本申请要求于2021年11月11日在中国专利局提交的、申请号为202111331674.6、发明名称为“挂耳式耳机”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及耳机技术领域,具体涉及一种挂耳式耳机。
背景技术
这里的陈述仅提供与本申请有关的背景信息,而不必然构成现有技术。对于部分使用者来说,入耳式或半入耳式的耳机的佩戴舒适感较差。这部分使用者会选用不入耳式的耳机。不入耳式的耳机的主体部分覆盖耳道,而并非直接塞入耳道中。然而,由于不入耳式的耳机缺少入耳固定的支点,不入耳式的耳机的佩戴稳定性较差,耳机容易从使用者的耳朵上脱落。
技术问题
本申请实施例的目的之一在于:提供一种挂耳式耳机,旨在解决佩戴稳定性较差的问题。

为解决上述技术问题,本申请实施例采用的技术方案是:
第一方面,提供了一种挂耳式耳机,包括:主体,用于播放声音;耳挂,包括挂设体和至少一个抵持体,所述主体与所述挂设体连接,所述挂设体弯曲设置,所述挂设体用于挂设在所述耳朵上,所述抵持体的其中一端与所述挂设体连接,所述抵持体能够与所述挂设体共同夹持所述耳朵。
在一个实施例中,所述挂设体呈环形,所述挂设体能够环绕所述使用者的耳朵。
在一个实施例中,所述抵持体设置有多个,至少有一个所述抵持***于所述主体的上方,且至少有一个所述抵持***于所述主体的下方。
在一个实施例中,所述主体的前端和所述抵持体的前端均与所述挂设体连接,所述抵持体的后端用于与所述耳朵抵持。
在一个实施例中,所述抵持体的后端具有球头。

为了说明本申请所提供的技术方案,以下结合具体附图及实施例进行详细说明。
参照图1至图4,本申请提供了一种挂耳式耳机(下文简称耳机)。耳机101包括主体104和耳挂301,其中,主体104用于播放声音,耳挂301用于使耳机101固定在使用者的耳朵401上。
主体104位于耳朵401的耳道外,且主体104覆盖耳道的入口。参照图1和图3,耳挂301包括挂设体102和至少一个抵持体103。结合图1和图4,主体104和挂设体102连接,挂设体102弯曲设置,挂设体102能够挂在使用者的耳朵401上。抵持体103的其中一端与挂设体102连接,挂设体102可以抵持耳朵401的背侧,抵持体103能够抵持耳朵401的正侧,抵持体103能够与挂设体102共同夹持耳朵401,从而使耳机101固定在使用者的耳朵401上。需要说明的是,此处所说的耳朵401的背侧,是指耳朵401朝向头部的一侧;耳朵401的正侧,指耳朵401背对头部的一侧。
本申请提供的耳机101,通过抵持体103和挂设体102共同夹持使用者的耳朵401,该耳机101的佩戴稳定性好,不易从使用者的耳朵401上脱落。
下面再具体介绍本申请的耳机101的结构。
挂设体102可以由柔软的材料制成,以提高耳机101的佩戴舒适度,例如,挂设体102的材料可以选用硅胶。
参照图6和图7,在一些实施例中,挂设体102呈环形,挂设体102能够环绕使用者的耳朵401。此处的“环形”,不严格限定挂设体102呈圆环形,挂设体102具体可以呈椭圆环形,甚至可以是其他一些不规则的环形。在这种设置方式下,挂设体102环绕耳朵401的根部(耳朵401的根部指耳朵401与头部连接的部分)一周,挂设体102的后半段可以与耳朵401的背侧有较大的贴合面积;挂设体102与耳朵401的根部之间的接触面积增加,耳机101受到不同角度的晃动也不易松动和脱落。在一些实施例中,挂设体102也可以不设置为环形,即挂设体102设置有缺口,或者说挂设体102的首尾不相连。若挂设体102不设置为环形,那么挂设体102的首尾两端应当设置有弧面,以降低挂设体102首尾两端的尖锐度,以免刮伤使用者的耳朵401和降低使用者的佩戴舒适度。
在一些实施例中,抵持体103设置有多个,至少有一个抵持体103位于主体104的上方,且至少有一个抵持体103位于主体104的下方。这种抵持体103的设置方式有利于提高耳机101的佩戴稳定性。本申请中,上、下、左、右、前、后这些方位,如无特别说明,以使用者正确佩戴好耳机101后使用者的方向为基准。
可参照图1和图3,图1中的耳挂301共具有两个抵持体103,一个抵持体103位于主体104的上方,另一个抵持体103位于主体104的下方。再参照图4,靠下的抵持体103抵持耳朵401的耳垂部分,靠上的抵持体103抵持耳朵401的三角窝部分;挂设体102的后半段以及两个抵持体103共同夹持耳朵401,这种夹持作用类似于三点固定的方式,有利于提高耳机101的佩戴稳定性。图1中示出的耳挂301只有两个抵持体103,这是一种成本较低的设置;在另一些实施例中,可以设置更多的抵持体103,以增加耳挂301与耳朵401的接触面积,提高耳机101的固定支撑面积,从而提高耳机101的佩戴稳定性。

参照图1至图3,在一些实施例中,抵持体103的后端具有球头107,球头107直接与耳朵401抵持。此处的球头107,不一定是严格的圆球形,也可以是椭圆球形。球头107的表面为曲面,抵持体103的后端设置有球头107可以降低抵持体103的后端的尖锐度,以免刮伤使用者的耳朵401和降低使用者的佩戴舒适度;此外,球头107的表面与耳朵401有较高的贴合度,这有利于增加耳挂301与耳朵401的接触面积,提高耳机101的佩戴稳定性。
参照图3和图4,在一些实施例中,抵持体103弯曲设置,且抵持体103的弯曲部位朝远离耳朵401的方向凸出。这样设置可以方便使用者摘下耳机101。例如,使用者的手指可以捏住抵持体103的弯曲部位,或者伸入至抵持体103的弯曲部位与耳朵401之间的间隙中,然后将抵持体103稍微拨离耳朵401,然后摘下耳机101。若抵持体103的中间部位不弯曲设置,那么使用者可能不容易抓住抵持体103。
参照图5,在一些实施例中,主体104包括壳体505、盖体501、电控模块502和扬声器单元503。
壳体505包括安装部801和定位部802。安装部801的内部具有安装腔804,扬声器单元503和电控模块502均可以安装在安装腔804中。扬声器单元503用于播放声音,结合图2和图5,安装部801朝向使用者的耳朵401的一侧还具有透音孔201,以供扬声器单元503播放的声音传出。主体104还包括防尘网504,防尘网504设置在安装腔804中,且防尘网504覆盖透音孔201(防尘网504的网格未具体示出)。电控模块502包括电路板506和电池507,电池507通过电路板506与扬声器单元503电连接,电控模块502可集成有接收蓝牙信号、为扬声器单元503供电等功能。盖体501与安装部801连接,并封闭安装腔804。
参照图8,定位部802连接于安装部801的外表,且定位部802相对于安装部801的外表凸出。参照图6,挂设体102具有定位槽601,结合图5至图8,定位部802可容置于定位槽601中。在耳机101的组装过程中,可以先将需要安装到安装腔804中的部件安装到安装腔804中,然后盖上盖体501以形成主体104,随后再将主体104和挂设体102进行插接,使定位部802***至定位槽601中。定位部802和定位槽601的配合有利于实现壳体505和挂设体102之间的定位,从而提高耳机101的组装的便捷性。
在一些实施例中,安装部801的外表还具有密封槽803,密封槽803环绕定位部802;挂设体102包括连接部701,定位槽601设置在连接部701的内部。连接部701的后端的端面容置于密封槽803中,且该端面可以与定位槽601的壁面贴合。这样设置可以降低水或灰尘从定位槽601的开口进入定位槽中,降低耳机101的故障风险。
此外,可以通过以下方式,以提高主体104和挂设体102之间的连接牢固性。例如,定位部802和定位槽601之间过盈配合;或者,在定位部802的外表和定位槽601的槽壁中的至少一者上涂设胶水;又或者,在定位部802的外表和定位槽601的槽壁上设置卡扣,使定位部802和挂设体102能够相互卡接;又或者,在密封槽803的槽壁上涂设胶水。
参照图5,在一些实施例中,电控模块502还包括导电件105,导电件105通过电路板506上的电路与电池507电连接,导电件105用于与充电座中的充电弹针接触,从而使充电座为耳机101充电。参照图1和图6,定位槽601的壁面开设有充电通孔106,导电件105的端部设置于充电通孔106中,充电通孔106可供充电座的充电弹针***,以便充电弹针和导电件105接触。需要说明的是,参照图8,定位部802亦中空设置,定位部802内部的空腔与安装腔804连通,该空腔可供导电件105穿设。

Claims (10)

  1. 挂耳式耳机,能够被佩戴于使用者的耳朵(401)上,其特征在于,包括:
    主体(104),用于播放声音;
    耳挂(301),包括挂设体(102)和至少一个抵持体(103),所述主体(104)与所述挂设体(102)连接,所述挂设体(102)弯曲设置,所述挂设体(102)用于挂设在所述耳朵(401)上,所述抵持体(103)的其中一端与所述挂设体(102)连接,所述抵持体(103)能够与所述挂设体(102)共同夹持所述耳朵(401)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的挂耳式耳机,其特征在于,所述挂设体(102)呈环形,所述挂设体(102)能够环绕所述使用者的耳朵(401)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的挂耳式耳机,其特征在于,所述抵持体(103)设置有多个,至少有一个所述抵持体(103)位于所述主体(104)的上方,且至少有一个所述抵持体(103)位于所述主体(104)的下方。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的挂耳式耳机,其特征在于,所述主体(104)的前端和所述抵持体(103)的前端均与所述挂设体(102)连接,所述抵持体(103)的后端用于与所述耳朵(401)抵持。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的挂耳式耳机,其特征在于,所述抵持体(103)的后端具有球头(107)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的挂耳式耳机,其特征在于,所述抵持体(103)弯曲设置,且所述抵持体(103)的弯曲部位朝远离所述耳朵(401)的方向凸出。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的挂耳式耳机,其特征在于,所述主体(104)的前端与所述挂设体(102)连接,所述主体(104)的后端相对于所述挂设体(102)朝远离所述耳朵(401)的方向翘起。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的挂耳式耳机,其特征在于,所述主体(104)包括:
    扬声器单元(503),用于播放声音;
    壳体(505),包括安装部(801)和定位部(802),所述安装部(801)具有安装腔(804),所述扬声器单元(503)容置于所述安装腔(804)中,所述定位部(802)连接于所述安装部(801)的外表,且所述定位部(802)相对于所述安装部(801)的外表凸出;
    盖体(501),与所述壳体(505)连接以封闭所述安装腔(804);
    所述挂设体(102)具有定位槽(601),所述定位部(802)容置于所述定位槽(601)中。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的挂耳式耳机,其特征在于,所述安装部(801)的外表具有密封槽(803),且所述密封槽(803)环绕所述定位部(802);所述挂设体(102)包括连接部(701),所述定位槽(601)设置于所述连接部(701)的内部,所述连接部(701)设置有所述定位槽(601)的开口的一端的端面容置于所述密封槽(803)中。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的挂耳式耳机,其特征在于,所述定位槽(601)的壁面开设有充电通孔(106),所述主体(104)还包括电控模块(502),所述电控模块(502)包括导电件(105)和电池(507),所述导电件(105)与所述电池(507)电连接,所述导电件(105)设置于所述充电通孔(106)中。
