或语意流畅度修改。学术区块链平台200将为每一篇投稿论文至平台的学术文章,进行私钥加密后记录于区块链上,以利存储电路永久记录文献版本、文献时间戳或文献作者排等关键数据。
在一实施例中,请同时参照图1和图3,图3为本发明又一实施例所提供的学术区块链平台的方块图。学术区块链平台300更包括审查媒合模块321和意见评级模块325。审查媒合模块321和意见评级模块325可以通过一个或多个功能电路(例如处理电路、比较电路、存储电路或通信电路)来实现。审查媒合模块321电性耦接文章评级模块120。意见评级模块325电性耦接文章评级模块120。审查媒合模块321用于根据预先存储的历史文献邀请与论文具有研究主题高度相关的学者协助审理论文。意见评级模块325用于对用户上传的论文进行评定审查者报酬或审查者公信力评级。换言之,学术区块链平台300借由审查媒合模块321邀请与文章研究主题高度相关的 学者,协助审理稿件,并筛选并排除相关需利益回避的学者如长期合作学者、曾为师生关系等介入因素,文章评级模块120依照相关审查纪录如审查者背书人数、审查者公信力、文章引用量等对论文进行评级,另外,学术区块链平台300将借由意见评级模块325来评定相关贡献如审查者审查报酬或审查公信力评级,学术区块链平台300并借由免费加值的商业模式,提供用户***包含在线阅览全文、所有稿件版本纪录、所有审查意见及作者回复等等,同时提供各类加订阅服务如去广告、高分辨率数据或各类型档案输出,增加用户体验。学术区块链平台300还包括推播媒合模块、知识共识机制模块和通证募资模块(图未示),推播媒合模块用于精准投放文章给研究主题高度相关的学术区块链平台300的用户,知识共识机制模块用于提供平台知识挖矿的运行准则,通证募资模块用于协助研究项目募集研究经费,有效增加应用性。
请参照图4所示,图4为本发明一实施例所提供的运作方法的流程示意图。本发明提出一种运作方法,适用于一学术区块链平台,学术区块链平台包括一用户认证模块、一文章评级模块和一非同质化通证模块,文章评级模块电性耦接用户认证模块和非同质化通证模块,运作方法包括:S410、由用户认证模块接受一用户发送的至少一用户信息,经过认证查核后根据至少一用户信息产生一个人私钥,用户通过个人私钥与学术区块链平台进行签章连动后进一步上传或下载一论文;S420、由文章评级模块用于提供至少一审查者对论文进行评级;及S430、由非同质化通证模块对上传论文的用户提供一第一非同质化代币参数、对审查论文的至少一审查者提供一第二非同质化代币参数和对学术区块链平台提供一第三非同质化代币参数。另外,本申请提出的步骤S410~S430具可替换性,在此对步骤顺序并不加以限制。
在一实施例中,学术区块链平台更包括一文献比对模块和一论文修稿模块,文献比对模块电性耦接用户认证模块,论文修稿模块电性耦接文献比对模块和文章评级模块,运作方法包括:由文献比对模块根据预先存储的历史文献对论文进行学术抄袭审查或错误引用审查;由论文修稿模块对用户上传 的论文进行精修论文文法修改或语意流畅度修改。
在一实施例中,第一非同质化代币参数大于第三非同质化代币参数,且第三非同质化代币参数大于第二非同质化代币参数。
在一实施例中,用户认证模块接受用户发送的至少一用户信息包括电子邮件信息、手机号码信息、证件审核信息、脸部辨认信息或其组合。
在一实施例中,学术区块链平台更包括一审查媒合模块和一意见评级模块,审查媒合模块电性耦接文章评级模块,意见评级模块电性耦接文章评级模块,运作方法包括:由审查媒合模块根据预先存储的历史文献邀请与论文具有研究主题高度相关的学者协助审理论文;由意见评级模块对用户上传的论文进行评定审查者报酬或审查者公信力评级。
综上所述,本发明提出了一种学术区块链平台及其运作方法,学术区块链平台包括用户认证模块、文章评级模块及非同质化通证模块,用户认证模块接受用户发送的用户信息,经过认证查核后根据用户信息产生个人私钥,通过个人私钥与学术区块链平台进行签章连动后上传论文,文章评级模块提供至少一审查者对论文进行评级,非同质化通证模块对上传论文的用户提供第一非同质化代币参数、对审查论文的审查者提供第二非同质化代币参数和对学术区块链平台提供第三非同质化代币参数,借由上述功能,本发明可以分别对用户、审查者和平台提供非同质化代币参数,并提供完善论文审查机制,提高用户体验。另外,学术区块链平台在用户、审查者和平台之间提供公平且***性地非同质化代币参数比例分配。
以上所述,仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专业的技术人员,在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述揭示的方法及技术内容作出些许的更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种学术区块链平台,其特征在于,包括:
    一用户认证模块,用于接受一用户发送的至少一用户信息,经过认证查核后根据该至少一用户信息产生一个人私钥,该用户通过该个人私钥与该学术区块链平台进行签章连动后进一步上传或下载一论文;
    一文章评级模块,电性耦接该用户认证模块,该文章评级模块用于提供至少一审查者对该论文进行评级;及
    一非同质化通证模块,电性耦接该文章评级模块,该非同质化通证模块用于对上传该论文的该用户提供一第一非同质化代币参数、对审查该论文的该至少一审查者提供一第二非同质化代币参数和对该学术区块链平台提供一第三非同质化代币参数。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的学术区块链平台,其特征在于,所述学术区块链平台更包括:
    一文献比对模块,电性耦接该用户认证模块,该文献比对模块用于根据预先存储的历史文献对该论文进行学术抄袭审查或错误引用审查;
    一论文修稿模块,电性耦接该文献比对模块和该文章评级模块,该论文修稿模块用于对该用户上传的该论文进行精修论文文法修改或语意流畅度修改。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的学术区块链平台,其特征在于,该第一非同质化代币参数大于该第三非同质化代币参数,且该第三非同质化代币参数大于该第二非同质化代币参数。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的学术区块链平台,其特征在于,该用户认证模块接受该用户发送的该至少一用户信息包括电子邮件信息、手机号码信息、 证件审核信息、脸部辨认信息或其组合。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的学术区块链平台,其特征在于,所述学术区块链平台更包括:
    一审查媒合模块,电性耦接该文章评级模块,该审查媒合模块用于根据预先存储的历史文献邀请与该论文具有研究主题高度相关的学者协助审理该论文;
    一意见评级模块,电性耦接该文章评级模块,该意见评级模块用于对该用户上传的该论文进行评定审查者报酬或审查者公信力评级。
  6. 一种运作方法,适用于一学术区块链平台,该学术区块链平台包括一用户认证模块、一文章评级模块和一非同质化通证模块,该文章评级模块电性耦接该用户认证模块和该非同质化通证模块,其特征在于,该运作方法包括:
    由用户认证模块接受一用户发送的至少一用户信息,经过认证查核后根据该至少一用户信息产生一个人私钥,该用户通过该个人私钥与该学术区块链平台进行签章连动后进一步上传或下载一论文;
    由该文章评级模块用于提供至少一审查者对该论文进行评级;及
    由该非同质化通证模块对上传该论文的该用户提供一第一非同质化代币参数、对审查该论文的该至少一审查者提供一第二非同质化代币参数和对该学术区块链平台提供一第三非同质化代币参数。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的运作方法,其特征在于,该学术区块链平台更包括一文献比对模块和一论文修稿模块,该文献比对模块电性耦接该用户认证模块,该论文修稿模块电性耦接该文献比对模块和该文章评级模块,该运作方法包括:
    由该文献比对模块根据预先存储的历史文献对该论文进行学术抄袭审 查或错误引用审查;
    由该论文修稿模块对该用户上传的该论文进行精修论文文法修改或语意流畅度修改。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的运作方法,其特征在于,该第一非同质化代币参数大于该第三非同质化代币参数,且该第三非同质化代币参数大于该第二非同质化代币参数。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的运作方法,其特征在于,该用户认证模块接受该用户发送的该至少一用户信息包括电子邮件信息、手机号码信息、证件审核信息、脸部辨认信息或其组合。
  10. 如权利要求6所述的运作方法,其特征在于,该学术区块链平台更包括一审查媒合模块和一意见评级模块,该审查媒合模块电性耦接该文章评级模块,该意见评级模块电性耦接该文章评级模块,该运作方法包括:
    由该审查媒合模块根据预先存储的历史文献邀请与该论文具有研究主题高度相关的学者协助审理该论文;
    由该意见评级模块对该用户上传的该论文进行评定审查者报酬或审查者公信力评级。
