背景技术
相关技术中,罩杯是形成一定形状,用于承托胸部的胸罩组件,因而罩杯大多是具有较大面积的片状结构,一般仅在下扒部下方和杯口之间形成一定的缝隙,用于透气通风,而在下扒部和胸托部之间为一体成型的较厚的结构。考虑到人体胸部结构特点,在下扒部和胸托部之间的贴合往往是紧密的,下扒部包裹在两肋上,胸部在重力的作用下贴合在胸托部上,因而这个部分往往会感到束缚感,尤其在天气炎热时会感觉有汗水的堆积。
因此,有必要提出一种新的罩杯改良结构方案,以改善现有技术中的不足。

制造上述任一项罩杯结构的方法可以通过:制成罩杯雏形,在胸托部13和下扒部14的交界位置上,通过去料加工对于罩杯雏形外侧的一定厚度的材料进行除去,以获得如上述任一项的罩杯改良结构100。此方法先进行热压或封胶,一体的形态更为自然均匀。
在另一种制造方法中,也可以通过:制成罩杯雏形,在胸托部13和下扒部14的交界位置上,通过去料加工对于罩杯雏形切割以获得一外表 层11,随后将外表层11和一弹性布料的内表层12相结合,以获得如上述任一项的罩杯改良结构100。如附图图2或图5所示的分散式结构进行产生,之后再通过热压、塑封等效果进行结合。
