Abstract
Sistema motorreductor para bicicletas eléctricas, según el cual, tanto el rotor (7.2),del correspondiente motor (7),como los portadores de entrada (3.5) y de salida (3.4) de la reductora (3) quedan atravesados por dos ejes coaxiales y concéntricos (13 y 14), de los cuales el eje (14) es hueco y por su interior pasa el eje (13) que es un eje estándar del buje de la rueda de una bicicleta. Los dos ejes (13 y 14) son fijos y pasantes, atravesando a la carcasa móvil (2) del motorreductor (1) que, preferentemente, es el propio buje de la rueda de bicicleta.

DESCRIPCIÓN
SISTEMA MOTORREDUCTOR PARA BICICLETAS ELÉCTRICAS
Sector de la técnica
La presente invención está relacionada con la industria de las bicicletas y más concretamente de las bicicletas eléctricas, ya sean deportivas, de carretera o de montaña, y propone un sistema motorreductor destinado a ir fijado al buje de una de las ruedas de la bicicleta y, preferentemente, al buje de la rueda trasera, transmitiendo directamente la potencia a la rueda.
Estado de la técnica
En la actualidad son conocidos sistemas motorreductores para su aplicación en bicicletas, sistemas que parten de la utilización de un motorreductor cicloidal y dentro de los motorreductores cicloidales concretamente existen ya soluciones que describen el uso de los motorreductores denominados epitrocoidales, para el movimiento de vehículos e incluso de bicicletas.
La Patente Europea EP3079934 describe un motor con una reducción epitrocoidal, pero aplicable principalmente a un elevador de pacientes o un carro de transporte.
La Patente rusa número RU2665017 tiene por objeto una rueda motriz con una reductora, epitrocoidal, siendo dicha rueda aplicable a vehículos de transporte de mercancías tipo carretilla.
El PCT número WO2011131725 describe la aplicación de un motorreductor epitrocoidal aplicable a una bicicleta eléctrica que va dispuesto en relación con el eje pedalier de la bicicleta.
La Patente del Reino Unido número GB2357329 que se solicitó en el año 1999, ya describía un motorreductor epitrocoidal aplicable a una rueda de bicicleta.
Esta solución que puede considerarse la más próxima a la presente invención presenta unos
inconvenientes entre los que cabe destacar:
• Que todo el sistema va montado, no en el eje estándar del buje de la rueda de una bicicleta, si no que requiere de un eje especial, lo que reduce sensiblemente la versatilidad de aplicación del sistema, le añade peso y ocupación de espacio.
• La ocupación por parte de ese eje especial de un espacio considerable impide integrar dentro del motorreductor a la electrónica del sistema.
A la vista de estos inconvenientes y limitaciones que presentan las soluciones existentes en la actualidad, resulta necesaria una solución que permita solventarlo y ese es el objeto de la presente invención.
Objeto de la invención
Con la finalidad de cumplir este objetivo y solucionar los problemas técnicos comentados, además de aportar ventajas adicionales que se describirán más adelante, la presente invención proporciona un sistema motorreductor epitrocoidal, destinado a ir montado en el eje de una de las ruedas de la bicicleta, preferentemente en la rueda trasera.
De acuerdo con la invención, el motorreductor presenta un eje hueco pasante, a modo de casquillo, por cuyo interior discurre el eje estándar de la rueda.
Tanto el eje hueco, como el eje estándar de la bicicleta son pasantes y estáticos.
La parte estática del motorreductor va acoplada al eje hueco fijo y pasante y el movimiento del rotor será trasmitido, por medio del reductor, a una carcasa móvil del motorreductor, que se moverá mediante un sistema de embrague mecánico a la rueda.
Según una realización preferente, la mencionada carcasa móvil es el propio buje de la rueda de bicicleta.
Al ir unido el sistema motorreductor al buje de la rueda de la bicicleta, puede transmitir directamente la potencia a la rueda.
Además de los elementos mecánicos, el sistema contará con la electrónica de control del
motor y los medios precisos como pueden ser un sistema de control vectorial y sensores de velocidad de efecto hall.
Con esta particular estructura del motorreductor se logra reducir sensiblemente su tamaño respecto de otras soluciones conocidas y esto se traduce en la posibilidad de incorporar la electrónica de control dentro de la carcasa móvil del motorreductor.
Por otro lado, y al presentar el sistema un doble eje pasante y fijo, del cual el eje interior es el eje estándar del buje de la rueda de una bicicleta, el sistema se puede montar en cualquier bicicleta existente y en cualquier rueda, haciendo pasar su eje de buje fijo estándar por el interior del eje hueco que también es pasante y fijo.
Descripción de las figuras
La figura 1 muestra una vista esquemática de un motorreductor epitrocoidal, según una solución convencional ya incluida en el estado de la técnica.
La figura 2 muestra una vista esquemática como la de la figura 1, pero ahora según el objeto de la presente invención.
La figura 3 es una vista esquemática que muestra como el sistema motorreductor incluye la correspondiente electrónica de control (8) dentro de la carcasa móvil (2) del motorreductor.
La figura 4 es una posible variante de realización práctica de la solución de la figura 2.
Descripción detallada de la invención
El objeto de la presente invención es un sistema motorreductor para todo tipo de bicicletas eléctricas.
Se conocen ya sistemas motorreductores que se basan en la utilización de un mecanismo reductor cicloidal e incluso se conoce ya que ese mecanismo reductor cicloidal sea del tipo epitrocoidal, que es el que se emplea en la presente invención.
La figura 1 corresponde a una vista esquemática de un sistema motorreductor convencional que forma parte ya del estado de la técnica.
Según se puede apreciar en dicha figura 1 los motorreductores convencionales (M) constan del correspondiente motor (7) formado por un rotor (7.2) y un estator (7.1). El estator (7.1) es solidario a un tramo de eje fijo (6.1).
Solidario al rotor (7.2) va dispuesto un portador de entrada (3.5) móvil. El movimiento del portador de entrada móvil (3.5) se transmite, mediante levas, a los discos cicloidales (3.2 y
3.3) montados en ellas que ruedan en los pines situados en la rueda fija exterior (3.1) que es solidaria al estator (7.1) y por consiguiente fija. El movimiento de salida, ya reducido, es transmitido a un portador de salida (3.4) unido rotacionalmente a los discos cicloidales (3.2 y
3.3).
El movimiento del portador de salida (3.4) es transmitido, a través de un embrague (9), a la carcasa exterior (2) para que esta gire y con ella el correspondiente buje de la respectiva rueda no representada.
La carcasa móvil (2) gira, a través de los correspondientes rodamientos (5), respecto de un eje que, por regla general y para poder obtener reducciones mayores en un espacio contenido, está partido en dos tramos alineados longitudinalmente e identificados en dicha figura 1 con las referencias numéricas (6.1 y 6.2). Los dos tramos (6.1 y 6.2) son fijos y podrían formar parte de un eje enterizo y único pero ese eje nunca puede ser el eje estándar del buje de una rueda de bicicleta. En estos tramos (6.1 y 6.2) van montados también el resto de los rodamientos, identificados con la referencia numérica (10), para el rotor (7.2) y para el portador de salida (3.4).
Frente a esta realización convencional y según la presente invención, tal y como se representa en la figura 2, el motorreductor (1) consta también del correspondiente motor (7) formado por un rotor (7.2) y un estator (7.1) fijo.
Solidario al rotor (7.2) va dispuesto un portador de entrada (3.5) móvil. El movimiento del portador de entrada móvil (3.5) se transmite, mediante levas, a los discos cicloidales (3.2 y
3.3) montados en ellas.
Es decir que la entrada al reductor se produce de la misma forma que en el conjunto convencional, a través del portador de entrada móvil (3.5), transmitiendo el movimiento hasta los discos cicloidales (3.2 y 3.3) de la misma manera que en la solución convencional, pero ahora, estos discos cicloidales (3.2 y 3.3) ruedan en la unión interior con el portador de salida (3.4) que en este caso es fijo y está unido al buje estático de la correspondiente rueda de una bicicleta.
De acuerdo con esta realización, los discos cicloidales (3.2 y 3.3) transmiten el movimiento a la rueda de pines (3.1) que ahora es móvil, convirtiendo a este elemento en el eje de salida, que va unido, mediante un sistema de embrague mecánico (16), a la carcasa móvil (2). La reducción proporcionada por esta configuración es mayor a la generada de forma convencional.
Según una realización preferente la carcasa móvil (2) es el propio buje de la rueda de bicicleta al que se fijan los correspondientes radios de la rueda. Ahora bien, entraría dentro del objeto de la presente invención una realización en la que la carcasa móvil (2) fuera una pieza unida solidariamente al buje de la rueda.
La carcasa móvil (2) gira respecto de un eje hueco pasante y fijo a modo de casquillo identificado con la referencia numérica (14). Como se aprecia en esta figura 2, el estator (7.1) es solidario precisamente a este eje hueco pasante y fijo (14).
En este eje hueco pasante y fijo (14) van montados los respectivos rodamientos (15) para permitir el giro del rotor (7.2) y el del portador de entrada (3.5).
Por el interior de este eje hueco pasante y fijo (14) discurre el eje estándar del buje de una bicicleta, identificado con la referencia numérica (13), que también es pasante estático y fijo. El hecho de que el eje (13) sea estándar, permite el montaje de un buje estándar y esto aporta una gran ventaja, ya que permite usar un elemento de sujeción estándar, pudiendo hacer uso de esta tecnología en una bicicleta estándar. Esto permitiría intercambiar una rueda no accionada o motorizada por otra que sí lo sea.
Además, y teniendo en cuenta que los ejes estándar (13) de los bujes de ruedas de bicicleta pueden tener diferentes dimensiones longitudinales, con esta solución es suficiente con que el eje (13) presente las diferentes medidas, para que el sistema pueda adaptarse a todas las
bicicletas existentes.
Además, el sistema, al poseer dos ejes pasantes y fijos (13 y 14) continuos de lado a lado, resulta en una mayor rigidez general.
Es de señalar que en la solución convencional representada en la figura 1, la rueda de pines (3) sí tiene un apoyo traslacional pero no tiene un apoyo rotacional; mientras que con la solución objeto de la invención representada en la figura 2, ahora la rueda de pines (3) tiene, además de un apoyo traslacional, un apoyo rotacional en el eje (14), evitándose con ello que la rueda de pines (3) pueda torsionar y aumentando así la rigidez interna del reductor.
Por otro lado, con esta solución se puede reducir el tamaño del motorreductor (1) y al no necesitar de un eje propio, si no que utiliza el propio eje estándar (13) del buje de la rueda de una bicicleta, esto permite además introducir en la carcasa móvil (2), toda la electrónica (8) necesaria para operar el sistema, incluyendo la electrónica de control del motor y los medios precisos como pueden ser un sistema de control vectorial y sensores de velocidad de efecto hall. Toda esta electrónica queda así dispuesta dentro de la propia carcasa móvil (2), tal y como se representa esquemáticamente en la figura 3, y por consiguiente la electrónica necesaria para operar el sistema queda dispuesta dentro del buje de la rueda de la bicicleta.
De acuerdo con todo ello, el sistema objeto de esta invención aporta las siguientes ventajas:
• Reduce el tamaño del moto-reductor, mejorando el empaquetado.
• Permite introducir toda la electrónica necesaria para operar el sistema dentro de la rueda y concretamente dentro del buje de la rueda.
• Aumenta la rigidez interna de los componentes estáticos al apoyarse éstos en ambos extremos.
• Aporta un apoyo rotacional que impide el torsionado de la rueda de pines (3.1).
• Mejora la concentricidad de los componentes y la rigidez a torsión.
• Y como ventaja principal todo el sistema va montado en un eje estándar pasante (13), lo que implica una adaptación inmediata a todo tipo de bicicletas y de ruedas, permitiendo intercambiar una rueda no accionada o no motorizada por otra que sí lo sea y evita el tener que montar un eje central que quitaba mucho espacio.
Este sistema está concebido para su montaje preferente en el buje de la rueda trasera, pero esto no es limitativo ya que puede montarse en la rueda delantera de una bicicleta.
En la figura 4 se representa una variante de realización práctica de este sistema que no altera su esencialidad.
En este caso la entrada a la reductora (3) se produce de la misma forma, a través del portador de entrada móvil (3.5) que gira con el rotor (7.2) transmitiendo también el movimiento hasta los discos cicloidales (3.2 y 3.3), pero en este caso la rueda de pines (3.1) es estática, yendo unida al estator (7.1); mientras que ahora el portador de salida (3.4) es móvil, incorporando un rodamiento (17) entre él y el portador de entrada (3.5).
En este caso el portador de salida (3.4) se convierte en el eje de salida y va unido, mediante un sistema de embrague mecánico (16.1) a la carcasa móvil (2).
De nuevo con esta solución se cumple la esencia de la invención, en cuanto que el motorreductor presenta dos ejes (13 y 14) pasantes y fijos, siendo el eje (13) un eje estándar del buje de una rueda y el eje (14) un casquillo hueco, por cuyo interior pasa el eje estándar (13).
Claims
REIVINDICACIONES
1 Sistema motorreductor para bicicletas eléctricas, que consta del correspondiente motor (7) y de una reductora cicloidal (3), con un portador de entrada (3.5) móvil unido al rotor (7.2) del motor (7), un portador de salida (3.4) y una carcasa móvil (2), caracterizado porque tanto el rotor (7.2), como los portadores de entrada (3.5) y de salida (3.4) de la reductora (3) quedan atravesados por dos ejes coaxiales y concéntricos (13 y 14), de los cuales el eje (14) es hueco y por su interior pasa el eje (13) que es un eje estándar del buje de la rueda de una bicicleta; y porque los dos ejes (13 y 14) son fijos y pasantes, atravesando a la carcasa móvil (2) del motorreductor (1) que, preferentemente, es el propio buje de la rueda de bicicleta.
2.- Sistema motorreductor para bicicletas eléctricas, en todo de acuerdo con la anterior reivindicación, caracterizado porque el portador de salida (3.4) de la reductora (3) es fijo y la rueda de pines (3.1) de la reductora (3) es móvil y a través de un embrague (16) transmite su movimiento a la carcasa móvil (2).
3.- Sistema motorreductor para bicicletas eléctricas, en todo de acuerdo con la primera reivindicación, caracterizado porque el portador de salida (3.4) de la reductora (3) es móvil y la rueda de pines (3.1) de la reductora (3) es fija y a través de un embrague (16.1) el portador de salida (3.4) transmite su movimiento a la carcasa móvil (2).
4 Sistema motorreductor para bicicletas eléctricas, en todo de acuerdo con la primera y segunda reivindicaciones, caracterizado porque, según una realización preferente, la reductora cicloidal (3) es del tipo epitrocoidal.
5.- Sistema motorreductor para bicicletas eléctricas, en todo de acuerdo con las anteriores reivindicaciones caracterizado porque toda la electrónica (8), necesaria para operar el sistema, va incluida dentro de la carcasa móvil (2) y por consiguiente dentro del buje de la rueda en la que se monte el motorreductor (1).
