气囊防护服及其控制方法 技术领域
本申请属于安全防护领域,特别是一种气囊防护服及其控制方法。
背景技术
人们在行走、活动或比赛等场合,身体容易因摔倒、碰撞而产生伤害,有必要对使用者进行防护,基于此目的,现已出现了安全气囊气囊防护服,在安全气囊气囊防护服内设有安全防护气囊。
使用者将安全气囊气囊防护服穿戴于身上,当使用者摔倒或出现意外时,气囊内快速的充入高压气体而膨胀,该气囊在使用者的身体与地面或其他物体之间进行隔离和缓冲,进而对使用者起到保护作用。
现有的安全气囊气囊防护服常常为了能够保护使用者的重点部位而整体覆盖使用者重点位置,影响使用者的灵活性,或者影响使用者摔倒或出现意外后的平衡性。

本申请的目的在于提供一种气囊防护服及其控制方法,用以改善现有的安全气囊气囊防护服为了保护使用者的重点位置而影响使用者的灵活性或者影响使用者摔倒或出现意外时的平衡性。

本申请提供一种气囊防护服,所述气囊防护服包括本体以及与所述本体连接的供气装置、控制开关、防护气囊和控制电路;所述本体具有背部;
所述供气装置通过所述控制开关与所述防护气囊连通;
所述控制电路具有感应元件,且所述控制电路与所述控制开关电性连接;
所述防护气囊包括第一护背囊体和第二护背囊体,所述第一护背囊体和所述第二护背囊体均设置于所述本体的背部且沿所述本体的高度方向延伸。

根据预设的预警标准信息对所述监测数据进行检测;
当检测到所述监测数据不符合所述预警标准信息时,触发控制开关,供气装置的高压气体进入防护气囊内并使防护气囊膨胀。

如图2和图8所示,供气装置2通过控制开关与防护气囊3连通。控制电路4具有感应元件,且控制电路4与控制开关电性连接,可以理解地,感应元件用于感应使用者的状态,当感应元件感应到使用者摔倒或者发生意外时,控制电路4控制该控制开关打开,以使供气装置2与防护气囊3连接通,供气装置2对防护气囊3供气以使防护气囊3鼓起。

在一些实施例中,如图6所示,本体1上设置有用于调节本体1宽度的松 紧调节件6,具体地,该松紧调节件6可以是抽绳等能够抽紧或者松开本体1的部件,在此不作特别的限制,通过松紧调节件6的调节能够使本体1适应使用者的各种体型,以使本体1贴紧于使用者身上,从而使设置于本体1上的感应元件能够迅速感应使用者状态,从而在使用者遇到意外时快速爆开各气囊以保护使用者。
在一些实施例中,如图10所示,供气装置2包括高压气瓶21和导向连接件22,防护气囊3通过导向连接件22与高压气瓶21相通。可以理解地,通过导向连接件22将高压气瓶21与防护气囊3连通,高压气瓶21喷出的高压气体能够通过导向连接件22缓冲后输送至防护气囊3,有效避免防护气囊3由于气体速度过快导致撕裂,且通过设置各种形状的导向连接件21,能够提高该高压气瓶21和防护气囊3的位置灵活性,具体在本实施例中,该导向连接件21可以折弯形成折弯形状,以能够适应不同轴的高压气瓶21和防护气囊3的形状。
在一些实施例中,如图10所示,供气装置2还包括单耳无极卡箍23,防护气囊3的进气端通过单耳无极卡箍23固定于导向连接件22的出气口端,通过单耳无极卡箍23能够将防护气囊3的进气端快速并稳固地固定于供气装置2上,具有结构简单、固定快速、拆卸方便的特点。
在一些实施例中,供气装置2还包括***25,***25设置于导向连接件22的导气通道中,***25能够有效减小高压气瓶21喷出高压气体的声音,提高用户体验感,且***25内置于导向连接件22内,能够减小部件外置的情况,便于整体结构的装配及有效避免***25损坏。
在一些实施例中,控制电路4包括控制单元及电池,传感元件位于控制单元内;该控制电路4设于防护气囊3对应于本体1背部的位置,从而快速感应使用者的实时状态。
在一些实施例中,如图6所示,本体1上与背部相对的一侧为前部,本体1的前部设置有第一连接件11和第二连接件12,第一连接件11和第二连接件12均与控制电路4电性连接,且第一连接件11和第二连接件12形成配合形成 连接开关。可以理解地,该第一连接件11和第二连接件12可以作为本体1的锁紧结构,同时也作为整个气囊防护服100工作开启的开关;当第一连接件11与第二连接件12相对接时,整个电路导通,气囊防护服100各个电子元件处于工作状态,当第一连接件11与第二连接件12松开时,电路断开,整个气囊防护服100处于非工作状态。具体地,该第一连接件11和第二连接件12具体可以是卡扣连接或者搭扣连接,在此不作特别的限制。
在一些实施例中,如图7所示,在本体1上设有口袋13,口袋13通过拉链闭合于本体1上,供气装置2容纳于该口袋13内,打开口袋13可以方便的对供气装置2进行更换。
在一些实施例中,如图6所示,本体1具有内层以及与内层连接的外层,内层和外层之间设置有夹层空间,防护气囊3设于夹层空间中。在遇到意外时,使用者平常均可以穿着该本体1,其美观不受任何影响,本体1的样式可以按使用者的喜好进行设计,也可以设计成通用的样式。
在一些实施例中,本体1背部沿自身高度方向设置有至少两个第一爆拆口,第一护背囊体31和第二护背囊体32各自卷曲地收纳于对应的第一爆拆口内,在通常情况下,第一护背囊体31和第二护背囊体32卷曲之后,通过第一爆拆口收纳本体1的夹层空间内,当使用者摔倒或受到碰撞时,高压气体充入第一护背囊体31和第二护背囊体32并使第一护背囊体31和第二护背囊体32快速膨胀,并撑开第一爆拆口而对使用者的背部起到保护作用。需要说明的是,可以通过在夹层空间对应第一护背囊体31和第二护背囊体32的第一开口位置设置四合扣,该四合扣闭合该第一开口形成该第一爆拆口,当然,在其他实施例中,也可以通过魔术贴等闭合该夹层空间的第一开口形成第一爆拆口,在此不作特别的限制。
在一些实施例中,该本体1背部沿自身宽度方向设置有第二爆拆口,第三护背囊体33卷取地收纳于第二爆拆口内,在通常情况下,第三护背囊体33卷曲之后,通过第二爆拆口收纳本体1的夹层空间内,当使用者摔倒或受到碰撞时,高压气体充入第三护背囊体33并使第三护背囊体33快速膨胀,并撑开第二爆拆口与第一护背囊体31、第二护背囊体32共同对使用者的背部起到保护 作用。需要说明的是,可以通过在夹层空间对应第三护背囊体33的第二开口位置设置四合扣,该四合扣闭合该第二开口形成该第二爆拆口,当然,在其他实施例中,该第二开口可以通过魔术贴等闭合该第二开口形成第二爆拆口,在此不作特别的限制。
在一些实施例中,如图7所示,该本体1的顶部具有领部,在本体1的领部位置设置有第三爆拆口14,头部气囊5卷曲地收纳于第三爆拆口14内,在通常情况下,头部气囊5卷曲之后,通过第三爆拆口14收纳于本体1的夹层空间内,当使用者摔倒或受到碰撞时,高压气体充入头部气囊5并使头部气囊5快速膨胀,并撑开第三爆拆口14而对使用者的头部起到保护作用。需要说明的是,可以通过在夹层空间对应头部气囊5的第三开口位置设置四合扣,该四合扣闭合该第三开口形成该第三爆拆口14,当然,在其他实施例中,该第三开口可以通过魔术贴等闭合该第三开口形成第三爆拆口14,在此不作特别的限制。
在一些实施例中,如图7所示,该本体1的顶部朝底部的方向延伸有覆盖层15,覆盖层15覆盖于第三爆拆口14表面,从而使该第三爆拆口14隐藏于本体1的覆盖层15内,提高美观性,且通过将头部气囊5在未展开状态时收纳于覆盖层15内,能够便于头部气囊5的拆装,以使拆装方便快捷。
在一些实施例中,如图7所示,本体1的下摆位置设有第四爆拆口16,下摆气囊34卷曲的收纳于第四爆拆口16内。在通常情况下,下摆气囊34卷曲之后,通过第四爆拆口16收纳于本体1的夹层空间内,当使用者摔倒或受到碰撞时,高压气体充入下摆气囊34并使下摆气囊34快速膨胀,并撑开第四爆拆口16而对使用者的髋部起到保护作用。需要说明的是,可以通过在夹层空间对应下摆气囊34的第四开口位置设置四合扣,该四合扣闭合该第四开口形成该第四爆拆口16,当然,在其他实施例中,该第四开口可以通过魔术贴等闭合该第四开口以形成第四爆拆口16,在此不作特别的限制。
本申请还提供一种防护气囊3,如图1至图8所示,该防护气囊3包括第一护背囊体31、第二护背囊体32和第三护背囊体33,且第一护背囊体31、第二护背囊体32和第三护背囊体33依次首尾连接并相通形成三角支撑结构,具 体地,该第一护背囊体31、第二护背囊体32和第三护背囊体33设置于本体1的背部,且第一护背囊体31、第二护背囊体32沿本体1背部的高度方向延伸,该本体1的高度方向即是指该本体1套设于使用者身上时沿使用者的高度方向,即该本体1套设于使用者身上时该第一护背囊体31和第二护背囊体32均沿使用者的高度方向设置于使用者的背部,以使该第一护背囊体31和第二护背囊体32能够适应使用者的背部形状。该第一护背囊体31、第二护背囊体32和第三护背囊体33配合形成三角支撑结构设置于使用者背部局部位置即可形成稳定支撑,能够减少气囊物料使用量,降低成本,能够有效降低对使用者的行动阻碍,且能够避免影响使用者摔倒或者出现意外后的平衡性。
在一些实施例中,如图2所示,防护气囊3还包括与第一护背囊体31和/或第二护背囊体32连接并相通的头部气囊5,头部气囊5围合成有开口的头部空间,且头部气囊5在对应于头部空间的顶部朝开口的一侧开设有与开口相互独立的开窗51。可以理解地,该头部空间用于容纳使用者头部,当用者摔倒或者发生意外时,该头部气囊5的头部空间能够容纳使用者的头部,对使用者的头部进行保护,有效避免使用者面部受到撞击,在使用者头的后部受撞击后,也可以从前方对头部起到支撑作用。此外,在头部气囊5对应于头部空间的顶部朝开口的一侧开设有与开口相互独立的开窗51,即该开窗51开设于头部气囊5对应于使用者额头的位置,能够降低该头部气囊5对使用者额头的压力,且能够使该头部气囊5更加贴合于使用者的额头以对额头进行防护。
本申请还提供一种气囊防护服100控制方法,气囊防护服100控制方法包括如下步骤:
获取气囊防护服100返回的监测数据,监测数据由气囊防护服100的感应元件采集;该感应元件可以是各种传感器等,可以通过传感器感应人体受到的撞击力等能够迅速感应人体的状态。
根据预设的预警标准信息对监测数据进行检测;可以理解地,在本实施例中,该预设的预警标准信息可以是人体承受撞击力的阈值,以与检测到的人体当前受到的撞击力进行对比检测,当然,在其他实施例中,也可以是其他类型的预警标准信息,在此不作特别的限制。
当检测到监测数据不符合预警标准信息时,触发控制开关,供气装置2的高压气体进入防护气囊3内并使防护气囊3膨胀。可以理解地,在本实施例中,当人体承受的撞击力超过预设的阈值时,控制开关打开,供气装置2的高压气体进入防护气囊3内并使防护气囊3膨胀,以达到对人体进行保护的状态。
在一些实施例中,所述获取气囊防护服100返回的监测数据的步骤之后,还包括:
根据触发的定位获取请求,获取所述气囊防护服100返回的定位数据;
展示所述定位数据。
可以理解地,本实施例中用户可以通过客户端的应用程序发起定位获取请求,由应用程序接收该定位获取请求并获取所要查询的气囊防护服100的身份标识,以识别相应的气囊防护服100,根据该身份标识相应生成定位获取请求,客户端的应用程序将该定位获取请求发送至相对应的气囊防护服100,气囊防护服100接收该定位获取请求并通过感应元件采集得到相应的定位数据,并将定位数据发送至客户端,客户端接收该定位数据并进行相应展示,用户可以通过展示画面得到该气囊防护服100的定位位置以能够实时查询该气囊防护服100的位置,此外,该客户端也可以对气囊防护服100的其他状态进行监测,如使用状态或穿戴该气囊防护服100的使用者的状态,在此不作特别的限制。
在一些实施例中,所述当检测到所述监测数据不符合所述预警标准信息时的步骤之后,还包括:
根据预警装置所对应的气囊防护服100,触发警报播放指令;
根据所述警报播放指令播放警报通知。可以理解地,当检测到的监测数据不符合所述预警标准信息时,触发警报播放指令并进行警报通知,该警报通知例如可以直接在客户端中形成震动以使用户获知并进行施救,或者直接将所述气囊防护服100的位置信息报知给救援中心进行施救。
在一些实施例中,所述根据所述警报播放指令播放警报通知的步骤之后还包括:
获取语音通话信号请求;
根据所述语音通话信号请求生成语音连接请求;
将所述语音连接请求发送至所述气囊防护服100;
获取所述气囊防护服100返回的语音连接信息并建立相应的语音通话连接。
可以理解地,当用户获知穿戴该气囊防护服100的使用者摔倒或者发生意外后,用户可以通过客户端语音接通气囊防护服100并进行通话,便于及时了解使用者的状态以及位置。
引用图纸说明时,是对出现的新特征进行说明;为了避免重复引用图纸导致描述不够简洁,在表述清楚的情况下已描述的特征,图纸不再一一引用。

Claims (20)

  1. 气囊防护服,其特征在于,所述气囊防护服包括本体以及设置于所述本体中的供气装置、控制开关、防护气囊和控制电路;所述本体具有背部;
    所述供气装置通过所述控制开关与所述防护气囊连通;
    所述控制电路具有感应元件,且所述控制电路与所述控制开关电性连接;
    所述气囊包括第一护背囊体和第二护背囊体,所述第一护背囊体和所述第二护背囊体均设置于所述本体的背部且沿所述本体的高度方向延伸。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的气囊防护服,其特征在于,所述防护气囊还包括第三护背囊体,所述第一护背囊体、第二护背囊体和所述第三护背囊体依次首尾连接并相通形成三角支撑结构。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的气囊防护服,其特征在于,所述防护气囊还包括与所述第一护背囊体和/或第二护背囊体连接并相通的头部气囊,所述头部气囊围合成有开口的头部空间,且所述头部气囊在对应于所述头部空间的顶部朝所述开口的一侧开设有与所述开口相互独立的开窗。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的气囊防护服,其特征在于,所述第一护背囊体和所述第二护背囊体的连接处与所述头部气囊连接。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的气囊防护服,其特征在于,所述头部气囊包括相互连接并相通的第一头部囊组和第二头部囊组,所述第一头部囊组和第二头部囊组围合成有所述头部空间,且所述第一头部囊组和所述第二头部囊组在对应于所述头部空间的顶部朝所述开口的一侧相隔开形成有所述开窗。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的气囊防护服,其特征在于,所述第一头部囊组包括第一后部囊体以及与所述第一后部囊体连接的第一侧部囊体和第一顶部囊体,所述第二头部囊组包括第二后部囊体以及与所述第二后部囊体连接的第二侧部囊体和第二顶部囊体,所述第一后部囊体与第二后部囊体过渡连接,所述第一后部囊体、第二后部囊体、第一侧部囊体、第一顶部囊体、第二顶部囊体和第二侧部囊体围成所述头部空间,且所述第一顶部囊体与所述第二顶部囊体连接并向所述开口的方向延伸,且所述第一顶部囊体与所述第二顶部囊体在对应 于所述头部空间的顶部朝所述开口的一侧相隔开形成有所述开窗。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的气囊防护服,其特征在于,所述第一头部囊组与所述第二头部囊组沿所述本体的中心线对称设置;所述第一侧部囊体和所述第二侧部囊体均包括至少两个依次排列的囊体条。
  8. 如权利要求2所述的气囊防护服,其特征在于,所述防护气囊还包括下摆气囊,所述下摆气囊与所述第三护背囊体远离所述第一护背囊体、第二护背囊体的一侧连接并相通。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的气囊防护服,其特征在于,所述下摆气囊包括至少两个与所述第三护背囊体依次连接的下摆囊体,各所述下摆囊体沿所述本体的宽度方向依次设置依次连接形成具有缺口的环状结构,且所述缺口背向所述本体的背部。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的气囊防护服,其特征在于,相邻两个所述下摆囊体远离所述第三护背囊体的一侧相互独立形成间隙。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的气囊防护服,其特征在于,所述本体上设置有用于调节所述本体宽度的松紧调节件。
  12. 如权利要求1所述的气囊防护服,其特征在于,所述供气装置包括高压气瓶和导向连接件,所述防护气囊通过所述导向连接件与所述高压气瓶相通。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的气囊防护服,其特征在于,所述供气装置还包括单耳无极卡箍,所述防护气囊的进气端通过所述单耳无极卡箍固定于所述导向连接件的出气口端。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的气囊防护服,其特征在于,所述供气装置还包括***,所述***设置于所述导向连接件的导气通道中。
  15. 如权利要求1至14任一项所述的气囊防护服,其特征在于,所述本体具有内层以及与所述内层连接的外层,所述内层和外层之间设置有夹层空间,所述防护气囊设于所述夹层空间中。
  16. 防护气囊,其特征在于,所述防护气囊包括第一护背囊体、第二护背囊体和第三护背囊体,所述第一护背囊体、第二护背囊体和所述第三护背囊体依次首尾连接并相通形成三角支撑结构。
  17. 如权利要求16的防护气囊,其特征在于,所述防护气囊还包括与所述第一护背囊体和/或第二护背囊体连接并相通的头部气囊,所述头部气囊围合成有开口的头部空间,且所述头部气囊在对应于所述头部空间的顶部朝所述开口的一侧开设有与所述开口相互独立的开窗。
  18. 气囊防护服控制方法,其特征在于,所述气囊防护服控制方法包括如下步骤:
    获取气囊防护服返回的监测数据,所述监测数据由所述气囊防护服的感应元件采集;
    根据预设的预警标准信息对所述监测数据进行检测;
    当检测到所述监测数据不符合所述预警标准信息时,触发控制开关,供气装置的高压气体进入防护气囊内并使防护气囊膨胀。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的气囊防护服控制方法,其特征在于,所述获取气囊防护服返回的监测数据的步骤之后,还包括:
    根据触发的定位获取请求,获取所述气囊防护服返回的定位数据;
    展示所述定位数据。
  20. 如权利要求18所述的气囊防护服控制方法,其特征在于,所述当检测到所述监测数据不符合所述预警标准信息时的步骤之后,还包括:
    根据预警装置所对应的气囊防护服,触发警报播放指令;
    根据所述警报播放指令播放警报通知。
