背景技术
光伏、风力发电项目中,需要建设大量的集电线路,线缆可以选择架空、桥架和地埋。光伏项目与风电项目大多在山区,为了考虑施工成本和施工难度,大多数线缆选择埋地敷设。线缆在埋地敷设过程中,先挖深沟,将线缆铺设在深沟后原土回填。线缆敷设后,由于对原土层扰动破坏,下雨时极易造成大的冲刷和水土流失现象,导致线缆裸露,对周边百姓及动物造成很大安全隐患。另外,因线缆沟冲刷产生径流的原因,汇流的雨水时常会冲毁农田和下游的村庄,给当地老百姓的财产及安全造成了极大地隐患。尤其在山区,大型夯土机无法上山,原土回填线缆沟后,只能人工踩,导致线缆沟内土壤松软不够实。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的第一个目的在于提供一种防冲刷板,该防冲刷板的结构设计可以有效地减少线缆沟被冲刷和水土流失现象,导致线缆裸露的情况,本发明的第二个目的是提供一种包括上述防冲刷板的防冲刷绿化带和防冲刷装置。

在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”和“右”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的位置或元件必须具有特定方位、以特定的方位构成和操作,因此不能理解为本发明的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。
请参阅图1-图4,本发明提供的防冲刷板主要用于罩设在线缆沟的表面。防冲刷板包括板本体1,板本体1相对的两个板面分别为内表面和外表面,应用时,板本体1的外表面朝向线缆沟外侧,板本体1的内表面朝向线缆沟内侧。板本体1开设有多个贯通其内表面和外表面的通孔a。
线缆沟内铺设线缆5后,在线缆沟内填充土壤,然后将防冲刷板罩设在线缆沟的表面。下雨时,雨水直接落至防冲刷板上,部分雨水经板本体1上的通孔a渗入线缆沟内,其余雨水沿着防冲刷板流动至防冲刷板的两侧。如此设置,避免了雨水直接冲刷线缆沟内的土壤,进而防止了水土流失现象和减少线缆5裸露的情况,减少了对周边百姓及动物造成很大安全隐患。而且,防冲刷板的设置还可以减少因线缆沟冲刷产生径流,避免雨水汇流。
另外,该防冲刷板便于拆卸,当线缆5出现故障时,直接撬起防冲刷板挖开线缆沟即可,便于线缆5的维护。
通孔a的设置既可以节省用料,还可以实现在线缆沟内种植植物。从线缆沟内土壤长出的植物能够穿过防冲刷板的通孔a并延伸至防冲刷板的上侧,如此防冲刷板的上侧被植物覆盖形成绿化带。植物的根系可以在防冲刷装置的内侧起到稳固土壤和装置的作用,同时植物长大后其枝叶的阻挡作用,可以极大地减少了水土流失,保护当地的生态环境。
为了进一步减少雨水对线缆沟的冲刷,板本体1可以为弧形板,且弧形板 朝向其外表面凸起。即弧形板整体沿着弧面延伸,且板本体1整体朝向其外表面的一侧拱起。换言之,板本体1的内表面为内凹面,板本体1的外表面为凸起面。如此,雨水可以沿着板本体1流动板本体1的两侧,进一步减少了进入线缆沟内的雨水。当然,板本体1也可以为平板状,在此不作限定。
上述实施例中,由板本体1的一侧至另一侧板本体1沿着弧线延伸,板本体1的两侧均固定连接有翼板2,翼板2为平板。如此设置,防冲刷板罩设在线缆沟表面时,板本体1两侧的翼板2与地面平齐,保护防冲刷板两侧的地面不被冲刷成沟。另外,板本体1两侧的翼板2可以平衡防冲刷板的重力,防止防冲刷板下陷。
翼板2与板本体1可以为一体结构,或者翼板2与板本体1可以分别加工后再固定连接到一起。
可选地,翼板2上也开设有多个通孔a,以使雨水渗入到翼板2下侧。当然,翼板2上也可以不开设通孔a,在此不作限定。
板本体1上的通孔a可以阵列分布,即板本体1上的多个通孔a可以分多排多列分布,当然板本体1上的多个通孔a也可以沿多环形分布,在此不作限定。
板本体1上的通孔a和/或翼板2上的通孔a可以为圆孔、方孔等任一形状,在此不作限定。
防冲刷板的一端设置有限位槽1a且另一端设置有限位凸起1b,限位槽1a开设于所述防冲刷板的外表面和内表面中的一个上,限位凸起1b设置于所述防冲刷板的外表面和内表面中的一个上。换言之,限位槽1a开设于防冲刷板的外表面上,限位凸起1b设置于所述防冲刷板的内表面上;或者,限位槽1a开设于防冲刷板的内表面上,限位凸起1b设置于所述防冲刷板的外表面上。线缆沟的长度较长,需要多个防冲刷板依次连接以覆盖整个线缆沟。该实施例中,相邻的两个防冲刷板中一个防冲刷板的限位槽1a与另一防冲刷板的限位凸起1b凹凸配合,实现相邻的两个防冲刷板的定位,以使防冲刷板更加适用于较陡的山坡地面上。
另一实施例中,防冲刷板的两端均设置有限位槽1a和限位凸起1b。并且,限位槽1a开设于防冲刷板的外表面和内表面中的一个上,限位凸起1b设置于防冲刷板的外表面和内表面中的一个上。换言之,限位槽1a开设于防冲刷板 的外表面上,限位凸起1b设置于所述防冲刷板的内表面上;或者,限位槽1a开设于防冲刷板的内表面上,限位凸起1b设置于所述防冲刷板的外表面上。线缆沟的长度较长,需要多个防冲刷板依次连接以覆盖整个线缆沟。该实施例中,相邻的两个防冲刷板中一个防冲刷板的限位槽1a与另一防冲刷板的限位凸起1b凹凸配合,实现相邻的两个防冲刷板的定位,以使防冲刷板更加适用于较陡的山坡地面上。该实施例优点在于,由于防冲刷板的两端均设置有限位槽1a和限位凸起1b,施工过程中不必区分防冲刷板的哪一端具有限位槽1a哪一端具有限位凸起1b,其中一个防冲刷板的任一端均可与另一个防冲刷板的任一端配合定位,可大大缩短施工时间,提高效率。
可选地,限位槽1a和限位凸起1b均由防冲刷板的一侧延伸至另一侧。当然,限位槽1a也可以为圆柱槽或方形槽。
该处需要说明的是,当防冲刷板包括板本体1和翼板2时,可以板本体1和翼板2上均设置限位槽1a和限位凸起1b,或者仅板本体1上设置限位槽1a和限位凸起1b。
防冲刷板可以为预制件,即防冲刷板可以先加工成型后,运输至现场组装。防冲刷板可以为混凝土板、金属板或者塑料板,在此不作限定。
基于上述实施例中提供的防冲刷板,本发明还提供了一种防冲刷装置,该防冲刷装置包括多个防冲刷板,防冲刷板为上述实施例中任意一种防冲刷板,多个防冲刷板沿着线缆沟的长度方向依次排布。由于该防冲刷装置采用了上述实施例中的防冲刷板,所以该防冲刷装置的有益效果请参考上述实施例。
优选地,防冲刷板的一端设置有限位槽1a且另一端设置有限位凸起1b,或者,防冲刷板的两端均设置有限位槽1a和限位凸起1b。相邻的两个防冲刷板中一个防冲刷板的限位凸起1b与另一防冲刷板的限位槽1a凹凸配合,以使相邻的两个防冲刷板的定位,以使防冲刷板更加适用于较陡的山坡地面上。
当然,相邻的两个防冲刷板也可以直接相抵,在此不作限定。
为了便于加工制造,防冲刷板为一体结构。防冲刷板为混凝土板、金属板或塑料板。如此防冲刷板便于拆卸,且可以多次利用,符合环保要求,同时规格尺寸可依据实际需求调整。
当然,防冲刷板还可以为其它类型的板,在此不作限定。
如图5所示,本发明还提供了一种防冲刷绿化带,其包括线缆沟、土壤和 防冲刷装置。线缆5可以铺设在线缆沟底部,土壤填充在线缆沟内,即线缆沟内铺设线缆5后,需要用土壤将线缆沟填平。防冲刷装置罩设在线缆沟表面,防冲刷装置为如上述中任一实施例的防冲刷装置,从线缆沟内土壤长出的植物能够穿过防冲刷板的通孔a并延伸至防冲刷板的上侧,如此防冲刷板的上侧被植物覆盖形成绿化带。施工时,可以预先在防冲刷装置下侧的土壤内埋上植物种子,植物发芽长出土壤后,穿过防冲刷板的通孔a并延伸至防冲刷板的上侧。植物的根系可以在防冲刷装置的内侧起到稳固土壤和装置的作用,同时植物长大后其枝叶的阻挡作用,可以极大地减少了水土流失,保护当地的生态环境。植物可以为草或其它类型的植被,在此不作限定。
线缆沟内的土壤包括底层土壤4和表层土壤3,表层土壤3为营养土,如此更加便于植物的生长。底层土壤4可以为线缆沟的原土,当然表层土壤3也可以为线缆沟的原土,在此不作限定。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。
对所公开的实施例的上述说明,使本领域专业技术人员能够实现或使用本发明。对这些实施例的多种修改对本领域的专业技术人员来说将是显而易见的,本文中所定义的一般原理可以在不脱离本发明的精神或范围的情况下,在其它实施例中实现。因此,本发明将不会被限制于本文所示的这些实施例,而是要符合与本文所公开的原理和新颖特点相一致的最宽的范围。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种防冲刷板,用于罩设在线缆沟表面,其特征在于,包括板本体(1),所述板本体(1)相对的两个板面分别为内表面和外表面,所述板本体(1)开设有多个贯通其内表面和外表面的通孔(a)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的防冲刷板,其特征在于,所述板本体(1)为弧形板,且所述弧形板朝向其外表面凸起。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的防冲刷板,其特征在于,由所述板本体(1)的一侧至另一侧所述板本体(1)沿着弧线延伸,所述板本体(1)的两侧均固定连接有翼板(2),所述翼板(2)为平板。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的防冲刷板,其特征在于,所述翼板(2)开设有多个通孔(a)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的防冲刷板,其特征在于,所述板本体(1)上的通孔(a)阵列分布。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的防冲刷板,其特征在于,所述防冲刷板的一端设置有限位槽(1a)且另一端设置有限位凸起(1b);
    所述限位槽(1a)开设于所述防冲刷板的外表面和内表面中的一个上,所述限位凸起(1b)设置于所述防冲刷板的外表面和内表面中的一个上。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的防冲刷板,其特征在于,所述防冲刷板的两端均设置有限位槽(1a)和限位凸起(1b);
    所述限位槽(1a)开设于所述防冲刷板的外表面和内表面中的一个上,所述限位凸起(1b)设置于所述防冲刷板的外表面和内表面中的一个上。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述的防冲刷板,其特征在于,所述限位槽(1a)和限位凸起(1b)均由所述防冲刷板的一侧延伸至另一侧。
  9. 一种防冲刷装置,其特征在于,包括多个如权利要求1-8任一项所述的防冲刷板,多个所述防冲刷板沿着线缆沟的长度方向依次排布。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的防冲刷装置,其特征在于,所述防冲刷板的一端设置有限位槽(1a)且另一端设置有限位凸起(1b),或者,所述防冲刷板的两端均设置有限位槽(1a)和限位凸起(1b);
    相邻的两个防冲刷板中一个防冲刷板的限位凸起(1b)与另一防冲刷板的 限位槽(1a)凹凸配合,以使相邻的两个防冲刷板的定位。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的防冲刷装置,其特征在于,所述防冲刷板为一体结构;
    所述防冲刷板为混凝土板、金属板或塑料板。
  12. 一种防冲刷绿化带,其特征在于,包括:
    线缆沟和填充在所述线缆沟内的土壤;
    罩设在所述线缆沟表面的防冲刷装置,所述防冲刷装置为如权利要求9-11中任一项所述的防冲刷装置,从线缆沟内土壤长出的植物能够穿过所述防冲刷板的通孔(a)并延伸至所述防冲刷板的上侧。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的防冲刷绿化带,其特征在于,所述土壤包括底层土壤(4)和表层土壤(3),所述表层土壤(3)为营养土。
