撕膜设备 技术领域
本发明涉及机械设备的安装调试技术领域,具体涉及一种撕膜设备。
背景技术
在电子产品的生产装配过程中,经常存在电子元件上设置有膜片,当电子元件完成安装后,需要撕除膜片。撕膜设备中往往设置有撕膜装置进行撕膜,而在重复工作一段时间后,撕膜装置可能会出现位置偏移或者损坏,导致无法继续正常进行撕膜。这些故障情况都需要对撕膜装置进行重新调整校准,而现有的撕膜设备往往校准调试时间较长,严重影响正常工作。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提出一种撕膜设备,旨在解决传统机撕膜设备校准调试时间较长的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出的一种撕膜设备,所述撕膜设备包括:
机座,其上设置有撕膜工位;
固定工装,能够移动至所述撕膜工位,其上设置有用以固定待撕膜产品的固定工位;
定位工装,能够移动至所述撕膜工位,其上设置有与所述固定工位对应设置的定位部;以及,
撕膜装置,对应所述撕膜工位设置,所述撕膜装置包括主体部和撕膜部,所述撕膜部可拆卸地安装于所述主体部,所述撕膜部活动设置以能够移动至所述撕膜工位进行拾取膜片、以及斜向上远离所述撕膜工位进行撕膜,所述撕膜部上设置有配合部;
其中,当所述定位工装置于所述撕膜工位时,所述配合部用以与所述定位部配合,以对所述撕膜部进行位置校准。
可选地,所述撕膜部包括安装部及夹爪机构,所述安装部可拆卸安装于所述主体部,所述夹爪机构安装于所述安装部,所述夹爪机构包括相对设置的第一夹持部和第二夹持部,所述第一夹持部固定安装于所述安装部,所述第二夹持部在靠近所述第一夹持部的方向上可活动设置,以具有相互靠近的夹膜行程,所述夹爪机构还包括驱动所述第二夹持部活动的夹持驱动装置。
可选地,所述定位部为设置在所述定位工装上的定位孔;

本发明的技术方案中,通过所述固定工装将所述待撕膜产品固定在所述固定工位,并通过所述撕膜装置中的所述撕膜部来对所述待撕膜产品进行撕膜,从而当所述撕膜部位置准确时,所述撕膜部朝向所述撕膜工位活动时可 完成撕膜。所述定位工装上的设置有可作为基准的所述定位部,当所述定位工装移动至所述撕膜工位时,所述撕膜部上的所述配合部能与所述定位部配合时,则说明所述撕膜部位置准确,能够正常撕膜,反之则需要将所述撕膜部进行对应调整,使得所述配合部与所述定位部配合,如此使得所述撕膜部能够正常撕膜。本技术方案中,通过将所述定位工装活动安装至所述撕膜工位,从而利用所述定位部作为基准参照,如此快速将所述撕膜部的安装位置调整准确,减少了所述撕膜设备的校准调整时间,使得撕膜的稳定性比人工校准更好,也提高了工作效率。

在电子产品的生产装配过程中,经常存在电子元件上设置有膜片,当电子元件完成安装后,需要撕除膜片。撕膜设备中往往设置有撕膜装置进行撕膜,而在重复工作一段时间后,撕膜装置可能会出现位置偏移或者损坏,导 致无法继续正常进行撕膜。这些故障情况都需要对撕膜装置进行重新调整校准,而现有的撕膜设备往往校准调试时间较长,严重影响正常工作。
鉴于此,本发明提供一种撕膜设备,旨在解决传统机撕膜设备校准调试时间较长的问题。图1至图6为本发明提供的撕膜设备的一实施例。
请参阅图1至图3,一种撕膜设备1000,包括:机座、固定工装1、定位工装2及撕膜装置3。所述机座其上设置有撕膜工位;所述固定工装1能够移动至所述撕膜工位,其上设置有用以固定待撕膜产品3000的固定工位11;所述定位工装2能够移动至所述撕膜工位,其上设置有与所述固定工位11对应设置的定位部21;所述撕膜装置3对应所述撕膜工位设置,所述撕膜装置3包括主体部31和撕膜部32,所述撕膜部32可拆卸地安装于所述主体部31,所述撕膜部32活动设置以能够移动至所述撕膜工位进行拾取膜片2000、以及斜向上远离所述撕膜工位进行撕膜,所述撕膜部32上设置有配合部321;其中,当所述定位工装2置于所述撕膜工位时,所述配合部321用以与所述定位部21配合,以对所述撕膜部32进行位置校准。
本发明的技术方案中,通过所述固定工装1将所述待撕膜产品3000固定在所述固定工位11,并通过所述撕膜装置3中的所述撕膜部32来对所述待撕膜产品3000进行撕膜,从而当所述撕膜部32位置准确时,所述撕膜部32朝向所述撕膜工位活动时可完成撕膜。所述定位工装2上的设置有可作为基准的所述定位部21,当所述定位工装2移动至所述撕膜工位时,所述撕膜部32上的所述配合部321能与所述定位部21配合时,则说明所述撕膜部32位置准确,能够正常撕膜,反之则需要将所述撕膜部32进行对应调整,使得所述配合部321与所述定位部21配合,如此使得所述撕膜部32能够正常撕膜。本技术方案中,通过将所述定位工装2活动安装至所述撕膜工位,从而利用所述定位部21作为基准参照,如此快速将所述撕膜部32的安装位置调整准确,减少了所述撕膜设备1000的校准调整时间,提高了工作效率。
要说明的是,本发明中所述固定工装1及所述定位工装2能够移动到所述撕膜工位,而具体的移动方式有很多,可以是基础的人工移动安装,也可以是用过机械手自动化搬运,在此不做限制。
本发明中所述的膜片2000为一个长形结构,一端粘贴在产品上,另一端突出设置于产品外,膜片2000突出至产品外的端部设有一通孔,具体的带有膜片2000的产品安装在所述固定工装1的结构可参见图5至图6。
具体的,一实施例中,所述撕膜部32包括安装部322及夹爪机构323,所述安装部322可拆卸安装于所述主体部31,所述夹爪机构323安装于所述安装部322,所述夹爪机构323包括相对设置的第一夹持部3231和第二夹持部3232,所述第一夹持部3231固定安装于所述安装部322,所述第二夹持部3232在靠近所述第一夹持部3231的方向上可活动设置,以具有相互靠近的夹膜行程,所述夹爪机构323还包括驱动所述第二夹持部3232活动的夹持驱动装置3235。
在本实施例中,通过设置所述夹爪机构323夹取所述膜片2000,具体是通过相对设置的所述第一夹持部3231和所述第二夹持部3232进行夹持。当所述第二夹持部3232在所述夹持驱动装置3235的驱动下,朝向所述第一夹持部3231活动时,所述第一夹持部3231会与所述第二夹持部3232进行靠近,此时就能将所述膜片2000限位在所述第一夹持部3231和所述第二夹持部3232之间,如此完成了对所述膜片2000的拾取。所述第二夹持部3232在不断靠近及远离所述第一夹持部3231时,所述第一夹持部3231和所述第二夹持部3232可能会发生频繁的接触与碰撞,这加大了所述夹爪机构323的损耗,如此导致所述夹爪机构323经常需要校准调整,因此提高所述撕膜设备1000中校准调整能力的非常重要。
要说明的是,所述夹持驱动装置3235可以是气缸,也可以是电机等驱动结构,只要可以驱动所述第一夹持部3231就可以,在此不做限制。
更进一步地,所述定位部21为设置在所述定位工装2上的定位孔211;所述第一夹持部3231的下端设置有定位柱321a,所述定位柱321a与所述定位孔211配合,以对所述安装部322和所述夹爪机构323进行位置校准。
本发明不限制所述定位部21和所述配合部321的具体形式,可以是轴孔配合、也可以是凸起和凹槽配合,在本实施例中,所述定位部21为设置在所述定位工装2上的定位孔211,所述第一夹持部3231的下端设置有定位柱321a,所述定位柱321a与所述定位孔211配合,以对所述安装部322和所述夹爪机构323进行位置校准。所述定位孔211在所述撕膜工位上的位置与所 述膜片2000的通孔在所述撕膜工位时的位置一致,当所述定位柱321a定位时可伸入至所述定位孔211内,即可保证在正式工作时所述定位柱321a可以插至所述膜片2000的通孔内,此时所述第二夹持部3232再与所述定位柱321a自所述通孔伸出的部分抵接,从而完成了对所述膜片2000的夹持限位,如此顺利完成撕膜。
进一步地,所述撕膜部32位置可调节地安装于所述主体部31,以对所述撕膜部32的位置进行校正。在本实施例中,所述撕膜部32可拆卸安装于所述主体部31,当所述撕膜部32损坏时,可以进行拆装换新。当所述撕膜部32进行换新或是偏离正常位置时,需要对所述撕膜部32的安装位置进行校准,而当所述撕膜部32在所述主体部31上的安装位置是可调节时能够直接调节所述撕膜部32与所述主体部31之间的相对位置关系,更加方便快速。当然,所述撕膜装置3安装于所述撕膜设备1000内时,所述主体部31或是其它所述撕膜装置3的组成部分会与其他结构进行连接,因此调节整个所述撕膜装置3的位置也能对所述撕膜部32进行校准,从而顺利准确的撕膜。
具体地,本发明不限制所述撕膜部32安装于所述主体部31的具体形式,可以是通过卡块与不同的卡槽卡合来调节位置,也可以是通过将螺栓固定安装于长形孔的不同位置来调节位置,在本实施例中,所述主体部31和所述撕膜部32其中之一设置有长形孔,所述撕膜部32和所述主体部31之间通过螺接结构与所述长形孔配合,以实现位置调节设置。所述螺接结构具体可以是通过螺栓穿设于所述长形孔,并通过螺母将所述螺栓固定在所述长形孔内,而调整所述螺栓的穿设位置就能改变所述撕膜部32与所述主体部31之间的相对位置关系。
进一步地,请参阅图1至图4,所述第二夹持部3232的下端朝向所述第一夹持部3231弯折设置,以形成有弯折部3232a,以在所述第二夹持部3232向所述第一夹持部3231移动时,所述弯折部3232a移动至所述第一夹持部3231的下侧,以与所述第一夹持部3231共同夹持膜片2000。在本实施例中,在拾取膜片2000时,所述第一夹持部3231活动至所述膜片2000的通孔的上侧,所述第一夹持部3231朝向所述第二夹持部3232活动时,所述弯折部3232a移动至所述第一夹持部3231的下端,从而所述弯折部3232a与所述第一夹持部3231的下端共同夹持限位所述膜片2000,如此在所述撕膜部32远离所述 撕膜工位时,将所述膜片2000带离所述待撕膜产品3000,完成撕膜。在所述第二夹持部3232上设置可移动至所述第一夹持部3231下侧的弯折部3232a可以减少所述第二夹持部3232与所述第一夹持部3231的接触,从而减少损耗,并且所述弯折部3232a可以增加所述撕膜部32与所述膜片2000的接触面积,防止所述膜片2000滑出,提高撕膜的稳定性。
具体地,本发明不限制所述定位部21和所述配合部321的具体形式,可以是轴孔配合、也可以是凸起和凹槽配合,在本实施例中,所述定位部21为设置在所述定位工装2上的定位孔211;所述弯折部3232a的下端设置有定位柱321a,所述定位柱321a与所述定位孔211配合,以对所述安装部322和所述夹爪机构323进行位置校准。所述定位孔211在所述撕膜工位上的位置与所述膜片2000在所述撕膜工位时的位置对应,从而当所述定位柱321a定位时可伸入至所述定位孔211内,即可保证在所述弯折部3232a上方的第一夹持部3231能够位于所述膜片2000的上方,正式工作时所述第一夹持部3231与所述第二夹持部3232可以将所述膜片2000夹持限位,从而顺利完成撕膜。
所述第一夹持部3231朝向所述第二夹持部3232活动设置,则在使用时,所述第一夹持部3231与所述第二夹持部3232之间的相对位置关系可能出现偏差,导致所述第一夹持部3231与所述第二夹持部3232无法正常配合,以至于无法共同夹持限位所述膜片2000,使得无法完成撕膜。鉴于此,本发明的一实施例中,所述第一夹持部3231与所述第二夹持部3232的相对的侧面其中之一设置有配合孔3234,另一设有配合凸起3233,所述配合孔3234与所述配合凸起3233在所述第一夹持部3231和所述第二夹持部3232靠近时插合。
在本实施例中,所述配合凸起3233与所述配合孔3234的位置对应所述第一夹持部3231与所述第二夹持部3232夹持配合时的位置,当所述第二夹持部3232在靠近所述第一夹持部3231活动,所述配合凸起3233可以伸入所述配合孔3234内时,即可保证所述第二夹持部3232在朝向所述第一夹持部3231活动时,所述第一夹持部3231与所述第二夹持部3232能够进行夹持配合,如此完成对所述膜片2000的夹持限位。
要说明的是,所述配合凸起3233在具体使用时可以是螺杆或销轴,可拆卸安装于所述第一夹持部3231或所述第二夹持部3232,如此在定位完成,所 述配合凸起3233可以进行拆卸,防止所述配合凸起3233在正式工作会阻碍所述第一夹持部3231与所述第二夹持部3232的夹持配合。
进一步地,请参阅图1,所述固定工装1上设置有多个所述固定工位11;所述撕膜部32包括安装部322及夹爪机构323,所述夹爪机构323设置有多个。在本实施例中,多个所述固定工位11可以供多个所述待撕膜产品3000安装,而多个所述夹爪机构323也能对多个所述待撕膜产品3000进行同步撕膜,从而大大提高了工作效率。
进一步地,在所述撕膜设备1000具体应用时,往往需要对多个所述待撕膜产品3000同时进行撕膜,而这需要多个所述第一夹持部3231及多个所述第二夹持部3232,当多个所述第一夹持部3231或所述第二夹持部3232同时需要校准时,需要重复进行多次校准。鉴于此,本发明的一实施例,请参阅图1至图2,所述第一夹持部3231设有多个,多个所述第一夹持部3231一体设置;所述第二夹持部3232对应设有多个,各所述第二夹持部3232可朝向靠近或远离对应的所述第一夹持部3231的方向活动。
在本实施例中,多个所述第一夹持部3231呈一体设置,从而在对所述第一夹持部3231校准时,可以同时对多个所述第一夹持部3231同时校准,进一步提高所述撕膜设备1000的校准效率。所述第二夹持部3232对应所述第一夹持部3231设有多个,并且多个所述第二夹持部3232可以靠近或远离对应的所述第一夹持部3231活动,从而同时对多个所述待撕膜产品3000进行撕膜。在具体应用时,多个所述第二夹持部3232也可以一体设置,从而在对所述第二夹持部3232校准时,可以同时对多个所述第二夹持部3232同时校准,进一步提高所述撕膜设备1000的校准效率。
更进一步的,所述弯折部3232a的上侧面在靠近所述第一夹持部3231的方向上呈逐渐向下倾斜设置,以此减小了所述膜片2000与所述弯折部3232a的接触面积,降低了所述膜片2000与所述弯折部3232a的连接性,便于所述膜片2000与所述弯折部3232a分离,提高所述膜片2000的收集效率。
需要说明的是,所述第一夹持部3231与所述第二夹持部3232与所述膜片2000会接触的部位均镀有防粘的特殊表面处理,防止所述膜片2000因其余胶与所述第一夹持部3231和所述第二夹持部3232粘贴,进而影响膜片2000 的剥离。
考虑到膜片2000的厚度极薄,在撕膜过程中可能产生静电而与第二夹持部3232粘黏,鉴于此,在一实施例中,所述第二夹持部3232朝向所述第一夹持部3231的一侧设置有吹起槽,所述吹起槽延伸至所述弯折部3232a,通过设置吹气管吹起,此时离子气流顺着所述吹起槽与所述膜片2000接触,以此消除所述膜片2000与所述第二夹持部3232间的静电,从而使得所述第二夹持部3232与所述第一夹持部3231分开后膜片2000可以快速脱落。
在本发明中,所述吹起槽呈U型设置,其U型两端分别贯通所述弯折部3232a朝向所述定位柱321a设置,如此通过所述吹起槽的设置,离子气流可自所述第二夹持部3232朝向所述第一夹持部3231的一侧流动至所述弯折部3232a的上侧,增大与膜片2000的接触面积,从而可以避开所述弯折部3232a的薄弱位置,不会影响其强度。
更进一步的,所述弯折部3232a设置有卡槽,所述卡槽与所述定位柱321a配合,由于所述定位柱321a的外侧壁呈曲面设置,因此所述卡槽的设置使得所述弯折部3232a与所述定位柱321a的抵接更贴合,以此可以避免所述膜片2000从所述弯折部3232a与所述定位柱321a之间因变形或加工装调误差造成的缝隙中滑落,使得所述夹爪机构323无法夹持所述膜片2000,可能出现撕膜失败的情况,因此通过形成对膜片2000的端部的包覆效果,可以使得撕膜过程中夹持稳定性更好。
由于膜片2000上通孔的尺寸较小,对应的所述定位柱321a和所述弯折部3232a的尺寸较小,相应的强度就会减弱,因此,为了防止所述弯折部3232a与所述定位柱321a变形或受损,在本发明中,所述第一夹持部3231与所述第二夹持部3232的相对的侧面至少其中之一设置有间隔部,以在所述第一夹持部3231和所述第二夹持部3232靠近时,所述间隔部与所述第一夹持部3231和所述第二夹持部3232中的另一抵接,以使得所述第一夹持部3231和所述第二夹持部3232的下端保持间隔,该间隔部的设置使得所述第一夹持部3231和所述第二夹持部3232可以通过该间隔部进行定位同时,使得二者保持缝隙,该间隔部设置在所述第一夹持部3231和所述第二夹持部3232远离所述撕膜工位的侧端,具有更大的设置空间和接触面积,同时强度更大,所述定位柱321a与所述弯折部3232a受力较小或基本不受力,以此防止所述弯折部3232a 与所述定位柱321a变形或受损,延长所述弯折部3232a与所述定位柱321a的使用寿命。
为提高产品的撕膜效率,所述固定工位11设有多个,所述夹爪机构323对应设有多个。如此实现多穴同步撕膜,本实施例中,所述固定工位11设有四个,所述夹爪机构323对应设有四个。
本发明的一实施例中,为了实现所述安装部322实现进给行程和撕膜行程的驱动,所述撕膜装置3还包括机械臂,所述安装部322安装于所述机械臂。所述机械臂本身具有升降、平移、旋转等多轴运动,从而可以驱使所述安装部322完成撕膜动作。只需要设定好所述机械臂在各工位之间转换时的移动进程,即可保证精准移动,精简零件个数,同时完成多方位驱动。
为了实现所述固定工装1在撕膜前后的流转,本发明的一实施例中,所述转移装置包括设于所述机座、且间隔设置的多个输送带,多个所述输送带包括至少一进料输送带和至少一出料输送带,所述进料输送带的一端对应所述撕膜工位,以将所述固定工装1输送至所述撕膜工位以进行撕膜,所述出料输送带的一端对应所述撕膜工位,以在撕膜后将所述固定工装1由所述撕膜工位送出,需要说明的是,所述进料输送带的另一端可以直接连接流水线上的其他设备,所述出料输送带的另一端也可以直接连接下一处理工序,从而便于整线生产,实现多台设备并联,提高线体的节拍,提高生产效率。
为了使设备整体所占用的空间更小,通常将各装置件布置的比较紧凑,这时就涉及到各装置的方位不同,鉴于此,本发明的一实施例中,所述转移装置还包括工装移动组件,所述工装移动组件包括固定至所述机座的第一支撑部、以及间隔设于所述第一支撑部上且可活动的两个夹持结构,两个所述夹持结构用以分别在撕膜前将所述固定工装1由所述进料输送带转移至所述撕膜工位、以及在撕膜后将所述固定工装1由所述撕膜工位转移至所述出料输送带。各所述夹持结构通过间距可调的两个夹爪组成,通过链条传动的方式进行驱动,各所述夹持结构均可以在上下向、前后向移动,从而完成不同方位的所述输送带和所述撕膜工位之间的物料转移,两个所述夹持结构交替工作,保证撕膜上料和撕膜完成后的移料不间断的进行,提高加工效率。
进一步的,为了不影响所述输送带的行进,设置了可以向上托起所述固定工装1的上推机构,从而将对应的固定工装1从输送带上抬起,在所述夹持结构将固定工装1夹走后再下落。
基于设备的紧凑布置,为了将固定工装1从主线的传送带上移动至本设备内,一实施例中,所述进料输送带间隔设有两个,其中一为主线的传送带,另一为本设备传送带,所述转移装置还包括倒转工装组件,所述倒转工装组件包括跨设两个所述进料输送带的第二支撑部、以及活动安装至所述第二支撑部上的拨动部,所述转移装置在两个所述进料输送带之间移动,用以将所述固定工装1由其中一所述进料输送带拨动至另一所述进料输送带上。所述拨动部通过一个直线气缸驱动,从而在所述第二支撑部上做往复运动,所述拨动部为钩状,所述倒转工装还辅助有对应两个进料输送带的两个上推机构,两个上推机构均抬起在同一高度,所述波动部勾住所述固定工装1短部,将其推至另一上推机构上,接着盛放固定工装1的上推机构下落,使固定工装1可在对应的进料输送带上进行行进,不影响所述输送带的行进,并与不同方位的装置之间的物料移动。
不仅如此,膜片2000被撕下后,会停留在所述夹爪机构323上,为了将膜片2000更好的收集,所述撕膜设备1000还包括收集装置,所述收集装置上设置有用以收集从产品上撕下的膜片2000的集料工位,所述集料工位处在所述撕膜行程上,所述收集装置包括至少一吹气管,所述吹气管的一端设于所述安装部322上,另一端可活动至对应所述夹爪机构323,以在所述撕膜装置3移动至所述集料工位时将从产品上撕下的膜片2000由所述夹爪机构323吹至所述集料工位上。具体的,所述夹爪机构323移动至所述集料工位上,此时的膜片2000由所述第一夹持部3231和所述第二夹持部3232共同夹持,将所述第一夹持部3231和所述第二夹持部3232后,由于受到静电或者粘胶的影响,膜片2000无法直接掉落,此时连通所述吹气管的风道,通过调整所述吹气管出气端相对所述夹爪机构323的方位,从而将膜片2000吹落在所述集料工位,便于集中收集处理。
需要说明的是,所述吹气管为金属管,本实施例中为铜管,铜管的质地较软,可以改变形态。
由于膜片2000本身厚度极薄,因此膜片2000撕下的过程中容易与所述第一夹持部3231和所述第二夹持部3232产生静电效应,基于此,本发明的一实施例中,所述吹气管的气路上设置有静电消除器,从而使得所述吹气管吹出的风中含有离子,从而消除静电效应。
为了将膜片2000收集,可以直接在所述集料工位处设置收纳袋,为了保证设备内的空间的清洁,防止膜片2000乱飞,一实施例中,所述集料工位为设于所述机座上的至少一吸附通道,所述吸附通道的一端用于承接从产品上撕下的膜片2000,所述吸附通道的另一端用于连接吸尘器。通过吸力将膜片2000直接吸入到工业吸尘器中,保证环境中无膜片2000残留,避免膜片2000受吹气管的风力影响而飞散到其他装置中,带来安全隐患。
需要说明的是,每一所述第一夹持部3231配有两个吹气管,两个所述吹气管的朝向不同,在吹膜是分别处在所述第一夹持部3231的两侧,所述吸附通道的数量与所述第一夹持部3231的数量一致。
不仅如此,所述撕膜设备1000还包括移动安装至所述机座的承载台,所述承载台具有靠近或远离所述撕膜工位的活动行程,所述转移装置用以将所述固定工装1移送至所述承载台上,以使得所述固定工装1在所述承载台的带动下移动至所述撕膜工位。所述承载台通过滑槽和滑轨配合的形式活动安装,初始位置为靠近所述进料输送带端部的,从而配合各装置的方位,所述固定工装1转移到所述承载台上后,可以通过销轴定位的方式固定,接着所述承载台滑动带动所述固定工装1至所述撕膜工位,完成撕膜动作后在回到初始位置承接下一个固定工装1,增强各装置配合的灵活性。
具体的,本发明的实施例中,撕膜的工序如下:所述固定工装1上安装好四个待撕膜产品,四个产品在同一直线上均匀排布,该固定工装1通过一所述进料传送带进入本设备,通过所述倒转工装组件将所述固定工装1波动至另一个行进方向相反的进料传送带上,流动至所述工装移动组件处,被所述夹持结构带动至所述承载台,所述承载台将其继续移动至所述撕膜工位,此时所述安装部322在所述机械臂的带动下,模拟人手的撕膜动作将膜片2000撕下,接着所述机械臂将所述安装部322已送至所述集料工位处,通过所述吹气管和所述吸附通道配合将膜片2000吸入到工业吸尘器中,此时,撕膜后的固定工装1由所述工装移动组件移动至所述出料输送带上,以进入下一工 序。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种撕膜设备,其特征在于,包括:
    机座,其上设置有撕膜工位;
    固定工装,能够移动至所述撕膜工位,其上设置有用以固定待撕膜产品的固定工位;
    定位工装,能够移动至所述撕膜工位,其上设置有与所述固定工位对应设置的定位部;以及,
    撕膜装置,对应所述撕膜工位设置,所述撕膜装置包括主体部和撕膜部,所述撕膜部可拆卸地安装于所述主体部,所述撕膜部活动设置以能够移动至所述撕膜工位进行拾取膜片、以及斜向上远离所述撕膜工位进行撕膜,所述撕膜部上设置有配合部;
    其中,当所述定位工装置于所述撕膜工位时,所述配合部用以与所述定位部配合,以对所述撕膜部进行位置校准。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的撕膜设备,其特征在于,所述撕膜部包括安装部及夹爪机构,所述安装部可拆卸安装于所述主体部,所述夹爪机构安装于所述安装部,所述夹爪机构包括相对设置的第一夹持部和第二夹持部,所述第一夹持部固定安装于所述安装部,所述第二夹持部在靠近所述第一夹持部的方向上可活动设置,以具有相互靠近的夹膜行程,所述夹爪机构还包括驱动所述第二夹持部活动的夹持驱动装置。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的撕膜设备,其特征在于,所述定位部为设置在所述定位工装上的定位孔;
    所述第一夹持部的下端设置有定位柱,所述定位柱与所述定位孔配合,以对所述安装部和所述夹爪机构进行位置校准。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的撕膜设备,其特征在于,所述撕膜部位置可调节地安装于所述主体部,以对所述撕膜部的位置进行校正。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的撕膜设备,其特征在于,所述主体部和所述撕膜部其中之一设置有长形孔,所述撕膜部和所述主体部之间通过螺接结构与所述长形孔配合,以实现位置调节设置。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的撕膜设备,其特征在于,所述第二夹持部的下端朝向所述第一夹持部弯折设置,以形成有弯折部,以在所述第二夹持部向所述第一夹持部移动时,所述弯折部移动至所述第一夹持部的下侧,以与所述第一夹持部共同夹持膜片。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的撕膜设备,其特征在于,所述定位部为设置在所述定位工装上的定位孔;
    所述弯折部的下端设置有定位柱,所述定位柱与所述定位孔配合,以对所述安装部和所述夹爪机构进行位置校准。
  8. 如权利要求2或6所述的撕膜设备,其特征在于,所述第一夹持部与所述第二夹持部的相对的侧面其中之一设置有配合孔,另一设有配合凸起,所述配合孔与所述配合凸起在所述第一夹持部和所述第二夹持部靠近时插合。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的撕膜设备,其特征在于,所述固定工装上设置有多个所述固定工位;
    所述撕膜部包括安装部及夹爪机构,所述夹爪机构设置有多个。
  10. 如权利要求2所述的撕膜设备,其特征在于,所述第一夹持部设有多个,多个所述第一夹持部一体设置;
    所述第二夹持部对应设有多个,各所述第二夹持部可朝向靠近或远离对应的所述第一夹持部的方向活动。
