Description

一种泡沫局部清洗装置及洗衣机 技术领域
本发明属于衣物处理技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种泡沫局部清洗装置及洗衣机。
背景技术
洗衣机为通过电力带动产生的机械力清洗洗涤物的机器,对于衬衫等类衣服,领口和袖口等普遍比其他位置脏污程度高,而现有的洗衣机在洗涤过程中,对衣物的领口、袖口等局部位置的洗涤效果较差。
现有技术中往往需要通过在洗衣机上额外加设超声波洗涤来达到目的。
例如,申请号为CN2017101131757的中国专利公开了一种衣物局部清洗结构及洗衣机,所述衣物局部清洗结构可拆卸的设置在洗衣机盘座上,与洗衣机进水水路/洗涤剂盒相连,所述衣物局部清洗结构包括压板和支撑板,所述压板包括超声波换能器,所述支撑板包括一进水空腔,所述压板的形状与支撑板配合,向支撑板方向压紧后,彼此之间形成夹持衣物待洗局部的细缝,夹持衣物并超声清洗其待洗的局部。
上述方案虽然在一定程度上解决了洗衣机不能清洗脏污程度高的局部位置的问题,但是,需要根据清洗需求对衣物局部清洗结构进行拆装,不便于用户使用。
申请号为CN201810509321.2的中国专利公开了一种带局部预洗功能的洗衣机,洗衣机包括超声波洗涤装置;所述洗衣机上具有容纳所述超声波洗涤装置的容纳空间,所述超声波洗涤装置可旋入/旋出地设置在所述容纳空间内。
上述方案虽然在一定程度上解决了洗衣机不能清洗脏污程度高的局部位置的问题,但是,在洗衣机上额外设置超声波洗涤无疑增加了洗衣机的成本,降低了洗衣机的市场竞争力;另外,很难保证超声波洗涤装置被旋入容纳空间内之后不被触碰,导致超声波洗涤装置的意外启动。
有鉴于此特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种具有能传递泡沫清洗组件位置信息的泡沫局部清洗装置,能够确保泡沫清洗组件开启或者关闭到位。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明第一方面提供的一种泡沫局部清洗装置,包括:
外壳;
泡沫清洗组件,与所述外壳连接,可相对于所述外壳移动,至少用于局部清洗时提供泡沫状洗涤剂;
信号传递单元,当所述泡沫清洗组件移动到设定位置时,向该泡沫局部清洗装置传递信号。
通过采用上述方案,能反映泡沫清洗组件的位置信息,确保泡沫清洗组件打开或者关闭到位。
进一步地,所述信号传递单元包括微动开关,所述传递的信号包括电信号;
所述微动开关与所述泡沫清洗组件电连接,可根据泡沫清洗组件所处的位置,控制泡沫清洗组件电路的通断状态。
通过采用上述方案,代替现有技术中一旦接通泡沫清洗组件电路,泡沫清洗组件就一直处于通电状态,容易造成泡沫清洗组件误开启的弊端,也代替了现有技术中需要用户手动切换电路的通断状态,简化了用户的操作步骤。
进一步地,所述外壳具有容纳腔体;
所述泡沫清洗组件相对于所述外壳具有收纳位置和清洗位置,在所述收纳位置时,所述泡沫清洗组件收纳于所述外壳的容纳腔体内,在所述清洗位置时,所述泡沫清洗组件位于所述外壳的容纳腔体外;
所述微动开关在所述泡沫清洗组件处于清洗位置时接通电路,在所述泡沫清洗组件处于收纳位置时处于断路状态。
通过采用上述方案,防止泡沫清洗组件处于收纳位置时,由于电路处于接通状态,而被意外启动,导致泡沫状洗涤剂被挤出,不仅影响洗涤进度,还会导致泡沫局部清洗装置自身和所处的环境被污染。
进一步地,所述微动开关设置在所述外壳和/或所述泡沫清洗组件上,泡沫清洗组件移动至清洗位置和/或收纳位置时,微动开关处于被触发状态,控制所述泡沫清洗组件的电路接通或断开;
或者,所述微动开关包括,
定触点,设置在所述外壳上;
动触点,设置在所述泡沫清洗组件上,与所述定触点位置匹配;
所述泡沫清洗组件带动动触点移动至与所述定触点触接,控制所述泡沫清洗组件的电路断开或接通。
进一步地,所述微动开关设置在所述容纳腔体内;
优选的,所述定触点设置在所述外壳容纳腔体的内壁上,所述动触点设置在所述泡沫清洗组件的位于所述容纳腔体内的部位上。
通过采用上述方案,既便于微动开关的两触点进行触接和断开,又能起到保护微动开关的作用。
进一步地,所述泡沫清洗组件的底部连接有底座,所述底座往返移动带动所述泡沫清洗组件在所述收纳位置和所述清洗位置之间切换;
所述微动开关的动触点设置在所述底座上。
通过采用上述方案,能减少泡沫清洗组件与外壳的接触,防止泡沫清洗组件被碰撞或者磨损,起到保护泡沫清洗组件的作用。
进一步地,所述外壳开口的一端配置为外壳的前端,远离外壳开口的一端配置为外壳的后端;泡沫清洗组件与外壳前端相对的一端为泡沫清洗组件的前端,与外壳后端相对的一端为泡沫清洗组件的后端;
所述微动开关的定触点和动触点分别设置在所述外壳的前部和所述泡沫清洗组件的后部,所述微动开关配置为通路开关,当所述泡沫清洗组件位于清洗位置时,所述定触点和所述动触点触接,所述泡沫清洗组件的电路导通;
和/或,所述微动开关的定触点和动触点分别设置在所述外壳和所述泡沫清洗组件的后部,所述微动开关配置为断路开关,当所述泡沫清洗组件位于收纳位置时,所述定触点和所述动触点触接,所述泡沫清洗组件的电路断开。
进一步地,还包括开关部,在所述泡沫清洗组件接收到相关信号后,至少用于控制泡沫清洗组件启动,以提供泡沫状洗涤剂,和控制泡沫清洗组件关闭,停止提供泡沫状洗涤剂;
优选的,所述开关部包括机械旋钮和/或传感单元。
通过采用上述方案,在电路导通的状态下开启开关部才能打开泡沫清洗组件,等同于至少对泡沫清洗组件设置了双重开关,降低泡沫清洗组件误触发的概率。
进一步地,所述泡沫清洗组件包括:
出水单元,用于在局部清洗时提供清洗水;
泡沫发生单元,用于在局部清洗时提供泡沫状洗涤剂;
所述开关部设有一个,用于控制所述出水单元和泡沫发生单元的开闭;
或者,所述开关部设有两个,分别用于控制所述出水单元和泡沫发生单元的开闭。
进一步地,所述泡沫发生单元的上方罩设有一壳体,所述开关部设置在所述壳体上;
优选的,所述开关部设置在所述壳体的外壁上。
通过采用上述方案,壳体起到保护泡沫发生单元的作用,将开关部设置在壳体上,能减少用户对泡沫发生单元的接触,进一步起到保护泡沫发生单元的作用。
本发明第二方面在于提供另一种在清洗位置和收纳位置之间切换,减少占用空间的泡沫局部清洗装置,包括:
外壳,具有容纳腔体;
泡沫清洗组件,相对于所述外壳具有收纳位置和清洗位置,在所述收纳位置时,所述泡沫清洗组件收纳于所述外壳的容纳腔体内,在所述清洗位置时,所述泡沫清洗组件位于所述外壳的容纳腔体外;
传动组件,与所述外壳和所述泡沫清洗组件连接,用于在外壳和所述泡沫清洗组件之间传递动力,将所述泡沫清洗组件在所述收纳位置和所述清洗位置之间移动。
通过采用上述方案,便于对泡沫清洗组件收纳和将泡沫清洗组件移出至清洗位置对待洗物进行清洗,便于用户操作和使用。
进一步的,所述传动组件包括:
第一啮合单元,与所述外壳连接;
第二啮合单元,分别与所述泡沫清洗组件连接和与所述第一啮合单元匹配啮合连接;
所述第二啮合单元与第一啮合单元配合可将泡沫清洗组件在所述收纳位置和所述清洗位置之间移动。
进一步的,还包括拉手部,与所述泡沫清洗组件连接,所述第二啮合单元设置在所述拉手部上;
推拉所述拉手部带动所述第二啮合单元运动,所述第一啮合单元配合所述第二啮合单元引导所述泡沫清洗组件在所述收纳位置和所述清洗位置之间移动;

通过采用上述方案,能根据需要将泡沫清洗组件设置成自动控制结构或者手动控制结构。
进一步的,所述第一啮合单元包括设置在所述外壳上的齿轮;
所述第二啮合单元包括与所述齿轮啮合连接的齿条,齿条与泡沫清洗组件连接,一起运动。
通过采用上述方案,齿轮齿条啮合连接能实现泡沫清洗组件和外壳之间的动力传递,既能保证泡沫清洗组件和外壳的连接效果,又能将齿轮的转动转换成齿条的直线运动,以带动泡沫清洗组件直线运动。
进一步的,所述拉手部包括底座,设置在所述泡沫清洗组件的下方,对应所述泡沫清洗组件的部位设置有镂空部,以使所述泡沫清洗组件的水流流过;
所述齿条设置在所述底座至少一侧的侧壁上;
所述齿轮设置在所述容纳腔体内,与所述齿条位置对应,位于同一侧。
进一步的,所述齿轮的径向沿容纳腔体的竖直方向设置;
所述齿条位于所述齿轮的上方和/或下方,与所述齿轮在竖直方向上啮合连接。
通过采用上述方案,减小了传动组件的占用空间,使得该泡沫局部清洗装置的整体结构更加紧密。
进一步的,所述底座的一侧设有两根齿条,两根齿条平行设置,齿齿相对;
设置在所述容纳腔体该侧的齿轮至少有两个,位于两齿条之间,分别与两根齿条对接。
通过采用上述方案,提高了泡沫局部清洗装置移动过程中的稳定性。
进一步的,所述驱动单元设置在所述外壳上,与其中一齿轮连接,用于驱动该齿轮转动,该齿轮配置为主动轮,所述主动轮与其中一齿条对接;
所述齿轮设有两个,另一齿轮与所述主动轮啮合连接,配置为从动轮,与另一齿条对接;
或者,所述齿轮设有三个,另外两齿轮均与另一齿条对接,配置为定位轮,所述驱动轮、定位轮分别与两齿条相配合对泡沫清洗组件的运动方向起到了定向的作用;
优选的,两定位轮之间具有距离。
通过采用上述方案,驱动单元能实现泡沫清洗组件的自动控制,两个定位轮的设置能保证泡沫清洗组件沿运动方向平稳运行,不会产生偏斜,可靠性高。
进一步的,所述两根齿条间的距离为可容下所述主动轮和所述定位轮的最小距离。
通过采用上述方案,使得在最小驱动力的情况下,泡沫清洗组件便可以得到足够其移动的驱动力,节省了电能的同时,降低了设备的折损,延长了整个泡沫清洗组件的使用寿命。
本发明第三方面在于提供一种洗衣机,具有上述的泡沫局部清洗装置。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果。
1、本发明的信号传递单元能反映泡沫清洗组件的位置信息,确保泡沫清洗组件打开或者关闭到位。
2、本发明的微动开关能根据泡沫清洗组件所处的位置,控制泡沫清洗组件电路的通断状态,代替手动接通泡沫清洗组件的电路,既节约了能耗,又能降低泡沫清洗组件误启动的概率,还能节省了用户接通电路的步骤,便于用户操作。
3、本发明的泡沫清洗组件处于清洗位置时,确保泡沫清洗组件接通电路,便于对待洗物进行局部清洗,且能防止泡沫清洗组件处于收纳位置时,由于电路处于接通状态,而被意外启动,导致泡沫状洗涤剂被挤出,不仅干扰洗涤进度,还会导致泡沫局部清洗装置本身和所处的环境被污染。
4、本发明还设置了控制泡沫清洗组件开启的开关部,在电路导通的状态下开启开关部才能打开泡沫清洗组件,等同于至少对泡沫清洗组件设置了双重开关,进一步降低了泡沫清洗组件误触发的概率。
5、本发明的传动组件能实现泡沫清洗组件在清洗位置和收纳位置之间进行切换,既能在洗衣机执行洗涤程序的过程中不占用洗衣机空间,不妨碍洗衣机的洗涤功能,将泡沫清洗组件收纳之后又能起到保护泡沫清洗组件的作用;此外,简化了泡沫清洗组件的收纳过程,便于用户操作和使用。
6、本发明的齿轮齿条啮合连接实现泡沫清洗组件和外壳之间的动力传递,既能保证泡沫 清洗组件和外壳的连接效果,又能将齿轮的转动转换成齿条的直线运动,进而带动泡沫清洗组件直线运动。
7、拉手部的一侧设有两根齿条,容纳腔体该侧的齿轮至少有两个,位于两齿条之间,分别与两根齿条对接,提高了泡沫局部清洗装置移动过程中的稳定性。
8、驱动单元能实现对泡沫清洗组件的自动控制,两个定位轮的设置能保证泡沫清洗组件运动方向的运行稳定平稳,不会产生偏斜,可靠性高;主动轮将驱动力分别传递给其中一齿条和从动轮,再通过从动轮传递给另一齿条,即主动轮的驱动力能传递给两根齿条,使得泡沫清洗组件得到足够的驱动力,节省了电能。

如图1至图9所示,本发明提供一种泡沫局部清洗装置,包括:外壳1,具有容纳腔体;泡沫清洗组件2,与所述外壳1连接,可相对于所述外壳1移动,至少用于局部清洗时提供泡沫状洗涤剂;信号传递单元,当所述泡沫清洗组件2移动到设定位置时,向该泡沫局部清洗装置传递信号。
所述信号传递单元包括微动开关6,所述传递的信号包括电信号;所述微动开关6与所述泡沫清洗组件2电连接,可根据泡沫清洗组件2所处的位置,控制泡沫清洗组件2电路的通断状态。
当然,所述微动开关6也可以与所述泡沫清洗组件2通信连接,当所述泡沫清洗组件2到达设定位置时,微动开关6被触发,可将泡沫清洗组件2所处的位置传递给该泡沫局部清洗装置,确保泡沫清洗组件2到达设定位置;当泡沫清洗组件2移动至第一设定位置时,使泡沫清洗组件2处于无法被启动的状态;当所述泡沫清洗组件2非处于第一设定位置和/或处于第二设定位置时,使泡沫清洗组件2处于可被启动的状态。
本发明的微动开关6能根据泡沫清洗组件2所处的位置,控制泡沫清洗组件2电路的通断状态,代替手动接通泡沫清洗组件2的电路,既节约了能耗,又能降低泡沫清洗组件2误启动的概率,还能节省了用户接通电路的步骤,便于用户操作。
所述微动开关6也可以由用户手动控制。当泡沫清洗组件2移动至第一设定位置时,用户手动触发微动开关6,将该位置信息传递给泡沫局部清洗装置或者断开电路,使泡沫清洗组件2处于无法被启动的状态;当需要改变泡沫清洗组件2的位置时,可再次触发微动开关6,将泡沫清洗组件2非处于第一设定位置的信息传递给泡沫局部清洗装置或者接通电路,使泡沫清洗组件2处于可被启动的状态;或者,当泡沫清洗组件2沿设定方向移动到达第二设定位置时,触发微动开关6,将泡沫清洗组件2处于第二设定位置的信息传递给泡沫局部清洗装置或者接通电路,使泡沫清洗组件2处于可被启动的状态。
所述外壳1具有容纳腔体10;所述泡沫清洗组件2相对于所述外壳1具有收纳位置和清洗位置,在所述收纳位置时,所述泡沫清洗组件2收纳于所述外壳1的容纳腔体10内,在所述清洗位置时,所述泡沫清洗组件2位于所述外壳1的容纳腔体10外;所述微动开关6在所述泡沫清洗组件2处于清洗位置时接通电路,在所述泡沫清洗组件2处于收纳位置时处于断路状态。
所述收纳位置配置为所述第一设定位置,所述清洗位置配置为所述第二设定位置。
该方案在泡沫清洗组件2处于清洗位置时,确保泡沫清洗组件2接通电路,便于对待洗物进行局部清洗,且能防止泡沫清洗组件2处于收纳位置时,由于电路处于接通状态,而被意外启动,导致泡沫状洗涤剂被挤出,不仅干扰洗涤进度,还会导致泡沫局部清洗装置本身和所处的环境被污染。
进一步地,所述微动开关6设置在所述外壳1和/或所述泡沫清洗组件2上,泡沫清洗组件2移动至清洗位置和/或收纳位置时,微动开关6处于被触发状态,控制所述泡沫清洗组件2的电路接通或断开。
作为一种实施方案,如图1所示,所述微动开关6为通路开关,设置在所述外壳1上,所述外壳1的靠近外壳1开口的一端配置为前端,所述微动开关6设置在所述外壳1的前部,优选的,所述微动开关6设置在所述容纳腔体10的前壁上,当泡沫清洗组件2向前移动至清洗位置时,碰撞或触碰所述微动开关6,使微动开关6打开,泡沫清洗组件2的电路接通;反之,当泡沫清洗组件2自清洗位置向后移动时,即泡沫清洗组件2向收纳位置的一侧移动时,泡沫清洗组件2与微动开关6断开接触,使微动开关6关闭,泡沫清洗组件2的电路处于断路状态。
作为上述方案的替代方案,如图2所示,所述微动开关6为断路开关,设置在所述外壳1的后部,优选的,所述微动开关6设置在所述容纳腔体10的后壁上,当泡沫清洗组件2位 于收纳位置时,碰撞或触碰所述微动开关6,使微动开关6打开,泡沫清洗组件2处于断路状态;反之,当泡沫清洗组件2自收纳位置向前移动时,即向清洗位置的一侧移动时,泡沫清洗组件2与微动开关6断开接触,使微动开关6关闭,泡沫清洗组件2的电路处于通路状态。
当然,也可以在所述外壳1的前部和后部均设置一个微动开关6,分别配置为通路开关和断路开关,既能确保泡沫清洗组件2收纳到位和打开至清洗位置到位,又能进一步防止泡沫清洗组件2意外启动。
作为上述两种方案的替代方案,如图3和图4所示,所述微动开关6由两部分组成,分别为,定触点61,设置在所述外壳1上;动触点62,设置在所述泡沫清洗组件2上,与所述定触点61位置匹配;所述泡沫清洗组件2带动动触点62移动至与所述定触点61触接,所述微动开关6处于闭合状态,控制所述泡沫清洗组件2的电路断开或接通。
进一步地,所述微动开关6设置在所述容纳腔体10内。
具体的,如图3和图4所示,所述定触点61设置在所述外壳1容纳腔体10的内壁上,所述动触点62设置在所述泡沫清洗组件2的位于所述容纳腔体10内的部位上。该方案既便于微动开关6的两触点进行触接和断开,又能起到保护微动开关6的作用。
如图6所示,本发明泡沫局部清洗装置还包括传动组件3,与所述外壳1和所述泡沫清洗组件2连接,用于在外壳1和所述泡沫清洗组件2之间传递动力,将所述泡沫清洗组件2在所述收纳位置和所述清洗位置之间移动。
本发明的传动组件3可在外壳1和所述泡沫清洗组件2之间传递动力,便于对泡沫清洗组件2收纳和将泡沫清洗组件2移出至清洗位置对待洗物进行局部清洗,便于用户操作和使用。
详细的,在使用上述的泡沫局部清洗装置时,通过传动组件3将泡沫清洗组件2从外壳1的内部移动至外壳1的外部,方便局部洗涤时或者进行洗涤试剂的预涂抹,洗涤试剂直接起泡,不易从衣物上掉落,省去沾水搓洗起泡的过程,使泡沫中的有效成份得到充分利用,大大提高了清洁、除菌、滋润的效果。
在使用结束后,通过传动组件3将泡沫清洗组件2从外壳1的外部移动至外壳1的内部,避免泡沫清洗组件2占用较大空间。
进一步地,所述泡沫清洗组件2的底部连接有底座41,所述底座41往返移动带动所述 泡沫清洗组件2在所述收纳位置和所述清洗位置之间切换。
所述微动开关6的动触点62设置在所述底座41上,具体地,所述动触点62设置在所述底座41的始终位于所述容纳腔体10内的部位上。该方案能减少泡沫清洗组件2与外壳1的接触,防止泡沫清洗组件2被碰撞或者磨损,起到保护泡沫清洗组件2的作用。
所述外壳1开口的一端配置为外壳1的前端,远离外壳1开口的一端配置为外壳1的后端;泡沫清洗组件2与外壳1前端相对的一端为泡沫清洗组件2的前端,与外壳1后端相对的一端为泡沫清洗组件2的后端。
作为一种实施方案,如图3所示,所述微动开关6的定触点61和动触点62分别设置在所述外壳1的前部和所述泡沫清洗组件2的后部,所述微动开关6配置为通路开关,当所述泡沫清洗组件2位于清洗位置时,所述定触点61和所述动触点62触接,所述泡沫清洗组件2的电路导通。具体的,所述通路开关的动触点62设置在所述底座41的底壁上,靠近所述底座41的后端,通路开关的定触点61设置在所述容纳腔体10的前壁上,与动触点62的位置匹配,位于容纳腔体10前壁的下部。
和/或,所述微动开关6的定触点61和动触点62分别设置在所述外壳1和所述泡沫清洗组件2的后部,所述微动开关6配置为断路开关,当所述泡沫清洗组件2位于收纳位置时,所述定触点61和所述动触点62触接,所述泡沫清洗组件2的电路断开。
作为一种优选方案,如图4所示,所述微动开关6设有两组,分别配置为通路开关和断路开关。所述通路开关的动触点62设置在所述底座41的底壁上,靠近所述底座41的后端,通路开关的定触点61设置在所述容纳腔体10的前壁上,与动触点62的位置匹配,位于容纳腔体10前壁的下部;所述断路开关的动触点62设置在所述底座41的后壁上,定触点61设置在所述容纳腔体10的后壁上,与动触点62的位置匹配。
在第一和第二种实施方案中,所述微动开关6设置所述底座41上,底座41带动微动开关6与所述容纳腔体10的内壁触碰触发所述微动开关6;和/或,所述微动开关6设置所述容纳腔体10的内壁上,底座41移动触碰所述微动开关6,使所述微动开关6触发。
如图5所示,本发明的泡沫局部清洗装置还包括开关部7,在所述泡沫清洗组件2接收到相关信号后,至少用于控制泡沫清洗组件2启动,以提供泡沫状洗涤剂,和控制泡沫清洗组件2关闭,停止提供泡沫状洗涤剂。
具体的,在所述泡沫清洗组件2处于通电状态下,是开关部7可控制泡沫清洗组件2启 动以提供泡沫状洗涤剂,和控制泡沫清洗组件2关闭停止提供泡沫状洗涤剂。
所述开关部包括机械旋钮和/或传感单元。
当所述开关部7为机械旋钮时,设置在所述泡沫清洗组件2上,或者设置在所述外壳1上,或者设置在所述洗衣机的盘座5上,或者设置在所述洗衣机的控制面板上。
当所述开关部7为传感单元时,所述开关部7靠近所述泡沫清洗组件2设置,或者属于所述泡沫清洗组件2的一部分,可同所述泡沫清洗组件2一起向外伸出和被收纳在所述容纳腔体10内。
该方案在电路导通的状态下开启开关部7才能打开泡沫清洗组件2,等同于至少对泡沫清洗组件2设置了双重开关,尤其是当开关部7为传感单元时,由于传感单元较为灵敏,例如温度传感器和红外传感器,当被用户靠近时,接收到温度或者红外线信号后,容易发生误触发的状况,通过设置微动开关6,降低了泡沫清洗组件2误触发的概率。
所述传动组件3包括:第一啮合单元,与所述外壳1连接;第二啮合单元,分别与所述泡沫清洗组件2连接和与所述第一啮合单元匹配啮合连接;所述第二啮合单元与第一啮合单元配合可将泡沫清洗组件2在所述收纳位置和所述清洗位置之间移动。
如图6至图8所示,本发明的泡沫局部清洗装置还包括拉手部4,与所述泡沫清洗组件2连接,所述第二啮合单元设置在所述拉手部4上。
所述泡沫局部清洗装置为手动控制结构,推拉所述拉手部4带动所述第二啮合单元运动,所述第一啮合单元配合所述第二啮合单元引导所述泡沫清洗组件2在所述收纳位置和所述清洗位置之间移动。
在使用上述的泡沫局部清洗装置时,用户拉动拉手部4使泡沫清洗组件2从外壳1的内部向外部移动的同时带动与拉手部4连接的第二啮合单元相对于第一啮合单元沿水平方向向外壳1外部运动。
在使用结束后,用户推动拉手部4使泡沫清洗组件2从外壳1的外部向内部移动的同时带动与拉手部4连接的第二啮合单元相对于第一啮合单元沿水平方向向外壳1内部运动。
可替换的方式中,无需用户手动操作,就可实现自动使所述泡沫清洗组件2在所述收纳位置和所述清洗位置之间切换得目的,简化用户的操作。
详细的,所述泡沫局部清洗装置为自动控制结构,所示啮合组件还包括驱动单元,与所述第一啮合单元和/或第二啮合单元连接,驱动第一啮合单元和/或第二啮合单元运动,所述 第一啮合单元配合所述第二啮合单元引导所述泡沫清洗组件2在所述收纳位置和所述清洗位置之间移动。
所述拉手部4作为连接泡沫清洗组件2和传动组件3的一个中间结构,拉手部4带动泡沫清洗组件2移动,避免泡沫清洗组件2直接与传动组件3连接,防止在泡沫清洗组件2移动的过程中与设置在外壳1上的第一啮合单元接触发生相对运动,导致泡沫清洗组件2被磨损;另外,设置拉手部4便于用户手动对泡沫清洗组件2进行推拉。
当所述泡沫局部清洗装置为自动控制结构时,也可以不设置拉手部4,为防止泡沫清洗组件2被磨损,可以在泡沫清洗组件2的底部设置一底座41,与所述泡沫清洗组件2连接,所述底座41移动带动所述泡沫清洗组件2在所述收纳位置和所述清洗位置之间移动。
如图6和图7所示,所述第一啮合单元包括设置在所述外壳1上的齿轮;所述第二啮合单元包括与所述齿轮啮合连接的齿条34,齿条34与泡沫清洗组件连接2,一起运动。
进一步的,所述齿条34设置在所述底座41上。
或者,所述齿条34设置在外壳1上,所述齿轮设置在所述底座41上,齿轮正反转动的同时在齿条34上往返运动,将所述泡沫清洗组件2相对于外壳1运动在所述收纳位置和所述清洗位置之间切换。
本发明齿轮齿条34啮合连接能实现泡沫清洗组件2和外壳1之间的动力传递,既能保证泡沫清洗组件2和外壳1的连接效果,又能带动泡沫清洗组件2直线运动。
如图6和图7所示,所述拉手部4包括所述底座41和连接壁43。
所述底座41设置在所述泡沫清洗组件2的下方,对应所述泡沫清洗组件2的部位设置有镂空部42,以使所述泡沫清洗组件2的水流流过;所述齿条34设置在所述底座41至少一侧的侧壁上;所述齿轮设置在所述容纳腔体内,与所述齿条34位置对应,位于同一侧。
所述连接壁43位于所述泡沫清洗组件2和所述底座41之间,分别与泡沫清洗组件2和底座41连接。
上述方案中,用户通过推拉底座41从而实现将所述的泡沫清洗组件2在收纳位置和清洗位置之间移动,提高操作时的稳定性。
此外,在底座41上设置镂空部42,能够使泡沫清洗组件2产生的水流及时流走,避免泡沫聚集粘附在泡沫清洗组件2上,引起堵塞等问题。
作为一种实施方案,所述齿条34设置在底座41的左右两侧的侧壁上,所述齿轮设置在所述容纳腔体内,与所述齿条34位置对应,分别位于底座41的左右两侧。
如图6和图7所示,所述齿轮的径向沿容纳腔体的竖直方向设置;所述齿条34位于所述齿轮的上方和/或下方,与所述齿轮在竖直方向上啮合连接。该方案减小了传动组件3的占用空间,使得该泡沫局部清洗装置的整体结构更加紧密。
进一步的,如图6和图7所示,所述底座41的一侧设有两根齿条34,两根齿条34平行设置,齿齿相对;设置在所述容纳腔体该侧的齿轮至少有两个,位于两齿条34之间,分别与两根齿条34对接。
所述泡沫清洗组件2同一侧的齿条34和齿轮设有两组,能保证泡沫清洗组件2沿直线运动,提高了泡沫清洗组件2移动过程中的平稳性。
当所述泡沫清洗组件2为手动控制结构时,所述齿轮设有两个,分别与两个齿条34对接,两齿轮之间具有间隙,或者两齿轮啮合连接;或者,所述齿轮设有至少三个,其中两个齿轮与一齿条34对接,配置为定位轮32,各齿轮与两齿条34相配合对泡沫清洗组件2的运动方向起到了定向的作用;优选的,两定位轮32之间具有间隙。
当所述泡沫清洗组件2为自动控制结构时,所述驱动单元设置在所述外壳1上,与其中一齿轮连接,用于驱动该齿轮转动,该齿轮配置为主动轮31,所述主动轮31与其中一齿条34对接;所述齿轮设有两个,另一齿轮与所述主动轮31啮合连接,配置为从动轮33,与另一齿条34对接;或者,所述齿轮设有三个,另外两齿轮均与另一齿条34对接,配置为定位轮32,所述驱动轮、定位轮32分别与两齿条34相配合对泡沫清洗组件2的运动方向起到了定向的作用;优选的,两定位轮32之间具有距离。
作为一种实施方案,所述驱动单元为电机。
当所述泡沫清洗组件2为自动控制结构时,所述传动组件3还包括控制开关35,与所述驱动单元电连接,用于控制驱动单元的开关,用户可手动控制所述控制开关35的开闭,或者所述控制开关35由洗涤程序和/或红外线和/或语音和/或移动终端控制。
所述控制开关35设置在所述外壳1上,或者设置在所述洗衣机的盘座上,或者设置在所述洗衣机的控制面板上。
本发明的驱动单元能实现泡沫清洗组件2的自动控制,两个定位轮32的设置能保证泡沫清洗组件2运动方向的运行稳定平稳,不会产生偏斜,可靠性高。
作为一种实施方案,所述两根齿条34间的距离为可容下所述主动轮31和所述定位轮32的最小距离。该方案使得在驱动装置最小驱动力的情况下,泡沫清洗组件2便可以得到足够其移动的驱动力,节省了电能的同时,降低了设备的折损,延长了整个泡沫清洗组件2的使用寿命。
所述外壳1上设有限位部,所述拉手部4的前后两端分别设有第一定位部和第二定位部,第一定位部和第二定位部与所述限位部配合,实现泡沫清洗组件2在设定范围内移动,防止泡沫清洗组件2脱离外壳1或者向内撞击外壳1的后壁。
进一步的,所述限位部可控制所述电机的通断状态。
限位部上设有用于电机通断的触动开关,当第一定位部或第二定位部碰触所述触动开关后会常开/或常闭,电脑板就能够判断泡沫清洗组件2的位置是收纳或是清洗位置,按压控制开关35一次即可直接驱动泡沫清洗组件2的打开或断开;其他状态时驱动单元的控制电路为断电停机状态。
更进一步地,电机的顺时针转动状态和逆时针转动状态随着控制开关35的按压依次交替变更,按一次控制开关35,启动电机顺时针转动工作,再按一次,启动电机逆时针转动工作,交替进行。第一次按压控制开关35,电机开始启动,电机上的主动轮31带动与该主动轮31对接的齿条34向外壳1外部运动,当泡沫清洗组件2打开到一定的位置时,第一定位部碰触限位部上的触动开关,使开关断开,泡沫清洗组件2停止动作。当再次按压控制开关35,电机开始启动,电机上的主动轮31带动与其对接的齿条34逆向运动,当泡沫清洗组件2闭合到一定的位置时,第二定位部碰触限位部上的触动开关,使控制电路断开,泡沫清洗组件2停止动作,泡沫清洗组件2闭合到位,处于收纳位置。
如图8所示,本发明的外壳1上设有门体11,设置在所述容纳腔体的开口处,上端与所述开口的上端连接,用于在泡沫清洗组件2位于收纳位置时,封堵所述容纳腔体,在泡沫清洗组件2从收纳位置向外移出时,打开所述外壳1的开口。
如图9所示,所述泡沫清洗组件2包括:出水单元,用于在局部清洗时提供清洗水;泡沫发生单元23,用于在局部清洗时提供泡沫状洗涤剂。
所述开关部7设有一个,为机械旋钮,用于控制所述出水单元和泡沫发生单元23的开闭。操作方式包括,触发一次所述开关部7,控制开启泡沫发生单元23,再触发一次所述开关部7,控制关闭泡沫发生单元23;连续触发两次所述开关部7,控制开启出水单元,再连续触发 两次所述开关部7,控制关闭出水单元。
或者,如图5所示,所述开关部7设有两个,为机械旋钮和/或传感单元,分别用于控制所述出水单元和泡沫发生单元23的开闭。详细的,用于控制出水单元的开关部7开启之后控制所述出水单元出水;用于控制泡沫发生单元23的开关部7开启之后控制所述泡沫发生单元23生成泡沫状洗涤剂。
所述泡沫发生单元23具有出液口231,设置在所述泡沫发生单元23的远离所述容纳腔体10后壁的一侧,用于流出泡沫状洗涤剂。
进一步地,所述泡沫发生单元23的上方罩设有一壳体25。
当所述开关部7为机械旋钮时,设置在所述壳体25上,所述出液口231朝下,具体的,所述开关部7设置在所述壳体25的外壁上。所述壳体25起到保护泡沫发生单元23的作用,将开关部7设置在壳体25上,能减少用户对泡沫发生单元23的接触,进一步起到保护泡沫发生单元23的作用。
如图9所示,当所述开关部7为传感单元时,设置在所述壳体25的下方,可被所述壳体25罩盖,既降低传感单元被误触发地概率,又起到保护传感单元地作用。
作为一种实施方案,如图9所示,所述泡沫发生单元23的下方也设有一壳体25,两壳体25分别分布在泡沫发生单元23和开关部7的上下两侧,且均位于所述底座41的上方,两壳体25配合可将泡沫发生单元23和开关部7的上下侧罩盖。
在本发明的一些实施例中,所述泡沫清洗组件2包括出水单元、第一感应单元、泡沫发生单元和第二感应单元。
详细的,所述出水单元用于在局部清洗时提供清洗水;所述第一感应单元用于感应到衣服时触发所述出水单元出水;所述泡沫发生单元用于在局部清洗时提供泡沫状洗涤剂;所述第二感应单元用于感应到衣物时触发所述泡沫发生单元生成泡沫状洗涤剂。
上述方案中,喷出洗涤剂和水的泡沫发生单元和出水单元,分别由感应装置控制其是否启动,在局部清洗的过程中,打湿衣物和添加洗涤剂的过程可交替进行,提高对局部位置的清洗效果。
进一步的方案中,所述泡沫发生单元和所述第二感应单元设置在一壳体内,所述泡沫发生单元的出口和所述第二感应单元的感应端设置在所述壳体的底壁上,且所述泡沫发生单元的出口相对于所述第二感应单元的感应端位于远离所述连接壁43的位置。
上述方案,将所述泡沫发生单元和所述第二感应单元集成一体设置在壳体内,只在壳体的底壁上预留出洗涤剂泡沫的出口,提高装置整体的美观度,提升用户的使用体验。
而且,将所述泡沫发生单元的出口设置在相对于所述第二感应单元的感应端位于远离所述连接壁43的位置,可避免衣物还未到达泡沫发生单元的出口即开始出洗涤剂泡沫的情况发生。
进一步的方案中,所述出水单元和所述第一感应单元集成一体设置,且位于所述壳体的下方并避让所述泡沫发生单元的出口和所述第二感应单元的感应端。
上述方案中,将出水单元和所述第一感应单元集成一体设置,同样可提高装置整体的美观度,提升用户的使用体验。
而且,将用于出水的组件和用于出洗涤剂的组件采用上下位排布的方式,可减小泡沫局部清洗装置在宽度方向上的尺寸,有利于将泡沫局部清洗装置安装在例如洗衣机的盘座等结构上。
上述避让的方式例如可以是将出水单元以及第一感应单元的尺寸设置为小于泡沫发生单元和第二感应单元的尺寸。
如图1至图9所示,本发明的另一目的是提供一种洗衣机,具有上述的泡沫局部清洗装置。
所述洗衣机包括箱体,箱体内设置有洗涤桶,箱体的上方设置有具有衣物投放口51的盘座5,上述的泡沫局部清洗装置可设置在盘座5上。优选的,盘座5本身可以充当外壳1的作用。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专利的技术人员在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述提示的技术内容作出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明方案的范围内。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种泡沫局部清洗装置,其特征在于:包括:
    外壳;
    泡沫清洗组件,与所述外壳连接,可相对于所述外壳移动,至少用于局部清洗时提供泡沫状洗涤剂;
    信号传递单元,当所述泡沫清洗组件移动到设定位置时,向该泡沫局部清洗装置传递信号。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种泡沫局部清洗装置,其特征在于:所述信号传递单元包括微动开关,所述传递的信号包括电信号;
    所述微动开关与所述泡沫清洗组件电连接,可根据泡沫清洗组件所处的位置,控制泡沫清洗组件电路的通断状态。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种泡沫局部清洗装置,其特征在于:所述外壳具有容纳腔体;
    所述泡沫清洗组件相对于所述外壳具有收纳位置和清洗位置,在所述收纳位置时,所述泡沫清洗组件收纳于所述外壳的容纳腔体内,在所述清洗位置时,所述泡沫清洗组件位于所述外壳的容纳腔体外;
    所述微动开关在所述泡沫清洗组件处于清洗位置时接通电路,在所述泡沫清洗组件处于收纳位置时处于断路状态。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种泡沫局部清洗装置,其特征在于:所述微动开关设置在所述外壳和/或所述泡沫清洗组件上,泡沫清洗组件移动至清洗位置和/或收纳位置时,微动开关处于被触发状态,控制所述泡沫清洗组件的电路接通或断开;
    或者,所述微动开关包括,
    定触点,设置在所述外壳上;
    动触点,设置在所述泡沫清洗组件上,与所述定触点位置匹配;
    所述泡沫清洗组件带动动触点移动至与所述定触点触接,控制所述泡沫清洗组件的电路断开或接通。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种泡沫局部清洗装置,其特征在于:所述微动开关设置在所述容纳腔体内;
    优选的,所述定触点设置在所述外壳容纳腔体的内壁上,所述动触点设置在所述泡沫清 洗组件的位于所述容纳腔体内的部位上。
  6. 根据权利要求4或5所述的一种泡沫局部清洗装置,其特征在于:所述泡沫清洗组件的底部连接有底座,所述底座往返移动带动所述泡沫清洗组件在所述收纳位置和所述清洗位置之间切换;
    所述微动开关的动触点设置在所述底座上。
  7. 根据权利要求4-6任一所述的一种泡沫局部清洗装置,其特征在于:
    所述外壳开口的一端配置为外壳的前端,远离外壳开口的一端配置为外壳的后端;泡沫清洗组件与外壳前端相对的一端为泡沫清洗组件的前端,与外壳后端相对的一端为泡沫清洗组件的后端;
    所述微动开关的定触点和动触点分别设置在所述外壳的前部和所述泡沫清洗组件的后部,所述微动开关配置为通路开关,当所述泡沫清洗组件位于清洗位置时,所述定触点和所述动触点触接,所述泡沫清洗组件的电路导通;
    和/或,所述微动开关的定触点和动触点分别设置在所述外壳和所述泡沫清洗组件的后部,所述微动开关配置为断路开关,当所述泡沫清洗组件位于收纳位置时,所述定触点和所述动触点触接,所述泡沫清洗组件的电路断开。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一所述的一种泡沫局部清洗装置,其特征在于:还包括开关部,在所述泡沫清洗组件接收到相关信号后,至少用于控制泡沫清洗组件启动以提供泡沫状洗涤剂,和控制泡沫清洗组件关闭停止提供泡沫状洗涤剂;
    优选的,所述开关部包括机械旋钮和/或传感单元。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种泡沫局部清洗装置,其特征在于:所述泡沫清洗组件包括:
    出水单元,用于在局部清洗时提供清洗水;
    泡沫发生单元,用于在局部清洗时提供泡沫状洗涤剂;
    所述开关部设有一个,用于控制所述出水单元和泡沫发生单元的开闭;
    或者,所述开关部设有两个,分别用于控制所述出水单元和泡沫发生单元的开闭。
  10. 一种泡沫局部清洗装置,其特征在于:包括:
    外壳,具有容纳腔体;
    泡沫清洗组件,相对于所述外壳具有收纳位置和清洗位置,在所述收纳位置时,所述泡 沫清洗组件收纳于所述外壳的容纳腔体内,在所述清洗位置时,所述泡沫清洗组件位于所述外壳的容纳腔体外;
    传动组件,与所述外壳和所述泡沫清洗组件连接,用于在外壳和所述泡沫清洗组件之间传递动力,将所述泡沫清洗组件在所述收纳位置和所述清洗位置之间移动。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的一种泡沫局部清洗装置,其特征在于:所述传动组件包括:
    第一啮合单元,与所述外壳连接;
    第二啮合单元,分别与所述泡沫清洗组件连接和与所述第一啮合单元匹配啮合连接;
    所述第二啮合单元与第一啮合单元配合可将泡沫清洗组件在所述收纳位置和所述清洗位置之间移动。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的一种泡沫局部清洗装置,其特征在于:还包括拉手部,与所述泡沫清洗组件连接,所述第二啮合单元设置在所述拉手部上;
    推拉所述拉手部带动所述第二啮合单元运动,所述第一啮合单元配合所述第二啮合单元引导所述泡沫清洗组件在所述收纳位置和所述清洗位置之间移动;
    或者,啮合组件还包括驱动单元,与所述第一啮合单元和/或第二啮合单元连接,驱动第一啮合单元和/或第二啮合单元运动,所述第一啮合单元配合所述第二啮合单元引导所述泡沫清洗组件在所述收纳位置和所述清洗位置之间移动。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的一种泡沫局部清洗装置,其特征在于:
    所述第一啮合单元包括设置在所述外壳上的齿轮;
    所述第二啮合单元包括与所述齿轮啮合连接的齿条,齿条与泡沫清洗组件连接,一起运动。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的一种泡沫局部清洗装置,其特征在于:所述拉手部包括底座,设置在所述泡沫清洗组件的下方,对应所述泡沫清洗组件的部位设置有镂空部,以使所述泡沫清洗组件的水流流过;
    所述齿条设置在所述底座至少一侧的侧壁上;
    所述齿轮设置在所述容纳腔体内,与所述齿条位置对应,位于同一侧。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的一种泡沫局部清洗装置,其特征在于:所述齿轮的径向沿容纳腔体的竖直方向设置;
    所述齿条位于所述齿轮的上方和/或下方,与所述齿轮在竖直方向上啮合连接。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的一种泡沫局部清洗装置,其特征在于:所述底座的一侧设有两根齿条,两根齿条平行设置,齿齿相对;
    设置在所述容纳腔体该侧的齿轮至少有两个,位于两齿条之间,分别与两根齿条对接。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的一种泡沫局部清洗装置,其特征在于:所述驱动单元设置在所述外壳上,与其中一齿轮连接,用于驱动该齿轮转动,该齿轮配置为主动轮,所述主动轮与其中一齿条对接;
    所述齿轮设有两个,另一齿轮与所述主动轮啮合连接,配置为从动轮,与另一齿条对接;
    或者,所述齿轮设有三个,另外两齿轮均与另一齿条对接,配置为定位轮,所述驱动轮、定位轮分别与两齿条相配合对泡沫清洗组件的运动方向起到了定向的作用;
    优选的,两定位轮之间具有距离。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的一种泡沫局部清洗装置,其特征在于:所述两根齿条间的距离为可容下所述主动轮和所述定位轮的最小距离。
  19. 根据权利要求10-18任一所述的一种泡沫局部清洗装置,其特征在于:所述泡沫清洗组件包括:
    出水单元,用于在局部清洗时提供清洗水;
    泡沫发生单元,用于在局部清洗时提供泡沫状洗涤剂;
    所述开关部设有一个,用于控制所述出水单元和泡沫发生单元的开闭;
    或者,所述开关部设有两个,分别用于控制所述出水单元和泡沫发生单元的开闭。
  20. 一种洗衣机,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-19任一所述的泡沫局部清洗装置。
