如图1所示,按照本实施例吸尘器的伸缩折叠桶,其包括外桶1、内桶2、内衬3、锁定件4。
具体的,外桶1包括外桶底板10、外桶壁板11。
本例中,外桶底板10呈方形,外桶壁板11有四块,并分别自外桶底板10的四条侧边倾斜向上延伸,且形成外桶1的内腔自上而下逐步变小。
结合图2所示,外桶底板10两侧长边所对应的外桶壁板11上分别形成有两个导向槽a1,导向槽a1自外桶壁板11底端沿外桶壁板11高度方向延伸,且每块外桶壁板11上的两个导向槽a1沿外桶底板10长边长度方向并排隔开设置。
具体的,内桶2上下活动在外桶1上。
结合图3所示,内桶2包括围成内桶腔的四块内桶壁板20,其中内桶壁板20倾斜设置,且内桶2的内腔自上而下逐步变小,同时与外桶1的内腔相贯通并形成吸尘腔q。
内桶壁板20与外桶壁板11一一对应,且内桶壁板20上形成有与导向槽a1一一对应的突起a2。这样设置,通过突起与导向槽的配合,使得内桶定位在外桶内,便于内桶与外桶间的相对活动。
本例中,伸缩折叠桶还包括密封件5。
具体的,该密封件5包括设置在内桶2和外桶1之间的密封条50,其中密封条50绕着内桶2的周向设置,且固定在内桶2的底部。这样一来,随着内桶相对外桶上下活动时,保证吸尘腔保持封闭状态,同时,不仅保证任意位置的内外桶之间密封,而且能够呈现最大化的吸尘腔容积。
结合图4所示,内衬3形成在外桶1内且绕外桶1内壁周向设置,其中内衬3自底部连接在外桶底板10上,同时内衬3的内腔和内桶2的内腔构成吸尘腔q。本例中,内桶2处于外桶1和内衬3之间。
因此,实际的吸尘腔q是由内桶2的内腔和内衬3的内腔组合而成,这样一来,内桶2和外桶1相对运动时(也就是内桶和内衬相对运动时),上述的密 封条50可以与内衬3的外壁或/和外桶1的内壁抵触密封,同时,内桶2相对外桶1向上运动时,吸尘腔q逐步变大;内桶2向下运动时,吸尘腔q逐步变小。
本例中,内衬3自外桶底板10的上表面竖直向上延伸,并自底端形成有绕内衬3内壁周向设置的六个连接座s,内衬3自连接座s通过螺栓与外桶底板10相固定连接。
同时,内衬3顶部还设有绕内衬3顶部周向设置的限位边b2,其中限位边b2自内衬3的顶部水平向外延伸。
本例中,限位边b2沿着内桶2的内壁轮廓方向设置,且能够贴合在内桶2的内壁。当然,限位边b2不贴合内桶2的内壁也是可以实施的。
也就是说,当内桶2和外桶1处于极限展开状态时,密封条50贴合在内衬3的顶部且抵触在限位边b2的底部;当内桶2和外桶1处于完全折叠时,密封条50贴合在内衬3的底部且抵触在外桶1底部的内壁。这样设置,当吸尘腔容积最大时,能够快速确定内桶的位置,便于内桶与外桶之间相对锁定。
本例中,锁定件4包括第一锁合部40、第二锁合部41。
第一锁合部40有两组,且分别设置在外桶底板10两侧短边所对应的外桶壁板11内壁上,每组第一锁合部40包括具有上锁孔c1和下锁孔c2的锁座400。
第二锁合部41有两组,且分别固定设置在外桶底板10两侧短边所对应的内桶壁板20的外壁上并与第一锁合部40一一对应。
本例中,第二锁合部41包括锁舌410、及驱动锁舌410运动或复位的动力器411,其中在极限折叠状态时,锁舌410伸入下锁孔c2并配合锁定,在极限展开状态时,锁舌410伸入上锁孔c1并配合锁定。
结合图5所示,在内桶2的顶部形成连接边6,伸缩折叠桶还包括连接在连接边6上的桶盖7,吸尘器的机头8安装在桶盖7上且下部伸入吸尘腔q。使得结构更加紧凑,而且体积小,便于存储和运输。
吸尘器的机头8能够上下活动且密封的安装在桶盖7上。在满足收折体积小的前提下,进一步的减少机头占用吸尘腔的空间,以增大吸尘腔容积。因此,本实施例具有以下优势:
1、通过内桶与外桶或者内外桶与内衬或者内桶与内衬的相对活动的密封连接,可根据实际使用需要灵活调节负压空腔(也就是吸尘腔)的容量大小,提 升吸尘能力和吸尘效率;
2、占用空间小,便于存储和运输;
3、由吸尘器的机头与吸尘腔的位置关系,尤其在收折时,能够进一步减少吸尘器的体积,同时在吸尘工作时,机头既可以随内桶同步运动,又可以相对内桶伸缩运动,进而改变吸尘腔的容积,满足高效吸尘的需要;
4、结构简单,使用方便,再通过上下锁孔位置分布,实现吸尘腔大小的极限调节,暂开时,处于最大化状态;折叠时,处于最小化状态。
以上对本发明做了详尽的描述,其目的在于让熟悉此领域技术的人士能够了解本发明的内容并加以实施,并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围,凡根据本发明的精神实质所作的等效变化或修饰,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种吸尘器的伸缩折叠桶,其包括内桶、外桶、及密封件,其中所述内桶的内腔与所述外桶的内腔相贯通并形成吸尘腔,其特征在于:
    所述的内桶和外桶相对活动的密封连接,且所述的吸尘腔随着所述内桶和外桶相对展开或折叠对应进行变大或变小调节;所述的内桶上下活动在所述外桶上,其中所述内桶向上运动时,所述内桶和所述外桶处于展开状态,所述吸尘腔变大,所述内桶向下运动时,所述内桶和所述外桶处于折叠状态,所述吸尘腔变小;
    所述的密封件包括设置在所述内桶和所述外桶之间的密封条,所述密封条绕着所述内桶的周向设置,且固定在所述内桶的底部;
    在所述的外桶内形成有绕所述外桶内壁周向设置的内衬,其中所述内衬的内腔与所述内桶的内腔构成所述的吸尘腔,在所述内桶和所述外桶上下运动中,所述内衬与所述的内桶保持密封设置,所述内衬自底面密封贴合在所述外桶的桶底壁上,所述内桶位于所述内衬和所述外桶之间,所述的密封件将所述内桶和所述内衬之间相对密封,或者所述密封件将所述外桶、所述内桶、及所述内衬三者之间相密封,所述内衬顶部形成有绕所述内衬顶部周向设置的限位边,其中在所述内桶和所述外桶处于展开极限状态时,所述密封条贴合在所述内衬的顶部且抵触在所述限位边的底部;当所述内桶和所述外桶处于完全折叠时,所述密封条贴合在所述内衬的底部且抵触在所述外桶底部的内壁;
    所述的伸缩折叠桶还包括将所述内桶和外桶相对锁定的锁定件,所述的锁定件包括设置在所述外桶上的第一锁合部、设置在所述内桶上的第二锁合部,其中由所述第一锁合部和所述第二锁合部的配合,将所述内桶和所述外桶锁定在折叠状态或展开状态,所述第一锁合部为锁孔且位于所述外桶的内壁,所述第二锁合部包括锁舌且设置在所述内桶的外壁,其中沿着上下方向并排形成多个锁孔,所述多个锁孔中位于顶部和底部分别为上锁孔和下锁孔,位于所述上锁孔和下锁孔之间的为中部锁孔,在完全折叠状态时,所述的锁舌伸入所述下锁孔并配合锁定;在完全展开状态时,所述的锁舌伸入所述上锁孔并配合锁定;
    锁定件还包括驱动所述锁舌运动或复位的动力器,
    所述的锁定件有两组,且对应设置在伸缩折叠桶的相对两侧,其中两个所述锁舌能够同步伸入或退出相对应的所述上锁孔或下锁孔;
    在所述的内桶的顶部形成连接边,所述的伸缩折叠桶还包括连接在所述连 接边上的桶盖,所述吸尘器的机头安装在所述的桶盖上且下部伸入所述的吸尘腔,所述的吸尘器的机头能够上下活动地安装在所述桶盖上;
    所述的外桶包括外桶底板、外桶壁板,其中所述外桶壁板自所述外桶底板的侧边倾斜向上延伸,且形成外桶的内腔自上而下逐步变小;所述内桶包括多个围成所述内桶内腔的内桶壁板,其中所述内桶壁板倾斜设置,且所述内桶的内腔自上而下逐步变小。
  2. 一种吸尘器的伸缩折叠桶,其包括内桶、外桶、及密封件,其中所述内桶的内腔与所述外桶的内腔相贯通并形成吸尘腔,其特征在于:
    所述的内桶和外桶相对活动的密封连接,且所述的吸尘腔随着所述内桶和外桶相对展开或折叠对应进行变大或变小调节;
    所述的伸缩折叠桶还包括将所述内桶和外桶相对锁定的锁定件。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的吸尘器的伸缩折叠桶,其特征在于:所述的内桶上下活动在所述外桶上,其中所述内桶向上运动时,所述内桶和所述外桶处于展开状态,所述吸尘腔变大,所述内桶向下运动时,所述内桶和所述外桶处于折叠状态,所述吸尘腔变小。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的吸尘器的伸缩折叠桶,其特征在于:所述的密封件包括设置在所述内桶和所述外桶之间的密封条。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的吸尘器的伸缩折叠桶,其特征在于:所述密封条绕着所述内桶的周向设置,且固定在所述内桶上或所述外桶上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的吸尘器的伸缩折叠桶,其特征在于:所述的密封条固定在所述内桶的底部。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的吸尘器的伸缩折叠桶,其特征在于:在所述的外桶内形成有绕所述外桶内壁周向设置的内衬,其中所述内衬的内腔与所述内桶的内腔构成所述的吸尘腔,在所述内桶和所述外桶上下运动中,所述内衬与所述的内桶保持密封设置。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的吸尘器的伸缩折叠桶,其特征在于:所述内衬自底面密封贴合在所述外桶的桶底壁上,所述内桶位于所述内衬和所述外桶之间,所述的密封件将所述内桶和所述内衬之间相对密封,或者所述密封件将所述外桶、所述内桶、及所述内衬三者之间相密封。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的吸尘器的伸缩折叠桶,其特征在于:所述内衬顶 部形成有绕所述内衬顶部周向设置的限位边,其中在所述内桶和所述外桶处于展开极限状态时,所述密封条贴合在所述内衬的顶部且抵触在所述限位边的底部;当所述内桶和所述外桶处于完全折叠时,所述密封条贴合在所述内衬的底部且抵触在所述外桶底部的内壁。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的吸尘器的伸缩折叠桶,其特征在于:所述的锁定件包括设置在所述外桶上的第一锁合部、设置在所述内桶上的第二锁合部,其中由所述第一锁合部和所述第二锁合部的配合,将所述内桶和所述外桶锁定在折叠状态或展开状态。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的吸尘器的伸缩折叠桶,其特征在于:所述的第一锁合部和所述第二锁合部中的一个为锁孔,另一个为与所述锁孔相配合的锁舌,其中沿着上下方向并排形成多个锁孔,所述多个锁孔中位于顶部和底部分别为上锁孔和下锁孔,位于所述上锁孔和下锁孔之间的为中部锁孔,在完全折叠状态时,所述的锁舌伸入所述下锁孔并配合锁定;在完全展开状态时,所述的锁舌伸入所述上锁孔并配合锁定。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的吸尘器的伸缩折叠桶,其特征在于:所述第一锁合部为锁孔且位于所述外桶的内壁,所述第二锁合部包括锁舌且设置在所述内桶的外壁。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的吸尘器的伸缩折叠桶,其特征在于:所述的第二锁合部还包括驱动所述锁舌运动或复位的动力器。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的吸尘器的伸缩折叠桶,其特征在于:所述的锁定件有两组,且对应设置在伸缩折叠桶的相对两侧,其中两个所述锁舌能够同步伸入或退出相对应的所述上锁孔或下锁孔。
  15. 根据权利要求2所述的吸尘器的伸缩折叠桶,其特征在于:在所述的内桶的顶部形成连接边,所述的伸缩折叠桶还包括连接在所述连接边上的桶盖,所述吸尘器的机头安装在所述的桶盖上且下部伸入所述的吸尘腔。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的吸尘器的伸缩折叠桶,其特征在于:所述的吸尘器的机头能够上下活动且密封的安装在所述桶盖上。
  17. 根据权利要求2所述的吸尘器的伸缩折叠桶,其特征在于:所述的外桶包括外桶底板、外桶壁板,其中所述外桶壁板自所述外桶底板的侧边倾斜向上延伸,且形成外桶的内腔自上而下逐步变小;所述内桶包括多个围成所述内
