在本申请的一实施例中,所述质量块设有贯穿的安装腔,所述磁性件和两所述阻尼块均嵌设于所述安装腔内;
所述支撑架沿振动方向的两端具有抵接面,一所述阻尼块支撑在一所述抵接面和所述质量块于所述安装腔的腔壁之间,另一所述阻尼块支撑在另一所述抵接面和所述质量块于所述安装腔的腔壁之间。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述振子组件还包括导磁板,所述导磁板连接于所述质量块朝向所述支撑架的表面,并朝向所述安装腔内凹设形成抵接部,所述抵接部开设有限位通孔,所述抵接部压制所述磁性件固定于所述安装腔内,并使两所述阻尼块限位于所述限位通孔内。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述弹性件为两弹片,两所述弹片收容于所述容纳腔内,并分别支撑于所述质量块沿振动方向上的两侧和所述壳体之间。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述弹片包括弹臂和连接于所述弹臂的两固定端,一所述固定端与所述质量块抵接,另一所述固定端与所述壳体抵接,所述弹臂位于所述质量块的振动方向上,以对所述质量块在振动方向上的振动进行缓冲。
在本申请的一实施例中,两所述固定端折弯连接于所述弹臂,且两所述固定端位于所述质量块的同一侧;
和/或,所述弹臂与两所述固定端为一体结构。
本实用新型技术方案的线性振动马达运行时,振子组件的磁性件在定子组件的通电后的线圈驱使下进行振动,而通过将线圈绕设于铁芯进行设置,以减少磁性件的磁场扩散外漏,使穿过线圈的有效磁感线更加密集,从而提升定子组件对振子组件的驱动能力,同时通过将导磁块和铁芯相对设置于振子组件的两侧,以使导磁块对磁性件之间磁性配合的吸附力和铁芯对磁性件的磁性吸附力平衡,以使得振子组件的振动过程中稳定保持悬浮的状态,避免振子组件在振动的过程中朝向铁芯的方向晃动,以提高振子组件的振动时的稳定性,进而使得线性振动马达具有更高的振动稳定性,提升了线性振动马达可靠性及使用寿命。

可以理解地,本实用新型提出的线性振动马达100可以应用于电子设备(包括消费类电子产品),该电子设备可以是但并不限于手机、笔记本电脑、平板电脑、个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)、电子书阅读器、MP3(动态影像专家压缩标准音频层面3,Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer III)播放器、MP4(动态影像专家压缩标准音频层面4,Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer IV)播放器、可穿戴设备、导航仪、掌上游戏机等。
下面将在具体实施例中对本实用新型提出的线性振动马达100的具体结 构进行说明,并以线性振动马达100水平放置为例进行介绍:
在本实用新型实施例中,该线性振动马达100包括壳体10、定子组件20、振子组件30以及导磁块40,所述壳体10具有容纳腔10a;所述定子组件20包括铁芯22和绕设于所述铁芯22的线圈21,所述线圈21和所述铁芯22收容于所述容纳腔10a内,并与所述壳体10固定;所述振子组件30通过弹性件悬置于所述容纳腔10a内,所述振子组件30设有磁性件31,所述磁性件31收容于所述容纳腔10a内,并与所述线圈21相对设置,以在所述线圈21的驱使下带动所述振子组件30振动;所述导磁块40收容于所述容纳腔10a内,所述导磁块40以用于所述磁性件31磁性配合,所述导磁块40和所述铁芯22相对设置于所述振子组件30的两侧。
其中,定义振子组件30的振动方向为水平左右方向。线圈21和铁芯22的数量均为两个,一线圈21套设于一铁芯22,该磁性件31包括两个边磁和中心磁铁,两个边磁连接于中心磁铁的左右两侧,两边磁磁极相同,且与中心磁铁磁极相反,两个线圈21相邻两边与中心磁体相对,两个线圈21远离的两边分别与两边磁相对,两线圈21电流方向相反,如此当线圈21通电后,便可向边磁施加水平向左(或向右)的作用力,同时向中心磁铁施加水平向左(或向右)的作用力,从而驱使磁性件31在左右方向上发生振动。
此外,该壳体10包括上壳11、中壳12以及底壳13,该上壳11和底壳13连接于中壳12的相对两侧以围合形成容纳腔10a,以便于进行各个部件的前期组装和后期的维修装配。而该该导磁块40可以为金属材质制成,以与磁性件31具有磁性配合,可以理解的是,当该线圈21和铁芯22固定于底壳13时,而该导磁块40即可以直接固定于上壳11朝向底壳13的表面,也可以借助其他结构连接于振子组件30靠近上壳11的一侧,具体可由本领域技术人员进行选择。
该定子组件20还包括电路板23,线圈21的下端固定在电路板23上,电路板23固定在容纳腔10a的底壁上。也就是说,线圈21是通过电路板23固定在壳体10上的。这样,线圈21便可以预先与电路板23进行配装固定,之后连同电路板23一起装配至容纳腔10a内,实现定子组件20与壳体10的固定。如此,便可以使定子组件20的装配更加简单。并且,由于线圈21是固定在电路板23上的,线圈21与电路板23之间的走线更加方便,可以避免容 纳腔10a内较长走线的出现,避免对其他内部结构的装配和运行造成影响,从而保证内部结构运行的稳定性,提高产品的可靠性。实际应用时,电路板23可以采用柔性电路板23。线圈21与电路板23的固定,可通过例如胶接、焊接等方式实现。电路板23与壳体10的固定,可通过例如胶接、焊接等方式实现。
本实用新型技术方案的线性振动马达100运行时,振子组件30的磁性件31在定子组件20的通电后的线圈21驱使下进行振动,而通过将线圈21绕设于铁芯22进行设置,以减少磁性件31的磁场扩散外漏,使穿过线圈21的有效磁感线更加密集,从而提升定子组件20对振子组件30的驱动能力,同时通过将导磁块40和铁芯22相对设置于振子组件30的两侧,以使导磁块40对磁性件31之间磁性配合的吸附力和铁芯22对磁性件31的磁性吸附力平衡,以使得振子组件30的振动过程中稳定保持悬浮的状态,避免振子组件30在振动的过程中朝向铁芯22的方向晃动,以提高振子组件30的振动时的稳定性,进而使得线性振动马达100具有更高的振动稳定性,提升了线性振动马达100可靠性及使用寿命。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述线性振动马达100还包括支撑架50,所述支撑架50与所述壳体10可拆卸连接,并位于所述磁性件31背对所述铁芯22的一侧,所述导磁块40与所述支撑架50连接。其中,该支撑架50可拆卸连接于壳体10处,以便于支撑架50前期安装和后期维修,同时该支撑架50以用于承载导磁块40,从而以保证导磁块40位于容纳腔10a内的稳定性,进而以保证导磁块40对磁性件31之间的磁性配合,以进一步保证振子组件30的振动时的稳定性。
进一步地,所述支撑架50背离所述磁性件31的一侧凹设形成限位槽511,所述导磁块40嵌设固定于所述限位槽511内。其中,通过在支撑架50形成限位槽511,以便于导磁块40的定位安装,同时对安装后的导磁块40起到了抵接限位的作用,此外,当该导磁块40嵌设于限位槽511内后,该导磁块40可以通过焊接、铆接、粘接等方式固定于限位槽511内,以进一步提高导磁块40安装后的稳定性。
更进一步地,所述壳体10的相对两侧均开设有卡槽121,所述支撑架50包括限位部51和两安装部52,所述限位部51背离所述磁性件31的一侧形成 有所述限位槽511,两所述安装部52连接于所述限位部51的相对两侧,一所述安装部52卡接于一所述卡槽121内,以使所述限位部51悬置于所述磁性件31背对所述铁芯22的一侧。可以理解的是,该限位部51和两安装部52可以为一体结构,如此以保证支撑架50整体的结构强度,当然限位部51和两安装部52也可以通过卡接等方式进行固定,以便于后期的维修更换。而该两安装部52可以通过卡接的方式分别卡接于壳体10的相对两侧的卡槽121处,安装和拆卸较为方便,提高了装配效率。而该限位部51背离磁性件31的一侧凹设形成限位槽511,以便于导磁块40的安装。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述振子组件30还包括质量块32和两阻尼块33,所述质量块32设于所述容纳腔10a内,所述磁性件31与所述质量块32连接,以使所述磁性件31带动所述质量块32于所述容纳腔10a内进行振动;所述支撑架50与所述质量块32在振动方向上的两侧分别夹设形成限位空间,一所述阻尼块33设于一所述限位空间内,以分别与所述支撑架50和所述质量块32弹性抵接。其中,由于配置有质量块32,从而使得振子组件30的整体质量得以增加,从而使振子组件30的振动性能得以提升。同时在支撑架50和质量块32在振动方向上的两侧分别夹设形成限位空间,并且将两阻尼块33设于限位空间内,以分别与振子组件30和支撑架50弹性抵接,如此该阻尼块33在振子组件30的振动过程中与支撑架50发生挤压作用,直接反作用于振子组件30,从而提高对振子组件30的缓冲和支撑,进而使得线性振动马达100具有更高的振动稳定性,提升了线性振动马达100可靠性及使用寿命。可以理解的是,阻尼块33可以为泡棉、硅胶等弹性材质制成。
进一步地,所述质量块32朝设有贯穿的安装腔321,所述磁性件31和两所述阻尼块33均嵌设于所述安装腔321内;所述支撑架50沿振动方向的两端具有抵接面512,一所述阻尼块33支撑在一所述抵接面512和所述质量块32于所述安装腔321的腔壁之间,另一所述阻尼块33支撑在另一所述抵接面512和所述质量块32于所述安装腔321的腔壁之间。其中,该磁性件31可以穿过安装腔321的开口后间隙配合固定于安装腔321内,而两阻尼块33可以穿过安装腔321的开口放置于磁性件31的上方,而支撑架50固定于壳体10后并至少部分位于两阻尼块33之间,如此以使得支撑架50与质量块32的安装腔321的腔壁之间形成限位空间,从而该磁性件31和质量块32水平振动 时,会使阻尼块33朝向支撑架50的方向压制,如此以达到对振子组件30提高缓冲作用的效果。当然,该质量块32朝向定子组件20的表面也可以开设有连通安装腔321的通孔,以使得线圈21和磁性件31之间的磁性配合更加便利高效。此外,该支撑架50的两抵接面512可以呈平面设置,不仅便于支撑架50的压铸成型,有利于降低加工成本,而且还便于对阻尼块33的抵接固定,使的阻尼块33缓冲过程中的稳定性更强,从而保证振子组件30振动时的稳定性,提高线性振动马达100的可靠性。
更进一步地,所述振子组件30还包括导磁板60,所述导磁板60连接于所述质量块32朝向所述支撑架50的表面,并朝向所述安装腔321内凹设形成抵接部61,所述抵接部61开设有限位通孔611,所述抵接部61压制所述磁性件31固定于所述安装腔321内,并使两所述阻尼块33限位于所述限位通孔611内。其中,该导磁板60可以贴设于质量块32朝向支撑架50的表面,即贴设于质量块32开设有安装腔321的表面,并且该导磁板60还朝向安装腔321内凹设形成抵接部61,该抵接部61以用于抵接压制磁性件31固定于安装腔321内,以保证磁性件31固定于安装腔321的稳定性。而该抵接部61开设有限位通孔611,如此当抵接部61***安装腔321内后,两阻尼块33可以部分穿过限位通孔611并限位于限位通孔611,从而以进一步提高对阻尼块33的限位作用,提高阻尼块33安装后的稳定性,进一步提高线性振动马达100的可靠性。此外,该阻尼块33包括第一定位部331分别连接于第一定位部331的相对两侧的第二定位部332,如此通过两个第二定位部332嵌设于避让通孔内,以进一步提高阻尼块33安装后的稳定性,而第一定位部331则可以与支撑架50和质量块32的安装腔321的内壁面弹性抵接,进而保证对振子组件30的抵接缓冲的效果。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述弹性件为两弹片70,两所述弹片70收容于所述容纳腔10a内,并分别支撑于所述质量块32沿振动方向上的两侧和所述壳体10之间。可以理解的是,两弹片70可以对质量块32在左右方向上的振动进行缓冲和支撑,从而提升振子组件30振动过程中的稳定性,提升振子组件30的振动性能。
进一步地,所述弹片70包括弹臂71和连接于所述弹臂71的两固定端72,一所述固定端72与所述质量块32抵接,另一所述固定端72与所述壳体10 抵接,所述弹臂71位于所述质量块32的振动方向上,以对所述质量块32在振动方向上的振动进行缓冲。其中,实际应用时,弹片70与壳体10连接可通过挡板80实现,弹片70与质量块32的连接也可通过挡板80实现。具体地,挡板80与弹片70的连接可通过例如胶接、焊接等方式实现。该弹臂71可以呈V型或者U型设置,以减小振子组件30振动过程中的偏移量,从而进一步提升振子组件30振动过程中的稳定性,提升振子组件30的振动性能。
更进一步地,两所述固定端72折弯连接于所述弹臂71,且两所述固定端72位于所述质量块32的同一侧;其中,两固定端72折弯连接于弹臂71,并位于质量块32的同一侧,从而以使两固定端72和弹臂71分别抵接质量块32相邻的两个侧面,如此以进一步减小应力集中,可靠性更佳,进一步提升振子组件30的振动性能。
可选地,所述弹臂71与两所述固定端72为一体结构。可以理解的是,该弹臂71与两固定端72为一体结构,如此以保证弹片70整体结构强度,进而保证振子组件30的振动性能。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种线性振动马达,其特征在于,包括:
    壳体,所述壳体具有容纳腔;
    定子组件,所述定子组件包括铁芯和绕设于所述铁芯的线圈,所述线圈和所述铁芯收容于所述容纳腔内,并与所述壳体固定;
    振子组件,所述振子组件通过弹性件悬置于所述容纳腔内,所述振子组件设有磁性件,所述磁性件收容于所述容纳腔内,并与所述线圈相对设置,以在所述线圈的驱使下带动所述振子组件振动;以及
    导磁块,所述导磁块收容于所述容纳腔内,所述导磁块以用于所述磁性件磁性配合,所述导磁块和所述铁芯相对设置于所述振子组件的两侧。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的线性振动马达,其特征在于,所述线性振动马达还包括支撑架,所述支撑架与所述壳体可拆卸连接,并位于所述磁性件背对所述铁芯的一侧,所述导磁块与所述支撑架连接。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的线性振动马达,其特征在于,所述支撑架背离所述磁性件的一侧凹设形成限位槽,所述导磁块嵌设固定于所述限位槽内。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的线性振动马达,其特征在于,所述壳体的相对两侧均开设有卡槽,所述支撑架包括限位部和两安装部,所述限位部背离所述磁性件的一侧形成有所述限位槽,两所述安装部连接于所述限位部的相对两侧,一所述安装部卡接于一所述卡槽内,以使所述限位部悬置于所述磁性件背对所述铁芯的一侧。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的线性振动马达,其特征在于,所述振子组件还包括质量块和两阻尼块,所述质量块设于所述容纳腔内,所述磁性件与所述质量块连接,以使所述磁性件带动所述质量块于所述容纳腔内进行振动;
    所述支撑架与所述质量块在振动方向上的两侧分别夹设形成限位空间,一所述阻尼块设于一所述限位空间内,以分别与所述支撑架和所述质量块弹 性抵接。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的线性振动马达,其特征在于,所述质量块设有贯穿的安装腔,所述磁性件和两所述阻尼块均嵌设于所述安装腔内;
    所述支撑架沿振动方向的两端具有抵接面,一所述阻尼块支撑在一所述抵接面和所述质量块于所述安装腔的腔壁之间,另一所述阻尼块支撑在另一所述抵接面和所述质量块于所述安装腔的腔壁之间。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的线性振动马达,其特征在于,所述振子组件还包括导磁板,所述导磁板连接于所述质量块朝向所述支撑架的表面,并朝向所述安装腔内凹设形成抵接部,所述抵接部开设有限位通孔,所述抵接部压制所述磁性件固定于所述安装腔内,并使两所述阻尼块限位于所述限位通孔内。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的线性振动马达,其特征在于,所述弹性件为两弹片,两所述弹片收容于所述容纳腔内,并分别支撑于所述质量块沿振动方向上的两侧和所述壳体之间。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的线性振动马达,其特征在于,所述弹片包括弹臂和连接于所述弹臂的两固定端,一所述固定端与所述质量块抵接,另一所述固定端与所述壳体抵接,所述弹臂位于所述质量块的振动方向上,以对所述质量块在振动方向上的振动进行缓冲。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的线性振动马达,其特征在于,两所述固定端折弯连接于所述弹臂,且两所述固定端位于所述质量块的同一侧;
    和/或,所述弹臂与两所述固定端为一体结构。
