背景技术
组播(multicast)允许把所发消息传送给所有可能网络节点中的一个经过选择的子集,即向明确指出的多种地址输送信息,实现在一个发送端和多个接收端之间进行通信。
但是若发送端在正常发送组播数据,但是没有接收端在接收组播业务,则会引起资源的浪费。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供一种资源释放方法、装置、网络节点及存储介质,能够解决没有接收端接收组播业务时资源浪费的问题。
第一方面,提供了一种资源释放方法,由第一网络节点执行,该方法包括:

在本申请实施例中,通过第一网络节点主动释放第一网络节点与第二网络节点之间用于第一业务的第一资源,或指示或请求第二节点释放用于第一业务的第一资源,或指示或请求第二节点停止第一业务的数据传输, 可以避免发送端在正常发送组播数据,但是没有接收端在接收组播业务引起的资源浪费,提高资源的使用率。

首先对以下内容进行介绍:
(1)多媒体广播多播业务(Multimedia Broadcast and Multicast Service,MBMS)或广播多播业务(Multicast Broadcast Service, MBS);
在通信***中,可以通过以下两种方式发送:
MBMS/MBS发送方式1:通过在MBMS单频网(Multimedia Broadcast multicast service Single Frequency Network,MBSFN)子帧中通过物理多播信道(Physical Multicast Channel,PMCH)物理信道发送。其中,控制信息通过***信息(如,SIB13)和广播控制信道(Multicast Control Channel,MCCH)发送,数据通过广播业务信道(Multicast Traffic Channel,MTCH)发送。
MBMS/MBS发送方式2:通过物理下行控制信道(Physical Downlink Control Channel,PDCCH)调度的物理下行控制信道(Physical Downlink Shared Channel,PDSCH)信道发送。其中,控制信息通过***信息(如,SIB20)和单小区广播控制信道(Single Cell Multicast Control Channel,SC-MCCH)发送,数据通过单小区广播业务信道(Single Cell Multicast Traffic Channel,SC-MTCH)发送。其中,SC-MCCH通过单小区无线网络临时标识(Single Cell RNTI-Radio Network Temporary Identity,SC-RNTI)PDCCH调度的PDSCH发送,SC-MTCH通过G-RNTI PDCCH调度的PDSCH发送。
(2)NR MBS业务在N3接口的提供方式;
5GC单个MBS业务交付:5G CN接收MBS数据分组的单个副本,并通过每个UE分组数据单元(packet data unit,PDU)会话将这些MBS数据分组的单独副本交付给各个UE,因此对于每个这样的UE,需要一个PDU会话与多播会话相关联。
在这种方式下,用户面功能为传统的用户平面功能(User Plane Function,UPF);但实际上UPF也是从MB-UPF获得多播的数据5G CN接收MBS数据分组的单个副本,并经由每个UE PDU会话将那些MBS数据分组的单独副本传递给各个UE,因此对于每个这样的UE,需要一个PDU会话与多播会话相关联。
5GC共享MBS流量交付:5G CN接收MBS数据包的单个副本,并将这些MBS数据包的单个副本交付给无线接入网(Radio Access Network,RAN)节点。
在这种方式下,用户面功能为增强的MB-UPF;5G CN接收MBS数据包的单个副本,并将这些MBS数据包的单个副本传送到RAN节点。
MB-SMF向MB-UPF提供转发规则(forwarding rule),MB-UPF根据这个转发规则来发送MBS的数据给相应的基站或者UPF。
下面结合附图,通过一些实施例及其应用场景对本申请实施例提供的资源释放方法及装置进行详细地说明。
图2是本申请实施例提供的资源释放方法的流程示意图之一,如图2所示,该方法由第一网络节点执行,该方法包括如下步骤:

在通信***中,对于组播(multicast)业务,可能只有无线资源控制(Radio Resource Control,RRC)连接(CONNECTED)状态的UE可以接收组播业务,且基站可以严格知道有多少RRC-CONNECTED的UE在接收组播数据。
然而当基站发现没有UE在接收multicast业务时,基站可以向核心网指示N3资源的释放和/或直接停止multicast业务的发送,从而提高资 源的使用率。
本申请实施例提供了当基站发现没有UE在接收multicast业务时,向核心网指示N3资源的释放和/或停止multicast业务发送的具体过程和方法。
可选地,第一网络节点可以是增强型基站,增强型基站为具备MBS能力的基站,即可以通过核心网部分为共享传递(shared delivery)方式发送MBS(或者MBMS)的数据;
可选地,第一网络节点可以是legacy UPF。
可选地,第一网络节点确定第一条件满足可以是第一网络节点确定第一业务被发送后没有被接收端接收;比如没有终端接收第一业务。
可选地,决定是否释放第一资源和/或决定是否停止第一业务的数据传输的决策者可以包括第一网络节点,相应地,第一网络节点可以确定第一条件满足的情况下,直接释放第一资源;
其中,第一网络节点向第二网络节点发送第一数据的时刻或该时刻之后,第一网络节点还可以释放掉第一网络节点和第二网络节点之间用于第一业务的第一资源。
可选地,决定是否释放第一资源和/或决定是否停止第一业务的数据传输的决策者可以包括第一网络节点,相应地,第一网络节点可以确定第一条件满足的情况下,直接释放第一资源,还可以指示第二网络节点释放所述第一资源,需要说明的是,此种情况下,第一网络节点决策,指示第二网络节点实际上是在指示(通知)第二网络节点该第一资源已经被释放。
可选地,决定是否释放第一资源和/或决定是否停止第一业务的数据传输的决策者可以包括第一网络节点,相应地,第一网络节点可以确定第一条件满足的情况下,确定停止第一业务的数据传输,并通过第一数据指示第二网络节点停止第一业务的数据传输。
可选地,决定是否释放第一资源和/或决定是否停止第一业务的数据 传输的决策者可以包括第二网络节点,相应地,第一网络节点可以请求第二网络节点释放所述第一资源,第二网络节点接收到第一数据后,可以决定是否释放第一资源,在确定要释放第一资源后可以对第一资源进行释放;

    网际互连协议IP传输层使用单播传输方式传输数据。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的资源释放方法,其中,所述IP传输层使用单播传输方式传输数据,包括以下至少一项:
    所述第一网络节点接收到核心网发送的单播地址信息;
    所述第一网络节点接收到核心网发送的多播地址信息。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的资源释放方法,其中,所述第一数据的目 标地址基于所述单播地址信息确定。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的资源释放方法,其中,所述第一数据包括所述多播地址信息。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的资源释放方法,其中,所述第一数据包括通过用户面发送的报文。
  7. 一种资源释放方法,由第二网络节点执行,包括:
    接收第一网络节点发送的第一数据;
    基于所述第一数据,执行以下至少一项:
    忽略第一数据;
    释放第一资源;
    停止传输第一业务的数据;
    向第三网络节点发送第二数据;
    其中,所述第二数据用于以下至少一项:
    请求释放所述第一资源;
    指示所述第一资源被释放;
    请求停止所述第一业务的数据传输;
    指示所述第一业务的数据传输被停止;
    其中,所述第一资源包括第一网络节点与所述第二网络节点之间用于所述第一业务的资源。
  8. 根据权利要求7的资源释放方法,其中,在向第三网络节点发送第二数据之后,所述方法还包括:
    接收第三网络节点发送的第三数据;
    基于所述第三数据,执行以下至少一项:
    确定是否释放所述第一资源;
    确定是否停止所述第一业务的数据传输。
  9. 根据权利要求7的资源释放方法,其中,在向第三网络节点发送第二数据之后,所述方法还包括:
    接收第三网络节点发送的第三数据;
    基于所述第三数据,和所述第一数据,执行以下至少一项:
    确定是否释放所述第一资源;
    确定是否停止所述第一业务的数据传输。
  10. 一种资源释放方法,由第三网络节点执行,包括:
    接收第二网络节点发送的第二数据。
  11. 根据权利要求10的资源释放方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    收到第二数据以后向第二网络节点发送第三数据,所述第三数据用于以下至少一项:
    指示第二网络节点是否释放所述第一资源;
    建议第二网络节点是否释放所述第一资源;
    指示第二网络节点是否停止所述第一业务的数据传输;
    建议第二网络节点是否停止所述第一业务的数据传输。
  12. 一种资源释放装置,包括:
    第一执行模块,用于确定第一条件满足的情况下,执行以下至少一项:
    释放第一资源;
    向第二网络节点发送第一数据;
    其中,所述第一数据用于以下至少一项:
    请求第二网络节点释放所述第一资源;
    指示第二网络节点释放所述第一资源;
    请求第二网络节点停止第一业务的数据传输;
    指示第二网络节点停止第一业务的数据传输;
    其中,所述第一资源包括所述第一网络节点与第二网络节点之间用于第一业务的资源。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的资源释放装置,其中,所述第一条件,包括以下至少一项:
    没有对第一业务感兴趣的终端;
    没有接收第一业务的终端;
    第一业务的业务属性包括延时不敏感的特性;
    第一业务处于非激活态;
    没有收到第一业务的数据;
    定时器超时;
    IP传输层使用单播传输方式传输数据。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的资源释放装置,其中,所述IP传输层使用单播传输方式传输数据,包括以下至少一项:
    所述第一网络节点接收到核心网发送的单播地址信息;
    所述第一网络节点接收到核心网发送的多播地址信息。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的资源释放装置,其中,所述第一数据的目标地址基于所述单播地址信息确定。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的资源释放装置,其中,所述第一数据包括所述多播地址信息。
  17. 根据权利要求12所述的资源释放装置,其中,所述第一数据包括通过用户面发送的报文。
  18. 一种资源释放装置,包括:
    第一接收模块,用于接收第一网络节点发送的第一数据;
    第二执行模块,用于基于所述第一数据,执行以下至少一项:
    忽略第一数据;
    释放第一资源;
    停止传输第一业务的数据;
    向第三网络节点发送第二数据;
    其中,所述第二数据用于以下至少一项:
    请求释放所述第一资源;
    指示所述第一资源被释放;
    请求停止所述第一业务的数据传输;
    指示所述第一业务的数据传输被停止;
    其中,所述第一资源包括第一网络节点与所述第二网络节点之间用于所述第一业务的资源。
  19. 根据权利要求18的资源释放装置,其中,在向第三网络节点发送第二数据之后,所述装置还包括:
    第二接收模块,用于接收第三网络节点发送的第三数据;
    第三执行模块,用于基于所述第三数据,执行以下至少一项:
    确定是否释放所述第一资源;
    确定是否停止所述第一业务的数据传输。
  20. 根据权利要求18的资源释放装置,其中,在向第三网络节点发送第二数据之后,所述装置还包括:
    第三接收模块,用于接收第三网络节点发送的第三数据;
    基于所述第三数据,和所述第一数据,执行以下至少一项:
    确定是否释放所述第一资源;
    确定是否停止所述第一业务的数据传输。
  21. 一种资源释放装置,包括:
    第四接收模块,用于接收第二网络节点发送的第二数据。

    第一发送模块,用于收到第二数据以后向第二网络节点发送第三数据,所述第三数据用于以下至少一项:
    指示第二网络节点是否释放所述第一资源;
    建议第二网络节点是否释放所述第一资源;
    指示第二网络节点是否停止所述第一业务的数据传输;
    建议第二网络节点是否停止所述第一业务的数据传输。
  23. 一种网络节点,包括处理器,存储器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的程序或指令,所述程序或指令被所述处理器执行 时实现如权利要求1至6任一项所述的资源释放方法的步骤。
