如图2所示,本发明的一个实施例提供一种上报能力的方法200,该方法可以由终端设备执行,换言之,该方法可以由安装在终端设备的软件或硬件来执行,该方法包括如下步骤:

同时接收业务类型不同且业务不同的控制信息的能力信息。例如,UE能够同时接收多个MBS业务对应的广播多播业务-无线网络临时标识(Multicast Broadcast Service-Radio Network Temporary Identifier,MBS-RNTI)的PDCCH和单播业务对应的小区无线网络临时标识(Cell RNTI,C-RNTI)的PDCCH的能力。

同时发送业务类型相同但是业务不同的数据信道对应的反馈信息的能力信息。例如,UE能够同时发送多个MBS业务对应的MBS-RNTI对应的PDSCH的上行PUCCH反馈的能力。

在一种实现方式中,接收优先级高于单播业务的多播业务,例如,UE指示多播业务-1的接收优先级高于所有单播业务,即,UE在不能同时接收多播业务-1和单播业务的时候,UE会放弃单播业务的接收。
在一种实现方式中,接收优先级高于或低于单播业务的多播业务,例如,指示多播业务-2的接收优先级低于所有单播业务,即,UE在不能同时接收多播业务-1和单播业务的时候,UE会放弃多播业务-1的接收。从而,网络侧在进行调度发送的时候考虑特定多播业务与单播业务的优先级,如将单播业务和多播业务在不同时间或不同频点发送,或,将高优先级的单播业务通过抢占低优先级的多播业务发送,或,将高优先级的多播业务通过抢占低优先级的单播业务发送。

例如,UE上报n个感兴趣的业务信息则隐含指示同时接收n个不同业务,或同时发送n个不同业务的反馈信息的能力信息。UE上报n个感兴趣的频点信息则隐含指示在n个频点同时接收多个不同业务,或同时发送多个不同业务的反馈信息的能力信息。UE上报n个感兴趣的小区信息则隐含指示在n个小区同时接收多个不同业务,或同时发送多个不同业务的反馈信息的能力信息。
本发明实施例提供的上报能力的方法,通过将所述终端设备的能力信息发送给网络设备,其中,所述能力信息包括以下信息中的至少一者:同时接收不同业务的能力信息;同时发送不同业务对应的反馈信息的能力信息;接收优先级高于单播业务的多播业务;接收优先级低于单播业务的多播业务,能够使网络设备知道UE同时接收多个不同业务的能力,当网络设备同时发送或调度多个业务给UE的时候,避免由于UE的接收能力限制,导致UE接收数据的丢失,提高UE接收数据的成功率。
如图4所示,本发明的一个实施例提供一种上报能力的方法400,该方法可以由终端设备执行,换言之,该方法可以由安装在终端设备的软件或硬件来执行,该方法包括如下步骤:
S402:在网络请求上报或网络允许上报的情况下,将所述终端设备的能力信息发送给网络设备。
可选地,UE上报该能力信息的方式包括以下任意一种:
在网络请求上报的情况下,UE上报该能力信息。例如,网络请求UE上报能力信息,则UE通过能力上报消息上报其“同时接收多个不同业务的能力”。
在网络允许上报的情况下,UE上报该能力信息。例如,网络允许UE上 报其MBS信息消息,则通过MBS兴趣消息上报其“同时接收多个不同业务的能力”。
所述同时接收不同业务的能力信息包括以下能力信息中的至少一者:同时接收业务类型相同但是业务不同的控制信息的能力信息;同时接收业务类型不同且业务不同的控制信息的能力信息;同时接收业务类型相同但是业务不同的数据信道的能力信息;同时接收业务类型不同且业务不同的数据信道的能力信息。具体描述可以与图3实施例步骤S302中的相关描述类似,在此不再赘述。
S404:在网络设备指示UE同时接收的业务数量和/或同时发送的反馈信息数量超出所述终端设备的能力时,根据优先级,同时接收不同业务,和/或同时发送不同业务对应的反馈信息。
若网络侧给UE同时发送的n个业务数据或业务对应调度信息超过UE上报的能力,则UE根据网络配置或协议约定的优先级,或UE上报的优先级接收业务数据或业务对应调度信息。
例如,网络配置,或协议约定,或UE上报的MBS业务的优先级顺序为:MBS业务1(采用MBS-RNTI-1调度)高于MBS业务2(采用MBS-RNTI-2调度),MBS业务2高于MBS业务3(采用MBS-RNTI-3调度)。而UE同时只能在1个小区接收2个MBS-RNTI调度信息,则如果网络侧同时使用MBS-RNTI-1/2/3调度MBS业务-1/2/3的时候,UE接收MBS业务-1/2对应的调度信息,即,MBS-RNTI-1/2对应的PDCCH。
如果,网络侧指示UE同时发送的n个业务数据对应的反馈信息超过UE上报的能力,则UE根据“网络配置或协议约定的优先级”或“UE上报的优先级”发送业务数据对应的反馈信息。
例如,网络配置,或协议约定,或UE上报的MBS业务的优先级顺序为:MBS业务1(采用MBS-RNTI-1调度)高于MBS业务2(采用MBS-RNTI-2调度),MBS业务2高于MBS业务3(采用MBS-RNTI-3调度)。而UE同 时只能在1个小区发送2个MBS-RNTI对应的PUCCH反馈信息,则如果网络侧同时使用MBS-RNTI-1/2/3调度MBS业务-1/2/3的时候,指示UE对MBS业务-1/2/3的PDSCH发送反馈信息,则UE发送MBS业务-1/2的PDSCH对应的反馈信息,如,HARQ反馈信息。
本发明实施例提供的上报能力的方法,通过在网络请求上报或网络允许上报的情况下,将所述终端设备的能力信息发送给网络设备,其中,所述能力信息包括以下信息中的至少一者:同时接收不同业务的能力信息;同时发送不同业务对应的反馈信息的能力信息;接收优先级高于单播业务的多播业务;接收优先级低于单播业务的多播业务,能够使网络设备知道UE同时接收多个不同业务的能力,当网络设备同时发送或调度多个业务给UE的时候,避免由于UE的接收能力限制,导致UE接收数据的丢失,提高UE接收数据的成功率,并且,在网络侧的业务发送超过UE能力的情况下,保证高优先级业务的接收。
以上结合图1详细描述了根据本发明实施例的上报能力的方法。下面将结合图5详细描述根据本发明另一实施例的上报能力的方法。可以理解的是,从网络设备侧描述的网络设备与终端设备的交互与图1所示的方法中的终端设备侧的描述相同,为避免重复,适当省略相关描述。
图5是本发明实施例的上报能力的方法实现流程示意图,可以应用在网络设备侧。如图5所示,该方法500包括:
S502:接收终端设备的能力信息。
其中,所述能力信息包括以下信息中的至少一者:同时接收不同业务的能力信息;同时发送不同业务对应的反馈信息的能力信息;接收优先级高于单播业务的多播业务;接收优先级低于单播业务的多播业务。

在一种实现方式中,根据所述终端设备的能力信息,确定的同时发送的 不同业务和/或业务对应的调度信息,不超出终端设备的能力。
具体来讲,可选地,网络设备根据UE上报的能力信息,在给UE发送业务数据或业务对应调度信息时,该同时发送的n个业务数据或业务对应调度信息不超过UE上报的能力。
可选地,网络侧根据UE上报的能力信息,在指示UE发送业务数据对应的反馈信息的时候,该指示UE同时发送的n个业务数据对应的反馈信息不超过UE上报的能力。由此,使UE和网络侧对于UE的同时多业务接收能力进行协商,从而保证网络侧的业务发送不超过UE的能力。
在另一种实现方式中,同时发送的不同业务和/或业务对应的调度信息可以超出终端设备的能力,在此情况下,UE将根据优先级,同时接收不同业务,和/或同时发送不同业务对应的反馈信息。具体与图4实施例S404的描述对应,不再赘述。
由此,使UE和网络侧对于UE的同时多业务接收能力进行协商,从而保证网络侧的业务发送不超过UE的能力,并且,在超过UE能力的情况下保证高优先级业务的接收。
图6是本发明实施例的上报能力的方法实现流程示意图,可以应用在网络设备侧。如图6所示,该方法600包括:

应理解的是,本申请实施例中,输入单元1004可以包括图形处理器(Graphics Processing Unit,GPU)10041和麦克风10042,图形处理器10041对在视频捕获模式或图像捕获模式中由图像捕获装置(如摄像头)获得的静态图片或视频的图像数据进行处理。显示单元1006可包括显示面板10061,可以采用液晶显示器、有机发光二极管等形式来配置显示面板10061。用户输入单元1007包括触控面板10071以及其他输入设备10072。触控面板10071,也称为触摸屏。触控面板10071可包括触摸检测装置和触摸控制器两个部分。其他输入设备10072可以包括但不限于物理键盘、功能键(比如音量控制按键、开关按键等)、轨迹球、鼠标、操作杆,在此不再赘述。
本申请实施例中,射频单元1001将来自网络侧设备的下行数据接收后,给处理器1010处理;另外,将上行的数据发送给网络侧设备。通常,射频单元1001包括但不限于天线、至少一个放大器、收发信机、耦合器、低噪声放大器、双工器等。
存储器1009可用于存储软件程序或指令以及各种数据。存储器1009可主要包括存储程序或指令区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序或指令区可存储操作***、至少一个功能所需的应用程序或指令(比如声音播放功能、图像播放功能等)等。此外,存储器1009可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,其中,非易失性存储器可以是只读存储器(Read-OnlyMemory,ROM)、可编程只读存储器(ProgrammableROM,PROM)、可擦除可编程只读存储器(ErasablePROM,EPROM)、电可擦除可编程只读 存储器(ElectricallyEPROM,EEPROM)或闪存。例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他非易失性固态存储器件。
处理器1010可包括一个或多个处理单元;可选的,处理器1010可集成应用处理器和调制解调处理器,其中,应用处理器主要处理操作***、用户界面和应用程序或指令等,调制解调处理器主要处理无线通信,如基带处理器。可以理解的是,上述调制解调处理器也可以不集成到处理器1010中。

    将所述终端设备的能力信息发送给网络设备;
    其中,所述能力信息包括以下信息中的至少一者:
    同时接收不同业务的能力信息;
    同时发送不同业务对应的反馈信息的能力信息;
    接收优先级高于单播业务的多播业务;
    接收优先级低于单播业务的多播业务。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,将所述终端设备的能力信息发送给网络设备,包括:
    在网络请求上报或网络允许上报的情况下,将所述终端设备的能力信息发送给网络设备。

    上报支持同时接收不同业务或发送不同业务对应的反馈信息的小区的数量。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述能力信息通过以下信息中的至少一者隐含指示:
    感兴趣的业务信息、感兴趣的频点信息和感兴趣的小区信息。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在所述将所述终端设备的能力信息发送给网络设备之后,所述方法还包括:
    在网络设备指示UE同时接收的业务数量和/或同时发送的反馈信息数量超出所述终端设备的能力时,根据优先级,同时接收不同业务,和/或同时发送不同业务对应的反馈信息。
  9. 一种上报能力的方法,其中,所述方法由网络设备执行,所述方法包括:
    接收终端设备的能力信息;
    根据所述终端设备的能力信息,确定同时发送的对象;
    其中,所述同时发送的对象包括以下至少一者:
    不同业务;
    业务对应的调度信息;
    所述能力信息包括:
    同时接收不同业务的能力信息;
    同时发送不同业务对应的反馈信息的能力信息;
    接收优先级高于单播业务的多播业务;
    接收优先级低于单播业务的多播业务。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述终端设备的能力信息,确定同时发送的对象,包括以下至少一者:
    同时发送的不同业务不超出所述终端设备的能力;
    同时发送的业务对应的调度信息不超出所述终端设备的能力。
  11. 一种上报能力的装置,其中,包括:
    发送模块,用于将所述终端设备的能力信息发送给网络设备;
    其中,所述能力信息包括以下信息中的至少一者:
    同时接收不同业务的能力信息;
    同时发送不同业务对应的反馈信息的能力信息;
    接收优先级高于单播业务的多播业务;
    接收优先级低于单播业务的多播业务。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的装置,其中,所述发送模块用于:
    在网络请求上报或网络允许上报的情况下,将所述终端设备的能力信息发送给网络设备。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的装置,其中,所述同时接收不同业务的能力信息包括以下能力信息中的至少一者:
    同时接收业务类型相同但是业务不同的控制信息的能力信息;
    同时接收业务类型不同且业务不同的控制信息的能力信息;
    同时接收业务类型相同但是业务不同的数据信道的能力信息;
    同时接收业务类型不同且业务不同的数据信道的能力信息;
    所述同时发送不同业务对应的反馈信息的能力信息包括以下能力信息中的至少一者:
    同时发送业务类型相同但是业务不同的数据信道对应的反馈信息的能力信息;
    同时发送业务类型不同且业务不同的数据信道的反馈信息的能力信息。
  14. 如权利要求11所述的装置,其中,所述同时接收不同业务的能力信息包括以下至少一者:
    在相同小区或小区组同时接收不同业务的能力信息;
    在目标接收小区同时接收不同业务的能力信息,其中,所述目标接收小区包括以下小区中的至少一者:主小区、主辅小区、辅小区、非服务小区;
    在指定频带、指定频带组或指定频带组中的指定频带同时接收不同业务的能力信息;
    在指定频率类型中同时接收不同业务的能力信息;
    所述同时发送不同业务对应的反馈信息的能力信息包括以下至少一者:
    在相同小区或小区组同时发送不同业务对应的反馈信息的能力信息;
    在目标发送小区同时接收不同业务的能力信息,其中,所述目标接收小区包括以下小区中的至少一者:主小区、主辅小区、辅小区、非服务小区; 在指定频带、指定频带组或指定频带组中的指定频带同时发送不同业务对应的反馈信息;
    在指定频率类型中同时发送不同业务对应的反馈信息。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的装置,其中,所述频率类型包括:高频、低频、授权频段和非授权频段中的至少一者。
  16. 如权利要求14所述的装置,其中,所述发送模块还用于:在所述同时接收不同业务的能力信息包括在相同小区或小区组同时接收不同业务的能力信息,或在所述同时发送不同业务对应的反馈信息的能力信息包括在相同小区或小区组同时发送不同业务对应的反馈信息的能力信息的情况下,上报支持同时接收不同业务或发送不同业务对应的反馈信息的小区的数量。
  17. 如权利要求11所述的装置,其中,所述能力信息通过以下信息中的至少一者隐含指示:
    感兴趣的业务信息、感兴趣的频点信息和感兴趣的小区信息。
  18. 如权利要求11所述的装置,其中,所述发送模块还用于:在所述将所述终端设备的能力信息发送给网络设备之后,在网络设备指示UE同时接收的业务数量和/或同时发送的反馈信息数量超出所述终端设备的能力时,根据优先级,同时接收不同业务,和/或同时发送不同业务对应的反馈信息。
  19. 一种上报能力的装置,其中,所述装置包括:
    接收模块,用于接收终端设备的能力信息;
    确定模块,用于根据所述终端设备的能力信息,确定同时发送的对象;
    其中,所述同时发送的对象包括以下至少一者:
    不同业务;
    业务对应的调度信息;
    所述能力信息包括:
    同时接收不同业务的能力信息;
    同时发送不同业务对应的反馈信息的能力信息;
    接收优先级高于单播业务的多播业务;
    接收优先级低于单播业务的多播业务。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的装置,其中,所述确定模块用于执行以下至少一者:
    同时发送的不同业务不超出所述终端设备的能力;
    同时发送的业务对应的调度信息不超出所述终端设备的能力。
  21. 一种终端设备,其中,包括处理器,存储器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的程序或指令,所述程序或指令被所述处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-8中任一项所述的上报能力的方法的步骤。
  22. 一种网络设备,其中,包括处理器,存储器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的程序或指令,所述程序或指令被所述处理器执行时实现如权利要求9-10中任一项所述的上报能力的方法的步骤。
  23. 一种可读存储介质,其中,所述可读存储介质上存储程序或指令,所述程序或指令被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-8中任一项所述的上报能力的方法的步骤;或者
    实现如权利要求9-10中任一项所述的上报能力的方法的步骤。
  24. 一种芯片,其中,所述芯片包括处理器和通信接口,所述通信接口和所述处理器耦合,所述处理器用于运行程序或指令,实现如权利要求1-8中任一项所述的上报能力的方法的步骤;或者
    实现如权利要求9-10中任一项所述的上报能力的方法的步骤。
  25. 一种计算机程序产品,其中,所述计算机程序产品包括处理器、存储器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的程序或指令,所述程序或指令被所述处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-8中任一项所述的上报能力的方法的步骤;或者
    实现如权利要求9-10中任一项所述的上报能力的方法的步骤。
