Abstract

一种简装式剃须***(100),包括一个或多个刀片(10)及通过双色注塑共同形成一体的刀头框架(20)和防护构件(30)。防护构件由水溶性聚合物和疏水性聚合物混合后成型于刀头框架之前侧壁(21);刀头框架具有一容纳空间(22),刀片位于该容纳空间中,刀片的左端装配于刀头框架的左侧壁(23),刀片的右端装配于刀头框架的右侧壁(24)。该简装式剃须***能简化防护构件与刀头框架之间的装配关系,并使得防护构件除具有拉紧皮肤以起到保护作用外,还具有润滑作用,实现防护构件集保护和润滑于一体。

Description

简装式剃须*** 技术领域
本申请涉及剃须领域,尤其涉及一种简装式剃须***。
背景技术
在中国专利号200820206388.0所公开的具有辅助刮条的剃须刀头中,其防护条40是通过装配的方式装配于外框体10的下侧壁上,且防护条40用于在剃须时拉紧被剃部位的皮肤,提高剃须的效率。
但是,由于防护条是通过装配的方式装配于外框体的下侧壁上,故使得中国专利号200820206388.0所公开的具有辅助刮条的剃须刀头中的防护条与外框体之间的装配关系复杂,即在制造出外框体和防护条后,还需要将防护条装配于外框体的下侧壁处;另,由于防护条仅提供拉紧皮肤的作用,不对皮肤提供润滑作用,故影响到剃须的舒适性。
因此,急需要一种简化装配关系且集拉紧和润滑皮肤于一体的简装式剃须***来克服上述的缺陷。
申请内容
本申请的目的在于提供一种简化装配有关系程且集拉紧和润滑皮肤于一体的简装式剃须***。
为实现上述的目的,本申请的简装式剃须***包括一个或多个刀片及通过双色注塑共同形成一体的刀头框架和防护构件。所述防护构件由水溶性聚合物和疏水性聚合物混合后成型于所述刀头框架之前侧壁,所述刀头框架具有一容纳空间,所述刀片位于所述容纳空间中,所述刀片的左端装配于所述刀头框架的左侧壁,所述刀片的右端装配于所述刀头框架的右侧壁。
较佳地,所述防护构件包含由所述疏水性聚合物所成型的蜂窝状结构及填充于所述蜂窝状结构中的水溶性结构。
较佳地,在所述防护构件中,所述水溶性聚合物的占比介于0和50%之间。
较佳地,在所述防护构件中,所述水溶性聚合物的占比介于10%和25%之间。
较佳地,所述水溶性聚合物选自含有聚乙二醇的水溶性聚合物。
较佳地,所述疏水性聚合物为聚苯乙烯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯或聚醛。
较佳地,本申请的简装式剃须***还包括左固定件及右固定件,所述左固定件从上方横跨所述刀片的左端并装配于所述刀头框架的左侧壁,所述左固定件与所述刀头框架的左侧壁共同夹持所述刀片的左端,所述右固定件从上方横跨所述刀片的右端并装配于所述刀头框架的右侧壁,所述右固定件与所述刀头框架的右侧壁共同夹持所述刀片的右端,所述防护构件沿所述刀头框架的左右方向延伸。
较佳地,所述防护构件的左端至少向左延伸至所述左固定件的位置,所述防护构件的右端至少延伸至所述右固定件的位置。
较佳地,所述左固定件和右固定件为彼此独立的片形结构。
较佳地,所述左固定件和右固定件为连成一体的片形结构。
与现有技术相比,由于本申请的简装式剃须***还包括通过双色注塑共同形成一体的刀头框架和防护构件,这样设计使得防护构件和刀头框架两者以双色注塑方式共同形成一体,省略了传统的防护条通过装配方式装配于外框体之下侧壁上的步骤,故简化了防护构件与刀头框架之间的装配关系。同时,由于防护构件由水溶性聚合物和疏水性聚合物混合后成型于刀头框架之前侧壁,使得防护构件在剃须过程中集拉紧皮肤和润滑双重作用于一体,从而提高剃须的舒适性。

具体实施方式
为了详细说明本申请的技术内容、构造特征,以下结合实施方式并配合附图作进一步说明。
请参阅图1至图2,本申请的简装式剃须***100包括五个刀片10及通过双色注塑共同形成一体的刀头框架20和防护构件30,以通过双色注塑使刀头框架20和防护构件30形成一体,省去了传统的防护条与外框体之间的装配关系。
其中,结合图3,防护构件30由水溶性聚合物和疏水性聚合物混合后成型于刀头框架20之前侧壁21,即,在注塑成型防护构件30的过程中,先将水溶性聚合物和疏水性聚合物进行充分混合后,再将充分混合后的水溶性聚合物和疏水性聚合物一起注入双色模具中,从而由双色模具在刀头框架20之前侧壁21处成型出防护构件30;由于刀头框架20和防护构件30是通过双色注塑所得到的一体结构,故在往双色模具中用于成型刀头框架20的空间处注入注塑物料时,可以同时或者有先后地往双色模具中用于成型防护构件30的空间处注入充分混合后的水溶性聚合物和疏水性聚合物,以实现由双色模具所成型出的刀头框架20和防护构件30共同形成一体,从而使得防护构件30无法从刀头框架20处拆卸,还增加两者的结合牢固性。
如图1至图3所示,刀头框架20具有一容纳空间22,较优的是,刀头框架20为方形,对应地,容纳空间22也为方形空间,以使得容纳空间22有效地将刀头框架20的左右尺寸利用起来;当然,根据实际需要,还可将刀头框架20和容纳空间22设计为其它形状,故不以图1和图2所示为限。刀片10位于容纳空间11中,刀片10的左端装配于刀头框架20的左侧壁23,由左侧壁23为刀头10左端的装配提供装配的场所,刀片10的右端装配于刀头框架20的右侧壁24,由右侧壁24为刀头10右端的装配提供装配的场所。具体地,在图1中, 本申请的简装式剃须***100还包括左固定件40及右固定件50;左固定件40从上方横跨刀片10的左端,较优的是,在图1中,左固定件40沿刀头框架20的前后方向横跨刀头10的左端,但不以图1所示为限,左固定件40还装配于刀头框架20的左侧壁23,使得左固定件40与刀头框架20的左侧壁23共同夹持刀片10的左端,以借助左固定件40和左侧壁23两者的配合而将刀片10的左端稳固于刀头框架20的左侧壁23处;右固定件50从上方横跨刀片10的右端,较优的是,在图1中,右固定件50沿刀头框架20的前后方向横跨刀头10的右端,但不以图1所示为限,右固定件50还装配于刀头框架20的右侧壁24,使得右固定件50与刀头框架20的右侧壁24共同夹持刀片10的右端,以借助右固定件50和右侧壁24两者的配合而将刀片10的右端稳固于刀头框架20的右侧壁24处。防护构件30沿刀头框架20的左右方向延伸,以有效地增加防护构件30在剃须过程中拉紧和润滑皮肤的面积。需要说明的是,刀片10的数量还可为一个、二个、三个、四个或六个不等,它是根据实际的需要而灵活选择的;当刀片10为二个以上时,此时所有刀片10沿刀头框架20的前后方向隔开排列,但这都是本领域所熟知的,故在此不再赘述。更具体地,如下:
如图3所示,防护构件30包含由疏水性聚合物所成型的蜂窝状结构31及填充于蜂窝状结构31中的水溶性结构32,这样设计的目的是使得蜂窝状结构31用于形成防护构件30的骨架结构,有效地确保防护构件30在剃须过程中拉紧皮肤的作用;借助水溶性结构32填充于蜂窝状结构31中,由蜂窝状结构31对水溶性结构32进行约束,从而使得水溶性结构32均匀地布置于防护构件30的各个位置处,因而在剃须过程中增加水溶性结构32与皮肤接触的面积,进而使得防护构件30能更有效地对皮肤提供润滑作用,进而更有效地提高剃须的舒适性和效果。具体地,如图3所示,在防护构件30中,水溶性聚合物的占比介于0和50%之间,较优的是,水溶性聚合物的占比介于10%和25%之间,最优的是,水溶性聚合物的占比介于15%和20%之间,这样设计的目的是使得防护构件30具有足够的强度下还能提供更有效的润滑效果。举例而言,水溶性聚合物选自含有聚乙二醇的水溶性聚合物,疏水性聚合物为聚苯乙烯、聚乙烯、聚 丙烯或聚醛,但不以此为限。需要说明的是,刀头框架20常用的材料为ABS,当然,根据实际需要,它还可以选择为是其他的材料,但这都是本领域所熟知的,故在此不再赘述。
如图1和图2所示,防护构件30的左端向左延伸并越过左固定件40,防护构件30的右端向右延伸并越过右固定件50,这样设计使得防护构件30在刀头框架20左右方向的尺寸大于刀片10位于左固定件40和右固定件50之间的位置尺寸,有效地确保刀片10所剃刮的皮肤都是被防护构件30所拉紧和润滑过的皮肤,进一步地提高剃须的舒适性和效果。具体地,在图1中,左固定件40和右固定件50为彼此独立的片形结构,当然,根据实际需要,左固定件40和右固定件50为连成一体的片形结构,故不以图1所示为限。需要说明的是,于其它实施例中,可以使防护构件30的左端向左延伸至左固定件40的位置,和/或使防护构件30的右端向右延伸至右固定件50的位置,同样能确保刀片10所剃刮的皮肤都是被防护构件30所拉紧和润滑过的皮肤,一样能达到提高剃须的舒适性和效果的目的。
与现有技术相比,由于本申请的简装式剃须***100还包括通过双色注塑共同形成一体的刀头框架20和防护构件30,这样设计使得防护构件30和刀头框架20两者以双色注塑方式共同形成一体,省略了传统的防护条通过装配方式装配于外框体之下侧壁上的步骤,故简化了防护构件30与刀头框架20之间的装配关系。同时,由于防护构件30由水溶性聚合物和疏水性聚合物混合后成型于刀头框架20之前侧壁21,使得防护构件30在剃须过程中集拉紧皮肤和润滑双重作用于一体,从而提高剃须的舒适性。
需要说明的是,在附图,箭头A所指的方向为刀头框架20由左至右的方向,箭头B所指的方向为刀头框架20由前至后的方向,箭头C所指的方向为刀头框架20由上至下的方向。
以上所揭露的仅为本申请的较佳实例而已,当然不能以此来限定本申请之权利范围,因此依本申请权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属于本申请所涵盖的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种简装式剃须***,包括一个或多个刀片,其特征在于,所述简装式剃须***还包括通过双色注塑共同形成一体的刀头框架和防护构件,所述防护构件由水溶性聚合物和疏水性聚合物混合后成型于所述刀头框架之前侧壁,所述刀头框架具有一容纳空间,所述刀片位于所述容纳空间中,所述刀片的左端装配于所述刀头框架的左侧壁,所述刀片的右端装配于所述刀头框架的右侧壁。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的简装式剃须***,其特征在于,所述防护构件包含由所述疏水性聚合物所成型的蜂窝状结构及填充于所述蜂窝状结构中的水溶性结构。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的简装式剃须***,其特征在于,在所述防护构件中,所述水溶性聚合物的占比介于0和50%之间。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的简装式剃须***,其特征在于,在所述防护构件中,所述水溶性聚合物的占比介于10%和25%之间。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的简装式剃须***,其特征在于,所述水溶性聚合物选自含有聚乙二醇的水溶性聚合物。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的简装式剃须***,其特征在于,所述疏水性聚合物为聚苯乙烯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯或聚醛。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的简装式剃须***,其特征在于,还包括左固定件及右固定件,所述左固定件从上方横跨所述刀片的左端并装配于所述刀头框架的左侧壁,所述左固定件与所述刀头框架的左侧壁共同夹持所述刀片的左端,所述右固定件从上方横跨所述刀片的右端并装配于所述刀头框架的右侧壁,所述右固定件与所述刀头框架的右侧壁共同夹持所述刀片的右端,所述防护构件沿所述刀头框架的左右方向延伸。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的简装式剃须***,其特征在于,所述防护构件的左端至少向左延伸至所述左固定件的位置,所述防护构件的右端至少延伸至所述右固定件的位置。
