Abstract

L'invention concerne un four à vapeur comprenant une cavité (10) dotée d'une paroi inférieure (12), d'une paroi supérieure (14) et d'une paroi arrière (16) délimitant une chambre de cuisson, un ventilateur (20) assurant une circulation d'air et un élément chauffant (40) disposé dans la paroi arrière (16) de la cavité (10). Un contenant (30) est disposé de manière adjacente à la paroi arrière (16) de la cavité (10) à l'intérieur de la chambre de cuisson et fournit l'eau qu'il contient à la chambre de cuisson à travers une ouverture (32) située face à la chambre de cuisson, sous la forme de vapeur, lorsque l'élément chauffant (40) est activé dans un mode de cuisson.
