当本装置作为车床时,可用于在工件上钻孔,钻孔的形式包括三种,提高挖孔操作的效率和操作方便,分别如下:
1、在钻夹头16内安装固定工件,取出尾座顶尖13,将钻头***到尾座轴12内,手摇尾座手轮14, 尾座手轮14使尾座轴12伸出,尾座轴12带动钻头朝向工件方向运动,从而在工件上钻孔。
2、在钻夹头16内安装固定工件,取出尾座顶尖13,将钻头***到尾座轴12内,手摇升降把手1,升降把手1使工件朝向钻头方向运动,从而实现在工件上钻孔。
3、在钻夹头16内安装固定工件,取出尾座顶尖13,将钻头***到尾座轴12内,手摇摇把6,摇把6带动摇把升降机构5内的涡轮转动,涡轮带动斜齿轮转动,斜齿轮在齿条4上运动,从而使摇把升降机构5沿着导轨3向左运动,摇把升降机构5带动支撑件10向左运动,支撑件10带动尾座组件11朝向工件方向运动,钻头朝向工件方向运动,从而在工件上钻孔。
当本装置作为台钻使用时,可用于在工件上钻孔,如图5~7所示,工人通过把手7将台钻提升起来,且将底座2支撑于地面上,随后将尾座顶尖13从尾座轴12内取出,取出后,将工作台17的安装孔18由上往下套设于尾座轴12上,且将工作台17支撑于尾座组件11的顶表面上,从而实现了工作台17的安装;在工作台17上安装或放置虎钳,在虎钳中固定工件;在钻夹头16内安装钻头;工人转动摇把6以使尾座组件11向上运动,尾座组件11带动工作台17向上运动,从而带动被夹持的工件向上运动,当待钻孔的工件接近钻头时,打开台钻的动力部分,钻头旋转,向下压台钻上的升降把手1,钻头向下伸出,从而实现在工件上钻孔。
当本装置作为台钻使用时,可用于对工件砂光打磨处理,如图8所示,将工作台17拆卸下来,在尾座轴12内安装尾座顶尖,在钻夹头16内安装主轴顶尖,将工件夹在尾座顶尖和主轴顶尖之间,即可对工件砂光打磨处理,这是普通台钻不能完成的功能,功能齐全。
由此可知,该装置既能够在工件上钻孔又能够在工件上车外形,无需外协加工,极大的节省了生产成本,同时提高了生产效率,适用于没有车床的机械加工企业。
