- the stirring may be performed at a temperature of 40 to 60 °C for 6 to 30 hours, preferably at a temperature of 45 to 55 °C for 24 to 28 hours.
- an extract containing a low molecular weight peptide can be obtained from the reaction solution, and the supernatant obtained after centrifugation of the reaction solution can be filtered.
- the filtration may use a filtration membrane having a pore size of 0.1 to 0.3 ⁇ m, preferably 0.15 to 0.25 ⁇ m.
- the present invention may further include the step of fractionating the extract with an ultrafiltration membrane to obtain a fraction.
- the ultrafiltration membrane is cellulose acetate (Cellulose Acetate), polyacrylonitrile / polyvinyl chloride copolymer (polyacrylonitrile / co-polyvinylchloride, PAN / co-PVC), polysulfone (Polysulfone), polyethersulfone (Polyethersulfone, PES), Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), aliphatic polyamide, aromatic polyamide, polyimide, polyetherimide, polyetheretherketone consisting of a polymer It may be selected from a group.
- the ultrafiltration membrane may have a molecular weight cutoff of 10 kDa or less, 5 kDa or less, 3 kDa or less, 1 kDa or less, 0.6 kDa or less, and preferably 1 kDa or less.
- Chlorella protothecoides was mixed with purified water at 5 w/w%, and pressurized to 1500 psi to obtain a dispersion.
- 50 parts by weight of papain and 6000 parts by weight of purified water were added to 100 parts by weight of Chlorella protothecoides and stirred to prepare a reactant.
- the reactants were subjected to heat treatment at 40° C., 50° C., and 60° C. for each condition for 6 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours, and 28 hours, and then filtered through a filtration membrane having a pore size of 0.2 ⁇ m. Then, fractionation with a 1 kDa ultrafiltration membrane was used to prepare an extract containing a low molecular weight peptide of less than 1 kDa.
