본 발명은 가향시트를 포함하는 직조물 필터 및 이를 포함하는 흡연 물품에 관한 것이다.
가열형 스틱제품의 경우, 매질부(각초 등 담배원료 및 향료 등이 포함된 끽미 및 에어로졸 생성물품을 포함)의 끽미 발현을 위해서 전용 디바이스를 활용한 가열이 필수이다. 끽미 발현을 위해 지금까지 개발된 가열형 스틱 전용 디바이스의 경우 매질부 내부까지의 열전달을 고려해 고온가열이 가능하도록 온도프로그램이 설계되어 있다. 가열온도는 보통 200 ℃ ~ 400 ℃ 수준이며, 각초를 태워서 흡입하는 전통형 궐련과 달리, 디바이스를 통해 매질부의 스틱을 가열할 때 다량의 수증기가 함께 발현된다. 가열을 통해 매질부 내부에서 발현되는 온도 수준은 100 ℃ ~ 200℃ 수준이다. 매질부 내부에서 생성되는 기류온도도 유사하고, 매질부 하류에 냉각소재가 없으면 뜨거운 열기를 흡연자가 흡입할 수 있다.
기존에 개발된 가열형 스틱의 냉각소재로 기류온도 대에서 열을 흡수해 상변화가 가능한 고분자 소재(PLA, CA, PET 등)를 직조물 형태 등으로 필터 단면 전체적으로 적용하고 있다. PLA를 방사하여 직조물 형태로 꼬아서 만든 형태는 제품에 적용하여 출시가 되었으나, 재료품 가격이 매우 비싸며, 시간당 생산 가능한 양이 매우 적어 생산 효율이 낮다.
이에 따라 새로운 가열형 스틱의 경제성 및 기능을 개선시킬 수 있는, 냉각 소재의 개발을 위한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다.
본 발명은, 상기 언급한 문제점을 해결하기 위해서, 냉각 및 향 발현 효과를 갖는 가향시트를 적용하여 흡연 물품의 냉각 효과 및 향미를 증진시키면서 생산 효율 및 가격 경쟁력을 갖는, 직조물 필터를 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명은, 본 발명에 의한 직조물 필터를 포함하는, 흡연 물품을 제공하는 것이다.

본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라, 상기 흡연 물품은 필터부 및 흡연 물질부를 포함하고, 본 발명에 의한 가향시트 섬유를 적용한 직조물 필터를 도입하여 냉각 및 향 발현 효과를 제공하고, 상기 직조물 필터를 포함하는 필터부로 구성될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 상기 필터부는 모노 필터, 이중 필터 또는 삼중 필터일 수 있다. 또한, 상기 필터부는 다공성 매트릭스 구조, 튜브 구조 및 지관 구조(paper tube) 중 적어도 하나 이상의 필터를 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라, 상기 이중 필터는 제1 필터 및 본 발명에 의한 직조물 필터를 포함하는 제2 필터를 포함할 수 있다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라, 상기 삼중 필터는 제1 필터, 본 발명에 의한 직조물 필터를 포함하는 제2 필터, 튜브 또는 지관 필터를 포함하는 제3 필터;를 포함하거나 제1 필터, 튜브 필터 또는 지관 필터를 포함하는 제2 필터 및 본 발명에 의한 직조물 필터를 포함하는 제3 필터;를 포함할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 상기 제1 필터는 가열형 담배 스틱에서 흡연자와 가까워지는 방향 (하류 방향)으로 위치하고, 흡연자와 멀어지는 방향 (상류 방향)으로 제2 필터 및 상기 제3 필터가 순서대로 위치될 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라, 상기 직조물 필터는 가향시트 섬유를 포함하고, 상기 가향시트 섬유는 가향시트를 절단한 섬유를 포함할 수 있다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라, 상기 가향시트는 셀룰로오스계 고분자, 가소제 및 가향 물질를 포함하고, 상기 가향시트는 필름 형태의 시트로 셀룰로오스계열 고분자 내에 가향 물질을 보류하여 흡연 제품에서 이행되는 향 및/또는 담배 맛의 지속성을 향상시킬 수 있다. 또한, 셀룰로오스계열 고분자는 흡연 물품 내에서, 예를 들어, 스틱 내에서 흡연자로 이동되는 기류의 온도 (고온)에서만 상변화(결정화)되는 특성에 의해서 기류 냉각 효과를 제공할 수 있다. 또한, 가향시트의 경우 인장강도가 강하고, 플렉시블(flexible)한 특성을 보유하고 있어, 원지에 코팅하지 않고 그 자체가 섬유상 필터의 구성체로 적용될 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라, 상기 셀룰로오스계 고분자는 가향 물질의 보류가 가능하고 플렉시블하고 강한 인장 강도를 갖는 시트 형성을 위한 고분자 매트릭스를 제공하면서 바인더 소재이며, 예를 들어, 메틸셀룰로오스, 에틸셀룰로오스, 카르복시 메틸셀룰로오스, 카르복시 에틸셀룰로오스, 히드록시 메틸셀룰로오스, 히드록시 에틸셀룰로오스, 히드록시 프로필셀룰로오스, 히드록시 프로필메틸셀룰로오스, 히드록시 에틸메틸셀룰로오스 및 한천으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나 이상을 포함할 수 있으나, 이에 제한되지 않는다. 바람직하게는 메틸셀룰로오스 및 히드록시프로필메틸셀룰로오스일 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라, 상기 셀룰로오스계 고분자는 상기 가향시트 중 20 중량% 내지 60 중량%; 20 중량% 내지 50 중량%; 또는 30 중량% 내지 40 중량%이고, 상기 셀룰로오스계열 고분자의 함량이 20 중량% 미만이면 그 자체가 직조물 필터의 구성체로 적용 가능한 인장강도 및 플렉시블 특성을 얻는 것이 어렵거나 시트 생성 자체가 어려우며, 60 중량% 초과하면 시트의 물리성의 변화(예 : 부서짐, 갈라짐 발생)에 따라 시트 내의 가향 물질에서 향 및 향미의 발현이 잘 이루어지지 않아 담배 맛 및 끽미 지속성을 증진시키는 것이 어려울 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라, 상기 가향 물질은 향미 및/또는 향 특성 부여하거나 향끽미를 증진시킬 수 있고, 흡연 물품에 적용 가능한 것이라면 제한 없이 적용될 수 있으며, 예를 들어, 락트산, 시트르산, 말산 등의 유기산, 감초, 자당, 과당 시럽, 이소감미제 (isosweet), 코코아, 라벤더, 시나몬, 카르다몸, 셀러리, 호로파, 카스카릴라, 백단, 베르가못, 제라늄, 벌꿀 에센스, 장미 오일, 바닐라, 레몬 오일, 오렌지 오일, 민트 오일, 계피, 케러웨이, 코냑, 자스민, 카모마일, 멘톨, 계피, 일랑일랑, 샐비어, 스피어민트, 생강, 고수, 클로브 추출물 (또는, 클로브 물질) 및 커피로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나 이상을 포함할 수 있으며, 이에 제한되지 않는다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라, 상기 가향 물질은 상기 가향 시트 중 10 중량% 내지 50 중량%; 10 중량% 내지 40 중량%; 10 중량% 내지 30 중량%; 또는 10 중량% 내지 20 중량%이고, 상기 범위 내에 포함되면 이행되는 향 및/또는 담배 맛의 지속성을 제공하고, 고농도의 적용이 가능하여 향 및/또는 향미의 강도를 조절할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라, 상기 가소제는 프로필렌글리콜, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜, 디프로필렌 글리콜, 디에틸렌 글리콜, 트리에틸렌 글리콜, 테트라에틸렌 글리콜, 글리세린 및 소르비톨로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나 이상을 포함할 수 있으나, 이에 제한되지 않는다. 바람직하게는 프로필렌글리콜 및 글리세린일 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라, 상기 가소제는 가향 시트의 강도를 조절하기 위해서 상기 가향 시트 중 1 중량% 내지 20 중량%; 1 중량% 내지 15 중량%; 1 중량% 내지 10 중량%; 또는 5 중량% 내지 10 중량%이고, 상기 가소제의 함량이 1 중량% 미만이면 직조물 필터의 구성체로 적용에 적합한 인장강도 특성을 갖는 것이 어렵고, 20 중량%를 초과하면 시트의 물성(예 : 인장강도 낮아지거나 지나치게 말랑해질 수 있음)이 불량해져 잘 찢어지게되고, 직조물 필터의 가향시트 섬유로 활용 또는 제작하는 것이 어려울 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라, 상기 가향 시트는 1 mm 이하; 0.1 mm 내지 1 mm; 또는 0.5 mm 내지 0.8 mm의 두께를 가지며, 상기 가향시트를 절단하여 가향시트 섬유를 형성할 수 있다. 상기 가향 시트의 두께가 1 mm를 초과하면 시트의 플렉시블한 특성이 잘 구현되지 않아 직조물 필터로 제작하는 것이 어렵고, 두께 증가에 의해 향 및 향미의 발현이 잘 이루어지지 않거나, 너무 얇으면 냉각 효과를 얻는 것이 어려울 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라, 상기 가향 시트는 그 자체가 흡연 물품의 직조물 필터의 구성체로 적용될 수 있는 인장 강도를 가지며, 예를 들어, 상기 가향 시트의 인장강도는 1.0 kgf/15mm 이상; 2.0 kgf/15 mm 이상; 5.0 kgf/15 mm 이상; 또는 1.0 kgf/15 mm 내지 10 kgf/15 mm; 일 수 있다. 상기 인장강도 범위 내에 포함되면 흡연 물품의 직조물 필터의 가향시트 섬유로 적용 가능한 강도 및 플렉시블 특성의 밸런스가 잘 이루어진 가향 시트를 획득할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라, 상기 가향시트 섬유의 평균직경(즉, 두께)은 1 mm 이하; 0.1 mm 내지 1 mm; 또는 0.5 mm 내지 0.8 mm; 일 수 있다. 상기 가향시트 섬유의 평균직경가 1 mm를 초과하면 플렉시블한 특성이 잘 구현되지 않아 직조물 필터로 제작하는 것이 어렵고, 두께 증가에 의해 향 및 향미의 발현이 잘 이루어지지 않거나, 너무 얇으면 냉각 효과를 얻는 것이 어려울 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라, 상기 가향시트 섬유는 흡연물품의 직조물 필터로 적용 가능하도록 통상적으로 알려진 직조 또는 제작방법으로 직조물 필터로 제조할 수 있으며, 본 문서에는 구체적으로 언급하지 않는다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라, 상기 제1 필터는 본 발명의 기술 분야에서 알려진 필터 토우로 구성되며, 예를 들어, 고분자, 종이, 셀룰로오스 아세테이트, 활성탄 및 탄소 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 섬유상, 필라멘트상 또는 이 둘을 포함하는 필터 토우를 포함할 수 있으나, 이에 제한되지 않는다. 또한, 상기 튜브 필터는 PLA(Poly Lactic Acid), CA(Cellulose acetate), PET(Poly(ethylene terephthalate) 등의 고분자 소재를 포함할 수 있으나, 이에 제한되지 않는다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라, 상기 흡연 물질부는 각초 등의 담배 원료, 끽미 및 에어로졸 형성 기재 등을 포함할 수 있으며, 흡연 물품의 종류에 따라 구성될 수 있으며, 본 문서에는 구체적으로 언급하지 않는다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라, 상기 흡연 물품의 직경은 4 mm 내지 10 mm이고, 둘레는 14 mm 내지 29 mm일 수 있다. 또한, 길이는 45 mm 내지 100 mm일 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라, 도 1 내지 도 3을 참조하면, 상기 흡연 물품은 담배 또는 전자 담배일 수 있으며, 궐련형인 것일 수 있다. 즉, 가향시트를 도입하여 기류 냉각 효과 및 향 및/또는 향미를 발현하여 담배 맛 및 끽미 지속성을 증진시킬 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라, 도 1을 참조하면, 상기 흡연 물품은 이중 필터이며, 제1 필터부(110), 본 발명에 의한 직조물 필터를 포함하는 제2 필터부(120) 및 흡연 물질부(130)를 포함하고, 흡연 물질부(130)에서부터 기류 이행 방향에 따라 흐르는 기류를 냉각시키면서 가향시트에 의해 향미 및/또는 향을 발현시킬 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라, 제1 필터부(110) 및 제2 필터부(120)는, 각각, 5 mm 내지 20 mm; 또는 10 mm 내지 15 mm; 길이 내에서 선택될 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라, 흡연 물질부(130)의 길이는 15 mm 내지 75 mm일 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라, 도 2를 참조하면, 상기 흡연 물품은 삼중 필터이며, 제1 필터(210), 튜브 필터 또는 지관 필터를 포함하는 제2 필터(220); 및 상기 직조물 필터를 포함하는 제3 필터(230);를 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라, 제1 필터부(210), 제2 필터부(220), 제3 필터부(230) 및 흡연 물질부(240)의 길이는, 각각, 5 mm 내지 20 mm; 또는 10 mm 내지 15mm 길이 내에서 선택되고, 제3 필터부(230)의 길이가 짧을 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라, 도 3을 참조하면, 상기 흡연 물품은 삼중 필터이며, 제1 필터(310), 상기 직조물 필터를 포함하는 제2 필터(320); 튜브 또는 지관 필터를 포함하는 제3 필터(330)를 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라, 제1 필터부(310), 제2 필터부(320), 제3 필터부(330) 및 흡연 물질부(340)의 길이는, 각각, 10 mm 내지 20 mm; 또는 10 mm 내지 15mm 길이에서 선택되고, 제2 필터부(320)의 길이가 가장 짧을 수 있다.

Claims (13)

  1. 가향시트 섬유
    를 포함하고,
    상기 가향시트 섬유는, 가향시트를 절단한 섬유이고,
    상기 가향시트는, 셀룰로오스계 고분자, 가소제 및 가향 물질을 포함하는 것인,
    직조물 필터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 셀룰로오스계 고분자는, 상기 가향시트 중 20 중량% 내지 60 중량%이고,
    상기 셀룰로오스는, 메틸셀룰로오스, 에틸셀룰로오스, 카르복시 메틸셀룰로오스, 카르복시 에틸셀룰로오스, 히드록시 메틸셀룰로오스, 히드록시 에틸셀룰로오스, 히드록시 프로필셀룰로오스, 히드록시 프로필메틸셀룰로오스, 히드록시 에틸메틸셀룰로오스 및 한천으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나 이상을 포함하는 것인,
    직조물 필터.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 가소제는, 상기 가향시트 중 1 중량% 내지 20 중량%이고,
    상기 가소제는, 프로필렌글리콜, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜, 디프로필렌 글리콜, 디에틸렌 글리콜, 트리에틸렌 글리콜, 테트라에틸렌 글리콜, 글리세린 및 소르비톨로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나 이상을 포함하는 것인,
    직조물 필터.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 가향 물질은,
    상기 가향시트 중 10 중량% 내지 50 중량%인 것인,
    직조물 필터.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 가향시트의 두께는,
    1 mm 이하인 것인,
    직조물 필터.
  6. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 가향시트의 인장강도는,
    1.0 kgf/15mm 이상인 것인,
    직조물 필터.
  7. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 섬유의 직경은,
    1 mm 이하인 것인,
    직조물 필터.
  8. 제1항의 직조물 필터; 를 포함하는 필터부;
    를 포함하는,
    흡연 물품.
  9. 제8항에 있어서,
    상기 직조물 필터는,
    14 mm 내지 25 mm의 둘레 및 5 mm 내지 20 mm의 길이를 갖는 것인,
    흡연 물품.
  10. 제8항에 있어서,
    상기 흡연 물품은,
    담배 또는 전자 담배이고, 궐련형인 것인,
    흡연 물품.
  11. 제8항에 있어서,
    상기 필터부는,
    제1 필터; 및 상기 직조물 필터를 포함하는 제2 필터;

  12. 제8항에 있어서,
    상기 필터부는,
    제1 필터, 상기 직조물 필터를 포함하는 제2 필터, 튜브 또는 지관 필터를 포함하는 제3 필터; 또는
