Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Steuereinrichtung und ein Verfahren zum Steuern eines Prozesses zur Wärmebehandlung von metallischen Werkstücken, unter Einsatz eines Härteofens, der einen Heizabschnitt zum Erwärmen von Werkstücken und einen Ausgabeabschnitt zum Ausgeben von Werkstücken aus dem Härteofen umfasst sowie einer Härtepresse, wobei der Ausgabeabschnitt beheizbar ist. Gemäß der Konfiguration der Steuereinrichtung und des durch diese abgearbeiteten Verfahrens wird der Transport von Werkstücken durch den Heizabschnitt derart abgestimmt, dass sich in dem Heizabschnitt für das jeweilige Werkstück eine definierte Aufheizverweilzeit und thermische Historie ergibt. Zudem wird die Übergabe von erwärmten Werkstücken aus dem Heizabschnitt in den Ausgabeabschnitt derart abstimmt, dass diese Übergabe mit Ablauf der Aufheizverweilzeit erfolgt. Für den Ausgabeabschnitt wird eine Heizleistungszufuhr derart abgestimmt, dass in dem Ausgabeabschnitt eine Werkstückwarmhaltung auf einem definierten Temperaturniveau erfolgt.
