Description

기부 중개 서비스를 제공하는 시스템 및 방법
본 개시는 기부 중개 서비스를 제공하는 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로, 음식, 현금 및/또는 배달 서비스 등을 기부할 수 있는 플랫폼을 제공하는 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것이다.
한국에서 매일 약 16,000톤의 음식물 쓰레기가 발생하고 있다. 버려지는 식사 한끼가 탄소 2.5kg을 배출하고 탄소 배출 1kg당 400원이라고 계산하면, 음식물 쓰레기로 인해 연간 5조8천억원의 탄소배출이 발생한다. 이는 경제적, 사회적, 환경적 측면에서 큰 손실을 일으킨다.
이에 따라, 음식물 쓰레기 증가 문제를 해결하기 위해 남는 음식/식재료를 공유 및/또는 기부하는 서비스에 대한 필요성이 대두되고 있다.
또한, 최근 들어, 기부의 형태, 기부자 및 수혜대상이 다양화되고 있다. 특히 음료, 빵, 음식을 제공하는 카페, 제과점, 패스트푸드점, 음식점 등에서도 식재료, 음식, 주방 기기 등을 기부하는 기부운동이 전개되고 있는데, 이런 유형의 기부체계는 일반적으로 기부되는 금전과 달리, 기부자의 영업점에 방문하여 기부물을 수령해야 하는 불가피한 구조일 것이다.
이에 따라, 수혜자에게 기부물을 전달해줄 배달 기사를 매칭해주는 서비스를 제공하는 것이 필요하다.
본 개시는 남는 음식/식재료를 기부할 수 있는 서비스를 제공하여, 음식물 쓰레기를 감소시킬 수 있는 시스템 및 방법을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
또한, 본 개시는 사회적 약자 등에게 식재료, 음식, 주방 기기 등을 기부할 수 있는 시스템 및 방법을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
또한, 본 개시는 수혜자에게 기부물을 전달해줄 배달 기사를 매칭해줄 수 있는 시스템 및 방법을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
다만, 본 실시예가 이루고자 하는 기술적 과제는 상기된 바와 같은 기술적 과제들로 한정되지 않으며, 또 다른 기술적 과제들이 존재할 수 있다.
본 발명의 기술적 사상에 따른 실시예들의 일 측면에 따르면, 중개 서버의 기부 중개 서비스 제공 방법은 : 기부자 단말로부터 기부 정보를 수신하여 등록하는 단계로서, 기부 정보는 기부 음식, 기부 물품 및 기부금 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 기부 유형을 포함하는, 단계; 상기 기부자 단말의 기부를 받을 수혜자 단말을 매칭하는 단계; 상기 수혜자 단말로부터 기부 수령 의사 및 주문 정보를 수신하는 단계; 수혜자에게 상기 기부 음식, 기부 물품 또는 기부금 전달시 배달이 필요한 경우, 배달 기사를 매칭하는 단계; 수혜자의 기부 음식, 기부 물품 또는 기부금 수령 여부를 확인하는 단계; 및 상기 기부자의 단말에게 상기 기부 음식, 기부 물품 또는 기부금에 대응하는 기부 영수증 및 기부 포인트를 제공하는 단계를 포함할 수 있으며, 상기 배달 기사를 매칭하는 단계는 : 기부자 단말 위치, 수혜자 단말 위치, 상기 기부 정보 및 상기 주문 정보 중 적어도 하나에 기초하여 중개 서버에 등록된 배달 기사들 중 하나 이상의 배달 기사를 검색하는 단계; 검색된 하나 이상의 배달 기사의 단말에게 배달 서비스 기부를 요청하는 단계; 및 배달 기사의 단말로부터 배달 서비스 기부 의사를 수신한 경우, 해당 배달 기사를 매칭시키고 해당 배달 기사의 단말에게 배달료에 대응하는 기부 영수증 및 기부 포인트를 제공하고, 검색된 배달 기사의 단말들 모두로부터 배달 서비스 기부 거부 의사를 수신한 경우, 검색된 배달 기사 중 하나의 배달 기사를 매칭시키고 상기 기부자 단말 또는 상기 수혜자 단말에게 배달료를 부과하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 기부 중개 서비스 제공 방법의 추가적인 예에 따르면, 상기 기부 포인트는 기부자 유형에 따라 상이하게 사용될 수 있는데, 기부자가 요식 업체에 해당하는 경우, 상기 요식 업체는 기부 포인트를 사용하여 배송 비용 또는 광고료를 지불할 수 있으며, 기부자가 일반 개인 또는 배달 기사인 경우, 상기 일반 개인 또는 배달 기사는 기부 포인트를 사용하여 배송 비용을 지불하거나 음식 또는 물품을 구매할 수 있다.

상기 기부 중개 서비스 제공 방법의 추가적인 예에 따르면, 하나 이상의 요식 업체의 단말이 중개 서버에 등록되어 있으며, 등록된 요식 업체의 미리 결정된 시간까지 발생한 일 매출이 해당 요식 업체의 일 평균 매출의 일정 비율 미만인 경우, 해당 요식 업체의 단말에 음식 또는 식자재를 기부할 것을 제안하는 알림 메시지를 전송하는 단계를 더 포함할 수 있다.

본 개시의 중개 시스템을 통해, 기부자는 폐장 시간, 유통 기한 등의 이유로 폐기 처리할 수밖에 없는 음식(즉, 먹을 수 있음에도 버려지는 음식) 또는 대량 구매한 식재료 중 일부를 기부할 수 있으며, 음식물 폐기량을 감소시킴으로써 환경 보전에 기여할 수 있고, 음식 기부를 통해 사회에 공헌할 수도 있다.
본 개시의 중개 시스템을 통해, 기부자는 기부를 통해 세제 감면 혜택을 받을 수 있고, 이와 동시에 기부 포인트를 제공받아 추후에 배송 비용, 광고료 지불시 사용하거나 음식 또는 물품을 구매할 때 사용할 수 있다.

기부자의 단말(11) 및 수혜자의 단말(12) 각각은 노트북, 데스크탑 PC뿐만 아니라 유무선 통신이 가능한 모바일 단말을 포함할 수 있다. 모바일 단말은 휴대성과 이동성이 보장되는 무선 통신 장치로서, 스마트폰(smartphone), 태블릿 PC, 웨어러블 디바이스뿐만 아니라, 블루투스(BLE, Bluetooth Low Energy), NFC, RFID, 초음파(Ultrasonic), 적외선, 와이파이(WiFi), 라이파이(LiFi) 등의 통신 모듈을 탑재한 각종 디바이스를 포함할 수 있다.
기부자는 식재료, 음식, 물품, 현금을 기부하기 위해 기부자의 단말(11)을 통해 중개 서버(10)에게 기부 정보를 전송하여 이를 중개 서버(10)에 등록할 수 있다.
상기 기부 정보는 기부 음식, 기부 물품 및 기부금 등을 포함하는 기부 유형을 포함할 수 있다. 기부 유형이 기부 음식(또는 식재료)인 경우, 상기 기부 정보는 기부 음식의 종류, 유통기한, 음식 가격, 수량 등을 더 포함할 수 있다. 기부 유형이 기부 물품인 경우, 상기 기부 정보는 기부 물품의 종류, 물품 가격, 수량 등을 더 포함할 수 있다. 기부 유형이 기부금인 경우, 상기 기부 정보는 기부금 액수를 더 포함할 수 있다.

요식 업체, 개인, 배달 기사 등의 기부자는 식재료, 음식, 배달 서비스뿐만 아니라, 현금을 기부할 수도 있다. 현금을 기부하는 경우, 기부자는 현금결제를 할 수도 있고, 기부자 단말(11)을 통해 카드 결제, 휴대폰결제, 간편결제(예를 들어, 네이버페이, 제로페이, 카카오페이 등), 계좌이체 등을 수행할 수 있다.
일 실시예에서, 중개 서버(10)는 기부 서비스를 제공하기 위해 애플리케이션 또는 인터넷 사이트를 운영할 수 있다. 중개 서버(10)에는 하나 이상의 기부자의 단말(11), 수혜자의 단말(12) 및/또는 배달 기사의 단말(13)이 등록되어 있을 수 있다. 예를 들어, 하나 이상의 기부자의 단말(11), 수혜자의 단말(12) 및/또는 배달 기사의 단말(13)은 중개 서버(10)가 운영하는 애플리케이션 또는 인터넷 사이트에 회원가입되어 있을 수 있다.
중개 서버(10)는 기부자가 제공하는 기부 음식, 기부 물품, 기부금에 대한 정보를 수혜자에게 디스플레이할 수 있다. 일 실시예에서, 중개 서버(10)는 수혜자의 위치를 기준으로 소정 반경 이내(예를 들어, 200m 이내, 500m 이내 등)에 있는 기부자가 제공하는 기부 음식, 기부 물품 및/또는 기부금에 대한 정보를 수혜자에게 디스플레이할 수 있다. 상기 소정 반경은 상기 수혜자에 의해 설정 및/또는 변경될 수 있다. 이 경우, 수혜자는 수혜자의 단말(12)을 통해, 중개 서버(10)에 등록된 기부 음식, 기부 물품, 기부금 중 적어도 하나를 주문할 수 있다.
다른 실시예에서, 중개 서버(10)는 기부자 단말(11)로부터의 기부 정보에 기초하여, 상기 기부자 단말(11)의 기부를 받을 수혜자 단말을 자동으로 매칭할 수 있다. 이 경우, 중개 서버(10)는 수혜자 단말(12)에게 기부 수령 의사를 문의하는 알림을 전송할 수 있고, 상기 수혜자 단말(12)로부터 기부 수령 의사 및 주문 정보를 수신할 수 있다.
또 다른 실시예에서, 기부자가 수혜자를 지정한 경우, 중개 서버(10)는 기부자가 제공하는 기부 음식, 기부 물품, 기부금에 대한 정보를 수혜자에게 디스플레이할 수 있다. 이 경우, 중개 서버(10)는 수혜자 단말(12)에게 기부 수령 의사를 문의하는 알림을 전송할 수 있고, 상기 수혜자 단말(12)로부터 기부 수령 의사 및 주문 정보를 수신할 수 있다.
수혜자는 예를 들어 차상위 계층, 기초생활수급자, 한부모 가정을 포함하는 사회적 약자 개인들, 또는 이들을 관리하는 민간 또는 단체(예를 들어, 결식 아동 단체, 독거 노인 단체, 노숙인 단체, 저소득 계층 단체)를 포함하는 제1 유형의 수혜자, 그리고 제1 유형의 수혜자 외의 모든 수혜자인 제2 유형의 수혜자로 구성될 수 있다.
수혜자 단말(12)은 기부 수령 의사, 수혜자의 유형에 대한 정보(즉, 제1 유형인지 또는 제2 유형인지) 및/또는 주문 정보 등을 각 수혜자로부터 입력 받고, 이를 중개 서버(10)에 전송할 수 있다.
예를 들어, 상기 주문 정보는 수혜자의 인적 정보(예를 들어, 전화번호, 이름, 계좌번호 등), 수혜자가 선택한 기부 음식, 기부 물품 또는 기부금, 주문 수량 및/또는 거래 유형 등을 포함할 수 있다.
기부 유형이 기부 음식인 경우, 상기 거래 유형은 배달주문, 방문수령 및 방문 취식을 포함할 수 있다. 기부 유형이 기부 물품 또는 식재료인 경우, 상기 거래 유형은 배달주문 및 방문수령을 포함할 수 있다. 기부 유형이 기부금인 경우, 상기 거래 유형은 방문수령 및 온라인 수령을 포함할 수 있다. 기부금을 온라인으로 수령할 경우, 수혜자는 입력한 계좌번호로 기부금을 수령할 수도 있고, 중개 서버(10)가 운영하는 애플리케이션 또는 사이트에서 사용할 수 있는 포인트로 수령할 수도 있다.
중개 서버(10)는 수혜자 단말(12)로부터 기부 수령 의사, 수혜자의 유형에 대한 정보 및/또는 주문 정보 등을 수신하면, 상기 기부자의 단말(11)에게 이를 전달할 수 있다.
상기 기부자 단말(11)은 상기 중개 서버(10)로부터 수신한 정보에 기초하여 수혜자에게 음식, 식재료 및/또는 기부금 등을 제공할 수 있다.
추가 실시예에서, 수혜자가 선택한 거래 유형이 배달주문인 경우, 상기 중개 서버(10)는 기부 음식, 기부 물품 및/또는 기부금 배달을 위해 배달 기사의 단말(13)에게 주문 정보를 전송하고 배달을 요청할 수 있다.
기부자 단말(11)과 관련된 기부 정보는 중개 서버(10)에 기록될 수 있다. 기부자 단말(11)과 관련된 기부자는 연말 정산 등과 같은 세금 정산 때 세제 혜택을 받을 수도 있다.
이하에서는 도 1의 기부 중개 서비스를 제공하는 시스템(1)의 각 구성요소의 동작에 대해 보다 구체적으로 설명한다.
도 2는 본 발명의 실시예들에 따른, 도 1에 도시된 중개 서버(10)의 블록도이다. 도 3은 본 발명의 실시예들에 따라 중개 서버(10)가 기부 중개 서비스를 제공하는 방법을 개략적으로 도시한다.
이하 실시예들간 중복되는 설명은 생략하기로 한다.
도 2를 참조하면, 중개 서버(10)는 기부 정보 등록부(101), 기부 정보 표시부(102), 수혜자 단말 매칭부(103), 주문 정보 수신부(104), 주문 전달부(105), 배달 기사 매칭부(106), 기부 영수증 발급부(107), 기부 포인트 제공부(108), 리워드 표시부(109), 알림 메시지 전송부(110)를 포함할 수 있다. 도 2에 도시된 중개 서버(10)는 본 발명의 하나의 구현 예에 불과하며, 도 2에 도시된 구성요소들을 기초로 하여 여러 가지 변형이 가능하다.
이하에서는 도 2와 함께 도 3을 참조하여 중개 서버(10)가 기부 중개 서비스를 제공하는 방법을 설명하기로 한다.
중개 서버(10)의 기부 정보 등록부(101)는 기부자 단말(11)로부터 기부 정보를 수신하여 등록하도록 구성될 수 있다(도 3의 S301). 전술한 바와 같이, 상기 기부 정보는 기부 음식, 기부 물품 및 기부금 등을 포함하는 기부 유형을 포함할 수 있다. 여기서, 기부자는 예를 들어 프렌차이즈 음식점, 일반 음식점, 단체 급식 식당, 부페, 호텔, 백화점, 마트와 같은 소매점, 제과점 또는 개인 등을 포함할 수 있다. 여기서, 기부 정보는 예를 들면, 기부자의 업체명 또는 이름 및/또는 위치 정보를 포함할 수 있다. 여기서, 기부 정보는 예를 들면, 기부 음식/식재료/물품의 종류, 이름, 이미지, 유통기한, 가격 정보, 재료 정보 및/또는 수량, 기부금 액수 등을 포함할 수 있다.
일 실시예에서, 기부 정보 등록부(101)는 기부자 단말(11)로부의 기부 정보에 기초하여 기설정된 기부 유형 카테고리 별로 기부 음식/물품/기부금을 분류한 후, 분류된 카테고리에 기부 정보를 매핑시켜 애플리케이션 또는 사이트에 업로드할 수 있다. 애플리케이션 또는 사이트에 접속한 수혜자의 단말(12)은 카테고리 별로 수혜자가 원하는 음식/물품/기부금을 검색할 수 있다.
다른 실시예에서, 기부자가 특정 수혜자를 지정하여 기부하기로 한 경우, 기부 정보 등록부(101)는 기부자 단말(11)로부터의 기부 정보 및 기부자가 원하는 수혜자에 관한 정보를 등록할 수 있다. 이 경우에, 기부 정보 등록부(101)는 해당 기부 정보를 애플리케이션 또는 사이트에 업로드하지 않을 수 있으며, 다른 수혜자들은 해당 기부 정보를 검색할 수 없다.
수혜자 단말 매칭부(103)는 기부자 단말(11)의 기부를 받을 수혜자 단말(12)을 매칭할 수 있다(도 3의 S302). 수혜자 단말 매칭부(103)가 수혜자 단말(12)을 매칭하는 방법은 적어도 3가지가 있을 수 있다.
먼저, 기부자가 수혜자를 지정하여 기부한 경우, 수혜자 단말 매칭부(103)는 기부자 단말(11)로부터의 기부 정보에 포함된 수혜자 정보를 이용하여 수혜자 단말(12)을 매칭할 수 있다. 이 경우, 기부 정보 표시부(102)는 해당 수혜자에게 기부자가 제공하는 기부 음식, 기부 물품, 기부금에 대한 정보를 디스플레이할 수 있으며, 알림 메시지 전송부(110)는 수혜자 단말(12)에게 기부 수령 의사를 문의하는 알림을 전송할 수 있고, 주문 정보 수신부(104)는 수혜자 단말(12)로부터 기부 수령 의사 및 주문 정보를 수신할 수 있다(도 3의 S303).
두 번째로, 수혜자 단말 매칭부(103)는 기부자 단말(11)로부터의 기부 정보에 기초하여, 상기 기부자 단말(11)의 기부를 받을 수혜자 단말(12)을 자동으로 매칭할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 수혜자 단말 매칭부(103)는 기부자의 위치 정보, 기부 유형 등에 기초하여 적절한 수혜자 단말(12)을 매칭할 수 있다. 이 경우에도, 기부 정보 표시부(102)는 해당 수혜자에게 기부 정보를 디스플레이할 수 있으며, 알림 메시지 전송부(110)는 수혜자 단말(12)에게 기부 수령 의사를 문의하는 알림을 전송할 수 있고, 주문 정보 수신부(104)는 수혜자 단말(12)로부터 기부 수령 의사 및 주문 정보를 수신할 수 있다(도 3의 S303).
세 번째 방법으로, 수혜자 단말 매칭부(103)는 기부 정보 등록부(101) 및 기부 정보 표시부(101)를 통해 기부자가 제공하는 기부 음식, 기부 물품, 기부금에 대한 정보를 등록하여 불특정 다수의 수혜자들에게 디스플레이한 다음, 해당 기부를 주문한 수혜자 단말(12)을 매칭할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 기부 정보 등록부(101)는 기부자의 위치 정보에 기초하여 기설정된 지역별로 기부자를 분류하고, 각 지역별로 기부자 정보 및 기부 정보를 매핑시켜 애플리케이션 또는 사이트에 업로드할 수 있다. 애플리케이션 또는 사이트에 접속한 수혜자의 단말(12)은 지역별로 매핑된 복수의 기부자들 중 수혜자 단말(12)과 가까운 지역을 선택하여 수혜자가 원하는 기부 음식/기부 물품/기부금을 검색할 수 있다. 수혜자의 단말(12)이 중개 서버(10)가 운영하는 애플리케이션 또는 사이트에 접속한다면, 기부 정보 표시부(102)는 수혜자의 위치를 기준으로 소정 반경 이내의 기부 정보를 수혜자에게 제공할 수 있다. 상기 소정 반경은 상기 수혜자에 의해 설정 및/또는 변경될 수 있다. 수혜자 위치 부근에서 기부받을 수 있는 기부 정보가 디스플레이되기 때문에, 수혜자는 배달 주문 또는 방문하기 쉬운 기부자를 쉽게 확인할 수 있다. 추가 실시예에서, 기부 정보 표시부(102)는 수혜자의 유형에 따라 상이한 페이지를 디스플레이할 수 있다. 즉, 제1 유형의 수혜자에게 디스플레이되는 페이지와 제2 유형의 수혜자에게 디스플레이되는 페이지는 서로 상이할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 제1 유형의 수혜자의 페이지에는 제2 유형의 수혜자보다 더 많은 기부 음식/기부 물품/기부금이 제공될 수 있다. 추가 예로서, 기부 정보 표시부(102)는 기부 정보를 특정 기간(예를 들어, 3시간) 동안 제1 유형의 수혜자에게만 디스플레이하고, 특정 기간 이후에는 제2 유형의 수혜자에게도 디스플레이할 수 있다. 이로써, 제1 유형의 수혜자에게 더 많은 혜택을 제공할 수 있다. 수혜자는 수혜자의 단말(12)을 통해 중개 서버(10)에 등록된 기부 음식, 기부 물품, 기부금 중 적어도 하나를 주문할 수 있다. 수혜자의 주문에 응답하여, 수혜자 단말 매칭부(103)는 해당 수혜자 단말을 해당 기부와 매칭시킬 수 있으며, 주문 정보 수신부(104)는 수혜자 단말(12)로부터 기부 수령 의사 및 주문 정보를 수신할 수 있다(도 3의 S303).
전술한 바와 같이, 상기 주문 정보는 예를 들어 수혜자의 인적 정보(예를 들어, 전화번호, 이름, 계좌번호 등), 수혜자가 선택한 기부 음식/기부 물품/기부금, 주문 수량 및/또는 거래 유형 등을 포함할 수 있다. 상기 거래 유형은 배달주문, 방문 수령, 방문 취식, 온라인 수령 등을 포함할 수 있다.
주문 정보 수신부(104)가 수혜자 단말(12)로부터 기부 수령 의사, 수혜자의 유형에 대한 정보 및/또는 주문 정보 등을 수신하면, 주문 전달부(105)는 상기 기부자의 단말(11)에게 이를 전달할 수 있다. 따라서, 기부자는 자신이 기부한 음식, 물품 또는 기부금의 수혜자가 누구인지 확인할 수 있다.
수혜자가 기부 음식, 기부 물품 또는 기부금을 배달주문한 경우, 즉 수혜자 단말(12)로부터의 주문 정보에 포함된 거래 유형이 “배달 주문”인 경우, 배달 기사 매칭부(106)는 해당 기부 주문에 배달 기사를 매칭할 수 있다(도 3의 S304).
도 4는 본 발명의 실시예들에 따라 배달 기사를 매칭시키는 방법의 일례를 개략적으로 도시한다. 이하에서는 도 2와 함께 도 4를 참조하여 중개 서버(10)의 배달 기사 매칭부(106)가 배달 기사를 매칭시키는 방법의 일례를 설명하기로 한다.
일 실시예에서, 배달 기사 매칭부(106)는 기부자 단말 위치, 수혜자 단말 위치, 상기 기부 정보 및 상기 주문 정보 중 적어도 하나에 기초하여 중개 서버(10)에 등록된 배달 기사들 중 하나 이상의 배달 기사를 검색할 수 있다(도 4의 S401). 배달 기사 매칭부(106)는 배달 가능 여부, 배달 소요 시간, 배달 방법 및/또는 배달 비용에 더 기초하여 하나 이상의 배달 기사를 검색할 수 있다. 배달 기사 매칭부(106)는, 예를 들어 알림 메시지 전송부(110)를 통해, 검색된 하나 이상의 배달 기사의 단말에게 배달 서비스 기부를 요청할 수 있다(도 4의 S402). 추가 실시예에서, 배달 기사 매칭부(106) 및/또는 알림 메시지 전송부(110)는 중개 서버(10)에 등록된 배달 기사들 중에서 현재 배달을 하고 있지 않은 배달 기사의 단말(13)에게 우선적으로 배달 서비스 기부를 요청할 수 있다. 현재 배달하고 있지 않은 배달 기사에게 배달 서비스 기부를 요청한다면, 배달 서비스 기부를 더욱 쉽게 유도할 수 있을 것이다.
적어도 하나의 배달 기사의 단말(13)로부터 배달 서비스 기부 의사를 수신한 경우, 배달 기사 매칭부(106)는 하나의 배달 기사를 매칭시키고, 기부 영수증 발급부(107) 및 기부 포인트 제공부(108)는 해당 배달 기사의 단말(13)에게 배달료에 대응하는 기부 영수증 및 기부 포인트를 제공할 수 있다(도 4의 S403).
검색된 배달 기사의 단말들(13) 모두로부터 배달 서비스 기부 거부 의사를 수신한 경우, 배달 기사 매칭부(106)는 검색된 배달 기사 중 하나의 배달 기사를 매칭시키고 상기 기부자 단말 또는 상기 수혜자 단말에게 배달료를 부과할 수 있다(도 4의 404). 다른 실시예에서, 배달 기사 매칭부(106)는 기부자 단말 또는 상기 수혜자 단말 누구에게도 배달료를 부과하지 않고 직접 배송 비용을 지불할 수 있다. 또 다른 실시예에서, 검색된 배달 기사의 단말들(13) 모두로부터 배달 서비스 기부 거부 의사를 수신한 경우, 배달 기사 매칭부(106)는 배달 서비스를 기부하겠다는 배달 기사가 나타날 때까지 하나 이상의 배달 기사를 검색하고 검색된 하나 이상의 배달 기사의 단말에게 배달 서비스 기부를 요청할 수 있다.
매칭된 배달 기사는 해당 기부 음식, 기부 물품 또는 기부금을 기부자로부터 수령받아 수혜자에게 전달할 수 있다.
이와 같이, 본 발명의 중개 서버(10)를 사용하면, 배달 기사에게 배달 서비스 기부를 요청함으로써 배달 서비스 기부를 장려할 수 있으며, 배달 기사는 배달 서비스를 기부할 수 있다.
다시 도 2 및 도 3을 참조하면, 수혜자가 기부 음식, 기부 물품 또는 기부금을 방문 수령 또는 매장 취식하기로 한 경우, 수혜자는 기부 정보 표시부(102)를 통해 표시되는 기부 정보에 포함된 기부자의 위치 정보를 참조하여 기부자를 직접 방문할 수 있다.
수혜자가 기부금을 온라인 수령하기로 한 경우, 수혜자가 입력한 계좌번호로 기부금을 수령할 수도 있고, 중개 서버(10)가 운영하는 애플리케이션 또는 사이트에서 사용할 수 있는 포인트로 수령할 수도 있다.
그 다음, 중개 서버(10)는 기부자의 단말(11), 수혜자의 단말(12) 및 배달 기사의 단말(13) 중 적어도 하나로부터 수혜자의 기부 음식, 기부 물품 또는 기부금 수령 여부를 확인할 수 있다(도 3의 S305).
기부가 완료되면, 기부 영수증 발급부(107)는 기부자의 단말(11)에게 기부 음식, 기부 물품 또는 기부금에 대응하는 기부 영수증을 발급할 수 있다(도 3의 S306). 예를 들어, 기부 영수증 발급부(107)는 중개 서버(10)와 연계된 비영리단체를 통해 기부자에게 기부 영수증을 발급해줄 수 있다.
기부자가 음식 또는 물품을 기부한 경우, 기부 음식 또는 물품에 해당하는 금액만큼 기부 영수증을 발급해줄 수 있다. 다른 실시예에서, 기부 영수증 발급부(107)는 기부 음식 또는 물품에 해당하는 금액의 일정 비율만큼 기부 영수증을 발급해줄 수 있다. 따라서, 기부자는 연말 정산 등과 같은 세금 정산 때 세제 혜택을 받을 수 있다. 이와 같이, 기부자는 남는 음식/식재료/물품을 기부함으로써 사회에 공헌할 수 있고 환경 보전에 기여함과 동시에 세제 감면 혜택까지 받을 수 있다.
기부자가 현금을 기부한 경우, 기부 영수증 발급부(107)는 해당 액수만큼 기부 영수증을 발급해줄 수 있다.
일 실시예에서, 기부 영수증 발급부(107)는 조건부로 기부 음식 또는 기부 물품에 대응하는 기부 영수증을 발급할 수 있다. 구체적으로, 기부 영수증 발급부(107)는 수혜자가 기부자의 기부 음식, 기부 물품을 수령한 것을 확인한 후, 기부 영수증을 발급할 수 있다.
예를 들어, 기부자가 도시락 50 그릇을 기부하기로 한 경우, 수혜자가 해당 도시락 50 그릇을 수령한 것을 확인한 후, 기부 영수증 발 급부(107)는 도시락 50 그릇에 대응하는 기부 영수증을 발급할 수 있다. 만약, 수혜자가 해당 도시락 40 그릇만을 수령한 경우, 기부 영수증 발급부(107)는 도시락 50 그릇에 대응하는 기부 영수증이 아닌, 도시락 40 그릇에 대응하는 기부 영수증을 발급할 수 있다.
기부금과 달리, 기부 음식 및 기부 물품의 경우 기부자에 따라 퀄리티 편차가 클 수 있다. 특정 기부자의 기부 음식의 퀄리티가 낮은 경우, 이를 수령하려는 수혜자가 나타나지 않을 수 있는데, 이러한 경우에도 기부자의 기부를 모두 인정할 경우 이를 악용하는 사례가 발생할 수 있다. 본 개시에서는 수혜자에게 높은 퀄리티의 기부 음식 및 기부 물품을 제공할 수 있도록, 조건부 즉, 수혜자가 수령한 경우에만 기부 영수증을 발급할 수 있다.
또한, 기부 포인트 제공부(108)는 기부자의 단말(11)에게 기부 음식, 기부 물품 또는 기부금에 대응하는 기부 포인트를 제공할 수 있다(도 3의 S306). 기부자가 음식 또는 물품을 기부한 경우, 기부 음식 또는 물품에 해당하는 금액만큼 기부 포인트를 제공해줄 수 있다. 다른 실시예에서, 기부 포인트 제공부(108)는 기부 음식 또는 물품에 해당하는 금액의 일정 비율만큼 기부 포인트를 제공해줄 수 있다. 기부자가 현금을 기부한 경우, 기부 포인트 제공부(108)는 해당 액수만큼 또는 해당 액수의 일정 비율만큼 기부 포인트를 제공해줄 수 있다.
상기 기부 포인트는 추후에 중개 서버(10)의 애플리케이션 또는 사이트를 통한 주문/판매시 발생하는 주문 금액 및/또는 배송료, 중개 서버(10)의 애플리케이션 또는 사이트상에서의 광고료 등에 사용될 수 있다. 이는 기부자의 기부를 유도할 수 있다.
추가 실시예에서, 상기 기부 포인트는 기부자 유형에 따라 상이하게 사용될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 기부자가 요식 업체에 해당하는 경우, 상기 요식 업체는 기부 포인트를 사용하여 배송 비용 또는 광고료를 지불할 수 있지만, 기부 포인트를 사용하여 음식 또는 물품을 구매할 수는 없다. 그러나, 기부자가 일반 개인 또는 배달 기사인 경우, 상기 일반 개인 또는 배달 기사는 기부 포인트를 사용하여 배송 비용을 지불하거나 음식 또는 물품을 구매할 수 있다. 이는 인근 요식 업체들끼리 거래하여 서로 음식/물품을 기부하고, 제공받은 기부 포인트로 서로 음식/물품을 구매해주어 세제 감면 혜택을 받는 문제를 방지하기 위함이다.
리워드 표시부(109)는 기부 횟수 및/또는 기부 포인트를 디스플레이할 수 있다. 추가 실시예에서, 리워드 표시부(109)는, 기부자가 입력한 소득에 기초하여, 기부를 통해 받을 수 있는 세제 감면 혜택을 추정하여 표시할 수 있다. 추가 실시예에서, 리워드 표시부(109)는 기부함으로써 발생한 탄소 절감량을 더 표시할 수 있다. 기부자에게 기부 횟수, 기부 포인트, 예상되는 세제 감면 혜택 및/또는 탄소 절감량을 제공함으로써, 사회에 얼마나 공헌하였는지 그리고 환경 보전에 얼마나 기여하였는지를 직관적으로 알 수 있게 해주며, 기부를 더욱 더 장려할 수 있다.
추가 실시예에서, 하나 이상의 요식 업체의 단말이 중개 서버에 등록되어 있고, 각 요식 업체의 일 평균 매출 또한 중개 서버에 등록되어 있는 경우, 미리 결정된 시간까지 발생한 요식 업체 일 매출이 해당 요식 업체의 일 평균 매출의 일정 비율 미만일 때, 알림 메시지 전송부(110)는 해당 요식 업체의 단말(11)에 음식 또는 식자재를 기부할 것을 제안하는 알림 메시지를 전송할 수 있다. 예를 들어, A 요식 업체의 일 평균 매출이 100만원이라고 등록되어 있는데, 저녁 8시까지 발생한 매출이 일 평균 매출의 일정 비율(예를 들어, 50%) 미만이라면, 즉 저녁 8시까지의 매출이 50만원 미만이라면, 음식 또는 식자재가 남을 것이 예상되므로 기부할 것을 제안하는 알림 메시지를 전송할 수 있다. 이와 같이 요식 업체의 매출을 연동하여 알림 메시지를 전송함으로써, 중개 서버(10)는 기부를 좀 더 쉽게 유도할 수 있으며, 요식 업체는 특정 시간까지 발생한 매출에 기초하여 음식 또는 식자재 기부 여부를 결정할 수 있다.
추가 실시예에서, 알림 메시지 전송부(110)는 중개 서버(10)에 등록된 배달 기사의 단말(13)에게 배달을 안하는 배달 유휴 시간에 배달 서비스를 기부해 줄 것을 제안하는 알림 메시지를 전송할 수 있다. 이 경우, 배달 기사 매칭부(106)는 기부물 배달 주문 건이 발생하여 배달 기사를 매칭하여야 할 때, 배달 유휴 시간에 배달 서비스를 기부하겠다고 승인한 배달 기사를 우선 검색하고, 해당 배달 기사가 현재 배달을 하고 있지 않다면 그/그녀를 우선적으로 매칭할 수 있을 것이다. 이와 같이, 배달 기사에게 배달 서비스 기부 의사를 미리 받아 놓는다면, 배달 기사 매칭부(106)는 보다 수월하게 배달 기사를 매칭시킬 수 있을 것이다. 또한, 배달 기사는 배달 유휴 시간을 활용하여 배달 서비스를 기부하여 사회에 공헌할 수 있음과 동시에, 배달료에 대응하는 기부 영수증 및 기부 포인트를 제공받을 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 실시 예는 컴퓨터 상에서 다양한 구성요소를 통하여 실행될 수 있는 컴퓨터 프로그램의 형태로 구현될 수 있으며, 이와 같은 컴퓨터 프로그램은 컴퓨터로 판독 가능한 매체에 기록될 수 있다. 이때, 매체는 하드 디스크, 플로피 디스크 및 자기 테이프와 같은 자기 매체, CD-ROM 및 DVD와 같은 광기록 매체, 플롭티컬 디스크(floptical disk)와 같은 자기-광 매체(magneto-optical medium), 및 ROM, RAM, 플래시 메모리 등과 같은, 프로그램 명령어를 저장하고 실행하도록 특별히 구성된 하드웨어 장치를 포함할 수 있다.
한편, 상기 컴퓨터 프로그램은 본 발명을 위하여 특별히 설계되고 구성된 것이거나 컴퓨터 소프트웨어 분야의 당업자에게 공지되어 사용 가능한 것일 수 있다. 컴퓨터 프로그램의 예에는, 컴파일러에 의하여 만들어지는 것과 같은 기계어 코드뿐만 아니라 인터프리터 등을 사용하여 컴퓨터에 의해서 실행될 수 있는 고급 언어 코드도 포함될 수 있다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 본 개시의 다양한 실시예들에 따른 방법은 컴퓨터 프로그램 제품(computer program product)에 포함되어 제공될 수 있다. 컴퓨터 프로그램 제품은 상품으로서 판매자 및 구매자 간에 거래될 수 있다. 컴퓨터 프로그램 제품은 기기로 읽을 수 있는 저장 매체(예: compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM))의 형태로 배포되거나, 또는 어플리케이션 스토어(예: 플레이 스토어TM)를 통해 또는 두 개의 사용자 장치들 간에 직접, 온라인으로 배포(예: 다운로드 또는 업로드)될 수 있다. 온라인 배포의 경우에, 컴퓨터 프로그램 제품의 적어도 일부는 제조사의 서버, 어플리케이션 스토어의 서버, 또는 중개 서버의 메모리와 같은 기기로 읽을 수 있는 저장 매체에 적어도 일시 저장되거나, 임시적으로 생성될 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 방법을 구성하는 단계들에 대하여 명백하게 순서를 기재하거나 반하는 기재가 없다면, 상기 단계들은 적당한 순서로 행해질 수 있다. 반드시 상기 단계들의 기재 순서에 따라 본 발명이 한정되는 것은 아니다. 본 발명에서 모든 예들 또는 예시적인 용어(예들 들어, 등등)의 사용은 단순히 본 발명을 상세히 설명하기 위한 것으로서 특허청구범위에 의해 한정되지 않는 이상 상기 예들 또는 예시적인 용어로 인해 본 발명의 범위가 한정되는 것은 아니다. 또한, 당업자는 다양한 수정, 조합 및 변경이 부가된 특허청구범위 또는 그 균등물의 범주 내에서 설계 조건 및 팩터에 따라 구성될 수 있음을 알 수 있다.
따라서, 본 발명의 사상은 상기 설명된 실시 예에 국한되어 정해져서는 아니 되며, 후술하는 특허청구범위뿐만 아니라 이 특허청구범위와 균등한 또는 이로부터 등가적으로 변경된 모든 범위는 본 발명의 사상의 범주에 속한다고 할 것이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 중개 서버의 기부 중개 서비스 제공 방법으로서,
    기부자 단말로부터 기부 정보를 수신하여 등록하는 단계로서, 기부 정보는 기부 음식, 기부 물품 및 기부금 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 기부 유형을 포함하는, 단계;
    상기 기부자 단말의 기부를 받을 수혜자 단말을 매칭하는 단계;
    상기 수혜자 단말로부터 기부 수령 의사 및 주문 정보를 수신하는 단계;
    수혜자에게 상기 기부 음식, 기부 물품 또는 기부금 전달시 배달이 필요한 경우, 배달 기사를 매칭하는 단계;
    수혜자의 기부 음식, 기부 물품 또는 기부금 수령 여부를 확인하는 단계; 및
    상기 기부자의 단말에게 상기 기부 음식, 기부 물품 또는 기부금에 대응하는 기부 영수증 및 기부 포인트를 제공하는 단계를 포함하는, 기부 중개 서비스 제공 방법.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 배달 기사를 매칭하는 단계는 :
    기부자 단말 위치, 수혜자 단말 위치, 상기 기부 정보 및 상기 주문 정보 중 적어도 하나에 기초하여 중개 서버에 등록된 배달 기사들 중 하나 이상의 배달 기사를 검색하는 단계;
    검색된 하나 이상의 배달 기사의 단말에게 배달 서비스 기부를 요청하는 단계; 및
    배달 기사의 단말로부터 배달 서비스 기부 의사를 수신한 경우, 해당 배달 기사를 매칭시키고 해당 배달 기사의 단말에게 배달료에 대응하는 기부 영수증 및 기부 포인트를 제공하고, 검색된 배달 기사의 단말들 모두로부터 배달 서비스 기부 거부 의사를 수신한 경우, 검색된 배달 기사 중 하나의 배달 기사를 매칭시키고 상기 기부자 단말 또는 상기 수혜자 단말에게 배달료를 부과하는 단계를 포함하는, 기부 중개 서비스 제공 방법.
  3. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 기부 포인트는 기부자 유형에 따라 상이하게 사용될 수 있는데,
    기부자가 요식 업체에 해당하는 경우, 상기 요식 업체는 기부 포인트를 사용하여 배송 비용 또는 광고료를 지불할 수 있으며,
    기부자가 일반 개인 또는 배달 기사인 경우, 상기 일반 개인 또는 배달 기사는 기부 포인트를 사용하여 배송 비용을 지불하거나 음식 또는 물품을 구매할 수 있는, 기부 중개 서비스 제공 방법.
  4. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 배달 기사를 매칭하는 단계는 :
    중개 서버에 등록된 배달 기사들 중에서 현재 배달을 하고 있지 않은 배달 기사의 단말에게 우선적으로 배달 서비스 기부를 요청하는 단계를 포함하는, 기부 중개 서비스 제공 방법.
  5. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    중개 서버에 등록된 배달 기사의 단말에게 배달을 안하는 배달 유휴 시간에 배달 서비스를 기부해 줄 것을 제안하는 알림 메시지를 전송하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 기부 중개 서비스 제공 방법.
  6. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    하나 이상의 요식 업체의 단말이 중개 서버에 등록되어 있으며,
    등록된 요식 업체의 미리 결정된 시간까지 발생한 일 매출이 해당 요식 업체의 일 평균 매출의 일정 비율 미만인 경우, 해당 요식 업체의 단말에 음식 또는 식자재를 기부할 것을 제안하는 알림 메시지를 전송하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 기부 중개 서비스 제공 방법.
