Abstract

本申请提供一种电池、用电装置及电池的组装方法。本申请实施例提供的电池包括多个电池单体;相对于所述多个电池单体固定地设置的带状件;设于所述带状件附近的电连接件;和槽状件,至少一体地具有第一容纳槽和第二容纳槽,所述带状件容纳于所述第一容纳槽,所述连接件容纳于所述第二容纳槽,所述槽状件的一部分介于所述带状件与所述电池单体之间。通过本申请实施例,能够利用槽状件使电连接件相对于电池单体可靠固定,避免电连接件因高强度载荷的作用而出现疲劳断裂的情况;还能够将电连接件与线束以及周边金属件隔离,从而实现对电连接件的隔离保护。

Description

电池、用电装置及电池的组装方法 技术领域
本申请涉及电池技术领域,尤其涉及电池、包括该电池的用电装置以及电池的组装方法。
背景技术
节能减排是汽车产业可持续发展的关键。在这种情况下,电动车辆由于其节能环保的优势成为汽车产业可持续发展的重要组成部分。而对于电动车辆而言,电池技术又是关乎其发展的一项重要因素。
在电池技术的发展中,除了提高电池的性能外,电池中各电连接件、线束等的布局与设置也对电池能量密度的提高、电池的使用可靠性等有着重大影响,因此一直是电池领域中的重要研发课题。
发明内容
本申请是鉴于上述技术问题而完成的,其目的之一在于提供一种能够可靠地固定电连接件而防止电池中的电连接件疲劳断裂进而能够提高使用可靠性的电池、包括该电池的用电装置、以及电池的组装方法。
本申请的另一目的在于提供一种能够减少电池箱体等的占用空间进而能够提高电池的能量密度的电池、包括该电池的用电装置、以及电池的组装方法。
为了实现上述目的中的至少一个,本申请的第一方面提供了一种电池,其特征在于,包括多个电池单体、相对于所述多个电池单体固定地设置的带状件、设于所述带状件附近的电连接件、和槽状件,所述槽状件至少一体地具有第一容纳槽和第二容纳槽,所述带状件容纳于所述第一容纳槽,所述电连接件容纳于所述第二容纳槽,所述槽状件的一部分介于所述带状件与所述电池单体之间。
由于带状件相对于多个电池单体固定地设置,且槽状件的一部分介于该带状件与电池单体之间,带状件容纳于槽状件的第一容纳槽,因此槽状件被固定地安装于带状件;由于电连接件容纳于槽状件的第二容纳槽, 因此电连接件的位置也被相对地固定,由此实现了对电连接件的可靠固定。由于电连接件被可靠地固定,因此避免了电池中的电连接件疲劳断裂等不良情况,提高了电池的使用可靠性。
另外,如前所述,本申请通过固定于带状件的槽状件对电连接件进行可靠固定,因此对于电池而言可以采用箱体侧壁较低的矮电箱,由此能够减少电池箱体等的占用空间,进而能够在有限的电池安装空间内尽可能多地布置电池单体从而提高电池的能量密度。
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述第一容纳槽的槽底板与所述第二容纳槽的槽底板一体地相连,所述第一容纳槽的槽底板位于所述带状件与所述电池单体之间,所述第二容纳槽的槽底板位于所述电连接件与所述电池单体之间。
由于两容纳槽的槽底板一体地相连,因此能够容易地使槽状件为一体结构。由于容纳带状件的第一容纳槽的槽底板位于带状件与电池单体之间,因此通过简单的结构使槽状件牢固地固定于带状件。由于容纳电连接件的第二容纳槽的槽底板位于电连接件与电池单体之间,因此能够将电连接件与电池单体可靠地隔开,对电连接件实施可靠的保护。
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述电池还包括线束,所述槽状件还一体地具有第三容纳槽,所述线束容纳于所述第三容纳槽;所述第一容纳槽的槽底板、所述第二容纳槽的槽底板以及所述第三容纳槽的槽底板以共面的方式一体地相连。
由于槽状件还一体地具有容纳线束的第三容纳槽,因此能够在不增加部件数量的情况下也对线束进行固定,可确保电池周围的电连接件、线束等被整齐地布置在规定位置。由于第一、第二、第三容纳槽的槽底板以共面的方式一体地相连,因此一体式槽状件的结构简单,且在安装状态下能够紧靠在单体电池上,提高了安装稳定性。
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述第一容纳槽、所述第二容纳槽和所述第三容纳槽分别呈长条状,且所述第一容纳槽相对于所述第二容纳槽和所述第三容纳槽中的至少一者平行地设置;所述第一容纳槽与所述第二容纳槽相邻接地设置,或者,所述第一容纳槽与所述第三容纳槽相邻接地设置。
由于第一、第二、第三容纳槽分别呈长条状,因此特别适合容纳长条状的带状件、电连接件以及线束;而且,由于通过长条状的槽结构在较长的范围内实现槽状件与带状件、电连接件、线束的相对位置固定,因此能够在较长的范围内确保固定力,能够可靠地避免电连接件、线束等的摇摆或晃动。另外,如上所述设计的槽状件特别适合于电池中的带状件、电连接件以及线束的延伸方向大体平行的情况。此外,第一容纳槽可以与第二容纳槽相邻接地设置,也可以与第三容纳槽相邻接地设置,因此,即使电池单体周边的电连接件和线束的布局有变化,也能够通过选用不同结构方式的槽状件来进行固定。
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述第一容纳槽设于所述槽状件的一端缘侧。
由于容纳带状件的第一容纳槽位于槽状件的一端缘侧,因此在相对于带状件安装槽状件时,只需使槽状件的一端从带状件与电池单体之间的空隙越过带状件就能够将槽状件(槽状件的第一容纳槽)卡于带状件,便于安装。
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述槽状件在延伸方向上的一端部或两端部具有避让部,所述避让部是所述第一容纳槽相对于所述第二容纳槽在所述延伸方向缩进而形成的。
由于槽状件在第一容纳槽的延伸方向上的端部具有退让部,即,在延伸方向上,将第一容纳槽形成得比第二容纳槽稍短,因此在相对于带状件安装槽状件时,能够使槽状件的一端缘容易地从带状件与电池单体之间的空隙越过带状件,不容易出现第一容纳槽的延伸方向上的端部与带状件干涉的情况。
另外,由于退让部仅形成在第一容纳槽的端部,因此,能够最大程度确保槽状件对电连接件等的固定和保持。
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述电池还包括覆盖所述槽状件的盖板。
通过盖板覆盖槽状件,能够将带状件、电连接件、线束等可靠地保持在各自的容纳槽中,从而能够避免槽状件从带状件上脱落、电连接件或线束等从槽状件中脱出等情况。
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述槽状件具有截面呈L形的L型槽侧壁和截面呈T形的T型槽侧壁;所述盖板具有与所述槽状件所具有L型槽侧壁卡合的卡合部、以及与T型槽侧壁相嵌合的嵌合槽。
通过使槽状件的L型槽侧壁、T型槽侧壁与盖板上的对应的卡合部、嵌合槽配合,能够将盖板安装于槽状件且盖板不容易从槽状件脱落。
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述L型槽侧壁和所述T型槽侧壁沿着所述槽状件的延伸方向延伸,且所述L型槽侧壁设于所述槽状件的端缘。
由于L型槽侧壁和T型槽侧壁沿着槽状件的延伸方向延伸,因此盖板可以在其嵌合槽嵌合于这些侧壁的状态下相对于槽状件在其延伸方向上滑动,从而能够从槽状件的延伸方向的端部容易地将盖板安装于规定的位置。
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述盖板具有铆钉孔,通过铆钉固定于所述槽状件侧的支架。
由于盖板还可以通过铆钉固定于槽状件侧的支架,因此能够将盖板相对于槽状件可靠地定位,从而能够避免盖板因振动等在槽状件上自由滑动等不希望出现的情况。
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述槽状件和所述盖板的至少一者的材质为绝缘材料。
由于槽状件和/或盖板的材质为绝缘材料,因此能够使电连接件、线束等相对于周围的金属件等绝缘,从而能够对电连接件、线束等进行可靠的隔离防护。
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述电连接件为高压连接件。
由此能够对主要用于传输电池电能的高压连接件进行可靠的固定和防护,提高了电池关键零部件乃至电池整体的使用可靠性。
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述多个电池单体为奇数个电池单体,所述高压连接件将电池单体与电箱电连接;或者,所述多个电池单体组成奇数个电池模组,所述高压连接件将电池模组与电箱电连接。
由于对于奇数个电池单体相连的情况,通常存在延伸长度较长的高压连接件,本申请的槽状件特别适合于对这样的高压连接件进行保持固 定,从而能够避免高压连接件因较长而更容易大幅振动进而出现疲劳断裂的情况。
本申请的第二方面提供一种用电装置,其包括第一方面中任一项所述的电池。
由此能够提供电池中的电连接件被可靠固定而难以产生疲劳断裂进而电池具有高使用可靠性、电池占用空间少而能量密度高的用电装置。
本申请的第三方面提供一种电池的组装方法,所述组装方法包括下述步骤:提供多个电池单体,相对于所述多个电池单体固定地设置有带状件;相对于所述带状件设置槽状件且使所述槽状件的一部分介于所述带状件与所述电池单体之间,其中,所述槽状件至少一体地具有第一容纳槽和第二容纳槽,所述带状件容纳于所述第一容纳槽;以使电连接件容纳于所述第二容纳槽的方式安装所述电连接件。
由于将带状件相对于多个电池单体固定地设置,且槽状件的一部分介于该带状件与电池单体之间,带状件容纳于槽状件的第一容纳槽,因此槽状件被固定地安装于带状件;由于将电连接件容纳于槽状件的第二容纳槽,因此电连接件的位置也被相对地固定,由此实现了对电连接件的可靠固定。由于电连接件被可靠地固定,因此避免了电池中的电连接件疲劳断裂等不良情况,提高了电池的使用可靠性。
另外,如前所述,本申请通过固定于带状件的槽状件对电连接件进行可靠固定,因此对于电池而言可以采用箱体侧壁较低的矮电箱,由此能够减少电池箱体等的占用空间,进而能够在有限的电池安装空间内尽可能多地布置电池单体从而提高电池的能量密度。
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述槽状件还包括第三容纳槽,所述组装方法还包括以使线束容纳于所述第三容纳槽的方式安装所述线束的步骤。
由于将线束容纳于槽状件的第三容纳槽中,因此能够在不增加部件数量的情况下也对线束进行固定和保持。由此,可确保电池周围的电连接件、线束等被整齐地布置在规定位置。
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述组装方法还包括下述步骤:相对于所述槽状件安装盖板并使所述盖板相对于所述槽状件固定。
通过盖板覆盖槽状件,能够将带状件、电连接件、线束等可靠地保持在各自的容纳槽中,从而能够避免槽状件从带状件上脱落、电连接件或线束等从槽状件中脱出等情况;而且由于将盖板相对于槽状件固定,因此能够避免盖板因振动等在槽状件上自由滑动等不希望出现的情况。
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述相对于所述槽状件安装盖板并使所述盖板相对于所述槽状件固定,包括:使所述盖板所具有的嵌合槽分别嵌合于所述槽状件所具有的L型槽侧壁和T型槽侧壁;使所述盖板在所述L型槽侧壁和所述T型槽侧壁的引导下相对于所述槽状件滑动到规定位置;和通过铆钉将所述盖板固定于所述槽状件侧的支架。
由此,通过使槽状件的L型槽侧壁、T型槽侧壁与盖板上的对应的嵌合槽配合,能够将盖板安装于槽状件且盖板不容易从槽状件脱落;由于盖板能够在L型槽侧壁和T型槽侧壁的引导下在槽状件上滑动,因此能够从槽状件的延伸方向的端部容易地将盖板安装于规定的位置;而且通过铆钉固定,能够将盖板可靠地固定于槽状件侧的支架。
通过以上本申请,能够实现至少具有下述效果之一的电池、包括该电池的用电装置、以及电池的组装方法。
电池中的电连接件能够被可靠地固定和保持,从而能够防止电池中的电连接件疲劳断裂,进而能够提高电池的使用可靠性。当然,包括该电池的用电装置的使用可靠性也相应地提高,维护成本降低。
而且,能够减少电池箱体等的占用空间,进而能够提高电池的能量密度。相应地,提高了包括该电池的用电装置中的电池周围空间的使用效率、设计自由度等,另外,减少了用电装置更换电池或是充电的次数,降低了使用成本。

在诸如动力电池的电池中,高压连接件是动力电池***中的重要部件,承担着传输电池能量的作用。根据电池单体成组的情况,还有可能存在长度较长的高压连接件。
目前,在电池采用高电箱(例如箱体高于电池单体1/3)的情况下,通常通过在箱体上增设固定支架来固定高压连接件,但是存在固定支架占用电箱中较多的空间而导致在电池整体体积一定的情况下电池单体的成组 效率低的问题。而且,高电箱本身也占用较多空间,影响电池整体的能量密度的提高。
为了提高上述的电池成组效率、能量密度,电池可以采用矮电箱(例如箱体不超过电池单体1/3)。由于矮电箱的箱体占用面积较少,因此电池单体的成组效率提高,进而电池整体的能量密度得以提高。但是,在矮电箱中,随着电箱箱体的降低,无法像高电箱那样设置固定支架来固定高压连接件,然而若不对高压连接件等进行固定,则存在高压连接件在承受振动等高强度载荷时发生疲劳断裂的问题。因此,如何在不降低电池单体的成组效率、不降低电池整体的能量密度的情况下,对包括高压连接件在内的电连接件进行固定和保持成了亟待解决的技术问题。
针对上述的技术问题,本申请的发明人巧妙地设计出了不依赖于电池电箱而是借助于电池中的带状件(例如钢带)对包括高压连接件在内的电连接件进行可靠固定和保持的结构,从而以简单的结构,在不降低电池单体的成组效率和电池整体的能量密度的情况下解决了高压连接件等存在疲劳断裂风险的问题。
本申请涉及的电池可以是任何电池,例如电池模组和电池包,或者一次电池和二次电池,例如,二次电池包括镍氢电池、镍镉电池、铅酸(或铅蓄)电池、锂离子电池、钠离子电池、聚合物电池等。这种电池适用于各种使用电池的用电设备,例如手机、便携式设备、笔记本电脑、电瓶车、电动玩具、电动工具、电动车辆、船舶和航天器等,例如,航天器包括飞机、火箭、航天飞机和宇宙飞船等;电池用于为上述用电设备提供电能。
应理解,本申请实施例描述的技术方案不仅仅局限适用于上述所描述的电池和用电设备,还可以适用于所有电池以及使用电池的用电设备,但为描述简洁,下述实施例均以电动车辆为例进行说明,但是很显然,本申请实施例涉及的电池的适用场景以及本申请实施例涉及的用电设备均不限于电动汽车。
图1为本申请实施例涉及的车辆1的结构示意图。如图1所示,车辆1可以为燃油汽车、燃气汽车或新能源汽车,新能源汽车可以是纯电动汽车、混合动力汽车或增程式汽车等。车辆1搭载有电池10,电池10可 以设置在车辆1的底部或头部或尾部。电池10可以用于车辆1的供电,例如,电池10可以作为车辆1的操作电源。车辆1还可以包括控制器11和马达12,控制器11用来控制电池10为马达12供电,例如可用于车辆1的启动、导航和行驶时的工作用电需求等。
在本申请一些实施例中,电池10不仅可以作为车辆1的操作电源,还可以作为车辆1的驱动电源,代替或部分地代替燃油或天然气为车辆1提供驱动动力。
为了满足不同的使用电力需求,电池10可以包括多个电池单体100,电池单体100是指组成电池模组或电池包的最小单元。多个电池单体100可经由电极端子而被串联和/或并联在一起以应用于各种应用场合。本申请中所涉及的电池可以包括电池模组或电池包。其中,多个电池单体100之间可以串联或并联或混联,混联是指串联和并联的混合。本申请的实施例中的电池10可以由多个电池单体100直接组成,也可以先组成电池模组,电池模组再组成电池。
图2示意性示出本申请一实施例的电池单体的连接结构。在图2所示的例子中,多个电池单体100a、100b、100c以彼此正负极相连的方式串联连接,并将串联连接的电池组的正极和负极分别连接于电箱连接器110的正极接线端和负极接线端。串联连接的电池单体100的数量没有特别限定,在图2和图3中,作为示例,示出了奇数个(例如3个)电池单体100相连接的例子。
图3示意性示出本申请一实施例的电池的结构。如图3所示,电池10可以包括箱体107和容纳于箱体107的至少一个电池单体100。箱体107主要发挥容纳、承载电池单体100的作用。箱体107可以是单独的长方体或者圆柱体或球体等简单立体结构,也可以是由长方体或者圆柱体或球体等简单立体结构组合而成的复杂立体结构,本申请实施例对此并不限定。在图3中,作为示例,示出了矩形的矮箱体107。箱体107的材质可以是如铝合金、铁合金等合金材料,也可以是如聚碳酸酯、聚异氰脲酸酯泡沫塑料等高分子材料,或者是如玻璃纤维加环氧树脂的复合材料,本申请实施例对此也并不限定。
在一些实施例中,电池单体100可以为锂离子电池、钠离子电池或 镁离子电池等,本申请实施例对此并不限定。电池单体100可呈圆柱体、扁平体、长方体或其它形状等,本申请实施例对此也不限定。电池单体100一般按封装的方式分成三种:柱形电池单体、方体方形电池单体和软包电池单体,本申请实施例对此也不限定。柱形电池单体按照柱面的截面形状,又可以分为圆柱形电池单体、多边棱柱形电池单体等。
另外,虽然未特别图示,但是本申请实施例的电池单体100通常包括端盖、壳体和电芯组件。
端盖是指盖合于壳体的开口处以将电池单体100的内部环境隔绝于外部环境的部件。不限地,端盖的形状可以与壳体的形状相适应以配合壳体。可选地,端盖可以由具有一定硬度和强度的材质(如铝合金)制成,这样,端盖在受挤压碰撞时就不易发生形变,使电池单体100能够具备更高的结构强度,安全性能也可以有所提高。端盖上可以设置有如电极端子等功能性部件。电极端子可以用于与电芯组件电连接,以用于输出或输入电池单体100的电能。端盖的材质也可以是多种的,比如,铜、铁、铝、不锈钢、铝合金、塑胶等,本申请实施例对此不作特殊限制。在一些实施例中,在端盖的内侧还可以设置有绝缘件,绝缘件可以用于隔离壳体内的电连接部件与端盖,以降低短路的风险。示例性的,绝缘件可以是塑料、橡胶等。
壳体是用于配合端盖以形成电池单体100的内部环境的组件,其中,形成的内部环境可以用于容纳电芯组件、电解液(在图中未示出)以及其他部件。壳体和端盖可以是独立的部件,可以在壳体上设置开口,通过在开口处使端盖盖合开口以形成电池单体的内部环境。不限地,也可以使端盖和壳体一体化,具体地,端盖和壳体可以在其他部件入壳前先形成一个共同的连接面,当需要封装壳体的内部时,再使端盖盖合壳体。壳体可以是多种形状和多种尺寸的,例如长方体形、圆柱体形、六棱柱形等。具体地,壳体的形状可以根据电芯组件的具体形状和尺寸大小来确定。壳体的材质可以是多种,比如,铜、铁、铝、不锈钢、铝合金、塑胶等,本申请实施例对此不作特殊限制。
电芯组件是电池单体100中发生电化学反应的部件。壳体内可以包含一个或多个电芯组件。电芯组件主要由正极片和负极片卷绕或层叠放置 形成,并且通常在正极片与负极片之间设有隔膜。正极片和负极片具有活性物质的部分构成电芯组件的主体部,正极片和负极片不具有活性物质的部分各自构成极耳(在图中未示出)。正极极耳和负极极耳可以共同位于主体部的一端或是分别位于主体部的两端。在电池的充放电过程中,正极活性物质和负极活性物质与电解液发生反应,极耳连接电极端子而形成电流回路。
图3示意性示出本申请一实施例的电池的结构;图4示出了本申请一实施例的电池中的槽状件及盖板的分解立体图;图5示意性示出本申请一实施例的电池的已组装状态下的槽状件和盖板的结构的剖面示意图;图6为图5所示槽状件和盖板的分解示意图。
如图3所示,本申请一实施例的电池包括多个电池单体100、相对于多个电池单体100固定地设置的带状件101、设于带状件101附近的电连接件102、和槽状件104。如图4至图6所示,该槽状件104至少一体地具有第一容纳槽111(或后述的第一容纳槽311)和第二容纳槽113(或后述的第二容纳槽313),带状件101容纳于第一容纳槽111(或后述的第一容纳槽311),电连接件102容纳于第二容纳槽113(或后述的第二容纳槽313),槽状件的一部分介于带状件101与电池单体100之间。
需要说明的是,将图3中的X方向设为多个电池单体100排列的方向;将Y方向设为带状件101延伸的方向;将Z方向设为电池单体100的高度方向,有时为了结合附图进行说明,也将Z方向称作上下方向。
在一些实施例中,带状件101可以是环绕于多个电池单体100(后文也有称为“电池单体集合体”的情况)的周围而将这些电池单体100捆扎成组的带状构件,通过带状件101捆扎这些电池单体100,能够实现对电池单体集合体的捆束和固定。在一些实施例中,通过带状件101和将带状件101的端部连接起来的连接件来实现带状体101对电池单体集合体的捆束。
关于带状件101在电池单体集合体上的捆扎位置,只要能够实现对电池单体集合体的可靠捆束,没有特别限定。但是,对于图3所示那样的箱体107位于电池单体集合体下部的电池而言,至少有一条带状件101配置在电池单体100的高度方向上的大致中央部或是更靠上的位置,有利于 对电池单体集合体进行牢固而可靠的捆束。另外,带状体101可以在电池单体100的高度方向上配置一条,也可以并排地配置两条或是更多条。在图3中,以在电池单体100的高度方向上空开间隔地并排配置了两条带状体101的情况为例进行说明。
另外,带状体101可以是金属带,例如可以是钢带。带状体101可以具有一定的弹性和挠性,这样可以容许电池单体100在使用过程中发生一定程度的膨胀,此外带状体101还能够在捆扎于电池单体集合体的状态下在外部拉力的作用下局部地离开电池单体集合体而形成一空隙,供槽状件104的一部分穿过(后文详细说明)。另外,带状体101相对于电池单体集合体的捆扎松紧程度可以根据需要调节。
电连接件102可用于进行电池单体100之间的电连接、电池单体100与电箱连接器110之间的电连接、电池单体100与其他电器元件之间的电连接中的至少一种。电连接件102可以是电池中相对而言的高压电连接件或低压电连接件。在图3所示的例子中,电连接件102例如是高压电连接件(也有称为“高压巴片”的情况)。所谓高压电连接件,通常是指主要用于传输电池电能的连接件。
对于电连接件102的形状并无特别限制,但是,在本申请实施例中以扁平长条状的电连接件102为例进行说明。电连接件102选用具有规定导电率的材料,通常选用金属材料,例如铝、铜等。
在图3所示的例子中,电连接件102配置在带状体101的附近,例如带状件101的下方,并且,电连接件102相对于带状体101大体平行地设置。本领域技术人员应当知晓,这样的配置方式只是可实现本发明目的的方式中的一种,电连接件102与带状体101的相对位置并不限于图3所示的方式。
如图4至图8所示,槽状件104例如为一体成型的构件。当然,槽状件104也可以在其延伸向(图3中的Y方向)上分成两段或三段的设置,但是从安装便利性、减少零部件数量等角度考虑,优选一体式结构。
如图4至图8所示,槽状件104至少一体地具有第一容纳槽111(或后述的第一容纳槽311)和第二容纳槽113(或后述的第二容纳槽313)。第一容纳槽与第二容纳槽在电池的高度方向(图3中的Z方向)上并列 地相邻接设置。
在第一容纳槽111(或后述的第一容纳槽311)中容纳带状件101,在第二容纳槽113(或后述的第二容纳槽313)中容纳电连接件102。带状件101、电连接件102与第一、第二容纳槽的内壁尺寸的关系只要确保带状件101、电连接件102可以被容纳于各自的容纳槽且与槽内壁之间存在较小间隙或是基本上没有间隙即可。若间隙过大,一方面槽状件104体积较大,影响电池成组效率,另一方面,有可能无法进行可靠固定从而依然因振动等产生疲劳断裂或是噪声等不良情况。
在已将槽状件104安装于带状件101的状态下,槽状件104的一部分位于带状件101与电池单体集合体之间,换言之,该槽状件104在通过第一容纳槽111(或后述的第一容纳槽311)挂在带状件101上的同时,还受到带状件101的捆束力的作用,从而槽状件104能够可靠地安装在带状件101上,不易脱落。
这样,由于带状件101相对于多个电池单体(电池单体集合体)固定地设置,且槽状件104的一部分介于该带状件101与电池单体(电池单体集合体)之间,带状件101容纳于槽状件104的第一容纳槽111(或311),因此槽状件104被固定地安装于带状件101。而且,由于电连接件102容纳于槽状件104的第二容纳槽113(或313),因此电连接件102的位置也被相对地固定,由此实现了对电连接件102的可靠固定。由于电连接件102被可靠地固定,因此避免了电池中的电连接件102疲劳断裂等不良情况,提高了电池的使用可靠性。
另外,本申请通过固定于带状件101的槽状件104对电连接件102进行可靠固定,因此对于电池而言可以采用箱体侧壁较低的矮电箱,由此能够减少电池箱体等的占用空间,进而能够在有限的电池安装空间内尽可能多地布置电池单体从而提高电池的能量密度。
在本申请的一些实施例中,第一容纳槽111(或311)的槽底板112与第二容纳槽113(或313)的槽底板114(或314)一体地相连,第一容纳槽111(或311)的槽底板112位于带状件101与电池单体100之间,第二容纳槽113(或313)的槽底板114(或314)位于电连接件102与电池单体100之间。
如图4至图8所示,容纳槽可以由槽底板和相对于槽底板立起地设置的槽侧壁构成。对于相邻的容纳槽而言,其槽底板可以一体地相连,槽侧壁可以是共用的。
具体而言,在图5所示的实施例中,第一容纳槽111的槽底板112与第二容纳槽113的槽底板114一体地相连,由此,由侧壁(L型槽侧壁)117a、侧壁(T型槽侧壁)118a以及第一容纳槽的槽底板112围成了第一容纳槽111的容纳空间。由侧壁(T型槽侧壁)118a、侧壁(T型槽侧壁)118b以及第二容纳槽113的槽底板114围成了第二容纳槽113的容纳空间。
在图8所示的实施例中,第一容纳槽311的槽底板112与第二容纳槽313的槽底板314一体地相连,由此,由侧壁(L型槽侧壁)117a、侧壁(T型槽侧壁)118a以及第一容纳槽的槽底板112围成了第一容纳槽311的容纳空间。由侧壁(T型槽侧壁)118b、侧壁(L型槽侧壁)117b以及第二容纳槽313的槽底板314围成了第二容纳槽313的容纳空间。
由于两容纳槽的槽底板一体地相连,因此能够容易地使槽状件104为一体结构。由于容纳带状件101的第一容纳槽111的槽底板112位于带状件与电池单体之间,因此通过简单的结构使槽状件104牢固地固定于带状件101。由于容纳电连接件102的第二容纳槽113(313)的槽底板114(314)位于电连接件102与电池单体100之间,因此能够将电连接件102与电池单体100可靠地隔开,对电连接件102实施可靠的保护。
在本申请的一些实施例中,电池还包括线束103,槽状件104还一体地具有第三容纳槽115(或315),线束103容纳于第三容纳槽115(或315);第一容纳槽的槽底板112、第二容纳槽的槽底板114(314)以及第三容纳槽的槽底板116(316)以共面的方式一体地相连。
此处,线束103可以包括电池的热管理***用的加热线、电池的采样线等,一般,相对于上文的高压电连接件而言,属于低压电连接件。线束103可以包括一根线,也可以包括几根线。槽状件104的第三容纳槽115(或315)用于容纳线束103。关于线束103与第三容纳槽115(315)之间的位置关系,只要能够将线束103容纳于容纳槽中即可,并无特别限制,但是从可以对线束103进行定位、确保槽状件104小型化的 角度考虑,优选使得线束103与其容纳槽的内壁之间间隙较小。
在图5所示的实施例中,由侧壁(T型槽侧壁)118b、侧壁(L型槽侧壁)117b以及第三容纳槽的槽底板116围成了第三容纳槽115的容纳空间。
在图8所示的实施例中,由侧壁(T型槽侧壁)118a、侧壁(T型槽侧壁)118b以及第三容纳槽的槽底板316围成了第三容纳槽315的容纳空间。
第一容纳槽的槽底板112、第二容纳槽的槽底板114(314)以及第三容纳槽的槽底板116(316)以共面的方式一体地相连。此处,所谓共面,是指三个容纳槽的槽底板处于同一平面内。当然,本领域技术人员应当知晓,即使三个容纳槽的槽底板不在同一平面内,而是彼此间存在阶梯差,槽状件104也同样能够实现对电连接件、线束的固定。
如上所述,由于槽状件104还一体地具有容纳线束的第三容纳槽115(或315),因此能够在不增加部件数量的情况下也对线束103进行固定,可确保电池周围的电连接件102、线束103等被整齐地布置在规定位置。由于第一、第二、第三容纳槽的槽底板以共面的方式一体地相连,因此一体式槽状件的结构简单,且在安装状态下能够使槽状件104的整个底面以面接触的方式紧靠在单体电池上,提高了安装稳定性。
在本申请的一些实施例中,第一容纳槽111(或311)、第二容纳槽113(或313)和第三容纳槽115(或315)分别呈长条状,且第一容纳槽111(或311)相对于第二容纳槽113(或313)和第三容纳槽115(或315)中的至少一者平行地设置;第一容纳槽111(或311)与第二容纳槽113(或313)相邻接地设置,或者,第一容纳槽111(或311)与第三容纳槽115(或315)相邻接地设置。
具体而言,如图3、图4所示,第一容纳槽111(或311)、第二容纳槽113(或313)和第三容纳槽115(或315)分别形成为沿着图3中的Y方向延伸的长条形状,也可以设置成其中的任意两个容纳槽平行,或是三个容纳槽都平行。
由于第一、第二、第三容纳槽分别呈长条状,因此特别适合容纳长条状的带状件101、电连接件102以及线束103;而且,由于通过长条状 的槽结构在较长的范围内实现槽状件104与带状件101、电连接件102、线束103的相对位置固定,因此能够在较长的范围内确保固定力,能够可靠地避免电连接件102、线束103等的摇摆或晃动。另外,如上所述设计的槽状件104特别适合于电池中的带状件101、电连接件102以及线束103的延伸方向大体平行的情况。此外,第一容纳槽111可以如图5所示那样与第二容纳槽113相邻接地设置,第一容纳槽311也可以如图8所示那样与第三容纳槽315相邻接地设置,因此,即使电池单体周边的电连接件102和线束103的布局有变化,也能够通过选用不同结构方式的槽状件104来进行固定。
在本申请的一些实施例中,第一容纳槽111(或311)设于槽状件104的一端缘侧。
具体而言,如图5至图8所示,第一容纳槽111(或311)设于槽状件104的一端缘侧。参照图3,由于带状件101设置在电池中比较靠上的位置,因此,第一容纳槽11设于槽状件104的上端缘。这样,在将槽状件104往带状件101上安装时,只需将槽状件104的一个端缘(例如图5中的L型槽侧壁)例如从下方***带状件101与电池单体集合体之间的空隙越过带状件101即可,便于安装和拆卸。另外,为了使装拆更加容易,还可以像图5所示那样将需要越过带状件101的一端缘侧的侧壁(例如图3中的L型槽侧壁117a)形成得比其他侧壁低,这样可以减少使带状件101离开电池单体集合体的距离,可以减少带状件101的变形。当然,将该一端缘侧的侧壁形成的较低并不是必须的,只要能够从带状件101与电池单体集合体之间的空隙穿过即可。
如上所述,由于容纳带状件101的第一容纳槽111(或311)位于槽状件104的一端缘侧,因此在相对于带状件101安装槽状件104时,只需使槽状件104的一端从带状件101与电池单体100之间的空隙越过带状件就能够将槽状件104(槽状件的第一容纳槽)卡于带状件101,便于安装。
在本申请的一些实施例中,槽状件104在延伸方向上的一端部或两端部具有避让部119,避让部119是第一容纳槽111(或311)相对于第二容纳槽113(或313)在所述延伸方向缩进而形成的。
具体而言,在图4所示的例子中,第一容纳槽111形成得比第二容纳槽113短,于是在第一容纳槽111的延伸方向上的两端部各形成一缺口,该缺口形成避让部119。当如上所述将槽状件104的第一容纳槽111侧的端缘***带状件101与电池单体集合体之间的空隙时,可以避免在向带状件101上安装槽状件104时第一容纳槽111的两端与带状件101干涉等情况,使安装更加容易。
另外,在图4所示的例子中,在第一容纳槽111的延伸方向上的两端都形成有避让部119,但是也可以只在两端之一形成避让部119。
此外,由于退让部119仅形成在第一容纳槽111(或311)的端部,而不是将整个槽状件104形成得较短,因此,能够最大程度确保槽状件104对电连接件102等的固定和保持。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图3至图8所示,电池还包括覆盖槽状件104的盖板105(或205、305)。
关于盖板的形状,可以是平板状,但是从与槽状件104的各侧壁的配合、与槽状件104一起限定合适的容纳空间等方面来考虑,例如可以如图3至图8所示那样,将盖板形成阶梯状。具体而言,盖板中覆盖第一容纳槽111(或311)的部分比覆盖第一容纳槽111(或311)以外的部分更靠近槽状件104的槽底板。
如图5至图8所示,盖板105(或205、305)通过使其边缘与槽状件104的侧壁卡合而安装于槽状件104。
通过盖板覆盖槽状件,能够将带状件104、电连接件102、线束103等可靠地保持在各自的容纳槽中,从而能够避免槽状件104从带状件101上脱落、电连接件102或线束103等从槽状件104中脱出等情况。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图5至图8所示,槽状件104具有截面呈L形的L型槽侧壁117a、117b(217a、217b)和截面呈T形的T型槽侧壁118a、118b;盖板105(或205、305)具有与槽状件104所具有L型槽侧壁117a、117b(217a、217b)卡合的卡合部121a、121b(221a、221b)、以及与T型槽侧壁118a、118b相嵌合的嵌合槽123a、123b。
通过使槽状件104的L型槽侧壁117a、117b(217a、217b)、T型槽侧壁118a、118b与盖板105(或205、305)上的对应的卡合部121a、 121b(221a、221b)、嵌合槽123a、123b配合,能够将盖板105(或205、305)安装于槽状件104且盖板不容易从槽状件脱落。
此处,关于L型槽侧壁及卡合部进行详细说明。如图5和图6、以及图8所示,槽状件104在上下端缘具有截面大体呈L字形的L型槽侧壁117、117b。该L型槽侧壁117a、117b形成为一端部与槽状件的槽底板上下端缘相连且另一端在比端缘靠内侧的位置形成L形状的卡合空间,由此,盖板105的形成于端缘的大体呈凹字形的第一卡合部121a、121b位于该卡合空间中,与L型槽侧壁117a、117b相卡合,从而实现了盖板105在槽状件104上的安装。
L型槽侧壁及卡合部也可以适当的变形,下面参照图7来说明其变形例。与图5、图6及图8中的L型槽侧壁117a、117b相比,图7的槽状件104的L型槽侧壁217a、217b形成得较高。盖板205的形成于端缘的第一卡合部221a、221b的形状也是大体凹字形,但是形成得比图5、图6及图8中的第一卡合部121a、121b厚。L型槽侧壁217a、217b与第一卡合部221a、221b相卡合,由此盖板205安装于槽状件104。对于变形例中的L型槽侧壁217a、217b与第一卡合部221a、221b的卡合结构,由于第一卡合部221a、221b形成得较厚,因此盖板205的端缘的强度较高。
另外,关于槽状件T型槽侧壁和盖板的嵌合槽进行详细说明。如图5至图7所示,槽状件104的第一容纳槽111与第二容纳槽113之间由T型槽侧壁118a分隔,第二容纳槽113与第三容纳槽115之间由T型槽侧壁118b分隔。在图8所示的例子中,槽状件104的第一容纳槽311与第三容纳槽315之间由T型槽侧壁118a分隔,第三容纳槽315与第二容纳槽313之间由T型槽侧壁118b分隔。所谓T型槽侧壁,是指侧壁的截面形状大体上呈T字形。
盖板105、205、305上形成有第一嵌合槽123a和第二嵌合槽123b,第一嵌合槽123a和第二嵌合槽123b均具有截面大致呈T字形的槽空间。在将盖板安装于槽状件时,槽状件侧的T型槽侧壁118a、118b分别插嵌于第一嵌合槽123a和第二嵌合槽123b中,从而盖板与槽状件之间的上下方向上的移动、左右方向(盖板与槽状件分离方向)上的移动均被限制。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如从图3和图4可以看出的那样,L型槽侧壁和T型槽侧壁沿着槽状件104的延伸方向延伸,且L型槽侧壁设于槽状件的端缘。
由于L型槽侧壁和T型槽侧壁沿着槽状件104的延伸方向延伸,因此盖板105(或205、305)可以在其卡合部121a、121b(221a、221b)、嵌合槽123a、123b嵌合于这些侧壁的状态下相对于槽状件104在其延伸方向上滑动,从而能够从槽状件104的延伸方向的端部容易地将盖板105(或205、305)滑动到规定的位置且不会脱落。
在本申请的一些实施例中,例如图4所示,盖板105(或205、305)具有铆钉孔120,通过铆钉(未图示)固定于槽状件104侧的支架108。
具体而言,例如在盖板105(或205、305)的延伸方向上的两端部各设有一铆钉孔120,通过铆钉等将盖板固定于槽状件104侧的支架108。当然,铆钉孔的位置和数量均不限于上述例子,可以根据实际需要设定。另外,铆钉例如可以采用塑料铆钉。
由于盖板105(或205、305)还可以通过铆钉固定于槽状件104侧的支架,因此能够将盖板105(或205、305)相对于槽状件104可靠地定位,从而能够避免盖板105(或205、305)因振动等在槽状件104上自由滑动等不希望出现的情况。即,盖板105(或205、305)相对于槽状件104在X轴方向、Y轴方向和Z轴方向上均被定位。
在本申请的一些实施例中,槽状件104和盖板105(或205、305)的至少一者的材质为绝缘材料。
具体而言,槽状件102、盖板105(或205、305)例如可以由塑料制成,例如可以通过挤塑成型的方式形成。
由于槽状件和/或盖板的材质为绝缘材料,因此能够使电连接件、线束等相对于周围的金属件等绝缘,从而能够对电连接件、线束等进行可靠的隔离防护。
在本申请的一些实施例中,电连接件102为高压连接件。
由此能够对主要用于传输电池电能的高压连接件进行可靠的固定和防护,提高了电池关键零部件乃至电池整体的使用可靠性。
在本申请的一些实施例中,多个电池单体为奇数个电池单体,高压连接件将电池单体与电箱电连接;或者,多个电池单体组成奇数个电池模组,高压连接件将电池模组与电箱电连接。
具体而言,在图2和图3所示的例子中,以电池单体为三个的情况为例进行了图示,即图2示出了电池单体100a、100b、100c。电池单体100a与电池单体100b、电池单体100b与电池单体100c正负极相连,电池单体100a的负极通过高压连接件连接于电箱连接器110的负极端,电池单体100c的正极通过高压连接件连接于电箱连接器110的正极端。如从图2可以看出的电池单体100a的负极与电箱连接器110的负极端之间的高压连接件为长高压连接件,也结合图3,该长高压连接件可以为图3中的电连接件102。
如上所述,由于对于奇数个电池单体相连的情况,通常存在延伸长度较长的高压连接件,本申请的槽状件特别适合于对这样的高压连接件进行保持固定,从而能够避免高压连接件因较长而更容易大幅振动进而出现疲劳断裂的情况。
本申请的第二方面提供一种用电装置,其包括第一方面中任一项所述的电池。图1示出了作为本申请的用电装置的一个例子的车辆。
由此能够提供电池中的电连接件被可靠固定而难以产生疲劳断裂进而电池具有高使用可靠性、电池占用空间少而能量密度高的用电装置。
本申请的第三方面提供一种电池的组装方法,如图9所示,所述组装方法包括下述步骤:提供多个电池单体100,相对于多个电池单体100固定地设置有带状件101(步骤S100);相对于带状件101设置槽状件104且使槽状件104的一部分介于带状件101与电池单体100之间,其中,槽状件104至少一体地具有第一容纳槽111(或311)和第二容纳槽113(或313),带状件101容纳于第一容纳槽111(或311)(步骤S200);以使电连接件102容纳于第二容纳槽113(或313)的方式安装电连接件102(步骤S300)。
由于将带状件101相对于多个电池单体100固定地设置,且槽状件104的一部分介于该带状件101与电池单体100之间,带状件101容纳于槽状件的第一容纳槽111(或311),因此槽状件104被固定地安装于带状 件101;由于将电连接件102容纳于槽状件的第二容纳槽113(或313),因此电连接件102的位置也被相对地固定,由此实现了对电连接件102的可靠固定。由于电连接件102被可靠地固定,因此避免了电池中的电连接件102疲劳断裂等不良情况,提高了电池的使用可靠性。
另外,如前所述,本申请通过固定于带状件的槽状件对电连接件进行可靠固定,因此对于电池而言可以采用箱体侧壁较低的矮电箱,由此能够减少电池箱体等的占用空间,进而能够在有限的电池安装空间内尽可能多地布置电池单体从而提高电池的能量密度。
在本申请的一些实施例中,槽状件104还包括第三容纳槽115(或315),所述组装方法如图10所示还包括以使线束103容纳于第三容纳槽115(或315)的方式安装线束103的步骤(步骤S400)。
由于将线束103容纳于槽状件的第三容纳槽115(或315)中,因此能够在不增加部件数量的情况下也对线束进行固定和保持。由此,可确保电池周围的电连接件102、线束103等被整齐地布置在规定位置。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图11所示,所述组装方法还包括下述步骤:相对于槽状件104安装盖板105(或205、305)并使盖板105(或205、305)相对于槽状件104固定(步骤S500)。
通过盖板105(或205、305)覆盖槽状件104,能够将带状件101、电连接件102、线束103等可靠地保持在各自的容纳槽中,从而能够避免槽状件104从带状件101上脱落、电连接件102或线束103等从槽状件104中脱出等情况;而且由于将盖板105(或205、305)相对于槽状件104固定,因此能够避免盖板因振动等在槽状件上自由滑动等不希望出现的情况。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图12所示,相对于所述槽状件安装盖板并使所述盖板相对于所述槽状件固定(步骤S500),包括:使盖板105(或205、305)所具有的卡合部121a、121b(或221a、221b)及嵌合槽123a、123b分别嵌合于槽状件104所具有的L型槽侧壁117a、117b(或217a、217b)和T型槽侧壁118a、118b(步骤S501);使盖板105(或205、305)在L型槽侧壁117a、117b(或217a、217b)和T型槽侧壁118a、118b的引导下相对于槽状件104滑动到规定位置(步骤S502);和 通过铆钉将盖板105(或205、305)固定于槽状件104侧的支架108(步骤S503)。
由此,通过使槽状件104的L型槽侧壁117a、117b(或217a、217b)、T型槽侧壁118a、118b与盖板105(或205、305)上的对应的卡合部121a、121b(或221a、221b)及嵌合槽123a、123b配合,能够将盖板105(或205、305)安装于槽状件104且盖板105(或205、305)不容易从槽状件104脱落;由于盖板105(或205、305)能够在L型槽侧壁117a、117b(或217a、217b)、T型槽侧壁118a、118b的引导下在槽状件104上滑动,因此能够从槽状件104的延伸方向的端部容易地将盖板安装于规定的位置。
通过以上本申请,能够实现至少具有下述效果之一的电池、包括该电池的用电装置、以及电池的组装方法。
电池中的电连接件能够被可靠地固定和保持,从而能够防止电池中的电连接件疲劳断裂,进而能够提高电池的使用可靠性。当然,包括该电池的用电装置的使用可靠性也相应地提高,维护成本降低。
而且,能够减少电池箱体等的占用空间,进而能够提高电池的能量密度。相应地,提高了包括该电池的用电装置中的电池周围空间的使用效率、设计自由度等,另外,减少了用电装置更换电池或是充电的次数,降低了使用成本。
下面,作为示例,对本申请的具体实施例进行说明。
如图3至图6所示,为了对作为电池的高压连接件的电连接件102及线束103进行固定,本实施例包括一挤塑成型的槽状件104、挤塑成型的盖板105;槽状件104包括上下并排设置的用于容纳钢带的第一容纳槽111、用于容纳电连接件102的第二容纳槽113、及用于容纳线束的第三容纳槽115;该槽状件104固定于由钢带构成的带状件101,由此分别将电连接件(例如高压连接件)102、线束103固定在捆束多个电池单体100的带状件101上。
其中第一容纳槽111、第二容纳槽113及第三容纳槽115为上下并排结构,分别用于放置例如钢带构成的带状件101、电连接件102及线束103,第二容纳槽113及第三容纳槽115的长度与电连接件102的内侧 (电连接件102的面向电池单体100的一侧)长度相当,实现槽状件104沿电连接件102的长度方向的固定,避免槽状件104移动脱出,第一容纳槽111比第二容纳槽113短,保证槽状件104可以从带状件101内侧(带状件101的面向电池单体100的一侧)穿过,卡在带状件101上。盖板105在其上下两端缘设计有L型防脱结构,即第一卡合部121a和第二卡合部121b;在中间设计有T型防脱结构,即第一嵌合槽123a和第二嵌合槽123b。盖板105通过第一卡合部121a、第二卡合部121b、第一嵌合槽123a及第二嵌合槽123b与槽状件104的各立起设置的侧壁对应配合,如图5所示形成相互隔离的带状件容置腔、电连接件容置腔、和线束容置腔。
另外,如图4所示,盖板105还设有铆钉孔120,该铆钉孔120与电池支架108的孔(未示出)配合,防止盖板105沿长度方向移动脱出。
在图7所示的另一实施例中,与图5、图6及图8中的L型槽侧壁117a、117b相比,将L型槽侧壁217a、217b形成得较高。盖板205的形成于端缘的第一卡合部221a、221b的形状也是大体凹字形,但是形成得比图5、图6及图8中的第一卡合部121a、121b厚。L型槽侧壁217a、217b与第一卡合部221a、221b相卡合,由此盖板205安装于槽状件104。
在图8所示的又一实施例中,对第二容纳槽112和第三容纳槽113的位置进行的改变,即使得第三容纳槽113位于第一容纳槽111和第二容纳槽112之间。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种电池,其特征在于,包括:
    多个电池单体;
    相对于所述多个电池单体固定地设置的带状件;
    设于所述带状件附近的电连接件;和
    槽状件,至少一体地具有第一容纳槽和第二容纳槽,所述带状件容纳于所述第一容纳槽,所述电连接件容纳于所述第二容纳槽,所述槽状件的一部分介于所述带状件与所述电池单体之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电池,其特征在于,
    所述第一容纳槽的槽底板与所述第二容纳槽的槽底板一体地相连,
    所述第一容纳槽的槽底板位于所述带状件与所述电池单体之间,
    所述第二容纳槽的槽底板位于所述电连接件与所述电池单体之间。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的电池,其特征在于,
    所述电池还包括线束,
    所述槽状件还一体地具有第三容纳槽,所述线束容纳于所述第三容纳槽;
    所述第一容纳槽的槽底板、所述第二容纳槽的槽底板以及所述第三容纳槽的槽底板以共面的方式一体地相连。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电池,其特征在于,
    所述第一容纳槽、所述第二容纳槽和所述第三容纳槽分别呈长条状,且所述第一容纳槽相对于所述第二容纳槽和所述第三容纳槽中的至少一者平行地设置;
    所述第一容纳槽与所述第二容纳槽相邻接地设置,或者,所述第一容纳槽与所述第三容纳槽相邻接地设置。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的电池,其特征在于,
    所述第一容纳槽设于所述槽状件的一端缘侧。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的电池,其特征在于,
    所述槽状件在延伸方向上的一端部或两端部具有避让部,所述避让部是所述第一容纳槽相对于所述第二容纳槽在所述延伸方向缩进而形成的。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的电池,其特征在于,
    还包括覆盖所述槽状件的盖板。
  8. 根据权利要求7中所述的电池,其特征在于,
    所述槽状件具有截面呈L形的L型槽侧壁和截面呈T形的T型槽侧壁;
    所述盖板具有与所述槽状件所具有L型槽侧壁卡合的卡合部、以及与T型槽侧壁相嵌合的嵌合槽。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电池,其特征在于,
    所述L型槽侧壁和所述T型槽侧壁沿着所述槽状件的延伸方向延伸,且所述L型槽侧壁设于所述槽状件的端缘。
  10. 根据权利要求7至9中任一项所述的电池,其特征在于,
    所述盖板具有铆钉孔,通过铆钉固定于所述槽状件侧的支架。
  11. 根据权利要求7至10中任一项所述的电池,其特征在于,
    所述槽状件和所述盖板的至少一者的材质为绝缘材料。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的电池,其特征在于,
    所述电连接件为高压连接件。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的电池,其特征在于,
    所述多个电池单体为奇数个电池单体,所述高压连接件将电池单体与电箱电连接;或者,所述多个电池单体组成奇数个电池模组,所述高压连接件将电池模组与电箱电连接。
  14. 一种用电装置,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至13中任一项所述的电池。
  15. 一种电池的组装方法,其特征在于,包括下述步骤:
    提供多个电池单体,相对于所述多个电池单体固定地设置有带状件;
    相对于所述带状件设置槽状件且使所述槽状件的一部分介于所述带状件与所述电池单体之间,其中,所述槽状件至少一体地具有第一容纳槽和第二容纳槽,所述带状件容纳于所述第一容纳槽;
    以使电连接件容纳于所述第二容纳槽的方式安装所述电连接件。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的电池的组装方法,其特征在于,所述槽 状件还包括第三容纳槽,所述组装方法还包括下述步骤:
    以使线束容纳于所述第三容纳槽的方式安装所述线束。
  17. 根据权利要求15或16所述的电池的组装方法,其特征在于,还包括下述步骤:
    相对于所述槽状件安装盖板并使所述盖板相对于所述槽状件侧的支架固定。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的电池的组装方法,其特征在于,
    所述相对于所述槽状件安装盖板并使所述盖板相对于所述槽状件侧的支架固定,包括:
    使所述盖板所具有的卡合部及嵌合槽分别嵌合于所述槽状件所具有的L型槽侧壁和T型槽侧壁;
    使所述盖板在所述L型槽侧壁和所述T型槽侧壁的引导下相对于所述槽状件滑动到规定位置;和
    通过铆钉将所述盖板固定于所述槽状件侧的支架。
